I usually don’t write reviews, but I was prompted to write one for Bloatamin because of how absolutely incredible the results are. I’m on a very healthy diet and exercise regimen this summer and was looking for that extra help to flatten my tummy, especially after meals since I love wearing crop tops but bloat like crazy if I have even a tad extra protein, or carbs.

This stuff DOES work. I ate a lot a couple of days to test out the pill and it does depend on HOW much you eat to determine if you need to take 1 or 2 pills. But I used to bloat a lot and I used go get cramps and my stomach blew up, had to go to the bathroom, stomach was hard and when I take a pill, it calms down EVERY symptom.

No pain at all. I recommended this to my friend and now she’s hooked.

I am personal trainer, natural athlete and bodybuilder, so I have used many brands of supplementation. As a natural athlete its important to me to find nutrition supplements that are high quality, effective AND CLEAN.

I am currently taking Detox Nourish before my two largest meals. I like the pink lemonade flavor, but it is a bit chalky with just 8 oz of water. It keeps me from eating as much, mainly because I’ve had the supplement with a glass of water before eating.

I have noticed a significant decrease in bloating over the course of a month, and I’ve been maintaining “regularity. ” I don’t know if it will actually make you “lose weight” though. I have dropped a few lbs.

This product has been a life saver! I suffered from a lot of stomach issues for a long time including bloating, bad digestion and stomach pain. Detox Nourish relieved me from these issues! I love this product! Water Away really drains the excessive fluid from your body. It gives the body relief and works fast. it is gentle but I wouldn’t recommend taking after 7p. Not only does Water Away flush out extra fluid from the abdomen, but also pulling fluid from areas like feet and ankles.

This pill has definitely helped with the bloating and discomfort I was having. I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet, but look forward to when I do. The only con is the pill size. It’s truly a horse pill.

I’m taking it once daily but I’m about to change to twice daily and hopefully then I’ll see some weight loss.

I tried this product on a whim when I got my pain management Dr to agree to giving me time to get back down to what I call my threshold weight, or lower to help ease the pain of my condition BEFORE he forced me to get injections.

I knew probiotic had a lot of advantages and I had tried a super cheap brand years ago and couldn’t tell a difference. So I did some research online to better understand what to look for and not break my budget.

I saw this at the store and am so glad I tried it. Because of my diagnosis and Dr not listening to me or reading my medical history I wasn’t able to be as active as one would typically be when trying to lose weight so I called it an “idle diet” as I mostly made changes in how much I ate, stayed away from sugary food and drinks and no greasy food.

I’ve tried many different dietary supplements in my adult life with varying degrees of success. Needless to say, I’m skeptical of them. Admittedly though, I’ve never tried one that’s ALSO a probiotic.

Diet supplements and probiotics individually, absolutely, but not together. I tried Probioslim a couple of days after receiving it and followed the instructions to take two tablets with food. The very first day, I noticed I wasn’t as hungry throughout the afternoon as I normally am.

I didn’t necessarily feel more energized, though. I took two more tablets as instructed with dinner and continued the pattern for the next several days. My observations are that Probioslim definitely helps keep you “regular” when you take them regularly, which is expected with the probiotic portion.

Because of that, I noticed a reduction in feeling bloated almost immediately, which I love! I don’t notice much difference in my energy levels, but the pills do help to thwart hunger. I have noticed that if I forget to take them with food or even with just a lighter snack, I don’t feel well.

It’s a combination of dizziness and light nausea, so they definitely need food to help you function optimally. I don’t necessarily feel like these help you lose weight, BUT they do reduce/prevent bloating, help regulate you, and ward off hunger, so they’re great for weight management.

Plus you get the benefits of probiotics. I would be interested in continuing to take these longer-term!.

I started using this about a year ago. I had alot of swelling and joint inflammation and nothing-not even a change in diet-worked to get rid of the swelling that began in the morning and got worse during the day.

I would gain at least 5-7 pounds of water weight. Then I found this supplement-and was floored! The first time I took it the inflammation in my legs started going down. Then the pain in my joints started going away.

I work out 5-6 days a week and have been supplementing my fitness and nutrition for years. this is seriously the 1st fat burner that has worked for me. I stack it with a “nootropic” in the morning that has caffeine (hence why I chose LeanXT – no caffeine).

I take 1 in the morning with my other supplements, and then 2 before lunch, since that’s usually when my appetite is highest. I am still hungry, but don’t have that super hunger I usually have on workout days feeling very hungry, and I have to say, I don’t feel that “craving” feeling for food – haha, hard to explain.

Everyone is different, but for me this was the perfect addition to my routine. I will say that if you have anxiety or sensitivities to B-vitamins, this WILL WORK for you. I often can’t use other fat burners because of the B-vitamins that tend to make me irritable.

Also, if this helps anyone: My other supplements throughout day contain a total of 300mg of caffeine, and taking 3 LeanXT pills a day does not cause any problems for me. Start with one a day first though, and see how you feel since everyone is different.

I’ve been using Jacked Factory products for about 2 years and started with the Burn XT and it has helped me lose weight but I added the Lean XT to my supplements and I can’t tell you how much of an improvement this has been! I like this product. I use non stim due to my pre workout having stim. Burps doesn’t smell of taste bad. Energy increase as well. Loosing some weight and this must be helping with that.

I’ve found Irwin’s products to be high quality combinations of natural supplements that target different areas. I have only had good experiences with the products I have tried. The Immuno-Shield is impressively effective for summer pollen allergies.

