I think this book is a really helpful tool, very practical. It really is the Healing Guide for Dummies!!! I found the beginners level instruction very helpful. Coming from a evangelical background, with no charismatic experiences or knowledge, this book really helped me start praying for the sick, in faith.

I must say, I find the Bookreader impractical. It loads and opens to the page listing all your books from Christian That is a real bummer. You’re reading a book, want to check the bible reference and come back to the book, and what do you have to do.

reload the reader and rechoose the book you’re reading and let it reload. Not the most convenient.

Randy Clark gives an excellent history of the movement of the Holy Spirit through different denominations. However, skip over that and read Part 3 first if you are more interested in the healing basics.

Also, reading Clark’s book “There Is More” tells of many miracle healings around the world.

This book is easy to read and very inspiring. I like the many examples and testimonies that make it applicable in practice. Seldom have I read a book on devine healing that was so practical and easy to use.

It is as titled a guide to start this journey into supernatural healing but also for those who have a lot of experience in this area. A must read for all pastors and laymen who pursue this heavenly lifestyle!.

This was a quick and easy read with a lot of good pointers for getting down to business. There are exercises and questions at the end of every chapter. I purchased my cope from Barnes Noble, it cost about $20.

The book is a little repetitive, it does seem like the author is just trying to fill space in some parts but, great messages overall!.

One of the best and most helpful books you could buy for personal and career development. Make sure to answer the sometimes challenging questions and practice the suggestions and progress and increased productivity and focus is bound to have.

Really engaged in the book. But totally stumped at the end. have I missed something? Is the hook that has kept me reading so avidly that. I must go buy his CD? I got something out of it, for sure, but am left wondering “what did I miss?”.

Description says no highlights – book has highlights. Should be much cheaper!!! The original cost is $16. 99!!! So youre paying full price for a used book with highlights and partially damaged corners.

Author does an excellent job of leading you through the book while building upon previous info. I’m just about 3/4 through the book and at this point I think I will be buying his cd’s or dvd’s that do the meditation phase of this book.

It may be possible to follow meditation scripts but I think the discs would be a lot easier & quicker to follow. So, it’s fair to say that I am quite impressed.

A valuable resource. it is nice to have a compilation of scriptures and encouragement in a compact little book. The writer sums up the Bible verses related to various levels of sickness and pain for yourself, friends, family and community.

So glad I found this book online for such a great price. The publisher’s price for this book is almost $500, but I managed to snag a brand new copy with an unused access code for $150! Super happy with the purchase :).

I needed this book for the EMT program Im attending and it was going to be too expensive for me to order the hard copy through my school. The PDF version saved me $143 and its much more convenient for me since I can carry it around on a flash drive in my backpack!.

I have been using the ReliefBand as one of my many tools against my fight against chronic nausea for the past 11 years. An abdominal surgery damaged my vagus nerve which has left me with chronic nausea and vomiting on a daily basis.

Needless to say, throughout the years I have tried a multitude of various treatments to control my symptoms, ranging from conventional medications to non-FDA approved/off label therapies, homeopathic remedies, natural remedies, etc.

nothing is off limits on my quest to try to get some relief from the hell of chronic nausea and vomiting that I cannot escape from. About 10 years ago, my girlfriend (who is a Woman’s Health Nurse Practitioner) told me about this device, albeit back then it was known as the “Nomotex” band and was only available by prescription.

She used it in her hypemesis gravidum patients (pregnant women with severe nausea and vomiting) and had tremendous success with it, so she suggested I give it a try. I had my GI doc write my a Rx for one & low and behold, the very first time I tried it, I could not believe how much relief it provided from my nausea, in addition to my other medications.

I was devastated when the company stopped producing the watch, but thankfully it was just for a short time, while they were converting over to an OTC prototype with replacement batteries and/USB charging capabilities, as the original NOMOTEX watches were a one patient/one time use only and only came with so many battery hours life per watch.

once you ran through the battery life, you had to throw the watch away and get a Rx for a new one. I always carry at least one ReliefBand with me at all times and many times will wear it continuously, turning it on and off throughout the day, when my bouts of nausea hit when my meds start wearing off.

I have been using these bands (under different brand names) for over 20 years. I used to be absolutely impervious to seasickness, then almost 30 years ago I hurt my ears free diving. After that I became very sensitive to motion and began my search for a way to be able to stay on the water or even drive on curvy roads.

