20 Best Shower Squeegee For Tile (2023 Updated)

I thought that the longest dimension was the width of the squeegee but is the handle length. This item is quite small in width and would make you have to swipe your shower many more times than necessary as compared to a normal sized squeegee.

I am going to return this one. It would be nice if he blade length was clearly indicated in the description.

This is a small squeegee that is easy to store, doesn’t take up much space, and easy to hang in the shower. It’s handy mainly, I would say, for glass shower doors. It is also good for slick tile. I purchased this item for rough ceramic shower tile, for a quick removal of excess water/soap.

I also purchased another, larger, more expensive squeegee. However, I like this one due to the straightness as my other one I ordered is one that has the bow in the middle. I don’t think you can beat the price if your needing a small squeegee.

I have a tile shower that I like to wipe dry after taking a shower. I have had one of this same item for several years and it finally was worn out. My purchase was simply a replacement for an item I already knew did the job I wanted it for.

Nice squeegee. It’s low profile so it fits in the gap where shower doors overlap. I can clear water spots from the entire door. Did not come with a hook to install in the shower. Not a big deal; I have command strips and hooks on hand.

A hook for hanging would have been a nice inclusion for this product.

It is so hard to find a squeegee that is this wide. It works well but like others say it does rust a little. I overlooked that but then the handle did eventually break off. I really like the size. just wish it was made better with stainless steel or something for the connection that would last better.

Squeegee works fine but suction cup does not stick. The squeegee itself actually works very well on glass shower doors. But the suction cup is worthless. Not only do you have to turn the squeegee handle sideways in order to fit it on the suction cup, the suction cup does not stick onto tile, so you end up having to put it on the floor which negates the reason for buying a squeegee with the holder.

This is the second OXO SQUEEGEE I have purchased specifically because of its large suction cup for bathroom tile. The squeegee is great. It does exactly what you would expect it to. The suction cup? WORTHLESS.

My tiles are classic, smooth glazed. The suction cup didn’t last an hour before we heard the sound of the squeegee and suction cup crashing to the bottom of the shower. Poor design OXO! Go back to the drawing board.

Just like every other Oxo item I have purchased to replace another brand’s item that has broken, this whole system is the best. It sticks to the shower stall well. It squeegees well. It does not have sharp area that could rust.

It is truly the squeegee I should have purchased the first time I needed one. Definitely recommended!.

I’ve always loved OXO products so when I saw this on the BBB website while looking for a squeegee for our new shower, I knew I couldn’t go wrong! And the fact that it comes with it’s own holder is even better!!! Our old squeegee would just sit on the shower floor, but not so with this one.

It has not fallen off the wall and is the perfect size to get all the water off the glass shower walls very quickly. Thank you so much for offering such a great quality product at an awesome price!!!.

Bought the Command Squeegee from Canadian Tire about 4 months ago and it performed as expected – no better or worse than other squeegees I have used. It is an attractive product and made of quality material (compared to some others on the market).

The fault with this squeegee is its short blade life. The edges of the rubber blade wear through and the metal frame is exposed, which can cause serious scratching on any glass/plexiglass surface. If the rubber blade could be replaced, I would rate the product more favourably.

As it stands, the product can cause problems and is garbage after a few months, therefore, I am unable to recommend it.

Bought this to clean a new shower door, and thought it would be a slam dunk given my previously positive experience with Command products. I tried the squeegee several times before setting up the hook, and the squeegee itself is a really poor performer.

I bought an OXO for comparison, and the difference is striking with the OXO easily cleaning the glass and leaving no streaks. I’m really disappointed with the product and wish I could have my money back.

I just wanted a squeegee for cleaning the glass in my shower. This looked great. The command hook is far better than the suction cup used by my previous squeegee. The problem is with the curved handle – it’s SO curved that I cannot get the proper angle between the rubber strip and the glass.

As a result, it leaves streaks and sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard when used. The only way I can get the squeegee to work properly is to hold the handle with my fingertips, forcing the handle to also glide on the glass.

