Ian is a 1 yo 60lbs bernedoodle, who is a moderate chewer that hasn’t destroyed any dog toys but does go through a 6” bully stick in ~10min. The first time I gave him this, I was pleasantly surprised that it him ~30min to go through maybe 1/4th of the thing.

I give these to him midday as a snack/lunch and take it away when he’s half way done. I’ll give him the remaining half another day. It’s not the cheapest but it does last longer than bully sticks. It’s also safe for pups with sensitive GIs as mine gets diarrhea if he looks at a good wrong.

It also smells MUCH better than a bully stick.

Love this stuff. I bought it, Prime Rib Rub and Baked Potato Seasoning. All are flavorful and tasty but the Pork Chop & Roast Rub is the one we use more often. It is not spicy, it is just tasty and gives the ribs a special flavor I haven’t had with other seasonings.

I rinse the ribs, Pat them dry and add the seasoning and bake them in the over in foil or put them on the bbq grill, either way, everyone comments on his good they are.

When I got my order of the Ultimate Pork Chop and Roast Rub, I tried it on a hole chicken. I’ll tell you that it was the best roasted chicken I have had!!!!!! It is one of the BEST Rubs I have ever tried, Bar None!!!!!! ~~~ *10 STARS* ~~~.

I like this seasoning a lot. It has a great taste on pork. Especially on fried or grilled pork chops and crock pot pork roasts. I will be buying more of it.

What a great spice blend! We originally received it as a gift from our daughter, but now use it so frequently that we have bought the LARGE jar twice! Adds such wonderful flavor to a,, forms of pork, chicken and lots of other foods!.

Both of these pork chops are the most Delicious, Tender and Flavorfull pork chops I have ever had! The flavor is a slight difference between the two but they are both excellent! I highly recommend both of these to anyone who wants the most Flavorfull and tender chops they have ever had!.

Got these while they were on sale at SRF but after trying, would definitely pay full-price. Cooked them in the sous vide at 135 for two hours then seared off on a kamado with hickory wood. Absolutely unreal! Buttery taste with intramuscular fat that didn’t render out, leaving these insanely juicy and tender.

Literally ordering more right now, you should do the same!!.

I do these on the Egg with the reverse sear method, and I’ve never had a better pork chop in my life. They stay so juicy, pick up just the right amount of smoke, and then sear beautifully. They cut so easily, are so flavorful, and everyone makes the same face after their first bite.

Highly recommend doing the reverse sear on these.

My neighbor presented me with the Sakura Pork Chops as a gift. These are thick chops, I decided to grill them. I only added my dry rub to each side before grilling. We live on a bridge less island so all food has to be shipped here.

These chops were fabulously delicious. The meat is tender and mouthwatering with flavor, and juicy like a great steak. I will definitely be placing an order for more. 5 stars all the way!.

Outstanding flavor and tenderness. I love rib chops and these are the best. I grilled them to perfection–a bit of char on the outside and juicy on the inside. It’s difficult to grill pork to perfection as the chops can get dry by the time the interior is cooked through.

But these chops stay moist even if you overcook the outside a bit.

Sakura pork chops were just fantastic. I brined them for a few hours before cooking them. I had not cooked such thick pork chops before without butterflying them. I treated them like steaks of the same thickness.

First I seared them in a cast iron pan. They were seasoned with seasoned salt and pepper only. Then I broiled them in a preheated broiler on high for 4 minutes on each side. They rested for a good 10 minutes.

Juicy and delicious. My orders are to purchase more Sakura pork chops.

After I discovered a recipe that will remove the salt, these chops were fantastic.

Great flavor and tenderness

The above picture looks really good and you can’t find these in the store. The above picture shows a lot of dark meat and nice flap around the chop. When 8 arrives to me they looked nothing like the picture, except for 1 chop, all of them were all white meat and no flap around them at all.

I reached out to customer service to see if I could return them because I was not happy they denied me. This was my first time ordering from this company and I thought I would try them but I will not be buying from them again.

The SRF pork chops are outstanding. They are tasty and tender. I marinade them in a sugar free orange flavored marinade or a teriyaki Hawaiian marinade. I barbecue them in an electric grill. Come out perfect.

I follow the SRF directions for grilling them. High first then lower to finish.

Already a huge fan of SRF incredible steaks, I decided to try some of their Kurobuta pork – wow !, best pork chop we have ever eaten anywhere !!! thick cut, perfect serving size (for me), juicy, fantastic on the grill.

