I’ve had this pan for about a month now and have used it several times a week since I’ve gotten it. When it first arrived I was impressed on how they presented it in the packaging as you open the lid you are presented with this high quality item that just screams to be unboxed and get onto the stove top.

Upon taking it out of the box you immediately notice the superb quality of the unit. The handle feels great in your hand and the weight of the construction screams that it is going to outlive me. I followed the pre-seasoning instructions and then proceeded to cook my first meal, beef Szechuan.

This pan cooked so evenly and the clean up was as simple as a quick wipe out with a paper towl. I was really intrigued by the extended lip so my next meal I prepared pan seared Halibut. The lip was perfect for allowing me to tilt the pan while I based the the fish.

Once again because of the quality of the pan it produced a much better dish than I have the ability to do on my own. At this point I’m am so excited that I have run the pan thru numerous places cooking everything from pan seared stakes that get finished off in the oven to sauces that normally stain a pan and this unit has not disappointed.

Even cooking and clean up is a breeze. This pan is now my go to for 90% of all my cooking whether it be on the stove top, the grill or the oven.

Very disappointing. Thought I got a good purchase after reading all the reviews. Beautiful skillet, , the right size. Unfortunately the ceramic bottom starting sticking and came off in a small area after about a couple of uses!.

You can see the image of the heating element as an oval shaped area where the sticking occurs. Not really non stick either. I would have returned it if it were not such a pain. Bought it from Macy’s.

I read all the reviews on all the electric skillets. I decided on this one since there was no reasonably priced all stainless steel electric skillet available at a decent price. I LOVE THIS SKILLET!!!! If you make chili or spaghetti sauce or need to brown a lot of meat – you will love this! If you make pancakes or cook scrambled eggs and anything else (at the same time) you will love this! The coating is ceramic not Teflon and this is a good thing.

Use a plastic spoon, spatula or pancake turner. The skillet washes out very easily even though you don’t want to submerge it. NOTHING sticks to it!!!!! There is a trick to using an electric skillet so that you can rely on the temperature reading.

Turn the skillet on and heat it to 400 degrees, as soon as it gets to that heat, if you are frying or browning anything, add it to the skillet and then turn it down to the temperature you want to cook at.

Before deciding on this electric skillet, I read all the reviews from many websites on many different electric skillets. I cannot believe how many reviews (all positive) were written by people who had either received the skillet for free, in trade for a review OR had been compensated for their review.

I bought my electric skillet from Walmart. com and have not been compensated in any way. I love the Walmart. com free home delivery for orders over $35.

We had the non-ceramic skillet for a couple years and used it every day until the heating unit finally burned the non-stick surface beyond use. Thought I’d try this ceramic skillet and within the first few weeks the heating element was scorching the ceramic.

Also everything I to cook on it (mostly eggs, pancakes)became stuck to the surface–even bacon for goodness sake! No matter how low the temp or whatever amount of oil I used, I always had to chisel the food off the skillet.

Maybe this was a fluke because of all the good ratings. But I am going back to the other (black) non-stick skillet. I worked great and got a couple years use out of it. Again, I use this almost every day.

Moreover, the two large handles on the side of the skillet make it easy to hold and carry anywhere. This skillet fits well on my kitchen counter. The one caution I would have for customers is to make sure you have a 120 V AC electrical outlet and do not plug it into any other outlet.

Once major convenience is that this skillet heats up pretty quickly, so that helps save me time. I love making my breakfast meals on this appliance. My eggs, french toast, sauages, and bacon are cooked perfectly and taste great.

I love that the coating for this skillet does not contain any harmful chemicals that could leak into my food. In terms of cleaning, only the lid can be placed in the dishwasher, but the skillet surface is easy to clean off with a sponge and dish detergent and takes me less than 3 minutes.

I appreciate the non-stick surface of this device, which makes it easy to wipe off. This skillet should not be put into water. I love that it has a temperature dial that goes up to 450 degrees. The instruction manual is also convenient because it includes a list of common foods you can make, what temperature to set the skillet on, and how long each food will take to cook.