This is very awkward to do!.

This is by far best squeegee to use. It is the original brand and great to use. It has a good and easy grip which makes maneauvering easy. You can move the handle on squeegee for different size cleaning areas to make it easier.

I use this for cleaning jobs as a window cleaner in business.

Since 1994 I’ve used rubber squeegees to remove water from my shower stall glass. The material in my new Ettore Shower Squeegee 14100 does not have rubber for its blade but some other synthetic material.

It does not remove the water as well as the many rubber blade squeegees I’ve used in the past.

This product is nice-looking heavy-duty, but omg its the loudest squeegee ever! I keep thinking that it will get better once the “new” wears off- bc that’s been the case for others before- but nope. It’s still as ear-piercing as ever.

The squeegee works great. However, the suction hook will not stick to the wall no matter what I try. Even if I could get it to stay on the wall I doubt it would hold the weight of the squeegee as it is cheaply made.

Since I purchased this style once before I tried to use the well-made previous suction cup with it. The hole on the new squeegee and the previous suction cup hook are not the same size so cannot hang it up.

I had purchased one of these about 2 years ago and it was great. This one…..not so much. The quality isn’t as good as the previous one. It works, but not as well as the 2 year old version.

I used to buy this exact same product elsewhere for 2x the price. After every shower I squeege both the cultured marble walls and glass shower doors. Perfect in getting excess water off. After months of use I pour some bleach water on to kill any mold or bacteria.

They last a really long time, but for the price, I try to replace often. Wish I bought 2 extras, but wanted to make sure it was the same product. Shipped to store for free, as it is so inexpensive, not wise to pay any shipping costs.

I love the whole concept of Joseph Joseph products – their extremely clever designs, bright colours and usefulness. I own many of their products used in my kitchen and bathroom. So when I was asked to test their EasyStore Compact Squeegee in my shower room I was open minded and keen for it to work well.

The design is clever – slim with a built in hook to slip over the door panel for storage, making it readily accessible. The squeegee rubber itself seems to be quite firm. If you do not hold the squeegee the correct way round the hook gets in the way when cleaning the shower cubicle.

The hand grip design is indented and neat, but for an older person’s hand quite difficult to hold securely. I found it very easy to drop. I am used to using a squeegee with a definite handle, which I find is a lot easier to manipulate.

The Joseph Joseph EasyCare Compact Squeegee does what it says it will do. It is neat and tidy, However the handgrip design did cause me problems.

I’ve always resisted the advice to get some kind of squeegee to clean the shower screen. They’re just so ugly. But this is brilliantly thought through. It hangs almost invisibly on the shower frame and the screens look freshly cleaned as long as we remember to give them a quick once over at the end of the shower.

I’ve bought more and become a squeegee bore recommending this to my friends and family.

I bought one to ‘try’ it first before buying more of the same for family/friends. It is ok, but I have had better working squeegees. It is very practical hanging on the glass of the shower though, perfect storage.

Won’t be buying another though. I think the issue is that the rubber bit might be a bit too hard.

I purchased the squeegee specifically for my shower doors. 2 sliding glass doors about 6′ ft high. Our water is very hard (no softener for the shower) so typically after a few days, I end up with tough water spots/stains that require a special removal cleaner followed by Windex if I want the doors to look clean.

I decided to try using a squeegee to eliminate this issue and selected this one based on its look and size. Love it. It takes me 3 swipes from top to bottom after each shower (less than 20 seconds) and I walk out of my shower with clear clean glass doors.

Problem solved. The squeegee can be extended to 23 inches. It is classically designed and looks nice: the quality is excellent and the size is perfect for my needs. Highly recommend this squeegee, you will not be disappointed.

My only regret is that I should have done it sooner.

What a simple idea, but great solution. This squeegee not only looks great in the bathroom; but it telescopes to roughly double it’s length. I can now reach the top of the shower glass. And, I’m also using it on the shower floor without having to bend nearly as much.

