20 Best Strapless Backless Bra For D Cup (2023 Updated)

It is definitely not a push-up bra as I expected. It creates a bulge on top of the breast. I can minimise it by wearing it lower than intended, and I was willing to be flexible about it. As soon as it arrived, I tried it on and then proceeded to hand-wash it.

Unfortunately, with a single hand-washing, it is already coming apart at the seams when I have not even worn it yet. Although I can be forgiving and flexible about the poor fit, the workmanship quality of the item is unacceptable.

This is my first experience with the brand and needless to say, I am disappointed. I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the ordering process was easy and the item arrived timely and properly packed and shipped.

Yet I am more than sorry about this experience.

This bra is pretty comfy for a strapless but is pink in color and does not work with white clothing like a **** bra should. I have another **** bra that doesn’t show through this shirt, but this one totally does.

I have pale pink skin and it still is a contrast from my skin tone. If the color doesn’t bother you, I would recommend the bra for comfort and I’d recommend sizing up a cup size. I’m a C, ordered this bra in a C, and half of each boob is out at the top.

This set is beautiful. It’s sexier than I anticipated. Such a classy color. I wore the bra under a strapless, fitted top, and there wasn’t a visible line where bra-meets-flesh along the top like a lot of strapless numbers.

It stayed in place 90% of the night. 34D. Compared to other strapless bras, this is my favorite.

An absolutely miserable fit comfort wise. Way too much padding. I would return but there was nothing in the package with return instructions. The panties are perfect!!

This is my usual bra size but after reading reviews I ordered it in several sizes and I’m so glad I did. It barely hooked on the last set of hooks and it felt I like I was being crushed it was so tight.

The next size up fit perfectly.

I am fairly satisfied with this push up bra. I will say that it is a tad tighter than my normal 34D bras, but I am ok with that since it has a strapless option. The padding isn’t insane, so I am able to wear this more often without having things look too revealing.

It offers a nice push up, but it’s still very comfortable. I really like the straps that come with it. I am definitely be more comfortable wearing it with the straps, but it is nice to have the option to go without.

Calvin Klein always makes quality products, and this did not disappoint.

Strapless bras are known to be uncomfortable, they have to be tight to stay up and that is obviously so uncomfortable or they’re too loose and you have to keep hiking it up. I remember one that literally migrated down to my waist, very embarrassing.

This bra is the nicest strapless I’ve ever tried. As an added bonus it has removable straps to make it even more versatile. Supersoft material too!.

I have been looking for a strapless push up bra. I decided to give this one a try. It’s a good bra, good fabric and I love the color. The padding is good and not too much. If strapless isn’t for you, then you can put the straps on and still have a good push up action.

The only thing I didn’t like is it runs small and is very tight around my back. I’m a bigger girl and I believe I should have went up a couple sizes.

I didn’t realize that this bra has stays on the side of the cups. I thought it was “wireless” as it claimed. Unfortunately they refused to let me return it, as I’d had it over 3 days, and had bought it on sale.

Maybe it’s because I don’t have much on top, but this was the worse fitting bra I have ever tried on. Instead of enhancing my chest, it flattened it! I couldn’t take it off fast enough!

I love Maidenform bras and it is the only brand I purchase. The selection is wonderful, from sexy glam to office to workouts! Currently, I own a convertible bra from Maidenform that is so flattering and looks great with my strapless tops and dresses.

I purchased the Full Coverage Strapless Underwire Bra in the hopes it was the same style as mine. I received them promptly, yet I realized they were slightly different and were not a match for the one I own.

The online price was great, too! A local retail store carries many of the Maidenform items, and I’m hoping to find if there. As an aside, your website was user friendly and made it very easy to place an order.

I don’t wear strapless bras; I’ve never found one that worked for me (still haven’t). If I had tried this bra on in a store, I never would have bought it. Some of my issues with this bra may be necessary for a strapless bra to actually stay up without straps.

First problem, it is very difficult to put on. I fasten the hooks in front of my body then slide the bra 180 degrees around my body into place. This bra doesn’t slide very easily; in fact it slides with great difficulty.

Second, the sizing runs small. Both the band and the cups were smaller/tighter than normal for my size. The band is obviously what keeps a strapless bra in place, so it can’t be loose, but it was very uncomfortable and unwearable for me.

Third, this was not my definition of lightly lined. I don’t care for that much padding.

Nice smooth front. It’s a little less “shelf like” than other strapless bras. My cousin wears hers hiking without any issues. It is tight but I think it has to be just to keep everything up. It’s not one I want to wear all day, but it’s better than any other strapless bra I’ve ever had.

How’s that for review? It stays up. I have substantial equipment so the fact that this stays in place is a plus.

I read the reviews and that the cups were too big, so ordered a smaller cup size and used my discount code. The bra arrived but the cups are too small. I had to reorder and no discount code as I’d already redeemed it.

