This book has great appeal to investors who are prepared to spend a lot of time analysing their shares, and are not too worried about the tax implications. Australia’s capital tax system is different to the US and is a disincentive for speculators or short-term investors.

For longer term, more defensive investors, I would recommend reading The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham or Contrarian Investment Strategies by David Dreman.

This is not your average “quick and easy to make money in stocks” type of book. It is a text book for serious investors, and try as the author might, he can’t make it simple and light. if you are serious about investing in the stock markets this is the book for you.

Just be prepared to study this book and study hard you will. It will give you confidence about the right stocks to invest in, teaching you about everything you need to learn about the company’s finances and how to evaluate the stock and when and how to buy and sell.

The only negative issue I have is that there are not enough real companies from which the author draws his examples. Otherwise an excellent buy.

It’s a good product, not too fantastic, but good. If you’re an absolute beginner in the stock market and know nothing, then you gonna find that you still need to watch some youtube videos.

It help learn better how to invest specially for someone like me that never been an stock investor before, with this book and a bunch of other research I been educating my self how to safely invest with the lowest risk possible but good earnings.

Gave these a shot, as my “tool truck” ones went missing, and could get these (pre Covid-19) the next day. Had these for five months now. Use them often, mostly for changing o-rings on hydraulic fittings and removing hydraulic piston seals, occasionally for much more demanding tasks.

Often use brakleen to get grease/oil off the handles. They have held up great. I have pulled the small 90 angle pick straight out of its handle twice on internal gland seals that were the size of your first finger or thumb.

Pushed it back in, used the larger size, no other issue. This pick does not rotate in its handle, and I still use it pretty hard. Was probably asking too much of any tool that size, chock it up to operator error.

If it makes any difference, been turning wrenches for 18 years and I’m an on road heavy equipment mechanic. Your mileage may vary.

I’ve had opportunities to use a few of these hooks so far. I’m sure there are some other shapes that would have helped for specific tasks as well, but these seem like one of those tools where there will be other shapes and sizes you wish you had for specific tasks no matter how many options are already in your toolbox.

These have worked pretty well for me so far with the one exception being that the hook has pulled out of the handle a couple times on one of the small ones. It can be pressed back in easily enough, and I was admittedly pulling on it kind of hard, but the fact that it just seems to be a simple plastic-on-plastic friction fit is disappointing, hence the 4-star rating.

I’ll have to glue it at some point, probably, to see if that solves the problem. Otherwise I’m still satisfied with the purchase.

Light, easy to carry, but heavy enough to do the job. Light and heavy enough is important when hiking far. However, when digging in caliche,I prefer a heavier pick, but then I would have more weight to carry.

This pick is a good compromise between weight and efficiency.

The Adze is well built, but to use it for wood work it needs to be sharpened. I have not had time to do so and use it. I look forward to using it on a hardwood tree stump that has been cut into two inch square blocks.

Allows me to plant in my hard soil. Better than using a framing hammer.

I’m probably not your normal Harbor Freight customer and what I use your tools for are probably not for the expected use. I am a quilter and there are SO many tools at HF that I can use as I work on my hobby.

The Mini Pick and Hook set serves a multitude of purposes: holding fabric in place as it goes under the needle; cleaning out stuck debris in hard to reach places on my sewing machine – have to be very careful with this one; using the curved end tool when I knit with a knitting hook ring; and many more tasks.

There are other items at HF that also serve me well: the tool bags, carpet cutting blades, small multi-light flashlights, just to name a few. HF is my second “happy place”, the first being my local fabric store.

Doing engine work on my car and got these to help. These are about 5 inches from end to end so they fit into small places but tough enough for me to get under coolant hoses to shoot a shot of WD40 and off the come.

Perfect to help release Electrical connectors under the hood, used 2 of them to lift a fuel injector tab I couldn’t get at with my nails. Invaluable in the engine!The hook tool worked perfect to get broken plastic coolant elbow out from the lower intake manifold, found great uses for the offset too.

The entire set is now used daily for so many things I fumbled around with using toothpicks, screwdrivers and a variety of other wrong tools. I saw these for 6. 99 at a national auto store, just had different color handles with another name on them, saw them for 8.

99 on another popular web store and had rubber handles, same size , same tools. Get a set, for this price you can’t go wrong, they come in so handy I a them out on my work bench.

