Hi all, Skid here. I’ll be 44 this November and still enjoy skateboarding! My first board was a Santa Cruz exploding clock skateboard 30 years ago as a 8th grade graduate gift for my folks. (Yes, I got the reissue!) I got wheels to go with my new deck too! I’m enjoying the Slime Ball ‘s 78a softness wheels.

I bought a set of 60mm and 66mm so that I may have options for my skateboard set up for the day. I’ve noted years ago that larger , softer wheels take to a poor boys street better than small hard wheels.

Plus the weight of the wheels gives the extra momentum to pull the board full around during a kick flip. Making my skateboard more like a cat , always landing on it feet! That’s my review, time to sk8! Skid.

These will never fail you. I’ve tried a lot of cruiser wheels and these are as top dollar as OJ’s Mini Super Juice. Great for quipped traveling (ollie over here and there) than tech but are strong to move without a bearing spacer.

This is exactly what I was looking for! It is a combination of having a softer wheel that still slides. Happy skater! 🙂

These wheels shread! Soft enough for a smooth street ride but hard enough for power slide, 180 slides. on the street! I was worried they’d be too slippery but they are not. You still have to put some back into them before they will slide.

Highly recommended for street cruising while still functional enough for technical tricks. Smaller size are light as well, still good pop on the Ollie.

Hey All, I’m a roller skater and I purchased these wheels as a more affordable hybrid/skatepark wheel in place of purchasing the Moxi Fundae wheels (the specs are very similar). These wheels work awesome on my roller skates.

They improved my agility and are great for spins and carving. The only downside is that my truck bolt sticks out a little past the wheel (shallow wheel well), but I have not encountered any problem with this.

I used a down pivot to test the issue today and I had no issues with my truck wheel bold scrubbing the ground. I also wanted to add that I used RIT synthetic dye to dye these wheels and it took beautifully (before and after pics shown).

So to anyone wondering if they should use these as an affordable option to the Moxi Fundae, I would highly recommend. Happy Skating!.

Really good for downhill freeride i had control with my slides. Also pretty good for regular skateboards too no not just longboards. Cant wait to try techsliding with these on my other board. Used these on a bustin maestro mini going downhill at 25mph and was NOT disappointed, had great control.

Very solid wheel with good treads/grip. So far skating on smooth surfaces they are rolling well. I wouldn’t recommend for rough pavement though unless you like getting your feet put through a super tingly massage Be careful who you buy from though if these wheels are still in the shrink wrap.

Make sure they have multiple pics. Mine must’ve been in the wrapping for years as they’re discolored.

Previously had K2 85A wheels and was skeptical about how 84’s would feel. Noticeably softer and more comfortable to skate with. However the bearings don’t seem to glide as well. Really happy with the overall quality of the product.

I don’t know anything about Inline skates. That said, my teenage daughter was extremely pleased with the purchase, so I guess that’s a positive, indeed, from a teenager, that’s an endorsement!

The change to these new wheels was quick and painless. As I’ve only used them once I can’t speak on durability but so far the ride is smooth and the wheels roll really well. Dealing with the SkatePro professionals was a pleasure as they are competent, efficient, and friendly.

I’ve been rocking Arc’Teryx Apparel and using their Gear for 21 years now. So I know the innovations that the Arc’Teryx Designers were known for, and I know the back-steps that they’ve taken regarding their loss of articulated apparel patterning.

Arc’Teryx: Fortrez Hoody Men’s & Women’s. My girlfriend loves this fleece, unfortunately, it’s been discontinued 🙁 Sizing/Fitment: Fitment is true to size! Not too tight, not too loose, just right. You don’t want a mid-base layer to fit loose like a sweatshirt.

You can wear a long sleeve t-shirt under it and still have the Polartec Power Stretch hoody be comfortable. Comfort: The comfort is excellent, the patterning is pretty much spot on. But as always I do miss the old-school Arc’Teryx neck patterning that they were always known for.

It is slightly loose in the forearms, and I would LOVE to see some Wrist Thumb Holes just like on the awesome LEAF Naga Hoody Gen 1 Men’s, and especially on every mid-base layer Arc’teryx makes. That’s an upgrade feature that needs to happen! Quality: Polartec Power Stretch has always been the number one fabric for me that Arc’teryx has utilized over the years.

So I totally LOVE, dig the cool looking and feeling abrasion-resistant Polartec Power Stretch with Hardface! I don’t care about weight. I care about proper fitment, overall comfort, stretch, warmth, styling, durability, longevity, and most importantly quality! I don’t like to change to the main metal zipper pull, I much prefer the look and quality of the older YKK rounded Aluminum can pull-tab shaped metal zipper pull that was covered with a thick coat of paint which has never ever failed me.

Request: Please add Wrist Thumb Holes! Please go back to the older tried and true YKK rounded Aluminum can pull-tab shaped metal main zipper pull tab. Pros: Fitment, styling, material (Polartec Power Stretch w/Hardface), functionality, built-in Phasic AR neck gaiter ninja/covid mask, flatlock construction, new No Slip Zip concept, exterior auxiliary bicep pocket, petite zipper garages.

Cons: NO Wrist Thumb Holes 🙁 flimsy new main metal zipper pull tab, not offered in Black. GearFreakNY :).

