20 Best Side Dish For Burgers (2023 Updated)

It is a little small, but so is my kitchen. It fits into the space and holds more dishes than it’s size would indicate. The drainer top snaps into the drainboard bottom and has a nice run off hole that hangs over the sink.

The only problem I have is the manufacturer’s name is in raised letters on the drainboard area. and the small letters are the perfect trap for liquids to dry into and very hard to clean. Have an old toothbrush ready for cleanings if you get the white one.

not even sure if it comes in other colors.

I bought this mini dish drainer for things I wash by hand. Some other reviewers seem disappointed in its size, this is however a mini drainer, it’s made to be small enough for RV sinks. It’s perfect for me, it’s exactly what I wanted.

This drainer is small enough to fit in the small side of my double sink. It can be used with or without the drain board and it’s dishwasher safe for when it needs more than just a rinse. Please note that the cups in my pictures are very large cups, the tupperwares are large enough for sandwiches and there are a bunch or smaller things underneath it all! I do believe that I can fit at least 2 full size place setting in this drainer without a problem.

I love it, the price is fantastic and I highly recommend it!.

First off I have to admit I’m a little biased as I love my meat. I still gave it a chance though, but I hated the texture. The only reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because my husband didn’t think it was that bad.

The aftertaste was something else though. I personally will never touch this again. But for me alternative I can see where it would do the trick.

Easy to prepare! Toss a patty in the microwave for one minute, that’s all it takes, done! Dr. Praeger’s Blackbean Quinoa Veggie Burger’s are a welcome option if you want a fast, healthy burger option that is low sodium and tastes great.

They are vegan approved, but you do not have to be vegan to eat them. Please try them! I have sensitive intestines, and these digest great. There’s no egg, or dairy in the ingredients, if you have an allergy or sensitivity.

I buy them local. If I couldn’t get them in a store near me, I would absolutely order a large multi-box order of these to keep in the freezer. Healthy and tasty! Please try them. I love this version.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I was really excited to try Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was definitely impressed! The burgers are easy to cook and you have a few options such as microwave, skillet and oven.

The patties have a great texture that’s similar to a regular burger. They’re not rubbery. They have a very healthy taste but even so, I would never guess I’m eating vegetables. I love that these are a great source of fiber.

They also have a full serving of vegetables which is great because I try to be aware of what I put in my body. I’m very impressed by the list of ingredients because it’s simple and it only contains things I’m aware of.

I like that there are 12 burgers in the box and each is individual wrapped. Overall I loved Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger and I will definitely purchase again.

Every time I eat one my body rejects it. Not at all a comfortable feeling. I read the reviews and couldn’t find anyone else having this problem and therefore believe it’s not a widespread problem. I’m thinking it was left out before I purchased it and it’s probably spoiled? Aside of this it is very soft and breaks apart easily.

In my opinion it doesn’t have any much flavor. Didn’t mind the edamame brig hole or other veggies easily detected while cooking it. It might hold together better with a stronger binder. I’ve tried it three times and know it’s nothing else that I’m eating because the last time I tried it, it was the only thing I ate.

I will contact the company and report my problem. Good to see no one else had this problem. By the way I have no food allergies.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis is the only plant-based burger I’ve tried (and I’ve tried at least a dozen brands) that is NOT MUSHY! It’s also juicy and has that satisfying mouth-full chewiness that real burgers have, which is close to a miracle for a vegetarian or vegan burger.

I also like that it’s not composed of soy protein isolates and other genetically engineered rubbish, it’s mostly pea protein and other vegetable ingredients such as beets, which contribute to the juiciness.

It’s also not full of grains. I think the juiciness comes from the beet components. Really the closest thing to a real burger you can get. I’ve also read good things about kelp-based burgers but they’re so expensive plus they’re not sold locally, so I would love it if Wild Fork started to carry those as well.

The scent upon initially cooking smells a bit like animal food, but if you are not vegan… just cook a little bacon first and then plop the patties right in the fat.

