Overall, I would give this roasting basket an 8. 75 out of 10. So far, I’ve used this basket to grill some chopped sweet potatoes, as well as a pepper/onion medley. The vegetables cooked great/evenly, and for the most part, cleanup was fairly simple.

I will say, the first time I used this, I had oiled/seasoned the pepper/onion medley, and I did not put foil underneath. I would recommend putting foil underneath whatever it is you’re cooking to facilitate quick cleanup (I needed to use a wired sponge to really get everything off).

The divots in the basket will cut up your regular sponge. But I do like that it’s dishwasher safe. The only other downside I see is price. Otherwise, this is a great addition for my Weber Genesis.

Well, this is the best roasting basket I have ever used. First of all, it made of great material, nothing sticks to it, doesn’t get too messy, super easy to clean in the dishwasher. Second of all and probably the most important it comes out super delicious.

The basket is perfect for vegetables: they come out juicy, tender, not burned out. It is pretty spacious, so I managed to put pieces of meat on it too. I like that it doesn’t dry the meat out and doesn’t make meat too greasy.

Weber crafted Roasting basket is great must have accessory along with Weber crafted Frame kit for Weber grill. It’s easy to fit with compatible Weber Grills. Quality of the basker is very good. It’s quite large which means I can cook veggies in good amount for bigger group in one go.

Heat is evenly distributed on the basket. There is no chance of falling veggies from the basket, so worry free BBQing/Grilling. Cleaning of the basket is very easy and it’s dishwasher safe too.

Very solid and heavy weight. I cut it down and silver soldered it to fit the bottom of my 8 qt. crockpot perfectly. I could not buy one that was an exact fit so this one worked out very well. Very fast delivery too.

I wanted this pan since I read the NYT recommendation/review, but the price!! When it went on sale I jumped on it. Unfortunately, it took almost two months to come and I kept thinking: “Did I make a mistake?” Thank goodness I waited, the pan is amazing and is one of those lifetime purchases.

My heirs had better fight over it. As others have said, the large just fits in my Wolf wall oven, so measure before you purchase. I can’t imagine anyone needing the XL. I’ve cooked turkeys and roasts in it and they came out perfect.

I then used it to easily carry the remainders of big fixings and slide it all in the refrigerator. The handles alone are amazing and just the quality feel has allowed me to have no regrets. There’s almost no cleaning at all, which must be the high-grade stainless steel.

Just some hot water sitting in it and then the dishwasher, no scraping or scrubbing – so much better than my enamel or cheaper pans.

So very disappointed in BBB for sending me this used pan. I was excited to receive my new All-Clad Large Stainless Steel Roaster with Rack which arrived today. Upon opening the shipping box, The All-Clad box was taped closed on two sides (should have given me a clue) and not sealed properly.

The box was shop worn and dented. I opened the box, which was packed as if someone had thrown it together. The rack and pan were in plastic bags. I pulled them out, examined the pan which was covered in swirls, scrapes and vertical knife marks inside.

It was cleaned with a scouring pad and returned. The bottom of the pan has scrapes and marks all around the edges that one would see with used pans from pulling them in and out of the oven. Nothing shiny and new about this pan.

It was clearly a used and returned and resold to me as new. I’m returning it tomorrow. Very deceptive. I expected more from BBB.

I just LOVE this Steel Roaster. I was concerned at first that it might not hold my 22lb turkey, but I used it today and it worked out beautifully!. The rack does not have pointed “feet” that dig into the pan, as so many others do, so there were no scratches or dings from our monstrous bird.

There was no warping during the 4-hour cooking time. The pan went from oven to stovetop for the gravy preparation, and although this is a long rectangular pan, the heat distribution from my small 8inch electric burner was super.

There was no scorching of the gravy in the section of the roaster that sat directly on the burner. There are only 2 things that did not hit a 5-star rating. First, the weight. Empty, the roaster weighs over 9 pounds.

I expected it would be heavy, but had not counted on that much weight. Add that to the 22 pound bird, and the whole thing weighed in over 32 pounds! It is a good thing my husband is strong -these old bones would have had a lot of trouble trying to lift it.

