Some days it helps for a few hours but doesn’t last. Most days it does nothing. I suffer from terrible insomnia and mild sleep apnea. My doctor suggested these but so far minimal help. Also they have sucralose listed as one of the ingredients.

I have dried other melatonin but the dosage was not enough. These tiny little pills taste like berry and dissolve in your mouth. They taste good and work good. So far after over a year of regular use they are still going strong.

I have taken the product for about a week; I will say that though I still wake up 2-3 times a night(which I still wish I didn’t), to return back to sleep quicker, I don’t lie there for an hour plus. I’ve always been an anxiety sweater. 20 years ago in massage school, I actually had a teacher suggest that perhaps I choose another profession because of the sweat literally pouring off of my face and scalp and threatening to drip on my practice client while I was learning a new technique that was difficult for me.

This has only gotten worse as I have aged, and now that I’m hitting menopause (and after the stress of the last year), it’s pretty much every single morning on my way into work and during my first session.

I keep paper towels in my car to mop my face. Forget makeup. I have no idea why I even bother with moisturizer most days. I’ve tried a number of things: prescriptions, herbals, anxiety meds. Nothing helps much.

I took effectively a sedative (for migraines but it reduced anxiety, depression, and insomnia) all day long if not at least night time for decades and discontinued it due to creeping symptoms associated with long term use but the residual anxiety and insomnia remained after switching to a new migraine medication so I started with melatonin.

I didn’t sleep for days on days for weeks when I went dry and I am someone who requires 8hrs a night minimum or I SIGNIFICANTLY will struggle to function or stay awake during the day more than the average person.

I’ve tried many brands and they made me feel groggy like I was sleeping but I wasn’t getting DEEP sleep and i ALWAYS woke up several times and would toss and turn and if I didn’t fall asleep within a certain window it would be a harrowing night.

I also normally dream every night and on some of them i did not dream so that was another sign that the sleep was not restorative. This is THE BEST BRAND BY A LANDSLIDE. I still unfortunately require a lot but that’s the same regardless of the brand but this one i get sleep! Good sleep! I take 20mg.

Advanced sleep about a half hour before bed then I chew on 10mg of a fast dissolve when I start to feel a little sleepy to actually accomplish sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night (uncommon but still happens, especially at the moment for personal reasons) I chew on a half/5mg fast dissolve or a full 6mg/thiamine to help go back to bed.

The different formulas genuinely do EXACTLY what they say they will. Highly highly recommend. I deal with symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Sleep is a problem when you have multiple sclerosis. Even though you’re extremely fatigued all the time you don’t necessarily sleep for long periods of time.

Having the tendency of waking up and being wide-awake staying awake and then eventually going back to sleep which is completely inefficient and disruptive. an absolutely terrible cycle. I have had a bottle of sleep mode for over a year that I didn’t try because I have a hard time with melatonin for some weird reason.

I happen to be hyper super sensitive to everything in life it’s just the way it is. I bought this to help keep me asleep. I already take various prescription medications at night, some of which help sleep too. I have a diagnosed sleep disorder in addition to frequent manic episodes from bipolar.

When it arrived, I actually got excited! Reading the box, the Sleep3 has L-Theanine, a “nighttime herbal blend”, plus the Meletonin. It was interesting to read that “the L-Theanine interacts with the Neurotransmitter GABA, to support a calm and relaxed mood.

Wow! I thought this just might work! That nighttime herbal blend includes Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Balm, and Valerian Root Extracts, all herbs said to be great for insomniacs. The bottle of Sleep3 contains 120 tablets.

That’s enough for about 4 months. Each pill is pretty big, definitely within range of being referred to as a horse pill. This didn’t bother me, but if youbhave issues with pills, these will likely not be pleasant for you.

Despite the size of the pill, they are smooth with no detectable tastes. Knowing I needed to talk to taste, I did hold that first pill in my mouth longer than one would normally, just to really get a sense of possible tastes.

Now, if you actually let it dissolve in your mouth, it probably has a taste, but for normal use it’s taste-free. Each pill has 3 layers. Apparently these dissolve at different rates. The light pink layer contains the L-Theanine and herbal blend, to help you “relax and unwind”.

The white middle layer has your first bit of Meletonin, to help you fall asleep. The mauve colored layer has the time release Meletonin, to help you stay asleep. There is a total of 10mg of Meletonin in the entire pill.

So, by now you’re wondering if all of this worked. Yes, it does seem to work. I have taken it for the last 2 nights, and I slept well. The first night, I took the pill after 2 in the morning, when I remembered I had them, and had to wake up at 6.

I was a bit foggy for the first 45 minutes or so, after I woke up. This is unusual for me, so I think I just took the pill too late and my body hadn’t quite metabolized all the Meletonin. The second night, last night, I had better results.

I took the pill around 12:30, and slept until about 7ish. It was a good sleep, and I woke up clear headed and ready for today. And writing this review!.

This was recommended by my doctor as I cannot take any estrogen products. I was quite hesitant, but since my doctor assured me it would be alright, I began taking it. However, speak to your own doctor about it.

It’s been about six months. I have had severe hot flashes for over a decade. This product has relieved it. This product hasn’t taken them away fully, but has helped them to be reduced. I can now sleep through the night.

I do recommend it.

I LOVE this product. I have tried every menopause/hot flash pill on the over-the-counter market. Including plain black cohosh. Remifemin is the ONLY one that works well (for me). You may not feel the same relief I do but I highly recommend you give it a try.

Its not a magic instantaneous pill. You have to take it twice a day ( I took 2 a day for about 2 weeks before I noticed a difference). Once it was in my system for about 3 weeks I went down to one pill a day.

That worked for me, everyone is different. I didn’t notice any side effects. I still have an occasional hot flash but compared to 5-10 a day, it’s now maybe 2-3 a week.