I have had this 12×12 Copper titanium electric skillet for less than a year. Initially it performed as advertised. Now I find that food placed over the burner ring burns while the rest cooks far more slowly.

I received this a few weeks ago and have used it at least 3 times a week. I absolutely love it! I am able to cook my favorite foods in it and not have to worry about it sticking to the bottom! I find this pan is of the best size and has most uses on my gas stove in home. I can cook all kinds of meals from breakfast to dinner, from frying eggs to making vegetable stews. Its size extend the use to deep frying and grilling.

I use it to grill burger meat, vegetables, asparagus. etc. Its size is good for deep frying mushrooms dipped in batter or frying a good batch of potatoe fries. I even make sandwiches using it, panini, grilled cheese, french toast.

This site has an extensive set of gadgets one will ever need for his/her home kitchen use ( of course commercial too ). IMO, highly recommended as the first piece of cookware for anyone who wants to become a home chef.

Just a reminder : This pan comes well pre-seasoned but requires a bit of tendering after. The easiest way to keep it in best cooking condition is to clean out the debris under a running tap while it’s still warm then wiped dry or dried on a hot stovetop after cooking; wip the entire interior clean using a piece of lightly oiled paper towel when the pan is heated up before cooking.

That’s it and it’s quality is guaranteed to last one’s lifetime or generations. Best investment I made ever. Last but not least: If one gets tired of indoor cooking, the investment is preserved by taking it to other cooking occasions such as tailgate party, camping or just backyard.

Its ruggedness makes it a good piece of cookware regardless of gas, bed of hot coals or just barbecue grills.

Lodge brand in my opinion is horrible! I recently two weeks ago purchased a Lodge cast iron skillet for $25 bucks the 12 Inch and a Lodge cook pot for $50 bucks both are horrible to use. both stick with anything you cook.

I’ve tried lowering the heat to lo medium heat nothing changes. Ive tried making pancakes and all I get is stick stick stick! same with stir fry or pasta dishes. I’ve done some burgers they came out decent without alot of stick but constantly having to scrape the bottom of the skillet an clean is just a mess and not good on time.

The cleaning is horrible as well. you can barely use luke warm water an rinse and it rust rust rust! the metal is coming out the skillet already and only had for 2weeks!! If only I had kept the boxes this mess came in.

I will still try and do a return because I do have my receipt but most likely im out of $$$. Do yourself and your funds a favor shop around elsewhere. This brand is a joke!! The good reviews that are being posted on here must be employees or owners or some sort of payroll for this brand.

Im upset with myself for believing this brand was going to work and throwing the boxes away immediately. Im even more upset because I throwed away all my grandmother pots and pans and skillets from the 80’s some even the 70’s!! things just aint what they use to be.

spock is saying it) to see if it was all the jazz that everyone was barking on about. well, the first thing you see without seeing it is the sheen. Without sheen nothing is nothing. then you see the solidness of it.

solidness counts a lot. then you pick it up and see it weighs 11. 5 pounds and youre pretty sure youre onto something. then you let it stand next to your half-drunk roommate who splatters cooking oil on it.

And then you wipe some extra virgin olive oil on it, just to be sure that it was not water your roommate sprinkled on it and then YOU LET IT RIP AND YOU TOSS IT INTO THE OVEN AT 425 DEGREES AND HURL A VEGETARIAN HEAVY BURGER INTO IT! and then you realize that that is not how you normally cook vegetarian burgers because youve had a few yourself, I mean what else is a Sunday with all the people and kids over for? so then you quickly look up can you broil using a Lodge cast iron and then answer comes back, the hierarchy approves! so you quickly turn the dial to broil and there is much rejoicing! and you watch as the hunk of vegetarian matter starts to broil without the cast iron melting in the ovens of Moltar.

yep, faith, thats what Im talking about. its my first day with my Lodge 15 inch cast iron, but like a good horse, I think we are going to become lifelong friends. my vegetarian hunk of meat is almost done, so I will bid you a fond farewell in the faith that I will be eating my Lodge 15 inch cast iron cooked meal to perfection soon.