Second, the bottom of the pan is not level. There are wells all the way around the sides, leaving the center a bit raised. Luckily I make a ton of gravy, so the level of liquid was well above the center of the pan.

If I had wanted to make just a small portion, I would have had to move all that goodness into a smaller pan for the gravy prep. Neither of these is a deal breaker. I’d give them a 4. 75 out of 5 star rating.

just a matter of slight inconvenience. I had intended to spray the inside of the roaster before cooking the bird to make clean-up a bit easier, but I forgot to do that. Didn’t matter. Cleanup was an absolute breeze! Even though the roaster is too big to fit into my sink, the sides are high enough that I basically used it as a wash basin and easily cleaned it without splashing water everywhere.

I am very picky. It is rare that I write a glowing review of any product. This roaster is an absolute joy! I am so glad I did not opt for a less expensive pan. This is well worth the price, and I even got it on sale which made it that much better! I would definitely and whole-heartedly recommend this roaster to everyone looking for a sturdy, reliable, large roaster.

I an so thrilled to own this roaster again! Someone actually stole the first one from me! I baked my Christmas turkey and New Year’s ham in this wonderful roasting pan. Clean up was a breeze. Both items baked perfectly! There is NOTHING like cooking/baking with quality cookware.

I purchased this gift for my daughter for Christmas. She saw it and sent me the suggestion 🎅🏻 It looks like a nice set and I thought the price was very reasonable. She registered for these pots and pans and loves them.

I have used one of these for roasting meat for 53 years. I bought mine in Germany in a local store when I made my first Thanksgiving dinner when my husband was stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany during the Viet Nam era.

I have found that it works best to put the oven rack one level below center and put the moveable sides as close together as possible to keep the meat higher than the sides of the roasting pan. You can use any pan as long as it is longer and wider than the meat.

Currently I am using a glass sheet cake pan. Also put the meat thermometer lower than the center of the roast as the bottom cooks slower than the top. My favorite meat to cook is a boneless pork shoulder roast, sometimes called a Boston butt.

I generally cook it to 375° F as it seems to give I caramelized flavor. I season it with seasoned salt, powdered onion and pepper. Let it rest for 15-25 minutes before cutting so the meat juice won’t fall out.

During this time you can make gravy with the beat drippings and finish side dishes. To wash it, put hot water in the sink and soak it during dinner. Everything should wash off easily then.

Using a Jacques Pepin recipe/technique, I cooked a chicken on its sides part of the time. Best chicken that I have cooked. I needed the rack to hold the chicken in place on its side, without the rack it fell over.

Breast were very moist. You can wash it in the dish washer.

Well made and cleans easily. I had a coated model which was very hard to clean. go figure. Anyone who has used a meat rack knows there are many parts that requires attention with the cleanup process.

This one is chrome plated so I don’t toss it in the dishwasher. I recommend this one over any of the coated models. The coated versions will eventually flake and get into the meat being roasted.

I received the IMUSA Heavy Duty Cajun Oval Cast Aluminum Roaster with Rack to try out and give my honest opinion about it. I cannot believe how amazing this roaster is! I have used it for a couple of weeks to test out different meats and all of my dishes have turned out amazing.

My family, including two picky little ones, have raved about how well the food has been. It has allowed me try different types of recipes that I wasn’t able to cook from not having the right dish to cook in.

It is heavy duty but not heavy feeling. I was very impressed how easy it was to clean and to store. The rack inside the roaster helps to keep the meat off the bottom to keep it from getting burned or cooked unevenly.

I bought this for my wife as a x-mas present since she loves cooking grilled cheese sandwiches and french toast. It’s always a battle to fit enough pieces of bread in a regular frying pan so I stumbled onto this.

It works great, able to make four grilled cheese sandwiches at the same time. We have an electric stove with a ceramic top. It fits the 10″ burner perfectly and heats very evenly. Very pleased so far and I also got her the ninja 13pc nesting pan set.

Only negative would be the price, way too much for a simple griddle but it is of good quality!!.

I made a 16 lb turkey on this toaster and it worked great. I had plenty of room for a larger turkey when needed. I had to buy a new roaster because I have an induction cooktop and my old aluminum roaster didn’t work on induction when I wanted to make gravy.