When you want to eat something extra special, SRF is the place to go for top-shelf meat, whether beef or pork. SRF is my go to specialty meat source !.

It was outside in the summer while I was at work and it was still frozen solid when I opened it up. Very impressive. I will order again soon.

Just the right size for two people with leftovers. Don’t overcook them like I did. S&P and some herbs worked well, sauteed in ghee. Still, the leftovers went into vegetable soup the next day and was delicious.

I am so happy with the quality and flavor of the meats I’ve cooked so far! Just no comparison to cafo meats as one can completely understand the many reasons why. This co-op is the best thing I’ve come across to date and I will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as they continue to raise and produce such high quality beef, chicken and pork! The pork chops were excellent. Some of the best we have had. We marinaded them in dales, and a few other seasonings, and because it was storming out we cooked them in our air fryer instead of grilling.

Second time ordering these chops. First time they were great but this time they had so much fat in them that there was hardly any edible parts. The taste is still very good but not worth it if it’s going to be mostly fat.

Very disappointed. Although the dog is happy since she got to eat the fatty bits.

The photo appeared to be a nice size pork chop and I ordered enough to serve my family. The ones I received were 3 inches by 4 inches in size. I didn’t see that coming. Had I known they were so small I would have purchased from my local supermarket.

I have access to Berkshire pork from a number of sources. I have to say this SNR Farms pork is definitely a cut above. I noticed this pork (I have the SNR tenderloin) in my refrigerator right now awaiting dinner) is slightly darker in color.

Incredibly juicy and tender when cooked. I just seared the chop in a cast iron pan. Great flavor. I actually prepared a chop from a good local butcher and had them alongside each other. No contest. The SNR chop won hands down.

Bought this to make a recipe with scalloped potatoes; condensed mushroom gravy and pork chops. Very simply, from both smell, look and taste I consider this a ham steak, not a pork chop. Ironic that this product is listed under the “Ham” product header, not the “Pork” header on Smithfield.

com. 4 stars are for its performance as a Ham Steak. As a “pork chop” would give it 3 Stars. Would buy again as a Ham Steak; not again if I want a conventional Pork Chop. My “Yes” recommendation is for a Ham Steak.

My wife started making these bone-in Smoked Pork Chops a number of years ago and they quickly became an often repeated dinner entree. They’re so simple to make. We’ve been throwing them in the crockpot on low (never high) and in just a few hours they’re ready.

These are decent pork chops and have a good flavor to them. They taste more like ham than they do your typical pork chop but they are quick and easy to warm up since they are fully cooked. The one thing I didn’t care for was that they were too salty.

If the salt content was cut in half they would be even better. If you’re looking for convenience then these are a good choice.

Bag does not fit the HD5 to my liking. The fine print says to size up but I accidentally bought the medium for my medium bike. It was a smidge too small and will probably slide back n forth. I bought the large next, but the large is just a smidge too big and the edges of the bag stick out and look weird.

In my opinion, the HD5 needs its own bags made specifically for it. The quality of the bag is great though.

To those with Mojo 3’s, HD3/4’s, the blackburn pork chop is absolutely awesome. Nice tight fit, didn’t move at all going down gnarly rocky descents. I can fit a tube, 2oz of stans, road pump, levers, and a bike tool in there no problem without bulging.

Doesn’t hit your knees. Very impressed and pretty slick looking, worth the $$. Btw I’d advise frame tape to prevent any rubbing issues.

I am allergic to bees and have to carry an epi-pen on my mountain bike rides. Now I can carry the pen AND all the necessary tools, snacks, etc. neatly tucked away in the Pork Chop frame bag. There is even room for my iPone should I choose to bring it.

Brined it for 24 hours, roasted to the right internal temp. It turned out moist and very tender. Served it with mashed potatoes and a garlic mushroom gravy.

The perfect pork chop!! I always follow Kenji Lopez-Alt’s “Perfect Pan-Seared Pork Chops” recipe. I only dry brined the pork for 15 minutes. I was amazed how perfectly tender and juicy it was. No marinade or sauce needed.

(Served with fried rice and steamed broccoli).

The “other white meat” SHINES when it comes from GrassRoots! Hubby lives a good chop (we have a restaurant close that serves as its specialty) the top restaurant can’t compare in flavor – tender, juicy, with just the right trim on fat.