This skillet is so handy! I really like an electric skillet for stir fry as many of my stir fry and other Asian recipes require a specific temperature for cooking, which is obviously impossible to gage on a stove top.

I really love how easy this skillet is to use and to clean! It heats up fast and keeps your foods warm for a long time after cooking if you keep the top on. I also did some pan fried fish easily on this skillet without it sticking to the pan.

This skillet is the perfect size for a family of two. Now that I know how well it works and how easy it is to use, I’m going to get the XL version by Elite Gourmet.

This is a really useful product for the price point. It’s a large skillet that has plenty of room for a good stir fry or family meal for 4-6 people. It works quickly and seems to heat evenly, It’s also really, really easy to clean because the skillet and lid both detach and you can throw them right into the wash in your sink or into the dishwasher with no issues.

This would be great for a small kitchen without a range, camping somewhere with access to electricity or even just using it during the hot summer months because it puts out less heat into the room when it’s in use.

I’m on my second unit in a year and a half and it has failed. The non-stick coating wears out quickly. I use silicon spatulas. I coat it prior with a spray of avocado oil. It’s frustrating having to toss these after 9 months.

Non-stock never seems to last very long on any type of pot or pan. Frying eggs, bacon, corned beef hash are the only reason I need one of these. Otherwise I’d move completely over to one of those Insta Pots pressure cookers for everything.

I had a Bella 12′ for about 4 years till the legs on it broke and I just couldn’t cook with it lop sided like that and this upgrade just blew me away I’m so happy I got it!.

I bought this pan directly from All-Clad as part of a 2 piece set. Both the 8 and 10 inch pans have a large bottom, more typical of a sauté pan, and very different than the profile of the stainless D3 or D5 fry pans that have sloping sides.

This 10 inch pan has the surface area more typical of a 12 inch D3 pan, which makes it cook larger than one would think. As a result, we use the 8 inch pan more often for breakfast, as it’s more like a typical 10 inch pan.

Both are very non stick, both sit perfectly flat on my glass top electric range, and both are very substantial pans. They are comfortable to use, heavy by comparison to most other non stick pans, but not heavy in absolute terms.

Cooking is very even. One thing that I must make others aware of is that they take much longer to come up to temperature than typical non stick pans. Don’t force heat into the pan, just set it on medium low heat and be patient.

Heated this way, temperature across the pan is very even without any hot spots. This is actually the only way to properly heat any pan, and being patient makes a huge difference. The induction compatible stainless steel base keeps the pan absolutely dimensionally stable, so the pan sits flat throughout the heating and cooling cycle.

Let the pan naturally cool down. No cold water, and then wash it. Stainless steel is not a great conductor of heat, but this is an advantage. It’s only on the base of the pan. As a result, it takes a bit longer to heat, but the heat is even and the pan stays hot.

The rest of the pan is aluminum. The combination makes these pans great. In fact, I find myself turning the heat down a bit after the food starts cooking. This keeps the pan from overheating. It’s exactly what I do when cooking on cast iron.

For eggs, it’s the best pan I’ve ever used. I’ve been using these for nearly 8 months now, and both pans are still as new. And please, never put any pan in the dishwasher. Also, I use ONLY wood or silicone utensils.

Both pans still look and perform as new.

After about two weeks, I’ve used everything in the set at least once and some items several times. The pots are a good weight, heat evenly and quickly, and have so far presented no issues with cleanup at all.

The handles stay cool on the stovetop — obviously, not in the oven. The big stockpot has proved especially useful — it’s seems a perfect balance of width and depth, and the steamer insert has been getting a workout.

