The jelly doesn’t take 10 years off of my face but every little bit helps my confidence! I definitely will continue to purchase this product and would recommend it to any of my friends and family. I think everyone should give it a try!.

Applying the product is a unique experience – it almost feels like putting hair gel or glue on but it feels good? Not sure how best to describe it. I do know that it is a fantastically sticky primer.

You don’t have to use a lot. It doesn’t make you look ashy. I didn’t have any issues with using my foundation or other products on top of it. It is a light layer and my skin has been better for it. I feel like it creates a better barrier than creamier products I’ve used so I don’t notice as many new blemishes popping up after a long-wear day (like 12 hours+).

It also doesn’t seem to add to or take away from my moisturizing routine. It has also helped me use less foundation – so maybe that’s where the skincare benefits are really coming in. I also love that it locks closed.

I only wish I could see in the packaging so I can tell how low it is.

I saw this was “all the rage” and as a professional makeup artist I had to try it. The texture is unlike any primer or really any product I’ve used before. It almost evaporates as you spread it, it’s tacky and jelly in texture and I felt like I needed more to spread it and cover my whole face.

Did it out perform other products I’ve used? No. Was I more hydrated and glowy than the other products I used? No. Did it make my foundation last longer? No. Was my skin smoother and poreless? No. And truth be told, my skin didn’t look as smooth and poreless as it normally does!! So I will keep trying this to see if I haven’t gotten the knack of it yet.

Maybe I’ll end up loving it. Now, for me, it’s just ok.

I got this for my wife to test and my younger daughter was asking her mum what it does. After her mum explained it, she exclaimed that it was Wrinkle Putty. We had to laugh because in some ways it is.

This is a nicely packagedbranded product and has a premium look to it. It come in standard screw top, squeezy tube, and is easy to dispense. The cream is more like a gel, than a bog standard cream, which my wife finds easy to apply.

It also didnt dry her skin out at all, which it shouldnt. It also didnt leave any greasy feeling to the skin. This may be due to the fact that a little goes a long way. Which is good, given the cost.

My wife felt this worked well with makeup, with it going on very well on top of it, but performed even better without any makeup. This is a great, if expensive, product for covering those fine lines and lasts long enough for a days work.

If then going out in the evening, youd have to reapply. If you can bite the bullet on the initial cost, then theres plenty of use out of the 30ml tube. I hope you found this review photos interesting, informative and useful.

This is a decent primer overall. It goes on smooth and has a minty/menthol-like smell. The smell isn’t super strong, but it did burn a little when I put it on the drier parts of my skin, such as under my eyes.

My foundation applied nicely over it, but it didn’t help with the longevity at all. In fact, throughout the day, my foundation began to break apart around my mouth and nose area. By the end of the day, there was hardly any foundation left on those areas.

It was pretty strange, it just evaporated. This primer was the only new product I was using, at the time, so that had to be it. Plus, I really didn’t see any improvement with my wrinkles. That was a disappointment considering it has “anti-wrinkle” right there in the name of the product.

So I won’t be repurchasing this one anytime soon. There are better products out there, that’s for sure.

I had never really been a believer in primers, and felt they were just another product that the cosmetic companies tried to convince us we needed to increase revenue. That was until I tried this one.

I have tried others from some of the top names, and found them a useless waste of money, but the Elemis Pro-Collagen Primer is a game changer. It is lovely and light to apply, and has a soft creme-gel texture, which smooths over the skin well, with a slight cool feel.

It isn’t heavy or sticky, and you can apply your foundation straight away. I have found that if you use too many skincare products underneath, it can pill when you try to apply your foundation, but that is easily sorted by not using layer upon layer of skincare.

I use the Elemis Pro-Collagen range, which is lovely for my 50 something combination/dryish skin, and this fits in perfectly with that. It does make my foundation go on well, stay for longer and look all together fresher.

Pores are slightly less obvious, but bear in mind nothing will get rid of them or close them permanently. Lines are also softened, but not removed. It is expensive, but you don’t need much per application.

All in all, an excellent product, which I highly recommend – and if it can convert me to a primer, then it must be good!.

I was always curious about this primer but what I was using works so I never saw the need to change. My boredom made me click on this and impulsively buy it!. OMG! So glad I did. I like it that it is colourless and does what it says.

Can Elemis take it to another level though and make it SPF 50. or can you please produce an SPF 50 especially for the users of The Dynamic Resurfacing Range. Thank you.

