I got this for a Halloween/Chili cookoff party. If worked great. It fits 18 hot dogs just as it says. But it wont fit 18 of the bun size hot dogs. Set it and forget it just had to reload. It was a hit and not to bad to clean.

Product might be good but mine came out of the box with a huge dent on the side. Tried to use it anyway but it immediately started smoking. For the record, the box it came in was undented. Also the return process was a major pain since it came from a third party although I purchased it on my Walmart app.

This is a great product at a good price. It cooks the hot dogs and brats fast and evenly. Thecis plenty of room on the machine for lots of different sausages. Cleaning is easy and fast. I really like it, I would buy it again.

Amazing tube! My kids favorite and the original tube lasted three years with heavy use so we gladly purchased another. This new tube is not the same quality – they cut major corners! Used to have three nice valves.

Now the only good valve is for the main chamber. The valves on each side are absolutely horrible. Worst design ever. Just terrible. They are cheap! Only tube I’ve ever seen with a valve that doesn’t hold air inside automatically.

This loses air as soon as you take the air pump out and it leaks until you rush to get the plug back into place. Not easy to do since the opening for the plug isn’t even lined up well and will get worse with use.

I bought one of these in the summer of 2013, we’re going into our 5th lake season with it. Other reviewers complained about wear and durability, but I haven’t had that problem with mine. We use it every other weekend from May to late October every year, and it’s held up.

We did have a hole in one of the pontoons, but that was from the kids ignoring my suggestion that they not jump on it while it was laying on the ground at the camp site. It patched up, and has made it two seasons since then with the patch still holding.

The hot dog is versatile, it’s an easy smooth ride if you choose to do that. My wife has fallen asleep on it riding, as has my daughter. If your kids like to be thrown, it’s a little harder to sling people off the hot dog than a conventional tube, as the pontoons provide a lot of stability.

I’ve found that running a tight figure-8 a few times builds a nice bed of waves in one of the loops, that is sure to launch people. My youngest enjoys riding the hot dog the length of the lake while we’re cruising, as well.

We have bought 4 additional tubes since I bought the hot dog, and no one likes them as much, so this year, I’m just going to leave those at home. The only problems I’ve noticed in nearly 5 years of very extensive use (hundreds of hours) are that the canvas cover has faded from exposure to the sun, and while there are three seats, we’ve never been able to get it to stay up with three passengers.

Even in a best-case scenario with one adult and two 8-year olds, with the adult in the back, the front submarines with a third passenger. And that’s with using a stabilizer egg (keeps rope above water and out of the wake) on the rope halfway between the boat and the hot dog.

When this one finally does die, I’ll definitely be buying another.

Good, but I wish the side chambers (the buns) had a better air stem/plug. The ones they use have an internal valve (the clear rubber flap) that is so tight, I had to use a narrow, long filling attachment to poke them inwards to allow the air in, making it very slow.

It’s going to be typical that one would use a low pressure, high volume pump for something like this, so the flap shouldn’t be so tight. Also, due to the needle’s abuse, it leaks air for a bit after being pulled out.

After filling though, the kids had a blast! It definitely isn’t as dynamic as a tube, as it won’t really skate across the water, but it’s super fun for younger kids (or older adults) who just want to stay on the darn thing.

It’s pretty darn big, and is hard to stow on an 18ft boat. But it’s fairly easy to deflate. Glad the put all the valves on the same side, so it can be rolled up. The kids also just liked playing on it without being pulled.

King of the hill type games, etc. The outer vinyl covering seems quite durable, and the price was right at well under two hundy! Next one we get will be a steerable flat type, so the more aggressive kids can skate it out of the boat’s wake.

Some Home Essentials Direct reviews said that one of those big air balls you put mid-line works to send the hot dog sideways, so maybe we’ll try that, though I don’t need more stuff in my tiny boat!.

This works so well. Everyone loves the hotdogs, brats, sausage, taquitos, egg rolls, so many things you can make. 20 minutes and hot dogs are done or turn on low and keep them warm. No wonder this is sold out everywhere.

I brought this hot dog roller 3 months ago. I took it out to use for the first time, lol and behold it doesn’t work. I guess this is list money because my 30 day return window has passed. Unbelievable!.

