20 Best Silicone Patches For Wrinkles (2023 Updated)

I used to use Frownies ever since my mother let me use hers while visiting for Christmas years ago. I saw a difference with just one use. Being genetically prone to what they call, “elevens”, and unfortunately wearing all of my emotion in between my eyes on my brow, whether it is concentrating, squinting, crying, being stressed, basically from just thinking in general, these were the 1st product that I had ever used that showed actual results and very quickly at that.

I noticed though that this difference would very quickly go away once I made any facial expression at all after removing them. I decided when I was searching for the best deal to reorder them to try something that sounded very similar, yet had some added benefits that the Frownies did not have.

These were self adhesive, when Frownies require something to dampen them to get them to stick and at times that could get messed up and require using another, wasting the first try. Frownies also had an odd shape compared to the Facial Smoothies Triangle.

Frownies can sometimes feel uncomfortable and hard since they are made of a paper material, when the Facial Smoothies are the perfect shape and are flexible and very easy to use. You can even reuse them if you need to and that is also a plus.

I don’t want to say that if I had not found these I would not still be using Frownies but now that I have discovered these I find them much more convenient and easy to use, as well as the noticeable difference right away in appearance that also seems to last longer than the Frownies that I used to use.

I like them so much that I even recommended them to my mother, right after my first night using them. They are around the same price as the Frownies so unless something changes, I have changed over to using them for as long as they are available.

Been using these for a couple of years. Use them anywhere on the face and they stick well overnight. Take them off and press them back on the plastic backing for use again the following night. They work well twice, but after that won’t stick too much.

Don’t use a moisturizer, otherwise they will not adhere very much.

These really are pretty amazing. I have been using them for a year now, and have seen a big difference. I wear them to bed and when I wake up and take them off, it is like someone has literally erased my wrinkles – they are completely gone.

If I am stressed, the lines do return after a few hours, but they are gradually becoming less deep. (When I don’t make my facial expressions as much, it seems to help retain the smoothness). I also love that they are clear, and that I can wear them at least two times (sometimes 3) before needing a new one.

At first I was in love. the first patch I received was great. Stuck on great, awesome results in the morning. I washed it as instructed everyday and applied to a clean just washed area. Awesome. But month 2 patch was in different packaging and on the first wear attempt I could tell it was off.

it did not stay on- night 1. I washed and reused the next day like the prior month, and it only stayed stuck in the middle because throughout the night I kept pressing it back to my face. Inconsistencies from my first patch and second.

Bummer, I thought this was my “it” product. I have seen a number of other companies make the same product (silicone type collagen patch). I canceled my subscription and may try elsewhere. Great idea though.

It’s been really hard to store this since they have a supply chain issue with packaging. If you watch the video on how to clean and store this after use, the storage tray doesn’t exist anymore. They sent me a second one but the packaging still doesn’t contain the storage tray.

Probably won’t purchase again. There doesn’t seem to be a sanitary way to store it between uses.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but man this product didn’t disappoint. I purchased the forehead wrinkle patch and after 30min (testing it out) I seen a huge improvement. My second use was even better and I was amazed with how “sticky” the patch still was.

Even now at 20 uses, I’m completely sold and have now ordered the whole face mask set.

Time will tell if these patches make a long-term difference, but I am happy to report that you can definitely tell a difference for a few hours after using Frownies. If you want a “quick fix†for an event or something, I do think these help.

Use them overnight and/or for a few hours before an event to help soften your lines. I do my usual skincare routine at night but give my moisturizer at least 10-20 minutes to absorb before applying the patch to my forehead.

I lightly sprinkle warm water on the sticky side of the patch, hold my forehead taut with one hand and apply the patch with the other. In the morning I wet the patch, remove it gently and then complete my morning skincare routine I love that you can easily use the perforated lines to tear out the right size patch for the area in question.

Feels less wasteful than just applying the sheet in its entirety unnecessarily. I am looking forward to seeing if these patches will have a lasting result after repeat use and will update accordingly.

I was very skeptical of these when they popped up as an ad. I didn’t quite want to do botox, so figured I’d give them a try. I bought the Rose Spray with them (which smells soo good). I use them every night and truly have noticed a difference, especially in the 11s.