The selection of lids fitting multiple pots is convenient. The square pan has become my go-to dish for traybakes — since I’m usually cooking for one, I don’t really need something the size of a sheet pan, and this both heats and cleans up better.

Changes I might suggest: A small saucepan would have been nice, perhaps instead of one of the two large skillets. And I wish there were a lid for the medium skillet. But these don’t detract from what IS there, and the sale price made this a wonderful investment.

I LOVED these pans and used the big one nearly every day for eggs, stir-fries and main meals. I hand-washed always and was careful to only use wood and silicone utensils. In less than two years the finish became pock-marked and was coming off.

I sent photos to the All-Clad team about their so-called warranty and was told that it was only a manufacture defect if the finish came off “in sheets” and they could not control my use, so they would not replace it.

The customer service representative even told me that the finish could come off in as little as a few weeks depending on how you use it! I am a great home cook and was careful and thoughtful in my use of this pan to care for it appropriately.

I do not believe that expensive cookware should be essentially disposable, but after my interactions with the company, I heard a very different message from All-Clad, who seemed to not care if their product didn’t hold up to reasonable use.

I will not be purchasing from All-Clad again.

For a few years, I’ve been using non sticks. We cook a lot at our house, therefore the nonstick pans get a lot of usage. While using this pan thingss were going well at first, but after a week, things started to fall apart.

I know the instructions recommend to use a melamine sponge to try to remove any burnt-on material, but I don’t think it should be necessary. In the morning, I can’t cook my eggs without them sticking together.

I’ve probably owned well over a dozen different pans of various sizes over the years. Each of these pans was from a different manufacturer. I constantly replaced the prior pans with a new brand because none of them ever performed well for me.

The finest of them only lasted a few years since I was too cheap at the time to go out and buy another. None of those pans possessed a long-lasting non-stick surface. Most people can tell the difference between nonstick cookware and cast iron or stainless steel pans.

The problem is that I believe many of us continue to treat them in the same manner. The majority of the time, we subject them to extreme heat. If you want your non-stick pans to last, you can’t do that.

In my experience, many pans do not heat evenly. In my experience, the most of them did not. Unfortunately, many people are unaware of this until they have used a pan that does. It’s one of the reasons why, even if a non-stick pan would be superior, I’ll choose a stainless steel or cast iron pan for a particular meal.

These GreenPan Chathams have the most even heat dispersion of any non-stick pan I’ve ever seen. Foods simply cook more efficiently. Cleaning a nonstick pan should be a red indicator, as discussed previously.

If you don’t heat these pans for an extended period of time and let them cool before cleaning, and use enough butter or cooking oil, it’s extremely likely that they’ll just wipe clean with a dry paper towel.

This is what I do the majority of the time. I merely use a damp sponge (soft side only) and a little soap with warm water if I need more. With this pan, you should never have to do more than that. If you do, you’re probably cooking at too high a temperature for too long and/or with insufficient cooking oil.

That says a lot about this pan because it can withstand higher temperatures than non-stick pans I’ve used in the past. This is a very very good non-stick pan. The riveted handle is solid and I like never having to tighten the handle.

For most things I use it for, the steel handle never gets so hot that I need a pot holder – but on occasion it does. The non-stick non-teflon surface is just excellent and really really durable. This is the best non-stick pan I have ever owned.

I can’t recommend these pans enough if you want a high-quality non-stick pan. They should function well and endure a long time if properly cared for.

First issue: Of the four legs on the base of the skillet two were not the same height so the entire skillet wobbles. Second issue: As soon as the skillet heats up it shuts completely off. We were cooking bacon and as it began to sizzle the skillet shut itself off! We could hear the bacon stop sizzling so we turned up the heat to the next level, bacon resumed, there was a “click” the skillet shut off, bacon went silent.

So we turned up the heat AGAIN, the bacon sizzled, there was another “click” and the bacon stopped cooking. What good is a skillet that keeps shutting off instead of maintaining an even cooking temperature? We’re returning this worthless, poorly constructed, piece of junk.