This is, by far, the greatest hot dog of all time. No other company does it like Vienna. My favorite is the natural casing with extra sport peppers. After having a Chicago dog, ketchup really just doesn’t sound good.

At least not good enough. This kit is the best bundle for gifting, celebrating, or tasting for the first time. An amazing way to bring Chicago to someone.

There is nothing like a Chicago style hot dog and this kit is perfect!! I don’t like ketchup on mine, but the mustard, relish, onion, are the perfect touch all you need is a couple slices of tomatoes and pickle.

If I’m buying hot dogs I only buy Vienna beef hot dogs. They are the best hot dogs. They are all beef. Great product. Same great taste. You cannot beat it. They are not expensive and oh so good. I would recommend this brand over any other.

Although the machine feels cheap with all the plastic parts it looks beautiful and did exactly what it was supposed to. Some of my guests said that they were the best hot dogs they ever had. I believe that with the light use it will get from occasional parties I will be able to use this machine for many years.

While it takes 15 min to steam a dog (only a minute in the microwave), you can steam 24 dogs & 12 buns simultaneously. One thing to watch are the buns, as they will become soggy if left in too long. The steamer sits on the counter as a bright red box, emblazoned with the Coca-Cola logo.

I’ve steamed raw shrimp, & will try salmon soon. Overall, everything works well.

The product works great right now. I purchased a warranty so hopefully I will get much use out of it and not need it. The shipper forgot to put my apartment number on it so I had to put a hold at a nearby FedEx store.

When we got the 30 hot dog 11 roller cooker, my husband and I had to try it! We put a pack of hot dogs on, along with some mozzarella & roasted garlic chicken sausage (like brats). They both cooked up evenly and tasted great! Most brats have a semi curve to them so we were unsure how they would cook.

After a little bit of time turning on the rollers, they were straight like the hot dogs and came out delicious! The intent of the purchase is for our end of season annual family picnics. This is exactly what we were looking for to cook bulk hot dog and brats on and free up space on the grills to provide more variety.

I put a small lock and lock with sauerkraut with hot dogs fantastic. Some people complain about soggy buns. In the instructions it does say put in towards the end of cooking time for a quick warming.

Have potholders handy, steam is hot and will burn you. The handle is okay but can be heavy if you put sauerkraut in, use 2 hands. Very easy cleaning. Good for 4 people. hot dogs get very hot. whole meal in 7 minutes.

I don’t have this exact brand, but thought I’d share and maybe help someone take the plunge on this. It does a great job with steaming hot dogs and buns. But you can also steam veggies in it! AND I use it to hard-cook eggs! Easier, to me, than boiling them on the stove, dealing with boil-overs, etc.

and the eggs don’t crack! I just add the water to the fill line, put in as many eggs as it will hold, and let it go for about 15-20 minutes (until the water is almost gone. trial and error for the user.

I use mine all the time, and it looks cute on the counter. Would be a great gift for a dorm or studio apt because it can cook assorted items with no cookware needed. Its mostly plastic construction is a good thing.

I just had to purchase this hot dog steamer!! Bad decision. It says just add water so that’s what I did. The alarm starts wailing. Booklet says too much or not enough water, so I addrd more water. Wailing again! I take water out, alarm again.

After 45 minutes I gave up and put my hit dogs in a pot on my stove. I would never recommend this product.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, but truthfully I’m the one who uses it all the time. the one i chose was the red which looks like out of the 50’s the deep red color is so pretty and breaks up all my silver appliances quite well.

It’s easy to clean and even though i have to cook the hotdogs twice to get them the way i like it’s no big deal and they really do taste like off the grill. I’ve had a problem with the bun toaster over cooking and leaving some char on them but i plan to keep working with them for better results.

I wouldn’t reccomend this product for a child to use while unsupervised because the food gets extremely hot, but ok for teens and college students. even though i really like the product i couldn’t give it 5 stars because I feel it could use some improvement with the cooking temperatures.

Very cute little cooker and it makes a great hot dog. BUT, there are a few problems. The buns don’t fit in the slots very well and because they jam against the sides they burn on the edges before the rest gets toasted and there is lots of smoke.