The other fine lines on my forehead are nearly gone, but still working on the 11s. I just purchased my next box/spray. I definitely notice a difference in awareness of scrunching up my face as well (and don’t do it as much).

I use my normal serums under it (about 15-60 minutes before i apply, when I remember). No issues. Highly recommend.

I’ve just started using these facial patches. And while I haven’t seen tons of lasting effects I can see how they would work when used for long consistent periods. Every morning when I use them, I have nearly zero lines where I’ve the patches on.

And for a 30 something mom that’s a big deal. Of course throughout the day they begin to reform. But the idea of Frownies is to retrain your muscles so they don’t keep creating those lines. Which of course takes consistently use.

I have mixed feelings about Frownies. The forehead patches are very effective. The design is very simple–paper with a simple glue which becomes sticky with water. However, the mouth and eye patches didn’t work very well for me as they dug into my skin and were too uncomfortable to sleep with.

I also think this product is very simple for pieces of paper with glue. I do like the forehead results though!.

I have used this product for my frown lines (in between eyebrows. ) I am a side sleeper and about a year ago I noticed that when my face is resting on the pillow it causes my brows to furrow together.

This was making my frown lines deeper by the day. I started using the DermaGen patches and this keeps the brows from furrowing together at night. It doesn’t miraculously make the wrinkles go away, but it does an excellent job of softening them and keeping them from getting worse.

I use a combination of a medium triangle and 2 small triangles for in between the eyebrows. After a couple of uses the patches start getting stickier and I need to use a gentle cleaner to remove the residue from my forehead.

It does smooth and plumbs. It works best if you put moisturizer about 20 min. before putting these strips. Even though the wrinkle comes back, any physical smoothing has a long term effect. I have only one wrinkle (nasolabyal) and it works better then any cream.

I use the same strip about 3-4 times and it holds in place.

These had great reviews and I wanted to give them a try. I applied to my small crows feet and the small frown lines around my mouth. Applying was easy, though the patches are too large so cut them in half and make the pack last longer.

I first used overnight which was a mistake – if you sleep hot they come right off. I next used during the day. They stayed on much better. Upon removal I noticed tiny white remanents on my skin – guess the cones didn’t fully dissolve despite being left on for 6 hours.

These patches are great for mature skin, (I’m 62), as the body rushes moisture and collagen to wherever they’re placed. Thinner, stickier and less expensive than the pricier Sio patches, I’ll put them on in the morning for a couple of hours before running around.

VISIBLE difference in my forehead, it really plumps the ‘furrow’ I have between my eyebrows. I wash and dry my face before putting them on, wash them off with soap and water after each use, and hang dry for a bit before putting them back in their sleeve.

Do this and they’ll last a LONG time! Will DEFINITELY buy again!.

Wearing this for bed is honestly so relaxing. I wouldn’t say there are dramatic overnight results but slowly with nightly use my wrinkles are less pronounced. Miss Spa forehead patch lasts longer than any other silicone forehead patch brand I’ve used and slightly more affordable.

It didn’t last the full 20 days. But lasted longer than other brand patches claims. I think a more reasonable price would be $15. I purchased first on the miss spa site and again through amazon but will definitely continue to use.

I do follow up with the life & firm serum.

I am in love with the osmotics patches, this patch works better on my 11 lines. I apply at night and next morning my lines disappear (of course they reappear as the hours pass by) but I am very happy not to see those lines for a couple of hours lol.

Let me tell you that this patches works way better than the Natural Bisse patches and the price doesn’t compare. Natural Bisse patches cost around $500. 00 and Osmotics patches are less than $100. 00.

Trust me on this one I have tried both and I will keep buying osmotics patches for sure!!.

I’ve been searching for something to help diminish the look of the fine lines by my eyes and nothing has really helped. I used these patches about ten years ago, but my lines were not so bad at that point so I never bothered to continue purchasing them.

This product is worth the price. It comes in clear plastic wrap with nothing to stick it on, so you will need to figure that out if you want to use it multiple times. It is comfortable to wear and I would say you will get about 10 – 12 uses out of it with proper storage.

Works quite well! I’m 50 with some chest wrinkles, but they are practically gone after a couple of hours using the silicone pad. Remarkable! Lasts a day or two, they come back slowly, especially because I sleep on my side.