These Bones Mini Logo wheels are very nice small cruiser wheels. They are soft enough to deal with your average rough surface such as pavements or road’s. You can if you wish use them at the skate park but I would recommend that you use a harder wheel for this as the last time I used soft wheels at a skate park I nearly tore the tyres off the cores of the wheel.

Nice bright colors as well. So all in all highly recommended.

It’s warm, versatile, great pockets, hood and inside hood protectection for that quick hike up to a peak and you didn’t realize how cold it was going to be as the sun set. True story. My only beef with the jacket is that it snags easily if you are not careful about where you are hiking or climbing through the brambles.

And the little sipper thingy seems to get caught on things when I through it in the back seat. Anyway – I love it except for the snaggy thing.

These were the perfect wheel for my old school set up. Wanted a big size wheel to coordinate with the shaped deck. Profile is nice and colors are the perfect compliment. 97a exactly what I wanted. Package was sent in an adequate amount of time.

Rad wheel for the vert ramp at Modern. Big, orange and beautiful. Not too hard, not too soft; these wheels are just right.

After skating multiple products from The NHS Fun Factory along with also speaking with Aaron, the NHS Warranty Department manager, and Jose Ponce, an employee of the NHS Warranty Department, I personally feel compelled to recommend letting this company earn your business.

Their customer service is impeccable, their products are immaculate, and every time I skate now I have a sense of individualism & assurance knowing their products are what’s carrying me. I bought my first pair of Ricta wheels, 78a 56mm Clouds, and had the best time skating them until they chunked.

After a visit to their website I learned they offer a warranty with their products. I filled the warranty form out and was contacted by, a very helpful, Jose Ponce who then emailed me a shipping label to have the wheels inspected and discussed options on replacements.

I received a phone call from The NHS Warranty Department’s Manager, Aaron. It didn’t feel like the usual phone call one would receive and dread from any typical customer service representative, but these guys aren’t typical.

Aaron gave me excellent advice about skateboarding, he also informed me that the size wheels i had previously bought with 78a durometer weren’t in stock and offered me a one of a kind experience that any skater would be ecstatic to accept.

In lieu of the wheels that chunked, he offered to send me two sets of wheels that are sent in to be inspected for quality when they make a batch of wheels, one in 92a the other in 86a. Upon receiving the wheels I am surprised & thankful to find out they aren’t just Ricta Clouds, they’re Ricta Chrome Clouds and even more surprising then now being given the chance to skate the other hardness of wheels offered by Ricta that I hadn’t yet skated, these guys went above and beyond and included a set of Ricta Chrome Clouds the same size & hardness as my original Ricta Clouds.

I really am appreciative these guys taking the time to talk to me and create a solution even with the unexpected and sudden workload that’s been put on them due to Covid-19 Pandemic and I also am grateful that skate companies, such as NHS, exist and have employees who care about their customers so much.

They earned my business undoubtedly for life before I ever received the replacement wheels in the mail and I don’t doubt they can earn your business as well, whether it be via speaking with their awesome employees or skating any one of their amazing products.

Companies like NHS keep a skater’s passion to stay on a skateboard alive, and that’s what’s most important about skating.

si vous avez plus en tête de rouler du street avec un asphalte moins lisse, je recommande plutôt du 99A. après une année, ma roue fait aux alentours de 50mm et sa résistance aux flatspots n’est pas trop mal, j’en ai quelques uns depuis quelques semaines et je vais probablement racheter de nouvelles roues mais je suis satisfait de leur durée de vie.

je ne m’en sers pas pour rouler sur les surfaces trop pourries car elles sont vraiment dures. ces roues ne valent pas des formula four, mais pour 20 €, c’est franchement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix par rapport à des roues à 2 fois et demie le prix.

à ce sujet, l’augmentation de prix par rapport à l’an dernier de 4 € est tjrs dommageable mais business is business.

elles sont vraiment dures et accroche juste comme il faut, pas d’ effet “chewing-gum” rencontré chez d’ autre marque. le shape des roues est polyvalent. bravo le team skate Decathlon.

This is a very interesting wheel, I’ve been a fan of f4 99a and I also have oj nomads which I love. Compared to f4 these slide almost as good, from my powerslide tests on brand new wheels they slide very similar to f4 but it’s easier to get out of a slide and it’s more controlled.

It takes a little more effort to get into a slide but very little more. I’m sure when they break in they’ll be just as good. They are easier to slide than my ricta speedrings 99a. Also being 95a they feel harder than 99a f4 and way harder than the nomads.

but at the same time they are sooo much smoother and faster than f4 on any terrain, there’s no comparison and they eat any cracks or pebbles. They keep the speed much better than f4 on crusty terrain.

My only minor complaint is that they are very loud but i can live with that. The sound of the powerslide is very unique and nasty in a good way. 🙂 it feels so weird to ride a wheel that feels hard as a rock but rides crust like a soft wheel.

No bounce when you throw your board on the ground just like a hard wheel. My new favorite wheel.

They’re almost exactly what I expected. Until I did a revert on flat and it made this crazy high pitched squeal. After I broke them in they were 🙂

These wheels are smooth and solid to ride whether you are at the park or slappin curbs! …..and they look AWESOME!!!!