Delicious. No shame. Also amazing with asparagus. Weirdest thing to get accustomed to is that they will never look “fully” cooked. Your burger when you bite into it will be pink. Always something to warn those who have an aversion to “undercooked” meat.

The appearance of raw meat, the smell, & the “bleeding” of the patty. That being said, the consumption process was great. They’re delicious. I constantly have non-vegans telling me how wonderful Beyond products are, particularly the sausage.

They aren’t wrong. I think this product would appeal most to recent vegetarians or meat eaters who want to limit their meat consumption. One tip I got for making a better burger was to smash the patty down.

This was much better to me than the initial fat, juicy patty but that’s a matter of personal taste. I cooked it in a little vegan butter on a nonstick pan & seasoned it was onion powder, a tiny bit of garlic salt, cayenne, & brown sugar.

A stocking stuffer for grown son who just moved into a house and got a grill, he will love it.

First off, I’m a diehard, life-long carnivore but recently began trying “veggie (plant-based)” burgers. 4 Patriots Black Bean Burger Mix was offered in a 50% off deal so as I LOVE getting a good Sale, I jumped ALL over it! My granddaughter and I this weekend tried an 8-cup package and much to my surprise were DELICIOUS! I might get into another package soon as I had purchased FOUR boxes so it won’t deplete my stockpile.

I would like to add that the year’s-worth of 25-year-Shelf-Life 4-month Food Kits are also in my “GO BAG” stockpile. I am an American Military (US Army RVN grunt) Veteran and appreciate what 4Patriots does to support us.

Buy the kit. The best/worst thing that can happen is NOTHING. There you are with all that food and everything went back to normal. Or, things got really bad and the grocery store shelves are empty. The price of food (if you can get it) has gone sky high.

The Food Bank is out of supplies. You and your family are going hungry because you didn’t heed warnings this might happen. Or, life goes on as normal and you’ve got a big supply of food that’s delicious, nutritious and lasts up to 25 years.

So, what can you do? YOU EAT IT! Nothing went to waste. Either way you have plenty of nutritious food to last for as long as you need it. Either way you’re a winner. You did what common sense told you to do.

It will be your responsibility to be prepared for such times. No one will be knocking at your door with assistance and armfuls of food. You’re on your own. So, buy a few kits and be prepared for the worst.

Secondly, I haven’t tried this black bean burger product yet, but am grateful to have it as a back-up now, should I lose power long enough to spoil the contents of my freezer (and should my supply of canned tuna, etc.

get depleted. ) My intention is to use it as “crumbles” to add to other dishes. I enjoy “veggie burgers”, so expect this to taste similar and, with the addition of herbs & spices, take the place of ground beef, Italian sausage and such in various rice & noodle dishes, etc.

These bowls are perfect for many applications. Great for either for light things like chips or salads, or double them up, and they’re also great for heavier things. We load these full of chucky guacamole for parties.

I like the three colors they come in as you can mix and match them to have a more desirable looking spread.

These are probably the size we use most. They fit SO MUCH SALAD. Great for our larger parties because we can use less bowls. Sometimes as a container size increases, they get thinner but not with these.

They are just as durable as the smaller bowls and hold up great. We’ve never had a cracking issue.

These bowls are way more affordable on here than competitors that we’ve seen in our area. They are durable and come with a lid that is clear so customers can see what is inside the bowl. With the lid, you can stack these bowls 2 high.

They do not lock into place though, so be mindful of this. You won’t be upset about purchasing these with Webstaurant versus stores nearby.

I’ve been very pleased with every Marketside item I’ve purchased, and the Angus Flame Broiled Burger is now a definite add to my list of favorites. Surprisingly fresh and flavorful for a prepackaged sandwich! Good texture, good size, satisfying, and a good value for an under $5 burger.