This started pilling as soon as I began putting it on. I thought it was just my sunscreen because that happens a lot with primers and sunscreen. But then it started to burn a bit like it had menthol in it and it felt really gritty like there was sand in it.

I thought ok it says it has powder in it, no big deal and the burning sensation quickly dissipated. Dusted off all the pilled up bits and began putting my concealer on (I usually only wear concealer and a little powder).

My skin looked like the Sahara sooo flaky and crusty and just gross. I’ve kept it on all day just to see if it helped with oil control but it doesn’t even have that redeeming quality. I’ll be returning this.

Most expensive primer I’ve ever purchased and also the worst.

I first purchased this product a few years ago and fell in love with it. I was looking for something that was comfortable, slightly grippy and that would smooth and blur the pores in my T-Zone, and for a long time this did the job.

However, the last time I repurchased and used this product it felt scratchy and extremely unpleasant on the skin. It made my skin look red, and felt very uncomfortable under my foundation (almost as if there were small filings in the formula?).

I’m not sure if Nars changed the formula or if I got a bad batch, but everything else in my skincare and makeup routine had stayed constant aside from using a new tube of this primer, so that’s what I’m pinning the discomfort on.

I still had 3/4 of a tube left but ended up chucking it out to try something else instead.

Ok you guys, seriously this is super moisturizing and it has spf already in it. If you know me then you know I love products that can do multiple things. I used this primer and then put the makeup forever powder Y235 over it and it was amazing.

It looked airbrushed. The glow still showed through and the powder did not look drying at all. I would say this is pricey and some people will not like how moisturizing it is if they like matte primers.

This is a great option for any matte foundation or matte powder.

I have used this primer so much lately. It has become a reliable part of my makeup routine. After I wash my face and do my normal skincare, I let that absorb and then apply this primer and let it sink into my skin and it leaves a soft and smooth canvas for my makeup.

I haven’t noticed any pore filling benefit or color correction, however, other primers also layer over this primer when you need more pore filling or color correction. I’ve used this on it’s own,, layered with my other primers and without makeup and it always leaves me skin looking and feeling soft and healthy.

I’m super impressed with PUR’s 4-in-1 Correcting Primer. I love that this is makeup and skincare in one product! The active ingredients include caffeine, coconut water, probiotics, aloe and AHA’s. I don’t usually like skincare/makeup that has any fragrance, but this has a very light coconut scent which is actually really nice.

It has a thin, light consistency but still manages to smooth over lots of my larger pore areas. It’s slightly radiant, with a barely noticeable shimmer which gives a nice healthy, natural look to my skin.

It sets very quickly without feeling tacky, or drying, so my combo skin loves it. I found my makeup applied over it really well, and my foundation stayed on throughout the day, even with wearing a face mask while going out.

Because this has AHA’s it’s extra important to wear sunscreen before and after using this primer, because those ingredients can make skin more sensitive to the sun. It’s a great reminder to keep wearing sunscreen, so I appreciate that it mentions it on the packaging.

This is a pricier product at $43 but a little bit goes a long way. And it truly does it’s job well, so I would definitely recommend this! There are less expensive primers but none that have as many skincare ingredients, so it’s worth the price to me.

Primer is one of my favorite steps in my makeup routine. I have been working from home and rarely do a whole face of makeup these days. I still like adding a slight base though and I think that this is where this primer shined for me.

_x000D_ _x000D_ First off it is a very light consistency. It smells very light like coconut and aloe. I love the smell. I like keeping it in my skincare fridge as I have mostly been using this without makeup so far.

It really does wake up my skin. I use it more like a moisturizer than a primer right now. It sinks into my skin with no issues and I love that it is silicone free. _x000D_ _x000D_ This does not have a sheen, but it leaves my skin looking fresh and glowy.

I decided to try this primer out a few years and found myself using it ever since. However, I love primers and always love using different primers for different areas of my face. With this primer, it’s more like a moisturizer, so it does great with hydrating and plumping up your face.

However, I didn’t really notice a huge difference when it came to my pores and fine lines. Still, I love the way this primer feels when I put it on my face, so I use it as my Step 1: Base Primer. Once it dries, I go ahead and use my under eye and blurring primers.

Ever since I started doing this, I feel like my makeup just looks fresher and healthier. I would definitely recommend this primer for someone who is worried about moisturizing/hydrating — although I’m not so sure I’d recommend it as your one and only primer if you’re really concerned about hiding any fine lines or pores.