My first set lasted me 4 years. The straight one broke on me when I used it as a pry tool. The 90 degree one rotates inside the handle. I use these so much and abuse them so much. And when I need another set, its cheap to replace.

I use these for scraping and cleaning. Releasing plug tabs. Prying plugs. Electrical prongs with alligator clips. Puncturing. So many things. I never knew how much I needed these things until I found a set at Harbor Freight.

I used this to pick out these leaking plastic valves on my transmission. I also used them to pick off rubber vacuum hoses with no bending issues. They certainly aren’t to be used like pry bars. Too small.

They seemed durable and don’t look like they rust.

Go through these all the time. Either working then too hard or just misplacing then. First time getting this brand. Very happy with the quality. Hippie I can hang on to them.

Like really , forget the tool trucks . Id rather buy these everytime one breaks. Love the grip , love the angles. Will buy again

This picks and hooks are large and well-made. Shafts extend through the handles for added strength. Chrome vanadium shafts are very durable! Handles are comfortable for heavy use.

The screwdrivers and picks are overall good quality but most of the screwdrivers are too small for what I need. I mainly bought this to remove most of them and put my own small screwdrivers.

Perfect set of tools for removing seals on my motorcycle. Good quality and value. Storage box makes sure tips and handles stay together.

They are inexpensive enough that if you can’t find the last set you bought you can purchase these and get the job done. It is easier to run down to Harbor Freight and buy the tool and get the job done than to fret about where you stored the last set, and when you get done you find the other set and you have both of them in the same place and hopefully you will remember next time you need them.

And the price is cheaper than Ace Hardware or Home Depot but the quality is as good if not even better than Home Depot, and definitely cheaper than ACE. Good deal!.

I had to clean out broken and chipped concrete in several cracks in a patio prior to weather sealing sealing. These worked great to dislodge the debris. The different sizes and configurations were able to reach in and pull out all the big stuff, including a failed expanding foam attempt by the former owner.

I worked on 35+ feet of crack and never bent one of these. The most used ones were hardly dulled when I finished. I would have liked the larger ones to have a little bit smaller shaft, but it wasn’t a big problem.

I bought these because I was replacing a rusted Fuel Filler system on my vehicle. From the gas intake(where you add gasoline) to the fuel tank. There were a couple of rubber/nitrile fuel hose sections that I had to break free from the metal pipe sections before I could wrestle them off.

Plus there were a few smaller hooked tools that I just might be able to use to clean my teeth. Don’t need no stink’in dentist. Any way worked just like I saw on YouTube. Avoided the dealership, saved me $$$.

Most valuable axe out there, there is cheaper but those will break before the first swing, there are more expensive ones and maybe they’re a bit better, but this is the best you can get for the price.

I don’t think its gonna break anytime soon and boy does it really help get the job done. You won’t regret this one! Thank you Ace!.

This is a great stall rake; however, they do break and it is totally unfair and lazy of Valley Vet to refuse to ship the basket without the handle. This is not good customer service as several customer reviews have complained about the extremely high shipping charge which more than doubles the price of the rake.

I wonder if the owner of Valeyvet is aware of his employees refusal to do this very simple task and save their customers a lot of money especially for an item that only lasts a short time before it breaks.

Other distributors ship rakes without the handle so to the extreme shipping charge–it seems Valleyvet makes enough money that they just can’t relate to those of us who strugle to meet our horses needs.

ValleyVet refuses to remove a single screw to remove the stick which causes shipping to quadruple. This is probably the 4th time I am ordering this rake because they do break. I don’t mind having to buy a rake every couple of years; however, it is unfair to pay rediculous shipping because they just don’t care about the customer simple request.

Every time I see the name Valleyvet, I think of this disregard to customers reviews and avoid buying from them when possible.

I was so happy to get this fine tine fork to REALLY clean out my horses’ stalls. I am the only one that uses this fork (for a large pony and a small horse). Today when I was mucking, the tines started separating, and I saw that part of the basket had broken in half! Very disappointing.

Will be contacting the manufacturer.

Terrible !! Holes do not line up and replacement pole has same issue. Horrible product. Want complete refund and you said you were sending mailing label to return previous faulty pole/handle …. where is it ?.