All three times we have used it the smoke alarm has gone off. If you like a well cooked hot dog you need to run it through the cycle a couple of times. But, we have adjusted and I cook my hot dogs in the garage and don’t try to toast the buns in it.

It is still better than turning on the grill and cooking in the rain just for a hot dog for lunch– and I can’t stand a boiled hot dog!.

I bought this more as a joke for my husband that LOVES hot dogs. He says it’s great. Saves him from firing up the grill. His dogs taste better than pan fried, and buns don’t get soggy like the microwave.

I have the smaller version which fits 2 hotdogs and 2 buns. I love this product. It cooks my hotdogs very nice , I usually have it in between 3-4 settings. It also toasts the bread fine. Only 2 downfalls.

1, some breads don’t fit in the toaster and some you might get away by flattening them out to fit. 2, you can’t toast both bread and hotdogs together. If you do you might wanna take the bun out way ahead of taking the hotdogs out.

Overall it’s a cute device and very simple for a fast little lunch.

I really love this toaster! My grandson eats a lot of hotdogs and it cooks it right up like you cooked it on a gas stove. It gives it that little curl and we cook it about 4 mins. The bun get’s a little black line from touching the metal but I use those buns that are split top.

I don’t know why people are having issues with it. The only thing I don’t care for is the tongs they give you. It’s really hard to pick up anything. Vety easy to drop it. Maybe your suppose to poke it through the hotdog to pick it up,I don’t know.

I bought this about a year ago. Love the look of it, really cute. Used it 2-3 times a month. It just broke. Won’t heat, won’t stay down. Nothing. I cleaned it thoroughly, very little there. Very disappointed.

Nice product but cover is made from glass and seems very easy to break! Will be easier to clean, but I think I would rather a cheaper plexi glass in case this breaks.

I paid $29. 89 (more than triple the retail price of 4. 69 on the package) for two 12-packs of New England frankfurt rolls (no wonder no shipping charge). The box arrived undamaged however the bottom package was flattened and unusable.

Being from New England, I grew up on this type of roll for hot dogs, clam rolls and lobster rolls and was willing to pay way too much for a taste of home. They are not available in Colorado (bakery manager looked at me like I had 6 heads when I asked about them).

Guess I’ll have to get used to regular hot dog rolls because I won’t be ordering these online again! Although the 12 undamaged rolls were yummy, the end cost of $2. 50 per roll price for the usable ones is way beyond unreasonable.

I haven’t had these since the last time I was in Maine. 50 yrs. ago. We went every summer for 2 weeks to see family. I have no idea why these can’t be made everywhere. The hotdog or lobster salad fits in perfect without destroying the bun.

You can also toast these on the outside like you would a grilled cheese. Pricey, but it’s going to be great comfort food.

It was similar to soft bread… I think I prefer eating hot with a regular bun. Thank you for allowing me to try this. It was a good try.

I found this door to be fine, and I especially like that the dog opening is set lower than on my previous door, so it’s easier for small or elderly pets to use. Most at this price range are pretty much the same otherwise.

The problem came when I needed to replace the flap. Nightmare! You have to remove the existing screws, and 3 of the 5 had the drive in the head completely misshapen – like whoever installed them ground them into a non-useable shape.

They’re very small and trying to use a tiny screwdriver to remove was impossible. I had to use a needle point pliers to remove them. And do you get a set of screws with the new flap? No you don’t! How much would it have cost PetSafe to include 5 tiny screws with a new flap? So I went to the hardware store to get replacements for the 3 that were mangled, and the rest of the removal went smoothly.

Now when you put the new flap in is when you have your next problem. There are no guidelines and there is about 1/4″ of top space you can use. The flap doesn’t fit in any holes. it’s up to you to decide where in that 1/4″ you want to place the top of the flap.

And then, because the flap is in the middle of the panel as the panel lies flat, there is nothing to support the flap, making getting it straight a guessing game. As it happened, I set the flap slightly too low in the space, and so it buckles when the panel is upright.

All in all, flap replacement for me was exhausting and unsatisfactory, and it was the determining factor to try another brand.

