First off, my sizing info. I’m petite at about 5’2″ and 106 lbs. I’m thin and not curvy or hippy, not much of a butt, skinny ankles, regular length torso. I always find body type and size reference useful when posting reviews.

Otherwise, it’s pretty pointless to even post a review that won’t be helpful to others imo. I purchased the size 2 petite though my regular size at ON is a 0 petite. At the time, I assumed this style didn’t carry size 0P because I didn’t even see it as an option.

It wasn’t crossed out like it usually is if a size is sold out. But months later, looking at the site, the 0P is listed. Anyhow, I’m glad it wasn’t listed when I purchased because the 2P fits perfect so I’d say these run smaller since I’m always a 0P.

On me, these are not a true high-rise. They are below my belly button so more of a mid-rise. But I still like them. Comfortable and cute. I see ppl complaining about the petite length being too short.

But you have to know what inseam works on your body. ON is good about listing all their inseams under the fit and sizing details. It says this jean in petite is a 25″ inseam, which I know on me being only about 5’2″ as I mentioned, is always the perfect ankle length jean.

This is always the inseam length I look for in all my jeans & pants cause I know it works every time. Just know what works for you. These fit me like the model picture. Love the side slits and raw hem detail.

At 50% off when I purchased, it was a steal! Highly recommend.

I was excited to try these jeans. They were more expensive than other jeans on here, so I assumed they would fit better and be more flattering. When I pulled them on, they looked. okay. They fit well enough , which is something I really appreciate about ON clothes in general (they fit very true to size and haven’t magically shrunk like other brands out there).

They were not super flattering in the butt area, which is the main thing for me. If they don’t pass the booty test, they don’t pass at all. That being said, they were okay, so I wore them. It only took a few times of me sitting down and getting up for them to go from curve-hugging flattering, to baggy.

I had to keep pulling them up (super embarrassing), and they were no longer flattering to my figure. I’m super disappointed and will be sending back the darker pair I ordered. (BTW, the darker wash fit different than the lighter one and was not as flattering to the backside!).

I’m very OCD when it comes to my clothes fitting and flattering, and am especially particular about jeans, because they can easily look sloppy and baggy if you don’t invest in the right ones. I’m sorry to say that these are not the right ones.

These jeans run a full size too small, or perhaps they’re just not for curvy girls. The worst part about these jeans is the odor they emit. So far they’ve been washed and air dried 3x and the smell is strong like moth balls and pungent dye.

Theyre embarrassing to wear in public/to work because others CAN smell them. Seriously disappointed, I wish I would have attempted to return these as soon as I smelled them but I tried to give ON the benefit of the doubt.

Also, this is the second pair of jeans that sizing was way off, in February 2022 I purchased a pair of ripped Rockstar high wasted jeans and my typical size was too small and the next size up was way too big.

What a waste. Old Navy used to be one of the only brands I could wear due to a metal allergy and the buttons didn’t cause a reaction. Lesson learned, it’s worth the extra money to purchase jeans from a more consistent brand.

Old Navy really had done a great job of designing jeans for the curvy woman. I tried on a pair of jeans at a store about a month ago, the zipper was damaged, but they extra high jean paired with the super stretch, encouraged me to come home and purchase multiple pair, in different colors online! I had finally cracked the denim code for my body type! Of all of the pairs that I purchased, although the only difference (on paper) was the color, this pair does not have the same super stretch factor as the darker pairs that I purchased of the same type/design.

They do fit, but are really stiff and just barely meet my expectations of the “extra high super stretchy” jeans that I’ve come to love from old navy. The do look great while on and are slimming, but when I sit, they produce a muffin top which is unappealing.

I won’t return these because they are still cute and I do not have any other jeans in this color. I’ll manage the muffin top with the appropriate blouse.

What’s wrong with Old Navy? I haven’t bought jeans from Old Navy in years and recently decided to try them again. I bought a pair of these in store and loved them until I noticed that after wearing them twice, the stitching on both back pockets was coming undone.

Seemed really weird for it to happen on both pockets at the same time. I brought them back so I could exchange them and of course they didn’t have them in store, so they ordered me a pair which still haven’t even arrived yet.

That was a week ago. They became available in store again earlier this week so I bought a pair for in store pickup and the paper label shows extra high waisted but the label on the inside of the jeans says mid rise.

When I put them on they felt like they were in between mid rise and extra high rise, but no. They must be mid rise b/c when I walk they slide down to where a mid rise jean would normally hit. So now these have to go back too.

The other pair they ordered for me should be here within the next few days. I hope that pair works out better. Also, the ankle is too wide. Fits more like a bootcut.

These were just the fit and wash I was looking for. They were skinny, but not squeeze tight and didn’t crease in the back of the thigh like some skinny jeans do. The length was perfect for my height, and fell right at my ankle.

They did stretch a bit as I wore through the day, and the back of thigh area became slightly loose fitting. But I welcomed it. Did not cinch at the waist, and were very comfortable sitting on the floor playing with kids, running around, and dressy enough for Easter dinner.

I did notice there was an odd pilling effect that had taken place on the inside of the jeans, after I wore them that day. But it didn’t affect me or my skin.