Going thru a major kitchen remodel, oh my goodness has this miracle oversized electric skillet save our families life! You can cook multiple things at once. You can cook small things, big things, pretty much everything! The only thing I haven’t tried is getting water to boil but I’m pretty sure it would!!!! Heats up so fast and is the most AWESOME 1 stop pan I have ever used.

And I normally don’t care for electric but since my kitchen is under remodel this is amazing!!!.

Light use since Mothers Day. Prongs smelled like electrical fire, quit heating. Prong disconnected, into unit socket. Lid knob tiny for size and heft of lid. Bad design, bad quality. Refund please.

I’ve had the 12inch D3 pan for several years, and it’s held up without warping on a glass top stove (the worst to cause warp) with high heat sears and long dry pan warm-ups, just the sort of thing to cause warp.

The heat is even and it’s very responsive to heat changes. If I can pass along a tip for people reading these reviews – it’s horses for courses. The sticking people complain about is actually a “feature” of all stainless steel, it’s why professional chefs will use stainless for certain foods, to build up the fond in the pan then deglaze and turn it into a pan sauce.

Besides most proteins, I can do a mean omelet in this pan, but I have other pans that make it easier. I can’t fry an egg in it without a little sticking, and I would never do a tilapia filet in it. Searing tuna yes, tilapia no.

If users would educate themselves on how to use their tools they’d be much happier, and this is an excellent tool. Anyone that expects it to be nonstick is setting themselves up for disappointment. Anyone who understands how to cook in stainless is going to absolutely love it.

Have been using this for a few weeks now and I really love it. I have NOT had any issues with food sticking that weren’t my fault. I did not let it get hot enough. It cleans up very easy also. Have not had any trouble cleaning it either.

Hot soapy water and if necessary, some Bar Keepers Friend. Polishes it right up like new. The only other pan I have to compare it to is an Avacraft one that I have. It is also a tri-ply pan. They are both heavy duty and sturdy, but the All-Clad’s core is twice as thick as the Avacraft.

The All-Clad also has better craftsmanship and is cleaner and more polished looking all around. The All-Clad seems to cook better also. The Avacraft occasionally will stick a wee bit even when it’s good and hot, but nothing major.

When the All-Clad is at the right temperature it’s just as good as nonstick. I’ve only cooked meat in the All-Clad, but I have cooked bacon and eggs in the Avacraft with no issues, so I’m sure the All-Clad will do even better.

I am very happy with this pan and it’s quality and I plan to buy more All-Clad in the future.

I bought a 10” pan about a year ago, because the current Teflon one was wearing and became difficult to clean. I actually was looking for something on the inexpensive side to use temporarily until I could determine which expensive pan to buy.

I was amazed at how well this pan performed and easily cleans. With having other Teflon coated pans still in the cupboard, they now sit there and this is the one we grab to use whenever possible. I want to buy the 9.

5” & 11” but they are currently out of stock. I will be notified when they do become available. After a year, it looks as good as née, and it has been through the dishwasher many many times. However it cleans so easily, the dishwasher isn’t necessary.

I have cookware from many different brands and price points, from budget to luxury. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give these a 5. They’re lightweight but durable, they heat up quickly and evenly, and they are truly non-stick.

I have used them to make fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, breakfast pork chops, bacon, sausage patties, and grilled cheese sandwiches. The food slides right out of them. With egg residue, especially from scrambled eggs, all I have to do is spray the skillets with my faucet sprayer and it detaches and slides right out of the pan into the sink.

They’re great skillets, and so easy to clean up. I would not suggest putting them in the dishwasher – they are “dishwasher safe”, but if you want them to last for a long time you will want to hand wash them only.

Those dishwasher detergents and tabs are harsh and will remove the outside finish eventually. Hand washing will keep them looking new for a long time. You’ll want to only use silicone or plastic utensils as well, nothing metal that will scratch the skillets.