I have combo skin-use a retinol that causes some dryness but I’m naturally greasy and I live in the south where it’s hot and muggy. While this primer works decently well with a mattifying foundation, I found that there was still product settling into my lines.

I tried a more hydrating foundation, and the makeup slid off by mid day. I’m sure it would work on someone with dry or normal skin, it was a miss for me. It exacerbated the very issue it sets out to fix.

I recommend it alone to give the skin a hydrated glow if you’re not planning on putting other liquids on top.

I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and i was blown away. I have pretty normal skin but in some spots can get really dry, this primer was a little thicker than i normally use but once i got it actually ON my skin it felt wonderful.

it doesnt get dry or flakey. Once i used the anti- agless foundation over top HOLY CRAP. it went on SO smooth and the coverage is perfect. i have a few dark spots that it covered perfectly. i work 9am-9pm some days and this foundation stays on ALL day.

usually i have to re-apply in between jobs and with this i dont have to!I’ve never really used Cover Girl products before so when I received a voxbox I was excited to give them a shot. On first pump the primer felt really thick to me.

Now this line is a co-lab with Olay so it makes sense the products would be moisturizing but it felt a lot thicker and heavier on my hand then normal primer. When I warmed it up and applied to my face it seemed to absorb quickly and evenly and felt nice and moisturizing.

It didn’t ultimately feel as heavy on as I was expecting. Although I would prob still prefer a primer that feels lightweight and like it’s really creating a smooth palate to work on. My makeup seemed to apply and stay in place as normal, and wore well throughout the day, so it does accomplish the task and perform well as a primer.

Was doubting to buy this primer at first, because I have tried many primers before, and never actually ended up incorporating them into my makeup routine as I never really saw a difference in using them.

My pores have been very bad lately, especially around my nose which has been very dry and on my chin. I wanted to create a new skincare routine as I also was getting some chin acne and other random pimples around my mouth.

I have also been seeing my pores get worse when I wear foundation, as they just clog up straight away. I bought this primer together with the moisturiser. Honestly, I am shook. This primer has made all of my pores invisible, and my makeup just glides on top of it without actually moving the primer or moisturiser around my face.

My skin looks like porcelain and feels so clean and protected when I am wearing makeup. I wish there was a bigger bottle of this product, but you don’t necessarily need to use a lot as it spreads very well.

I can’t believe this primer makes such a difference to how my skin looks, and SERIOUSLY NO PORES WHAT SO EVER. Still shook, as I’ve tried so many primers. Thank you Ordinary for this great product, I don’t think I’ll ever use another one again.

I originally bought this about 2 years ago when going through a rough time (regular insomnia, very high stress job) and my skin was really beginning to show its age (late 40s). No product is going to cure the kind of lifestyle abuse I was giving my skin, but it definitely immediately helped smooth out finer wrinkles, pores, general textural unevenness, and even helped blend some redder patches.

It gives a little bit of a glow also. Like someone else said, milky. Flash forward two years: I started using it again last week on a film shoot. So great! Used same tube I bought two years ago — it was still going strong.

Held the makeup on through a long day; got my first powder touch-up about 7 hours in. It really smooths things out, plumps it up and gives a slight, very natural glow through a matte foundation.

My skin may get really dry in the winter and, to be honest, I’m not really into primers, as I use my moisturiser as a base instead. Although The Ordinary claims that this primer locks moisture in, I can’t tell for sure that I felt my skin maintaining its moisture due to its use, because I am really loyal to my hydration routine.

I had some bad experience with silicone based products in the past (dry patches, breakouts) and I was a little skeptic about this one, but indulged in it anyway. It glides on and your skin will feel silky, as with any silicone products, truth be told.

You see, all silicone based polymers are too large for the skin to absorb, so they leave behind this silky/slippery layer. 💎DoItRight In the beginning, I didn’t see any noteworthy difference in my skin.

I had high hopes for this product having read positive reviews, however I was very disappointed. I have combination skin with an oily centre of my face. I was hoping this product would keep oil at bay and stop my makeup from sliding off.

However it made my oily areas WORSE. I was far more shiny after only a few hours than normal. I also found after applying my foundation that the primer made it settle into my pores very visibly which usually doesn’t happen.

The only positive is that when I blotted my face, less foundation than usual seemed to transfer. I think this would probably work well for dry or normal skin, but if oiliness and shine are your issues then don’t waste your money.

I wanted to love this primer but sadly I really feel like it didn’t work well with my skin. The consistency is nice, almost like a lotion but a but a bit thicker and when it first goes on it feels great.