Every kitchen needs a good quality roasting pan for your turkey and ham dinners. The Granite Stone roaster pan is sleek looking and has great heat conducting qualities making it the pick for my kitchen! It’s big enough to fit a good size bird or roast- a must for my growing family of 7.

The lid can be inverted in the pan for streamlined storage. This pan meets all I need of it.

This pan is great for a small family. We used it to make Christmas Dinner. We roasted a 10 lb Ham in it. It was a little small, we did make it work using tin foil, but we were unable to put the lid on it.

We’ll use it on smaller roasts next time. It did work great though. Clean up was way easy. Soaked it in dish soap for about 10 mins, then wiped it clean.

So I received my Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium Anti-Scratch Nest System 10-Piece Cookware set a few days ago and cooking as never been the same. First off, hats to the design team for the sturdy build quality of all of the pots, pans, and lids in this set.

Ninja Foodie never ceases to amaze me. This company continues to get better and better with the quality products they continue to produce to enhance cooking in the kitchen. Inside the box along with proper handling, and cooking instructions comes: 1.

8 inch Fry Pan 2. 10 ¼ inch Fry Pan 3. 1 ½ Quart Sauce Pan with Lid 4. 2 ½ Quart Sauce Pan with Lid 5. 3 Quart Sautee Pan with Lid 6. 6 ½ Quart Stock Pot with Lid Using in the smaller pans has been fun while making breakfast omelets in the morning before work.

For some it may be a small albeit easy learning curve. Typically in the past when cooking we’ve been conditioned (or at least I have) to open whatever food we’re cooking, pour it in the pot or pan, and then turn the stove on.

Contrary to another review, according to the instructions included with the cookware set, you should turn the burner on low, med, or high (depending on what you’re cooking and the size of the pot or pan you’re using), and let the pan or pot preheat so that food doesn’t stick and that everything cooks more evenly.

And the pan will let you know when its, been preheated enough, with a single drop of water. When it sizzles and bounce around it’s ready. This is very true, my omelets (and scrambled eggs for the kiddos) this week have cooked more evenly and I didn’t have to scrape the pan to get the eggs out.

The stock pot has been great for boiling spaghetti noodles and the pasta cooked evenly with nothing sticking to the bottom of the pot like with my old cookware set. And clean up is as simple as wiping the pan out afterwards, but they can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

And although it does mention that you can use metal cooking utensils, I’ve stuck mainly with my plastic utensils so far. Another great feature that we love, is the fact that the pots, pans, and lids all stack together or separately.

Being our kitchen has limited cabinet space, we can now safely stack our pots and pans in a cabinet and get rid of the utility shelf we bought to place our old cookware set on. This cookware is amazing and you can even use them for oven cooking as well.

I’ve never really seen anything other than cast iron skillets (as far as pots/pans) being used inside an oven. We’re gonna be cooking our steaks soon in the oven, but now Ninja Foodie is making harder to decide whether to use the pan to cook our steaks in the oven or our Ninja Foodie XL Pro Grill.

Maybe we’ll just use both.

I received the Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware a few weeks ago and have been really, really impressed with some thoughtful design elements and the quality of the non-stick finish. My wife and I had just purchased new mid-range cookware from another brand a year ago which were an anodized aluminum finish, and it did not hold up well at all.

By contrast, the finish of the Ninja Foodi pans feels much more substantial, and has already resisted a pretty big goof on my part – I washed them with my tungsten wedding band on and scraped the lip of the large cookpot while doing so.

While I wouldn’t recommend pressing your luck like I did, I was relieved to not have damaged my pot from the metal to metal rubbing. Compared to the previous cookware that barely held up to a scrub brush, these Ninja Foodi pots are excellent.

An easy to overlook, but really smart feature of these pots is their ‘nesting’ storage design. I have the 10 piece set – 6 pans and 4 lids. The way the pots are designed, you can easily stick them inside each other without the pans themselves touch each others’ inner surfaces.