Riding as a passenger was totally out of the question! I tried all the over OTC and “Natural” remedies that everyone else would swear to me worked. Nothing helped. I was able to get some prescription medication from my Doctor, but that often came with unpleasant side effects.

Then I read an article about these new electric bands for people that suffered from motion sickness. I found them at my local pharmacy & bought my first one for over $130. 00. That was a LOT of money for me at the time! What a wonderful little device! I was able to go on boats again! I was able to ride as a passenger on curvy roads again! My wife will not even step foot on a boat without one of these on.

I put one on my nephew while we were out fishing AFTER he had gotten seasick. My wife & I have used them when we had Noro Virus. I have shared these with pregnant co-workers that had morning sickness (please check with your Doctor first, there are no drugs to interact with, but still, you are pregnant, ask your Doctor) & been told it would not be returned if I did not make them an iron clad promise to let them use it again next time.

I rudely suggest they can go buy one for themselves. I have had a few times on very rough days that I have still gotten bit by the seasickness bug, but when I check, I typically find that the conductive jelly has dried out, the band has loosened or it has been knocked out of place.

Other than that I rate these as 99. 8% effective. I have turned down $200 cash to sell the one I was wearing. I now will typically have an extra band with me & have sold a few of them (for cost, no need for bad Karma on the Ocean.

If you suffer from seasickness try one.

I used the band for a few hours before I left for the cruise and it worked fine. Put it in my purse for traveling and when I arrived it didn’t work. The light shows up but the pulse doesn’t work. I called customer service this morning to see what I could do about this situation.

The customer service representative was not at all interested in helping me. She said I probably damaged it in my suitcase (I didn’t travel with it in my suitcase). She said the battery is low. (It still lights up and I assumed the battery would last for more than 4 hours) She said no it doesn’t, you have to change the battery very frequently.

I was out of the country on a cruise ship with no access to a battery. Also the online information does not state that you only get 4 hours of life on the band. In fact, it doesn’t even tell you if you can change the battery or not.

She said I could only return it if I had the original packaging. I said I didn’t save it because I had used it. seemed fine, didn’t think I would need to return it. When I explained my situation, she said “I don’t know what you want me to do about this”.

I’m frustrated and disappointed in the product and the information about the product. Could really use some customer service training for customer service representatives. I spent over $100 on this and didn’t even get to use it.

This came highly recommended but I certainly couldn’t recommend this product or your company.

Suzanne Somers did a lot of in depth research for this book and what she has to say is truly eye-opening. It makes a lot of sense. It answers the questions as to why we have so many different diseases that weren’t common a few decades ago.

It may come off as a little too out there for some people but if you have suffered with thyroid disease, auto-immune diseases, and cancers, it really makes a difference how you view your surroundings and the foods you eat.

Haven’t read the whole book yet, but it is very interesting so far. But, I have read a few books by Suzanne and they are all very good.

Ms. Somers compiles extensive information by experts in an interview style book to improve your health. However, she points you to her website to buy her products too often to make you feel like you’re paying for an infomercial in this well written nonfiction book.

This is the Gold Standard book on Meditation. Don’t let the title fool you. It teaches you everything you need to know to get started with a meditation practice. We used it as a backup reference in an 8 week class I attended a year ago.

I would not have gotten as much out of the class without having this book as a reference. I do skip around chapters as it is a hard cover to cover read.

If you are interested in learning mindfulness meditation why not Learn from its Western father! Beautifully written with exercises that takes the knowledge off the page and into the real world.

This is an amazing book, written by the “godfather of modern mindfulness”. Gentle & Reflective, I can only read a paragraph or two at a time, because there is so much to absorb. He offers a new way of living in your body, living your life, training your thoughts.

I swear by these yummy lemon ginger drops! Not only do they taste amazing but they really do the job! Without these I don’t know how I would of survived my pregnancy. I’ve tried so many alternatives and none worked like “Morning Ease” !.

These things are the bomb for any expecting mother in her first trimester, and beyond for the women unlucky enough to have returning morning sickness in their third trimesters. Regardless of what time of day your sickness hits you, these will undoubtedly knock out your nausea almost instantly.

The flavor is great and I luckily only had to purchase one bag of these throughout both of my pregnancies.