I installed this door right away after unpacking it, it fit great and installed very easily. I then spent an hour showing my not-that-smart, 15-year-old dog how to go through the flap. He did not catch on! I was so disappointed, I had high hopes for him being able to let himself out during the day while I am at work, to help avoid accidents now that he is having issues with incontinence.

I took the door back out, planning to return it. But then, before I shipped it out, I decided to give it one more try. I sewed a temporary “training flap” out of an old pillow case, (weighted with rocks sewn in the hem at the bottom to make it hang nicely, lol), and hung it in the opening.

There were small gaps on the sides so you could see out around the flap, and a breeze would blow the bottom inwards a little bit. I pointed my dog’s nose through the new flap a couple times, and he finally figured things out! After 3 or 4 days I re-installed the factory flap and its been great (it has been only a couple days so far).

The door shipped really fast, was easy to install, the flap so far seals well enough to keep the bugs and weather out, and my dogs are happy. If you have a dog who finds the flap too scary or heavy to push through, try putting in a very light-weight flap that they can easily poke their head through – it worked great for me, and once he got in the habit of using the dog door it wasn’t a big deal at all to put the actual magnetized flap back in.

One comment on the size – my dog is about a 45 pound terrier mix, 21″ tall and 8″ wide using the measurements listed on the website. The Large door opening fits him great, but with his arthritis he is somewhat clumsy making it through the door, the lip at the bottom sometimes catches his back feet and makes him stumble.

My other dog, almost the same size but several years younger, doesn’t have any issues with this. The old dog doesn’t let that stop him though, he probably lets himself in and out a hundred times a day now – No joke.

At first I wasn’t sure if the large size was the right choice & was debating whether to get the medium size. I have 4 Poodles & 1 Maltese. 1 poodle (Bandit) is about 7lbs & Is a small toy. I wasn’t sure if the 4 inch raise from the bottom was too tall for his legs to go over through the door.

The largest poodle was about 13 1/2 inch’s tall & would’ve been too small. If the raise on all the doors were the 1 1/2 inch I think it would’ve been perfect. Although that was a dilema before ordering, Bandit gets out just fine over the 4 inch raise.

I absolutely love this door. The door flap occasionally won’t close right , but it’s an The dogs go out whenever they want, which means less presents left for me. I do have another doggie door which was installed on the lanai & my fur babies have been using that door for a few years.

I don’t know why I didn’t think of getting a door for the glass sliding door sooner. It is worth every penny & I’m so glad I bought this door.

I have had no issues with these treats. They are moist and fresh when I get them, have a good shelf life and my dogs love ’em. These are our puppy’s favorite treat, so we use it for going in the kennel.

They know the sound of that “cookie jar” vs. the “treat jar” and they just bounce in the kennel with no problems. I have not tasted them but the dog’s reaction makes me believe they are YUMMY!! Always fresh and soft product!! My older dog is treat driven, and she loves to do tricks.

She gets excited when I reach for this bag, so I know she’d give it 5 stars. As for me, these treats are soft, so I can easily split one into four or five smaller pieces. I get to see five tricks for the price of one, and the doggie thinks she got five treats.

This is a fun activity during summer outings or even staycations! Our neighbors have young children and created a little pretend fair for them and we let them borrow this. It was a birthday party theme that went off great.

They had to stay in their bubble but their little one was tickled pink at the pretend fair in the back yard! Great for adults too!.

This thing is awesome! Just place the hot dogs on it and turn it on. The bun steamer is a bonus. Easier to clean than I thought it would be. The kids loved it! They’d come in from outside and make themselves a hotdog.

We bought this and love it! It really gives the hot dog a way better flavor. Like getting a hot dog at the ball park! The bread warmer part did not work out as good, but we are still gonna try. I’m sure it will be great.

It’s by far the best canned hot dog sauce I’ve ever tried. It has actual beef in it instead of being the usual tomato paste consistentcy of most canned sauces. Great flavor too. Only dropped a star because it’s a little too pricey for me.

However, Wal-Mart does have the lowest price I’ve seen online. Thank you Wal-Mart!.

The taste of Toledo in California – how can I be so lucky! Thank you Wal-mart!! On a whim I decided to see if Wal-mart carried my favorite Tony Packo’s hot dog sauce, the one I grew up with, and I can hardly believe they do.