It’s got a really soft blade that cleans in one swipe. Very nice product.

I gave the overall rating of 2 stars because the overall stainless quality & telescoping handle are very nice (since the shower walls are 1-2 feet taller), but the blade itself is too small/skinny and not hardy/supple enough to accommodate the angles when you squeegee the shower walls up, down, or across.

I found the stainless holder scratching the glass. It needs a hardier blade found in another brand which unfortunately doesn’t have a telescoping handle. Why have a telescoping handle if the blade doesn’t really do the job.

Great window cleaner for the DIY person. My wife uses this exclusively and loves it! Use with their cleaner soap and telescoping handle for a quick and easy process.

This product lasted about a week. Not worth the money. Very disappointed and will not suggest anyone to order it

Very disappointed in this item. I needed a new squeegee for our shower doors, and wanted to upgrade from the inexpensive rubber/plastic one we were using. I thought this OXO would be a great improvement, even at double the cost of the cheaper one.

I was wrong. This does not do a clean wipe of the shower door, and I have to use my bath towel to wipe the water left behind after using the squeegee. Maybe this is better for a car window, I don’t know, but don’t waste your money on this thinking it is any better than the cheaper white plastic ones.

I am normally a big fan of OXO products, just not this one.

the blade was LONGER. SERIOUSLY OXO???? Many of us have micro-seconds (slight stretch) to shower before leaving the house. so whyyyyyy did you skimp on the length of the blade?? Oh and about your handles.

creating an “S” hook to hang the blade from a shower curtain rail or stall door would be helpful, because some of us do not have smooth walls or doors to mount your suction cups that ultimately fall off anyway.

“Would you recommend this product to friend?. MEH”. Don’t get me wrong, it works. but it would work much better (and faster) if improvements were made. I originally bought a cheaper brand, because of its blade length and only took THREE swipes per wall.

It takes at least SIX swipes per wall using the OXO.

I’ve purchased many OXO products. This is the first to disappoint. It has a simple job to do, squeegee the water off the shower door glass. This one doesn’t do it well. It’s so bad that my husband got the broken one (different brand) out of the garbage to continue using.

The blade doesn’t seem to engage properly, leaving wet streaks in the middle. It’s also very small, requiring more passes to cover the same area as the old one, and many more passes to get the spots not cleaned the first time.

This squeegee works very well on our shower screen. It looks unobtrusive, is light so it cannot damage tiles should you drop it, and it keeps surfaces clean with little effort. Use it pretty much after each shower and you save heaps of time cleaning your bathroom while preventing mold buildup in wet areas.

I would definitely recommend this product.

I was disappointed with this item. The squeegee itself is not as good as my old one. The rubber knob it sits on makes it difficult to place and remove as it sticks. It looks nice but is expensive for a hook to hang a sponge on.

I have many JosephJoseph products which I love but not this one I’m afraid.

Excellent product. I like the angle the blade is set, as it creates no drag. The blade is reasonably large, so covers a good area of my glass screen and tiles. My wife likes the convenient hanging hook for her buff puff too.

We will most certainly buy another for our second bathroom.

The handle design feels very good when using, but as far as actually acting as a squeegee, it is terrible. It squeaks and screeches like fingernails on a chalkboard. It skips and streaks on the glass shower doors.

I have been using for about 3 months, and the rubber blade is already breaking down. It has not started removing water any better than it did when I first tried (I was hoping it just needed broken in).

OXO, keep the overall design and handle, but please actually use a thick rubber blade that glides on glass and does its intended purpose.

The squeegee itself is good for cleaning the shower doors. But the suction cup will not stick anywhere in my shower. I have had to stick it to the glass door itself which defeats the whole purpose of having clear see-through doors With something attached to it.

I have a standard tile shower and this just won’t stay up.  I wish I had known that before buying. I would’ve just bought a different squeegee and maybe a command hook instead. .

I purchased the OXO squeegee to clean our new bathroom shower. It does a fantastic job at wiping water off the walls (and windows and mirrors) to prevent spotting. The blade is soft and flexible to prevent scratching.