These are super comfortable and cute on. However please please please consider making these in the higher high or extra high rise. These are called high rise but I’d say they are actually a mid rise (I’d hate to see where the ones labeled mid rise hit 😬).

These would seriously be the perfect skinny jeans if they were a true high rise! They are so comfy that I am considering keeping them even though they aren’t high enough but haven’t decided yet. If you don’t mind a mid rise I’d say these are phenomenal and recommend them, just don’t expect actual high rise.

I really like the look and fit, with the exception of the waist? The waist is really large compared to the rest of the fabric. There is literally 2 or 3 inches of extra room around the waist and it is the smallest pair they make, e.

g. XSM. Not sure what happened there, but it is really strange. Sad that I have to send these back. I love SS but for whatever reason, things tend to be way oversized these days and so much of what I buy has to be returned.

If I order XSM, it is still boxy or baggy on me. I cannot wear petites because I have long arms and legs. I wish we could get back to true to size fitting clothing?.

(I think the review I first wrote for these jeans got submitted for the wrong item. ) I absolutely love these jeans!!! Very soft! Very comfortable waistband! (I have not had any of the issues mentioned in some other reviews concerning the waistband, but I haven’t washed mine yet.

So far, the waistband is one of the very things I love about these jeans. ) The color is not what I was expecting from the picture. I was hoping for the brighter blue in the picture. The actual blue is a more ordinary, washed blue, which is fine.

I do not regret ordering these jeans!.

Please bring back the Metro jeans. I am going to keep these only because I have not found a good alternative. The waist band rolling may be annoying. There are some weird stripes on the fabric at back of knees as well as front right above knee.

Maybe a weak attempt to distress but missed the point of using random distressing.

Bought these at the start of September and having only worn them a handful of times, the inner thighs have already ripped. I’ve bought cheaper jeans that have lasted much much longer in the thighs so I’m very disappointed they’ve only lasted a month.

The fit on the legs is also odd – way too big on the ankles and calves.

Finally found a pair of proper denim jeans, and they fit perfectly. Very happy. I’m 5′ 1. 5″. They waist height and leg length are perfect. Only slight quibbles – they are not tight at the ankles (slightly baggy) and they are a distressed finish (which I knew).

Would love version that wasn’t distressed.

The fit and feel of these jeans were awesome. I loved them so much I ordered more. I wore them 1-2 times a week since I got them at the beginning of October 2021. Now, mid November 2021 and I’m sitting here with a 6inch rip on the seat of the jeans that makes them unwearable.

High enough that turning them into cutoff shorts is impossible so I have useless fabric right now. I wore these jeans at most 10-11 times and the material just ripped right apart with no warning. I have to say that my jeans usually reach this milestone after about a year of wear and tear but this was much faster and in a different location than what I’m used to.

Not sure if it’s quality control or this is just what jeans are now. My other pair from Old Navy (different style, slouchy straight) is doing fine so I don’t think this is across the board. Hoping the incoming pairs will not suffer the same fate but I might just preemptively return so I don’t waste money.

These jeans would be great for you if you only wear them sparingly and treat them more like nice slacks instead of a sturdy material like denim.

I bought these jeans in the first purchase I have made since 2009 on jeans that weren’t skinny. I’ll say it again. I have not bought non-skinny jeans since pre-2009. For over ten years, I’ve stuck with the iconic jean style that was all the rage in my high school years, and I’ve finally expanded.

These jeans are cute. I love the wash on them- not too dark, not too light. I can’t wait to wear these with a cute, flowy top and sandals and tap into my inner flower child. They’re not flared, and on my slightly short legs, they end right at my feet, not above the ankle, as in the pictures.

However, they are a tad bit tight in the waist. They fit around my curvy hips fine, and they are comfy through the thigh. But the waist? I’ve had them on for 8 hours at this point and I am starting to fantasize about slipping into some stretchy lounge pants.

Are they so tight I would return them or size up? No. I actually ordered another pair of Old Navy Jeans in a 12 Petite, and those are looser in the waist, and much more comfortable. I just think these are just a little snug, but I could lose a couple of pounds.

When I bought these, I was so excited. The fit was amazing and they were so comfortable. After a few wears and one wash, though, I noticed one of the seams in the by the zip was tearing. It was annoying, but I figured that if I treated them with tlc, I’d be able to get at least a season out of them.

Now it’s a few weeks later and I discovered holes at the seams where the back pockets are sewn on. I’m not going to be able to wear them out in public anymore (maybe I’ll get some more wear out of them around the house, but I don’t want to risk one of those small holes suddenly not being small while in public).

Even with the low price, I expect a pair of jeans to last for a while (I’m not hard on them, and I’ve gotten years of wear out of old navy jeans before). But to barely last two months (and to have a seam rip within 2 weeks)? That’s just pathetic.

Normally i wear topshop jamie jeans but the options are limited now. These fit better but it’s a bit loose, it doesn’t feel as tight and get looser throughout the day. It’s not the same kind of stretch as the jamie jeans.

They were a bit too long for me still but i like them cropped, i cut off 7 cm. I’m 1m52,5 for refference.
