It would be one thing if the packaging had a dye that had lead. But since I’m ingesting them and nobody can tell me which pill to avoid or anything else, I won’t reorder. They’ve done their part to warn and since I have no idea the order of magnitude or source, I’ll choose something else next time.

Heavy metals aren’t anything to mess with because they, and esp lead, stays with you forever since you can’t metabolize it out. And they wouldn’t warn unless there was potential exposure with these.

I took this product, along with Keto-7, when bikini prepping. My greatest benefit while taking the product was not feeling hungry with minimal caloric intake. However, I didnt really lose any additional weight based on my exercise regiment and calorie intake, which was disappointing with my effort level.

I would first like to thank Cellucor for sending me a 60ct. bottle of this to try out! My goal for taking this product was to lose body fat, but maintain my weight. So although I was eating clean meals, I wasn’t trying to lose weight like most people would be if they are taking this product.

Throughout the 11 days that I was using CLK, I was able to maintain my weight (well actually I gained 1lb). I was also able to lose a small percentage of body fat. It wasn’t really an incredible amount, but i definitely did lose some BF.

I felt and looked a bit tighter around my abs, chest, and arms, which was something that I was looking to happen. As a stand-alone weight-loss product, I don’t think that I would try this again. But, I was looking to maintain weight and lose BF% so I wasn’t looking for the same things that others might be out of this product.

This stuff is a legit thermogenic. I usually only take 2 a day. Once when I wake up to boost my metabolism and once with pre-workout to intensify my training. What I like is that you can feel the burn inside, but not outside and on the inside it doesn’t come in the form of stomach pain.

It just feels like your stomach is getting flatter and flatter as the day goes on.

I really like this fat burner. I have used green tea ones in the past and even used womens best’s version for months prior. I feel like Alani Nu’s version has been much more effective for me. I notice that I sweat a lot more during my workouts when I have taken this and I have so much more energy throughout the day.

I have yet to experience any negative side effects so far but of course everyone’s body is different. I highly recommend starting off with only 1 pill for the first 2-4 weeks so that your body can adjust and then increasing to 2 pills once you feel like you can handle it.

I’ve been taking this fat burner for a couple of weeks now. I am just taking the 1 pill in the morning (along with balance). What I’ve noticed from using this product is that I’m not nearly as hungry as I used to be so it’s curbed my appetite for sure.

After I take it, I have a pretty good energy boost all morning and afternoon without the shakes that most pre-workouts give me and I love that aspect of it. While I don’t feel like it’s necessarily sped up my metabolism as some of the other reviews have mentioned I feel it’s more helped me lose weight by making me less hungry.

My background: 33 year old male, 20 years training on and off, decent knowledge about nutrition (definitely more than the average gym goer), back in the gym for just over 2 months after being away for a few years.

Product: I wanted to get into a good groove with my training and nutrition before introducing Chosen-1, just so that my body is more primed for muscle building. My main goal with this cycle is to recomp (i.

e. add more muscle and lean out a bit). Into week 1 and something is definitely happening. Strength went up as early as day 3 (which was my 2nd workout), I’m not a very heavy lifter to begin with, I focus on contracting the muscle, and my training volume is on the higher side.

My muscles definitely feel fuller for longer during workouts, and for a few days afterwards as I feed them. Pump during workouts is decent too (I say decent as I don’t usually have an issue getting a good pump).

My body seems to be leaning out a little, weight is stable which tells me that I am in a “recomp” state. Libido seems fine, overall energy is good, overall mood is more stable than usual (I am somewhat calmer).

I have bought two “pro hormones” from Black Stone Labs ‘chosen 1’ and ‘superstore-7’. I have a routine and eating habits. Was looking for something to give me or of an edge towards looking better, get stronger leaning out some to look better.