The squeegee stores on the wall with a suction cup. That’s better than it laying on the floor! It’s always in sight to remind me to use it. The comfortable rubber grip makes it very easy to hold onto when hands are wet.

The sqeegee looks sleek and attractive. I am very satisfied with this squeegee and it is well worth the price.

This is one of the best squeegees on the market (my personal opinion). It hangs over the shower door and has a slightly longer handle. Does a beautiful job getting rid of water on the door. A lot pricier than other squeegees but definitely worth the money.

Best squeegee I have bought. It makes perfect contact and removes all the water. Would have loved it was slightly wider, cleaning a bigger area at a time as we use it on an open shower floor. Otherwise, perfect!.

This shower Squeegee is fantastic! It gets all of the water off my shower screen with ease! I even use it for when I clean the shower screen to leave a clean dry & streak free screen! It’s a gorgeous grey colour which would fit in any bathroom & comes with a handy hook to hang it up with!.

Love this tiny squeegee! I use it on the car windows when they have condensation in the mornings, and the tiny size fits perfectly into the wing mirrors and quarter-lights. Easily fits in the door pocket for storage.

It’s hard to get squeegees this small as they are usually larger and sold for showers and house windows. I’m very happy with this product and gave one to my daughter for her car.

Perfect for shower screen glass & wall boards. Its made by Addis which is an established quality brand Ive used for years. Maybe more expensive but worth it.

wipes the shower screen pretty well. you need to press down a little to get better effect. a little wide on some areas but you just have to angle the wiper. Good product and will recommend it

You have windows or glass shower doors then this is a very useful tool. Makes my job quick and easy. Different sizes would be great. Affordable and handy product. Yes I would recommend

I love this little guy! I use this for my car windows in the morning because where I live there’s SO MUCH condensation/dew on the windows. It has just the right amount of flexibility in the rubber that makes it very pliable against glass wipes your window perfectly clean.

Finally a squeegee that works! I have tried so many, and so many have been junk. This one really does the job, leaves glass squeaky clean…Really squeaks! Feels good in your hand too. Buy This ONE!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this is the best squeegee I have ever owned, and I’ve gone through many. Originally purchased for our remodeled primary shower, I used the command hook under our toe kick not expecting it to last long, and almost a year later it’s still there! The actual squeegee itself is the best one I’ve had…light, STRAIGHT (so many have dips in the silicone that they leave spots and/or streaks) and inexpensive.

So good I bought a second to use on our exterior windows. Both are the same quality, perfect!.

The scraper has a nice long rubber blade for scraping and removes water easily, as I bought it for removing water from a shower door. The handle fits nicely into the hand and its light weight which makes it easy to manoeuvre.

Modern design makes it look good.

For my use it did not work well only because of the design of the handle. In effect, it has an awkward grip of being too flat and wide. Compared to my previous squeegee which had a smaller rounded handle I found it hard to hold while using.

This squeege works great to help eliminate water spots on my glass shower doors. It is a good size to get the job done quickly. It is easy to hold. It has a hole in the handle which makes it easy to hang up inside the shower.

Description entirely inadequate and inaccurate. Squeegie that arrived was only about 4” long and had a ridiculously long, oversized handle.

To prevent water marks on my shower glass, I squeegee it after every use. I wanted an attractive tool to store in the shower. This item looks fabulous but does not function as effective as a less expensive squeegee.

The blade needs to lay flat on the glass surface.

The squeegee is made well and has a good weight, however the hook doesn’t fit onto the shower door bar. Otherwise, it does the job!

The workmanship of the shower squeegee is flawless. It comes in a very chic packaging and this already conveys the upscale design and the perfect quality of the product. Functionality is also very and leaves actually no real desires.

We were looking for a simple shower extractor that can be hung on our glass cabin and not on the amateur (although there is also this possibility). The shower extractor is inconspicuous, fits well in the hand and cleans the cabin without any problems.