Slightly annoying as I thought I was getting a good deal with the discount as it’s not a cheap bra. But the bra is great and doesn’t give weird breast shapes like some strapless bras do.

I purchased this bra a week ago. I felt confident as I have several other fantasie moulded bras, in the same size, albeit that these are not strapless. I was shocked by how tight this bra was. I have had other strapless bras and I appreciate that there is a need for a certain degree of snugness, but this was alomost painful.

The underbust band was so tight that I could hardly fasten it. This was not a marginal difference in fit it seemed as though something was wrong in the labelling or sizing. I did check that the size label matched what I had ordered.

This is my second strapless wonderbra. I bought the first 9(!) years ago. Which is a bit shocking in writing but it lasted really well. Finally replaced due to snapping of inner ribs in the washing machine.

This bra holds you up perfectly. It feels a bit tight originally but really keeps everything in place which you need with strapless outfits. I found my last one moulded to me over time so hope this one does the same.

Fit is true to size (my last was a bigger size and also fit perfectly so I think this was actually fixed by the brand at some point if you’re going off older reviews). Perfect strapless bra. You won’t regret it.

This product is fantastic. I’m very petite and it’s impossible for me to find a strapless bra that fits, stays put, and flatters. It’s nice to wear under backless outfits and camisoles. What I love about it is that it eliminates all of the extra fabric and hooks so when you have it under your clothes you don’t see or feel anything.

Makes you look and feel like you’re not wearing a bra, but you still have coverage and support. No worries about bra gaping open when I bend over because adhesive keeps everything in place and no sliding down when I reach up.

Only problem is that if you wear it all day especially in extreme heat, your skin could become sensitive, I don’t know what kind of support it would give for women who are bigger on top, but for my little 32A girls, it is the best.

I sat on this for 3 years and wish I did it sooner! I was so skeptical because I think I tried every strapless bra out there ( including the wire one that was going around) and all of them were a disappointment! My main concern was when I wear thin shirts will you be able to see the cups.

I was a little skeptical about this bra at first. But I am so glad I ordered it. It fits perfectly. It takes a few times putting it together and adjusting but is really easy to figure out. I hand washed it and let it air dry and it softened up very nicely.

After a few times wearing, it forms to your body. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was quick and customer service response is awesome. I normally wear a32DDD, and the size chart works great.

I have heard a lot about this type of bra, and with an older daughter getting married in July 2020, wanted to try it out. She will be wearing a renaissance wedding gown that plunges slightly in the front with a bunch of lightweight material everywhere.

We read the directions carefully. She did not apply any oils or lotions to the area after her shower. I tried to help her apply the first bra piece just above the crease of her breast, as it recommends.

But, she took it off and actually liked it even further up her breast – right under the apex of her breast. They held beautifully during her fitting and measuring. My daughter is a 41D – large breasts to hold up, and they worked.

When we were done she turned to me and said, “Wow, mom! They worked great. I hardly realized I’ve had them on and they’re still stuck tight. ” If you need them quickly and have Prime, they show up fast.

They can also be cut to different lengths on the top so they don’t stick out over top of your outfit (the little “ears” part can be cut). The material top is very soft and smooth. Material will flow right over it and not catch on your bra.

My daughter thinks she’ll get another pair before the wedding. A pleasant experience and a winner as far as these “girls” are concerned ;).

I have been wanting to try these for awhile now as I am sooo tired of underwire bras that dig in all the wrong places! I wear a D cup andthey held up great. It does take a few tries to figure out the best lift and hold technique.

They held on way better than I expected. I do reccomend that you make sure you are putting them on clean and completely DRY skin for better hold. My first attempt was out of the shower and just towel dried and they didn’t seem to hold great, so I tried again after I had been out of shower for over an hour and they held beautifully.

If you are used to wearing a constricting bra for most of uour life, it does feel a little strange the first time or two, but after you get used to them it is amazing. I-LOVE-THESE!!! Let’s start with, I’m a 36DD. I like to wear what all the gals with B cups wear in the summer, too! Backless, strapless, spaghetti straps hanging dresses. These things have just made it all POSSIBLE!! Not only do they cover PERFECTLY, and stay without falling off when sweating, jumping, etc.

, ALL DAY, but they DO LIFT!! Of course they aren’t going to do what the photo shows, I mean, get real. However, if you are like me, in your mid 50’s, gained and lost weight all your life, resulting in not the most perky boobs on earth, yet still ok, then these will lift them enough so that under some tops, that are kinda loose, they don’t look like they are hanging.

For me, the way these pull the boob up, they are pulling in the middle, so that leaves the rest of the breast “meat” (hahaha) out, so to speak, therefore not leaving a smooth silhouette. So you can’t use these under something tight.

Under strapless or thin straps, you can cut the top part that is clear so it doesn’t show, however, keep in mind that it might loose some of its strength. These things aren’t magic, but I LOVE them and I’m buying more!!!.

