These plates are great for preparing soft and hard shell tacos. They hold the taco upright so nothing spills from them. When you’re ready to eat one, the others stay in place. Wish I found these years ago.

I purchased these taco plates for my son’s Graduation Party. A Taco Bar was our main food focus. These plates are sturdy, attractive, wash well in the dishwasher and a really fun way to hold your tacos! We received loads of compliments! I bought four dozen which was expensive and unnecessary as not everyone used them because we had other food and plates as well.

Particularly if you are using these for a Open House, you could buy 50% of your expected guests and quickly wash as needed. I wish I had known about these decades ago as tacos have been a staple in our house forever! I think it’s safe to say with 48 of them, I’m set for life!!.

I ordered two sets of the taco fiesta plates. They are lovely in their multi colored hues. The only thing I am concerned about is that they are fairly medium- light weight plastic and I don’t know how long they are going to hold up in my house.

I am sure they will break or crack if dropped or took a hard hit. They do hold up in a dishwasher and the microwave too, but I caught my boys having a lovely game of frisbee and trying to see if their oval shapes would make them come back like a boomerang.

oh my! At any rate, the price is right and the items colorful and bright, so I would recommend them to a friend and I would (and probably will) buy them again.

Great item could be about a 1/2″ less in diameter to allow it to fit in fryers like cool daddy.

I have not tried these yet, but I was surprised at how shallow the slots are. I thought they would be deeper, and i am not real confident that they will hold the hard shell upright.

These are perfect for taco night with the grand kids, each one gets a different color plate! no more “thats my plate” and if they drop them they wont break. Nice and light.

Bought this set plus the compatible T-Rex for my dino loving 3 year old grandson. He was thrilled and felt so special since he’s the youngest of three in the family and usually it’s older brother and sister who get to do all the cool stuff first! I especially like how fresh veggies and dip can be subbed for nacho chips.

The quality is tops, the design appealing, and the table “wow factor” is over the top! You just don’t see cute things like this anywhere else. We love Hearthsong. Grandkids’ 2020 Easter baskets were loaded with goodies from here and there were smiles all around! This is a grand parents’ “go to” place for easy, at-home shopping.

Our Tacosaurus was sad and lonely. We thought it might simply be seasonal affective disorder, but nothing would cheer him up. So we purchased Nachosaurus to see if that would help. They are still acclimating to each other but we are hopeful.

For $25 I fully expected a heavy ceramic set, but it was cheap plastic with the weight of a solo cup and should have been in a dollar store with a one dollar price tag. Shameful.

I have been buying Old El Paso Taco Shells for many many years. almost every time I grocery shop as we eat tacos once a week or so. Still my favorite brand of taco shells however I have noticed the last several boxes that the shells not only seem smaller.

getting at least one broken shell. but they are getting over done (brown). I’m following the directions for 325 degrees 6-7 minutes and leave them in no longer than 6 minutes. I believe the box is reflecting directions for a bit larger taco shell than is now in the box.

Shrinkflation? Someone suggested in another review to set temp for 300 degrees but it seems if that is the appropriate temperature. the box should reflect it. I like a crunchy taco shell. so I will keep the 325 degree per the box and take them out at 5 min and see how that works.

Until recently. I would have given them 5 stars on the crunchy taco shells. Today. only 4 because I believe they are smaller. If they haven’t changed the box to reflect the size. this might also explain the broken shells.

I bought these today and was really looking forward to some tacos since I haven’t had any in a while. I figured 18 shells would be enough for at least two meals for my son and me. Upon opening the box I was shocked at the tiny size of the shells.

These are half the size of a taco at my local Mexican restaurants (both fast food and regular restaurants). They’re half the size Old El Paso shells used to be. It was absolutely ridiculous. The flavor was good – as remembered – and they got nice and crunchy (took longer than suggested for the microwave), but they aren’t worth the effort.

They’re extremely hard to fill because they’re so small and about4 bites finishes one taco. My teenaged son took almost half of them for one meal. I’m so disappointed. Bring back full sized shells and/or warn consumers that the taco shells are tiny.

Seriously, a 2 year old could easily eat 4 or 5 of these.

Item looked exactly like above. My family loves the Old El Paso Soft Tortilla Bowls. We don’t just buy them for Tacos. You can use them for a lot of different things. My mom makes a Chicken Fiesta in a Crock Pot & in that has black bean, corn.

Chicken breast, crushed tomatoes & other stuff & we put that in the bowls, we put anything you would put in a quesadilla in them, you can use them to put a Tex mex salad! I could go on & on, even use them to fill dessert ingredients.

They are great & we have never had a problem with them!.

These are perfect as small taco salad bowls, fajita bowls even as a substitute for hot dog buns! They are soft and fresh and appear in person just like the picture. The work well in air fryers. Just fill them with your favorite ingredients.

There really wasn’t anything not to like. I guess I’d like to see a larger version for real meal size taco salads, but that isn’t really a criticism.

I love these bowls! They make eating taco ingredients so much easier especially with little ones. You can give them a spoon and they can dig in. I will say it’s a bit difficult to toast the bowl a little bit but with practice it works.

And they really taste good. And one of the real benefits for those who don’t finish everything the first night and put them back in the cupboard – they have a pretty good shelf life!.

These old El Paso burrito bowls are a super convenient way to have “tacos” without the mess. Our 6 year old won’t eat true tacos but he will eat these bowls filled with some meat cheese and beans. It’s very easy for a kiddo to pick up and not make a mess.

I bought these salsa bowls for cinco de mayo earlier this year and “me gusta mucho”! My husband loved how authentic they looked and my kids said that the guacamole looked very nice in these bowls. Perfect for taco making! They are lightweight and reminded me of the time I spent in Mexico.

Nicel small bowls and inexpensive. They hold up well under many dishwashing over and over. No stains or discoloration found so far. I have ordered many of these because the only problem is in a self bussing restaurant seems like alot of them get put into the trash but they are inexpensive and I will keep ordering more as needed.

We used to use different bowls that were smaller (7oz) & costed more (about 2. 85 each). We have completely switched to these & they are amazing! They fit really well in out chip baskets & are very durable.

The only thing I dont like is that they dont make them in larger sizes.

My whole family loves this. We were not able to find them at Walmart or any stores for a while but glad to find it today. We crave for these shells as they are flaky and tasty. Add some meat, lettuce, refried beans, tomato, jalapeno, cheese and some sour cream to make it a delicious hearty meal.

Love these! They remind us of Taco Bueno taco salads. Soft and crisp, not too thick or hard. They brown up quick and cool in a minute. We pick up a box almost every week.

Best salad shells ever. Wallyworld stopped selling them. Contacted Azteca and they led me on a wild goose chase to many different stores not named Walmart. Still no luck. I think Azteca needs to hire some better sales people to get this product out where the consumer can buy it.

I think they are missing the boat on this item because I have been unable to find anything that compares.