I have been using the chest pads for several years now and they really work. I sleep on my left side so my skin is crinkled in the morning as I have a heavy bust. Using the pad overnight, and come the morning, no crinkled skin! Very clever.

They are quite expensive (for me) but each one lasts about a month. They can be given slightly longer life if you wash them in soap, then blast with a hot hairdryer and place immediately on your chest.

My wife buys these chest pads regularly over a number of years and she has always swore by them. They have performed their function well over the years. However, the last couple of pads haven’t stuck as well as they used to.

The decollete pad’s adhesiveness is a lot less effective than it used to be. The pads are not as washable as they once were which cuts down their longevity considerably.

Far and away the best on the market, hence the heftier price tag. They are medical grade for starters so, used correctly, no irritation. They are slightly thicker than some others so they stop the skin folding if you’re a side sleeper.

But still virtually invisible. And, if taken great care of, last a lot longer than the manufacturer suggests. Buying from this retailer I got sound advice re avoiding skin irritation and the tips for longevity of the product which builds trust.

Do they work? Absolutely!.

So happy to finally get these again! I am 37, and I used to be super self conscious about the wrinkles between my brows, until I discovered patches! I started with Frownies, they worked. but luckily I tried Facial Smoothies brand! They are way more comfortable, less irritating , stay on my skin better.

Plus you can use skincare underneath! Frownies only adhere to bare skin, cant even moisturize in the areas you want to smooth. After regular ( but not daily) use my line disappeared! I stopped using them for more than a year, before the wrinkle just started coming back! ( the patches taught me to be aware of the expressions that create the wrinkle and taught me how to relax those muscles.

A couple uses and the line is almost gone again The price is good, especially compared to silicone patches! I am trying to get used to the other patches( I never used any but the b/w brow area.

These smoothie face patches are good sizes to place on frown lines between eyes, under/outer eyes or on smile mouth creases. They are pretty much easy to place, i left them on overnight and whenever home for awhile.

Reusable too. They feel awkward and stiff and may leave a outline on skin at removal but that goes away quickly. They do restrict movement which is the whole point but I dont feel they do much at removing lines possibly softens lines up but they are too much trouble and youd have to do it repeatedly.

So I’d recommend to you save your money. Definitely not botox-like and if you have very mild wrinkles it may help a bit but otherwise you’re better off with decent skin care and spf.

Of course everybody is skeptical about a product like this, but I’ve been using these facial smoothies for about 3 years and they do work. albeit temporarily, but so what!! I don’t normally sleep in them but put them on in the morning before work usually for about an hour and a half.

I used to use them overnight but find it unnecessary for my needs. In the past I have slept with them a couple of times but you just have to be careful that you don’t actually fold another wrinkle into it which is possible.

You just have to make sure you check them first thing when you get up to make sure it’s okay. If there’s any mistake made, you can easily fix it if you give yourself about a half an hour. Lastly, make sure you cut them up into the sizes you need and they will last a very long time!!.

I ordered a size medium in plum. True to size, or possibly just slightly generously sized – I wear a 10/12 in jeans and this flatteringly skims all my ‘pandemic problem areas’ without being too shapeless.

Pockets at seam are constructed nicely to stay flat. The deep neckline is quite deep (teetering on the verge of too much for me) but as I don’t plan to wear this in public, other than at the ocean, spa or pool, it’ll be fine.

If you had concerns about the neckline, A/B cups (and maybe C) might be able to look at adding buttons or other alterations but if you are D or higher (like me) that might be tricky. No concerns about transparency, the gauze fabric is substantial but not heavy/hot.

Just to be clear, I’m 5’10” and this garment brushes the tops of my feet. It’s extremely long and a little oversized. The v-neck is very low, so bear that in mind too. But it’s really comfortable and cute, so I kept it even though I can’t wear it outside the house.

I might try sizing down just for the chance to wear it out next summer. Oh, and the black color is TRUE black, not worn/faded, which is nice.

I was so excited to choose this caftan in a gorgeous aqua color. I was sure I would love it. When it arrived, I was very disappointed at the cheap, slap-dash quailty. For the price, this should have been lovely.