It seems to fill in pores and lines and you can feel that it creates a smooth canvas. It’s not dewy or matte, more of a natural finish. There’s no shine or glow to it which for me and my oily skin is perfect.

My makeup went on nicely and actually looked great at first but after a few hours my foundation was separated and blotchy. So I have to say it really doesn’t wear well. As mentioned my skin is oily for the most part so I need makeup that can withstand oil and blotting.

Thankfully since I started using their niacinamide serum blotting and oil production have gone down significantly so I feel like my skin was not the issue here. It felt like the primer just kind of melted off near the evening and left me looking pretty blotchy and uneven wear for any makeup on my face.

Not attractive! I’m going to try this out again with a setting powder instead of a spray to see if it makes any difference. If it stayed the way it looks when you first put it on it would be a great foundation but so far I haven’t found a way to keep it wearing longer.

Will update once I try a few other methods of applying and setting this!.

I bought this mainly because my Mermaid look for Halloween wasn’t lasting long at all. I went to ULTA and asked for the best primer they had and OMG. This stuff made my face last all DAY and NIGHT LONG.

Get this if you have issues with makeup not lasting as long as you’d like. I will agree with another reviewer that it feels like you’re putting hair gel on your face and initially looks shiny. However, when you apply your make up, it grips it and appeared both more vibrant than without it.

The finished product is not matte unless you’re applying non-matte makeup. I will definitely buy this again. Without this product, my makeup definitely doesn’t last.

I typically use this product for bridal clients when they request airbrushed makeup. It’s an overall good primer that helps to give an even skin canvas while helping to minimize shine from natural facial oil.

This comes in a transparent squeeze tube with tip applicator. The color and consistency reminds me of Elmer’s glue, but don’t worry, it doesn’t apply sticky like it. It does feel thick when applied to the skin though, but I have achieved good results with this product.

I have personally have more sensitive skin, however, so when I used it for myself, I did experience a small breakout, but that is again, just for me. I’ve never had this issue brought up from anyone else I’ve used this on.

I recieved this as a sample for my glam bag and feel in love with this! I have trouble with my foundation staying matte (so I don’t look like a shiny disco ball). This primer is my go to, it has become a part of my essentials.

There isn’t a smell to it, which is nice. It goes on evenly and smooth. After I apply the Temptu primer I use my concealer, foundation, them setting powder. I work multiple jobs, some outside, and sometimes I work over 12 hrs a day.

If I have to touch up (or if I’m changing up the dramaticness of my look) I only have to do it once when I use this! I love it! I don’t need blotting papers either. It keeps my makeup in place and mate looking.

I like this primer and feel it highly extends the life of the silicone foundation. I would give 5 stars but it doesn’t smooth the pores or wrinkles like some others do. Still, the best for the silicone foundation.

This product is very silicioney on the skin. I first applied to the entire face and that was just too much of this product and my makeup slipped off my face quicker. I was a bit upset that my 18 hour foundation came off at 5 hours.

So then I only applied where I need it. I have VERY enlarged pores on my cheeks. This really does an excellent job on my pores, so far probably one of the better primers for my cheek pores. It is just a bit fussy.

I apply and wait for at least 5 minutes before applying foundation, but it really never sinks into my skin even using my fingers pressed it into my cheeks. You must be patient and give it time to absorb into the skin.

A tiny dab is all I need. I used up the tube and really enjoyed it, but the longevity of my makeup is just not there because of the high silicone content. Once repurchase, but love the performance on my cheeks.

I was really excited to try this product after reading all the great reviews. For starters, it has Dimethicone, which is similar to Silicone. Very few primers are silicone and/or dimethicone free. The “Cones” can be know to cause breakouts but I was willing to take a chance and give this product a try.

First few days of use were great! I applied before my Clinique Redness Relief foundation and had a nice smooth surface, however, my skin felt a little greasy. I brushed it off because my skin looked amazing and my foundation stayed nearly all day.

Fast forward two weeks and I started seeing all these little bumps on my cheeks and chin area along with hard blackheads on my forehead and nose. Ugghh. So much for great looking skin! I do think this is a good product, you just need to have the right skin type for it, hence the 3.

I really liked the idea of a moisturizer and primer in one. This could make the morning routine fast. This has a very silicone slip. It did not fill in my deep pores on my cheeks. I applied my foundation and it did not prolong the wear of my foundation.

It made me greasy and by the end of the day, my foundation really sunk into my pores and made me look so much older. I thought maybe I used too much, so the next day, I used a tiny pea size amount and only focused on the areas that need primer.