They have little notches that hold them apart at the lip. This is a huge space saving feature – the entire set fits in one cabinet width with room to spare. Cooking with the Foodi pans is really simple.

There are some helpful ‘quick start’ instructions which remind you not to use metal utensils and to let them pre-heat fully before cooking to get the “NeverStick” coating working properly. I found they are very easy to cook with, from pasta to burgers to pork tacos, and extremely easy to clean afterwards.

These are clearly the best cookware I have ever used, and that’s comparing them to a set I just purchased a year ago at a similar price point. I didn’t realize that Ninja was even in the game, and now I’m looking at the other options to expand the set I already have.

Definitely a great product.

Ninja anti stick and anti scratch pans offer a great way to cook your meals without the added use of fats, chemicals or other additives that can take away from the flavor of your home cooked meals. The added anti scratch feature is a big plus for those of you that have teenage or college kids who don’t use the proper utensils when cooking.

At first glance there really is nothing special looking about these pans. They are your average looking pans with real no stand out features that i can see anyways. The pots and pans can easily be used with both gas and convention tops.

They are dishwasher safe so there is no need to worry about any special care when cleaning. Heat is well maintained through the pan and is hardly dispersed through the handle. The anti stick pans work through proper heat up of the pans which activates Ninjas design to provide its anti stick feature.

Simply put if you throw your meal on the pan without letting it warm up it will stick to the pan, however once the pan fully warms up your meal easily slides off the pan. I love to work out so one of the biggest meals i tend to cook most days is scrambled eggs.

The bad thing about cooking scrambled eggs is it always stick to the side of my other “anti stick” pans and always provides a bit of a mess when doing the dishes. The Ninja Foodi pans, once heated provide a very smooth cooking experience.

No additives were needed and my meal slid right off the pan. What’s even better is whatever left over egg residue i had easily slid off the pan and in to the trash making dish washing so much easier.

Now one thing i have noticed about other “anti stick” pans is that some of them tend to not hold up so well with metal spatulas. My daughter loves to cook but she always uses the metal spatulas no matter what she is making.

Well after constant scrapping of the pan with these utensils they have eventually lost their anti stick feature. Most likely due to her scrapping off whatever chemicals are imbedded in to the pan that makes this feature come to life.

My hope is that the anti scratch feature of these pans will hold true with test of time. At the end of the day i know all pans work great in the beginning and in all reality its really hard to tell how well they will hold up until you put them through the constant test of scrapping and cooking.

With that being said i will say one thing, I have owned several Ninja products for years on end and some for even decades. One thing i can attest to is the quality of their products. I have yet to have any issues with their products both in functionality and in design.

This alone makes me believe that their pans make for a good buy that will prove to be a part of your cooking hardware for years to come.

This is a very well-built product. The handles are riveted in so there is no chance of them breaking. If you soak it with dawn soap it is very easy to get clean. I was taken aback as to how heavy this item is with no bird in it.

I weighed it and the pan alone weighs 6 pounds. It took a little getting used to after all those years of buying disposable aluminum pans. I wish they bent the edges of the pan more so you could pour out the drippings more easily for making gravy.

All in all, I would recommend the product to anyone.

This stainless steel roaster is large enough for a big turkey, so it can easily handle a couple of chickens and any size roast. The rack keeps the meat off of the surface and permits pan drippings to distribute evenly over the pan surface.

The handles are an ample size, and they curve away from the hot roaster, making removal from the oven safe and easy. The roaster and rack cleaned up beautifully and still shine as though they were new.

AMAZING!!! no more aluminum trades!! this is the real deal!! how could i live without this one? my kids LOVE LASAGNA so i do need to get lots of lots of aluminum trades (not good for the enviroment) this one is so smooth and easy to wash and NO BURNS! i highly recommend this product.

The price of this quick meal is on the more affordable side. However, I found that it wasn’t very flavorful and allowed for room to improvise with other seasonings. The meat was decent sized and relatively tender.

The size of the container was smaller and wouldn’t make a filling meal.

This is a delicious frozen meal. The pieces of beef are tender and juicy. The vegetables share their flavors but the individual flavors of carrots, potatoes and green beens also stand out individually.

One of my very favorite meals.