These skillets are a nice large size, but my favorite thing about them is that the side walls are a bit steeper than my other skillets, they’re just a little bit taller on the sides. This just allows me to stir and scramble my food more vigorously and not worry so much about sloshing, splashing, and making big messes, plus you can fit more food into them! The handles are a hard plastic material so they will stay cool enough to touch.

All in one pot; boiled water for the red lentil noodles, added a bit of chicken flavoring, chopped broccoli, added large pieces of white fish, and lastly zucchini noodles with favorite herbs and seasonings.

Topped with sharp cheddar cheez with lid on while the zucchini’s steamed and served up a healthy one dish meal in less than 15 minutes! Cleaned super easy and I was very happy and healthy! I waited a long time for this size skillet as others were TOO BIG or TOO SMALL.

My dad was looking for a single counter top burner that didn’t require specific cookware for it to work. Most take a long time to heat up, do not get hot enough for my dad’s cooking needs, and have a dial that says 1 -5, leaving you to guess the temperature or corresponding flame height.

I ordered this as an alternative, based on positive reviews. So far, he is satisfied with it, and it’s meeting his needs. Size does not take up kitchen counter but is just right for small dish or single portion cooking.

Heats up reliably, temperature dial seems to be accurate, cooks steaks so they do not become dry and tough by the time they are thoroughly heated. Very reasonably priced. My daughter is interested in this for quick cooking in her apartment now.

I researched electric skillets for two (2) steady weeks, hours each day, pricing, comparing sizes, weights, heating temperatures, dishwasher or NOT capabilities – so many factors dealing with these everyday appliances.

I broke my personal survey down to (2) fry pans – this one and another fry pan, however. it was only 6″ deep so I selected Nesco as my unique pick. It is a little jewel unto itself. I keep it on my counter top new the sink on a wooden cutting board for safety purposes.

It has an excellent heavy duty cord and which I believe the heating controls 1,2,3,4, and 5 signify 100,200, 300, etc. – 5 is for searing which is hottest setting. 1 and 2 are a simmer which is relatively hot at times.

300, 350, 400 are for frying and can get exceedingly hot. This is how I judge my cooking food actually it is similar to an oven – just keeps going off and on. Good for heating up next day pizza. Frying egg, french toast, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc.

Meats: Chicken breast – egg dipped and flour coats fry both sides till brown add chopped onions and frozen carrots with small can of Hunts tomato sauce and bake at 300-350 degrees for an hour and it makes a delightful meal for one or two people.

Port chop and also be make with the recipe above. I love my little gadget and I keep trying different recipes for one person. Fish is an outstanding choice for this little pan – this time I added stewed tomatoes and cheese, small can of string beans.

Frequently, I make one mean and space it for two sitting for lunch for two days. Heats food up well also. Don’t hesitate – you’ll love it and easy cleanup too.

This little skillet is perfect for making a grilled sandwich. I have made several other things in it. My favorite use for it is sterilizing baby bottle nipples. It is the perfect size to sit on the counter while I’m cleaning bottles I put the nipples in the electric skillets and within moments I have sterilized nipples ready to go.

It is also great for when we go camping and need a small electric skillet to make baked beans, corn, or just something to finish up our meal. It is very lightweight and very portable. I’m very please with all of the things that I’ve able to do with this skillet.

Buy this product from Fingerhut at your own risk. I grew up with my family owing cast iron cookware. One skillet that had been passed down to various family for over 40 year. I know my cast iron cookware! The skillet I received seemed fine at first, but the surface started to deteriorate.

The industry that came with the pan stated there would be a residue inside the pan that would dissipate. Unfortunately, that residue is getting worse, so I tried hand washing the inner surface, completely drying it, oiling and placing it in a 200 degree oven to bake.

All in the attempt to reseal on the pan. After an hour I remove the pan, which looked fine. After a couple of times cooking washing, oiling I noticed the the inner surface is rough, not smooth and the dark residue is still sloughing off! I have used cast iron all my life and this pan may be defective.