Same problem of foundation sinking into pores. I think for younger skin this might work, but for more mature skin, this really did nothing for me but frustrate.

I absolutely love this primer! I just finished up my first tube of it and didn’t really realize how much it helped until I did my makeup without it today for the first time since the summer. I originally bought this because over the summer, no matter how much powder I was using on my face, my skin just wouldn’t get matte, not even a slight bit.

I bought this and the nars soft matte concealer and the two together really helped keep me matte where I was getting really oily and my makeup stayed on all day! Then once my skin got really dry again over the fall and winter, I kept using it out of habit, but where I just realized it’s been a huge help is layering on top of thick moisturizers.

I use the Dr. Jart Ceramidin cream in the fall/winter because it’s the only thing that helps with flakiness around my nose, chin and forehead. When I did my makeup today and realized I was out of my primer, my face makeup that usually looks amazing on top of the primer was all blotchy and stuck to random parts of my face and started pilling throughout the day because of how thick the Ceramidin cream is.

Needless to say, I’m making a trip to Sephora to repurchase as soon as I’m done writing this review! I would say the only con I have for this product is the smell, but I’ve gotten used to it now and it doesn’t linger at all after application.

This is a beautiful primer. This primer should have been called creamy, soft focus effect not matte. It takes down shine but doesn’t look velvety compared to a traditional matte primer. Doesn’t show any dry, flaky spots and It holds my makeup better under the masks also.

I have normal skin btw and I would anticipate it would work for even dry up to combo but maybe not excessively oily.

I love Nars products but this one did not work for me. I have oily skin and like to use primer daily for work (no other makeup on my skin). Within 2hrs my face was shiny. I blot throughout the day but found my skin looking as if I was sweating.

I at one point just used some tissue and water to wipe it off my face completely while at work. I did give this product 3 trys but just wasn’t right for my face.

They had been gone for months. I used it so so sparingly at night. It lasted over 6 months. So yeah it’s pricey. But if your like me and waste money on stupid stuff you can afford it. I want to try all their products! Unfortunately I’d have to give up “smoking and drinking” ((( 😉 ))) to do it!.

I like Revive as a brand. Better than La Mer, not as effective as La Prairie. Love how targeted their formulas are – like this eye serum. It makes a difference in cold weather when layered under eye cream at night.

Also works well when gently dabbed on prior to concealer.

This is my go to especially for summer when I don’t want to cover my entire face with foundation. I just apply all over face after moisturizer, and a little light foundation where I need it, or mix it with my foundation for a luminous foundation effect.

Can use it on top of foundation as a subtle highlight. I love this stuff. Dab a little on lids, lips. Possibilities are endless. Collar bone. also great just as a primer under foundation. Recommended!.

This foundation is definitely not for my dry 73 year old skin type. I have tried applying with a sponge and brush. I have used your primer and my primer. I do not like your primer or concealer. Your powder is OK.

I adore this primer. I have tried several different kinds, and this one is perfect for me. I am 53, normal/dry skin, dry in the winter. This is the only primer I have tried that keeps my face both moisturized and holds my foundation well.

These are my holy grail face makeup sprays. I’ve purchased them many times and will continue to buy them. I do wish I could get them in store and not just online but oh well. They always have a sale going for the 8oz set.

You get a primer and setting mist I always get the oil control ones. They are amazing and definitely help keep my oils at bay. Highly recommend them!.

I’ve been using this primer spray for more than 6 months, and really like it. I use it on days when I’m only wearing sunscreen and it works really well. However, if you’re going to wear heavy make up I would advise other primers to layer it with.

This product doesn’t have any scent, absorbs really well, and I noticed that sunscreens that tend to leave white cast tend to have none when I use this primer. I would definitely be purchasing this product again cause it’s just really easy to use, and you don’t have to rub it on the skin, just spray dab a little and you’re ready for your other products.

The product has a pink, creamy, pleasant texture that spreads easily on the face. I have to admit that it’s very efficient. The base quickly absorbs after application, leaving it soft, smooth and delicately illuminated.

After applying it, the skin has a satin finish. Perfect under the foundation, where makeup stays on the skin much longer and looks fresher and more natural. The base has a very delicate, barely perceptible scent.

One of the best make up brands I’ve been using products from for a while now. Very new to me and so far I’m amazed 😊.

I really like this primer because it didnt break me out and allowed my makeup to sit well on top of it. It claims to be matte but it is actually quite glowy. There is no shimmer in the primer which is nice and it applies very nicely.