If you haven’t tried it, you must. Not just for hot dogs, but also try a chili sundae with layered hot dog sauce, cheese, & sour cream, with tortilla chips for dipping. A heart-attack in waiting for sure, but for a treat you won’t be sorry!.

I have been missing this flavor of a coney island hot dog since I was a kid in Flint, MI. I have tried numerous renditions of coney dogs in shops around the country without success. They were never what I was looking for.

After Jimmy Fallon mentioned that he loved Tony Packo’s Sauce on his show, I decided to try it so I looked it up on the internet and found it and ordered a case of 12. I love it! It brings me back to a childhood joy! And I will be ordering more!.

My daughter gave us this for Christmas. We have wanted one for ages and planned a Mad Dawg Party. When we cooked hot dogs on it – it became a nightmare to clean. Impossible to clean with a soft cloth.

It took 3 hours to try to clean. If you dont mind the appliance looking like a grill no one has bothered to clean this would be a good machine to purchase. Its not an appliance that you want to keep on your counter unless you have hours to spend cleaning rollers.

It would be a great Machine if you could clean the rollers. Really unhappy with this product.

The rollers are easy to clean with very little effort. The item sets evenly on the counter without any wobble or movement.

I *love* hot dogs! If you do, too, and you like loading them up with toppings, this tool is for you. It’s surprisingly heavy, so it will last for years. Easy to use, and easy to clean. This thing is big. But that makes it work with fun longs and sausages. It is also too well built, which makes it overly bulky and heavy. The blades and edge of the plastic can keep gunk stuck up in it.

It could be designed better and cheaper. Make it lighter and smaller for easier handling and storing. Where the blades and frame meet can be made so there arent small gaps or gutters for any type of gunk to hang up inside of it.

A removeable back would help washing it as well. The backing is there so you cant cut all the way through the hot dog.

I was really impressed with the thought and workmanship that went into this tool. It is sturdy and well made and will take plenty of downward pressure when scoring your hot dogs whether they are regular skinless franks, bun length, jumbo or quarter pounders.

This tool will handle all lengths. It’s best to use a side to side movement when scoring the hot dogs. The depth is well controlled with a sturdy backup platform on the opposite side of the stainless steel slotting blades.

I’m sure you will be satisfied if you decide to purchase one.

This thing is the best! It makes hot dogs and sausages taste amazing. They are juicy and flavorful, and made to perfection! I didn’t think it was working at first because the sausage I was cooking wasn’t completely round, it had a sort of flat edge to it so it wouldn’t rotate because the edge kept stopping it.

I had to give it a little help for the first couple rotations, but after a couple spins they start to rotate on their own after the flat edge started to round out when cooking. The bun warmer works great, making the most perfectly toasty buns.

The only downside to the bun warmer is that I can’t fit 4 regular buns in it like the photo shows. It’s just not wide enough. 3 buns fits perfectly side by side but if I want to warm 4 then I have to put 2 of them in sideways to get them all to fit.

I just swap them around halfway through to make sure all the buns warm properly. I really like this appliance, I’ve wanted something like this for a long time and it’s everything I hoped it would be plus its compact in size which is great for my small kitchen.

I love the taste of the hot dogs from convenience stores and cafes and have tried to replicate them for years at home, using different methods I’ve read about but nothing I’ve tried has given me the results I was looking for until now.

I really enjoyed the hot dog roller and oven from Elite Cuisine! What I liked most about this product is that it is a 2 in 1 product. It’s a great size to have on your counter in your kitchen. It is dual.

It has a hot dog roller on the top (four rollers), it includes a drip tray for the hot dogs and a tray to hold your buns. and it has a little oven on the bottom to heat up your buns. It’s perfect if you want to make up something quick for the family.

It only takes a couple of minutes. It also has roll and heat lights, so that you can make sure that the product is working correctly. Along with that, it has a timer on it as well as the on/off switch.

I thought that it was cool that it has a lid at the top, to cover your hot dogs. It keeps the heat inside, making your hot dogs cook throughly. All in all, I enjoyed this product as stated above. I will recommend this product to my family and friends.