Gotta add your own condiments and garnishes, which suits me just fine. Perfect for grab and go lunches, or seniors like myself who don’t cook much.

really good! i put it on a paper plate and cover with another and microwave for 2 min. low watt microwave. its juicy, really tasty meat, the bun is soft. you cant do better for the price. im ready to try the one with bacon!.

these taste like school cafeteria burgers, in a good way. not amazing. but when you have a burger craving and you can get one with your walmart order its clutch. would be yummy if you add your own fresh tomato/onion/lettuce/mustard etc.

Admittedly this is among the best tasting meat alternative I have ever tasted. To the point it was actually quite disturbing at first as I have been a vegetarian for years. But if you look at the nutrition and ingredient label this is not really a healthy alternative.

It seems you would be better off eating the real thing if one was so inclined. These days it is not hard to find small producers who raise their animals humanely, you just have to look for them. The only place I really see for this product is fast food or at the restaurant without other vegetarian options.

You can do so much better at home than this highly processed synthetic junk.

Just like the burger from Burger King. Dress it up however you want. They are wonderful cooked on a grill. Excellent burger option for people who have Alpha-gal and ca no longer eat beef. I would rather have these over a beef burger.

I enjoy burgers once in a while and these are the best vegan burgers out there. I like beyond burger too but I’d choose impossible over beyond. I do season it with black pepper and garlic powder before grilling and they come out perfect.

Looks nothing like the pictures when cooked. Does not taste anything close to a real hamburger. Also fun fact 90/10 regular 1/4lb hamburger has less calories then this fake burger and less sodium only place this wins is it has no colesterol.

But the taste is not worth it.

Just finished our second box and will be getting it again. Sam’s, please keep these in stock! Tastes similar to meat but with a softer interior. Don’t get the cheap buns, they just aren’t big enough, spring for the bigger buns.

Idk what these people r complaining about. Follow cooking instructions and it tastes just like a regular Burger imo, very moist. Smells strange while pan frying tho, like dog food almost. But afterwards it went away and taste is delicious for plant based.

I purchased a 3 bowl diner for my dog that is on a diet of both soft and hard food and was looking for a diner like this one for quite some time. They are super hard to find in stores and online apparently! I found this one and fell in love.

I must say the bowls are very good quality and the stand is very sturdy and looks great! My dog and I are very happy with the purchase. Seller was great, answered my questions and transaction went smoothly, definitely a great experience.

I purchased this twice – in two heights as my dog (great pyr) did not like the tallest one as the bowls would move around in the diner. The iron construction is nice and the bowls clean easily and have rubber non skid placed under the lip- but they still move in the diners and it freaked out my dog.

So I purchased the smaller height and that seemed to help – but again discovered sometimes she wont drink water because the bowl moves.

I love these feeders. I have used them for years. When I got a smaller dog I had to get another one. I have tried less expensive ones from the pet stores but they don’t compare. These feeders are so sturdy they last for years.

They are more expensive but well worth it.

I’ve recently changed my diet and it’s been a challenge finding vegan options to match my carnivorous needs. I heard good things about this brand and decided to try it out. I didn’t know what to expect.

Straight out the package it’s a firm patty with visible vegetables such as corn and black beans. I added a bit more seasoning just in case and Cooked it in the grill. The burger isn’t bad it just has a peculiar taste I wasn’t familiar with.

I noticed after i purchased the burger that it contains soy which is not healthy and should not be consumed often. I had some mild stomach aches after eating the burger but maybe it’s because I ate two.

Overall I wouldn’t purchase again.

I’m a meat eater trying to cut down. I’ve had the Impossible burger and the Beyond. Both are good but beyond is clearly not meat and impossible is a good imitation. The ultimate burger seems to be just a notch better than the Impossible burger.

I ate it with a little cheddar on a wheat bun with some light seasoning and no condiments or additional toppings so I could really taste it. I could easily fall for it being real beef if I didn’t know.

The next step with these fake meats is making them healthier than the alternative, which they aren’t currently.

To be honest, I went into these with low expectations—but they exceeded them by far! The corn pieces were a nice touch and the patties were extremely flavorful. Not necessarily something to look to if you’re looking for a faithful meat substitute, but an absolutely delicious ( nutritious!) alternative to a beef patty.