The primer applies like a lotion and looks like one too. Overall I like the primer and would recommend and possibly repurchase it again.

I was very exciting when I knew I would be receiving this primer. I have never had or tried any Giorgio Armani makeup products before, despite my decently large makeup collection. From my perspective, the name alone seems like it would be a little out of my price range so it’s not a brand I would typically opt for.

Nonetheless, I was excited. First impressions are the bottle itself is nice, simple, sleek packaging. it comes in a little 1 fluid ounce off white plastic bottle with a black cap and black writing. It says it is a luminous silk hydrating primer, so I think this is making a great appearance just in time as the weather is getting chilly and my face is getting a bit more dry.

The primer is a pale orangeish color and doesn’t really have a smell in my opinion, which is nice. I prefer my makeup and skincare products to mostly be fragrance free. The consistency is a nice medium.

I was pretty pumped when I received this product. I’m a suckered for nice packaging. However the first thing I noticed was, the label didn’t provide any information about the product except for the ingredients and the name.

I would have liked to see a bit more info on the product packaging itself. The primer did do what a primer is supposed to do. My makeup didn’t look cakey or dry but I also I didn’t see any luminous effects on my skin.

No glow on my skin. It didn’t have much of smell and you certainly do not need a lot. The other thing I noticed was, it seemed to stay a little sticky or tacky. Pre makeup application, my face stayed very shiny compared to other primers.

It could just be the way my skin reacted to it and may work well for others. I suppose my only suggestion would be to provide the customer with more information about the product on the packaging.

I have tried many primers and this is the best by far. When I read that it leaves the right amount of tackiness for foundation to stick I was worried it would not work well for me because I use powder foundation but I was wrong, it worked great.

It in no way leaves a sticky layer to your skin. It smooth’s on nicely and leaves your skin soft and velvety. It feels very light on your skin. It did not cause any irritation or break outs. It makes your skin very hydrated all day long.

It made fine lines and pores less noticeable. It worked well with liquid foundation and equally as well with powder foundation. I absolutely love this primer and highly recommend it. I will definitely purchase this in the future.

This was my first experience with OFRA Cosmetics, and I am now a believer. I have combination skin with heavily oiled trouble spots; most primers buckle and melt under the pressure. The Silicone Primer Gel is incredible.

It isn’t greasy, and the amount of moisture it holds should be considered magical. I used a soft silicone brush, which gave me the most even application, but try to see what works for you. I’ve noticed 9 hour hold before removing my day’s makeup.

Besides all that, the packaging is so lovely, and I don’t want to hide it away in a basket. 5 stars all around.

A perfect kind of primer to use for summer! Make-up goes on very easily with a perfectly smooth finish.

I use it together with the Rose Makeup Fixer.

I’ve been using this primer for about a week now and I really like it! I don’t like using silicone based products because they normally break me out. I was so excited about this one being silicone free.

I’ve used it under a few different foundations and I feel like it has been helping keep me hydrated without getting greasy or feeling heavy. It does break up a little quicker under my glasses because it’s so hydrating but everything usually does so I don’t hold it against the product.

It’s made my nose look smoother and has kept it from cracking on my smile lines and the sides of my nose. Overall I’m very happy with it and can’t wait to continue using it into the fall and winter when I get drier.

I love this primer! It claims to reduce texture, pores, and hydrate. There was a decent amount of texture reduction and pore blurring, and my fave never felt dry with this on. My makeup did look really good.

The thing that I’m super impressed with though is the longevity! I put makeup on around 4 pm, went to a concert at 7, left at 11, got home at 12, and had “alone time” with my husband and when I looked in the mirror after I was shocked by how amazing my makeup looked.

After all of that my makeup should have been gone but it was perfect! I’m so impressed that I never want to be without this stuff. Highly recommend for makeup longevity! Great product!.

I had high hopes for this product but it doesn’t work for me as well I’d wanted it to. I have combo/oily skin and very large/prominent pores on the tip of my nose, sides of my cheeks that meet my nose, and part of my forehead so for me a pore filling/smoothing primer is a must under foundation.

I would love for a silicone-free primer to perform as well as a silicone-based one but this just doesn’t. Don’t get me wrong, it definitely does some smoothing and I love the feel and how it’s actually hydrating where most silicone-based products aren’t.

I think if you don’t have very prominent pores to begin with you’d like this primer very much. But for anyone whose skin type is like my own this probably won’t be quite what you need.