Due to length of time and usage, I won’t return the pan. I will continue to re-season in the hopes that the residue will subside. I am still concerned about the rough not smooth inner cooking surface and food is sticking, which is highly unusual for cast iron.

Very surprised as Lodge is supposed to be a good company.

I have never owned a cast iron skillet before this one. We bought a storage unit and this rusted out nasty looking pan was in there. I was going to toss it in the garbage but than remembered you can restore these.

I figured why not give it a try, if it didnt work no big deal. I didnt use the traditional methods of cleaning and when straight to some power tools, grinding it out. I’m so glad I didn’t toss this out.

I use this all the time and this is where its kept. A definite must have in your home.

Don’t be fooled by the picture on the site, it looked like it would be king of shallow, but no it’s not. It’s deep enough to fry in, which was my reason for buying. I’m tired of cleaning up the entire stove after frying, with this pan all deep frying is done on the countertop.

Much less mess. It’s a little heavier than it looks, very nice and easy to assemble handles, power cord is long enough and doesn’t get in the way. So far it cooks nice and easy, it heats evenly unlike hot plates do.

I’m impressed with the non stick coating, I think it will last me a very long time. The lid is of really good quality, not thin and light glass, it’s a perfect addition to my kitchen.

PROs: Overall good electric cooking skillet. It is huge! Perfect for a large family meal. Heating is steady and consistant although the temp on the dial control is way off. Once you learn where the sweet spot is for your needs it performs great.

CONs: Size – It is larger than I thought so it takes up a lot of space on the counter. Power Cord – The Power cord is well made but it is too short. Again because of the skillets large size you may be limited as to how you can position it due to the short power cord length.

Safety Concern related to the Handles – The handles are attached with small machine screws and they become loose. So if you are not careful and check handle tightness before use, the handle could fall off.

If Presto addressed the handle attachment issue I would give it 5 stars.

I purchased this skillet with good reason. I loved the idea, I would be able to sit at the table and cook when I wasn’t feeling well. the only problem is, when I am sitting at the table and I have to lift the lid it is way too heavy for me.

so unfortunately I have not been able to make good use of this item. it sits on my kitchen table taking up space. I really wish I had returned it because the money is wasted and there’s nothing I can do with it.

someone with more strength then me would be able to put it to good use. so sad that this has happened.

I looked at all electric skillets before buying this one. It”s very attractive. I like the looks. I also checked out all the reviews on line. Some good, some bad. I think that some of the bad reviews had issues that the other buyers caused themselves.

As soon as I received the skillet, I put a pan of bacon in it and just guessed the cooking heat. This skillet is large enough to lay the bacon in it without crowding the strips into a regular skillet.

Everyone at breakfast praised the bacon that day. Don’t know much about other meals yet, but I reallly like this one. Great price, great skillet.

The pan seems at first to be a high quality enamel-coated cast iron pan, but my first week of use has been disappointing. I had another enamel pan that functioned quite well and with minimal lubrication, performed like a non-stick pan.

This pan, even with a lot of oil, ghee or bacon fat, cannot cook a single thing without it sticking. It washes off with some scrubbing afterward, but this is not the performance I expect from an enamel-coated pan.

Furthermore, I notice small chips are now missing from the enamel – which means I ate them! Booooooo!.

Fantastic skillet. I cook everything in it. No stick is a pleasure over seasoned cast-iron pans. Having fun cooking outside. Easy clean-up. Even temperature distribution. no hot spots. Level flat surface eliminates pooling to one side of the pan, so everything cooks evenly.

Fits perfectly in BBQ grill. Food comes out the way it should and taste wonderful.

This is a quality skillet, big and almost stick free. Very nice glazed enamel, hopefully it will remain stick resistant indefinately. Fun colors, bright. A somewhat heavy skillet, care to lift it without slipping.