I used it in addition to my allergy medicine and noticed a big difference in symptoms. Then I stopped using my allergy medicine and the product was just as effective. So no more allergy medicine. The vitamin C that is packaged with it is just a tiny bonus.

Vitamin C in general is inexpensive, so it’s not really a huge freebie, but it’s nice, anyway, and a good reminder to take vitamin C every day, especially in both winter cold and summer allergy seasons.

My friend and I went on a weight loss plan together to support one another as we both had alot of weight to lose. These made me nervous but not my friend. We ate almost the same foods and amounts. My friend did not have the nervousness side effect as I.

We were not impressed with our results using these. She lost 9 lbs and I had lost 7. very slow loss and we both had the same cravings and hunger as before. we felt it was not for us. Since, we have gone on the intermittent diet using no diet aid pills of any kind.

We are not buying these again. We are sticking with intermittent / OMAD (one meal a day) diet plan and drinking lots of bottled water. Our main exercise is a daily 20 min walk to the lake and back at a slow leisure pace.

we are both retired and do not work out so, OMAD is best for us; but if you are very active, these may help. Not everyone is same so hard to go by others’ opinions/experiences.

I’ve had digestive problems for years and I’ve used digestive enzymes and other herbal and dietary supplements in the past without issues. Bye Bye Bloat is by far the worst supplement I have ever put in my body.

I took this for the first time at around 9 pm after eating dinner. About 45 minutes later, I began to experience some of the worst bloating of my life and intense cramping. I felt very dizzy and had a resting heart rate of 52-55 bpm for the rest of the night.

(My normal is 65-67 bpm. ) I woke up the next morning to find I’d started my period, a week early! I have an incredibly regular and predictable cycle so this was very concerning to me. I researched the ingredients.

This product contains Fenugreek Seed, Parsley Leaf, and Fennel Seed which are herbs that can be used to induce menstruation. Fennel Seed also has known drug interactions including making birth control less effective and can make you sunburn more easily (not related to my issue, but still worth knowing.

) I realized the bottle has a cancer/reproductive harm warning. I wouldn’t have bought it had I seen that before. This is not a good product, ESPECIALLY if you’re pregnant or trying to get pregnant.

Detox – guess can’t get them for false advertising there bc it does just that. Cleans you right out. Every visit to the bathroom once I started these HUGE FREAKING PILLS (oh – and I serving is 3 of these suckers.

) Was less than pleasant, actually was terrible and disgusting. I got a 2 month supply to start and didn’t want to waste money so I finished them out. Hey if they’d help me lose weight I could handle some less than pleasant bathroom habits.

I’m giving this 3 stars because I cannot tell if they do anything. I don’t feel any different than I did before I started taking them. Honestly, my tummy still feels as bloated as it did before, even though I’m making better food choices.

They taste awful, and they’re huge pills. You have to take 3 at one time, and it’s hard to get them down. I have lost 10 pounds since I started the pills, but I’ve also been on a calorie deficits and exercising 4X a week.

I started off with one pill a day for a couple of days and I was fine. However on the third day, I upped my dosage to two pills. That night I was awake all night long with really bad cramping and diarrhea.

The next day, I took two capsules and the same thing happened. I decided to scale back to one, but it didn’t matter I was up most of the night with severe cramping. I researched some of these ingredients and at least three of them are laxatives, albiet natural ones.

I guess this might work for some people, but for me, it was a massive disappointment and made me feel terrible. I’m actually afraid to continue using this.

I purchased the 90 days supply. I have approximately 20 more days. I have lost 20lbs !! NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has ever worked. The pills alone are good but full results you need to work out some.

I am careful with my carbs, calories and fat and I also work with my trainer 5 days a week and workout a total of about 6 days a week and cardio 30mins 7days/wk for reference.

I really like this fat burner. I have used green tea ones in the past and even used womens best’s version for months prior. I feel like Alani Nu’s version has been much more effective for me. I notice that I sweat a lot more during my workouts when I have taken this and I have so much more energy throughout the day.

I have yet to experience any negative side effects so far but of course everyone’s body is different. I highly recommend starting off with only 1 pill for the first 2-4 weeks so that your body can adjust and then increasing to 2 pills once you feel like you can handle it.

I’ve been taking this fat burner for a couple of weeks now. I am just taking the 1 pill in the morning (along with balance). What I’ve noticed from using this product is that I’m not nearly as hungry as I used to be so it’s curbed my appetite for sure.

After I take it, I have a pretty good energy boost all morning and afternoon without the shakes that most pre-workouts give me and I love that aspect of it. While I don’t feel like it’s necessarily sped up my metabolism as some of the other reviews have mentioned I feel it’s more helped me lose weight by making me less hungry.

I will continue to use this product and would recommend it.

I stack the pills with the fat bomb creamer and it’s worked for me. Though the first time I tried it I was consistently on the pills for less than two weeks, I lost around ten pound by following the directions in combination with going to the gym for about an hour and a half daily.

I bought this to make Keto diet easier and it does help. I have had it for 2. 5-3 weeks now and I have lost around 7lb (my goal was only 10lb. Also, not sure if it is my diet or this product that makes me lose weight).

In sum, I cannot say it will make you lose weight itself but does help with Keto diet that will make you lose weight.

Somewhat useful to Keto diet, but no magic pill. Little bump in energy from the caffeine. Minimal appetite suppressing feeling(not enough). I believe its Ketogenic effects are there but very minimal.

In my opinion if you already adhere to a keto diet eating plan. There are far better weightloss supplements that are not keto specific but will help you attain weightloss easier and faster which is the ultimate goal.