It was comfortable and was my size, but I barely got an hour out of it trying on dresses, it just wouldn’t stay stuck to me. I made sure no lotion was applied to that area too to make sure that wouldn’t be a problem and I did shower that morning so my skin was clean.

I bought 2 Maidenform bras last week, and I have been extremely happy with them! I have had a hard time finding bras that fit well, and that don’t have majorly cheap material that lets the underwire poke through, and so far these have been great.

They are supportive, comfortable, and built well. The straps aren’t huge, but stay in place well, which is a big thing! I’ll definitely be purchasing more, and I recommend them!!!.

Good bye Maidenform, you have been my go to bra for years! I will miss the old you. I purchased 3 new bras, all t-shirt bras, all with icky sticky, pointy plastic thread that stick into my skin. I can not walk around with kleenex, or toilet paper to protect my skin from the threads.

I ordered several strapless bras to try, including those from more well known UK brands with good reviews. This was the most expensive and with the least material so I was sceptical. I was, however, pleasantly surprised at how supportive and comfortable it was.

It is also a lot smaller than the other bras. I wear a 34G/GG and all of the other bras had some padding. This did not. Also the middle of the bra was not visible with the dress I wore – the others were.

I ordered this bra on the 19/12/18, and at first I was extremely pleased. The support was good, the straps sat nicely on my shoulder; result! Well until the second wear when the straps started sliding down.

I adjusted them, they were okay for half an hour and then it was yank up one side, yank up the other. Every time I wear this bra it becomes progressively uncomfortable, which is a great surprise. The size is right, it does up across the back with a nice level of grip without cutting in.

The cups are a good fit, the wires sit nicely. But to me it just doesn’t wear!.

This is the bra I have been looking for my whole life. It is the perfect balance of support and comfort. The underwires are the lightest I have found but don’t compromise the support. The material is satiny and luxurious.

The only issue is the straps are a bit too close to my shoulders and can slide off. Would be five stars if didn’t slide from time to time.

The only strapless I’ve had that stays up. I also bought Manhattan straps and the Catalonia and the Ergonomic 2-in-1s. On the bra itself, one of the attachment loops for the straps tore, and they sent a replacement.

This was my first time wearing a piece from the Dominique brand of undergarments. This longline bra is perfection!!! It had so much support and holds me in all the right places, without being uncomfortable.

It’s so beautiful and feminine!! It holds me up and helps create great shaping under my dresses. It’s especially perfect for the sleeveless ones I have. It’s so streamlined you don’t even notice it’s there, even with the closest fitting dresses.

I was looking for a lightweight, four piece paddle to use with my pack raft and decided to try this one. It’s been great. It’s light, stiff and has good sized paddles. I like it better than the other paddles I have and frequently use it in my kayak even when I don’t need it to breakdown to a small, package size.

I feel like bras are only made for a certain body type. For reference I am petite and size 6. These bras always look unflattering (tight in the wrong places) and feel uncomfortable on me. I’ve tried many different sizes, no winner.

They also feel/look bulky. Maybe if you’re a certain body type (that is, with 0 fat around the armpits) this will be comfortable on you. On me it just pushes up the fat while pushing down the boobs! Not great.

And can we talk about how expensive this product is….

I ordered this having read rave reviews here and also from friends, as I am looking for a smooth strapless bra that can be worn under halter tops or vests with necklines (the Reiss Mirabel!) to make them suitable for work.

The quality of the product is visibly high, the bra looks sturdy and well made. Although it was a stretch to do up (I’ve seen this on other reviews) it stayed put when on. Unfortunately it just did not mould to my rib cage at all so was uncomfortable and had to be returned.

I would recommend you try it though if you can as much better value than other cheaper options on the market.

I have been on the hunt for a strapless bra, bought 2 from well known retail stores, after a month or so the bra started to slip down, the wires started to stab my side boob and made it extremely uncomfortable! This bra however, is absolutely amazing and feels great.

I am a size 38c, and bought this bra size 36D. This is the way they recommend buying this bra. The straps that are clipped in back have a non slip feel, that prevents the bra from slipping down. Also, along the bottom where the underwater is, has a non slip silicon which also prevents the bra from slipping.

I wore this bra to a party, i danced all night and sweated so much, and the bra stayed in place. I would 100% buy again!! A little pricey, but you get what you pay for!!! Best strapless bra EVER!.

I probably have owned over the years(I am 60 something) 10-14 strapless and long line bras that I hated. I also have scoliosis so finding a strapless bra I can tolerate is a challenge! This one is appropriately named- I love it and wore it to a social event for hours and never tugged or remembered that it was on! I have worn daily Spanx bras for years and they are the only ones (including sports bras) I wear.

I plan to order a couple more in case they discontinue this style!!!.

I bought this bra in black and neutral. Whenever they are past their prime, I continue to replace it. The fit is true to size, and does not budge. It fits most necklines and have detachable straps so I can add additional support, when necessary.