I cannot speak for anyone else, but I read the directions and watched the videos posted on the facebook page and put the dominant buck powder out in july. I freshened it up every 4 to 6 weeks and once the rut kicked in jusst a little bit, I started with the doe powder.

1st sit in stand and I killed my biggest buck to date, over 200 pound 4yr old buck. 3 weeks later on a different farm, same result! Solid 9pt. I started this year June 1st and about 1 hour after placing out the buck powder I had 3 different bucks coming in and a ton of doe’s checking it out as well.

Used both buck and doe. Originally purchased as set off of tv over 3 yrs ago and recently ran out. 3 yrs later it still worked as great as the first day I recieved it. Around here NWA the doe works best, it attracts both does and bucks.

Never have got the licking branch to work. A mock scrape with some of this doe is a EXCELLENT tool, a weapon no deer hunter should ever go into the woods without.

False advertising! They said a 2 oz bottle and vine in the description! Drive a hour To put it out on my land and no bottle! Put the vine out thinking they must of screwed up. Contacted them and would send me the Bottle! Terrible.

I bought this for a good friend who used to loan me his mini-mattock from time to time. He loved it (and I loved it), so when he and his wife divorced, guess what? She took it. It’s been 3 or 4 years and we’ve both needed it a few times, but neither of us could find one for sale anywhere.

What IS for sale are flimsy “flower-garden” tools that are pretty light-duty. Lately, he needed the tool again, and lamented that nothing like it was available – and so his digging was much more difficult without it.

I made yet another online search trying to find a heavy-duty mini-mattock and found this “military style” tool. I bought it for my friend and he LOVES it! And I’LL love it if I need to borrow it again! It is strong and heavy enough w/o being too heavy for one-handed digging.

And don’t worry, I loan him power tools whenever he needs something ;-).

30 years military service and had never saw one in the many places of the world that I needed one. for a fifty plus year old tool, it is in great shape for the age. If it had a cover or carrier it would have been a ten.

Now I have one thanks.

This is what I have been looking for for a long time. The design is good for its size, weight, and having one pointed pick and one flat shape. good for gardening sitting down on a block of wood or a mini stool.

It is also ideal for digging and clearing weeds at your leisure pace. It looks to be well made and sturdy.

It’s a great swing set for ages 4-10 but it doesn’t hold the weight capacity for tallerbigger kids ie ages 10-12. Also, the wood is really soft so be careful not to tighten the parts too much or it dentsindents.

I would suggest staking it down into the ground if you’re able to make it more sturdy. My little one has loved it though!.

This set has been perfect – sturdy, does not take a lot of room in the yard and has held up well so far to a year of rough play. Monkey bars and side ladders a huge plus. Took a few hours to put it together but directions were easy to follow.

Having recently moved, i have been slowly sorting out the garden. There are several paths with gravel on mud and ive been trying to lift this to relay on weed proof membrane. Having borrowed a pick, i decided to get this as i also have a number of roots that i need to cut through.

I have also had to lift large amounts of turf to make new paths. This tool is ideal. Right weight which means minimal effort. Nice length with a comfortable grip. Its really sharp for cutting through roots and i wish id got this several years ago when i was removing a number of large bushes.

This has made the jobs so much easier.

This is my first pick axe. I was surprised that I had to fit the head myself. I expected a tool of this nature to be preassembled. The head is not a perfect fit on the plastic body even after I put all of my weight on it, pogo style.

It seems to work perfectly ok and broke up my heavy clay soil without any real effort, unlike when I was trying to dig the soil over. I was struggling to get the spade into the ground more than about an inch (2-3cm).

Difficult to say if I would recommend it as I have nothing to compare it to. All I can say it that it seems fairly reasonable for the price. You would have to make your own judgement on this one.

This pickaxe came flat-packed, but was really simple to assemble. I’ve only made light use of it so far in our garden, but I can already see that it will be ideal for both breaking up old packed down slate pathways and digging up tufty grasses and rogue saplings.

With the head only being ‘push on’, I’m not sure if it would come loose easily if used for really tough work like breaking concrete; this is why I only gave 4/5 for Reliability (which I haven’t had it long enough for to judge properly yet).

Overall, I’m confident that this tool will be ideal for garden use, and I recommend it for such.
