20 Best Shoulder Exercise For Women (2023 Updated)

I got my 20 pounds weighted vest today. There are things I like about it and things I don’t like about it. Well I found out if you are chunky, overweight, bulky however you like to call it. this vest may not fit as well.

It have adjustable velcro straps to put around you. However if you are large chested or just heavy they may pop a loose if you bend over or something. This is what I have experienced. That is my only issue, I wish the straps were a little bit longer.

I’m 5’8, 260 lbs a big girl, ok. So I’m guessing if you big at the top you risk it not fitting around you well. I can get it fastened but bending over a few times it would pop a loose. Now what I love about it, that the weights are easy to take out and pop back in.

The material is very heavy and made well. I find it easy to slip over my head. Otherwise for this price it would be great. but it says most size fits most, but if you got a big upper chest it may not fit well is my only issue.

I hope I can figure out someway to remedy this problem for I don’t want to send it back. I still like it though. I want to use it while walking on my treadmill. Ok, that’s all I wanted to make sure people know.

Good quality! Fits well. I’m 5’ 0” and 110 lbs. I purchased a small vest without shoulder pads with 20 lbs of weight. It’s easy to walk in. I wear a tank top and sport bra underneath and have no problems without the shoulder pads.

It does bounce a little when I run with it but I clasp my thumbs inside the sides of the vest as I run and that stops it from bouncing and is actually a comfortable running position. Very adjustable with lots of Velcro.

Also has pocket in front for my phone and another for storing keys or anything else.

I use this to run with. I don’t have the shoulder pads and i am fine with out them. It straps on tight which is good because the area i get burned on from the weight is my upper hip bone. It takes a few runs to adjust to the weight and tailor your form.

Would recommend the vest, just make sure to strap it on tight.

I recently broke my Humeris bone which required surgery to my rotator cuff. My therapist recommended that I get a pulley; which although they do not carry them in the store, I was able to get online.

It helps me tremendously; and has visual different ways to use it. I may continue to use it for arm to exercise my arm in the future. For the price, it is certainly worth it!.

this shoulder pulley is same one I use in at my PT sessions! I can use it at home and keep up with my flexibility exercises at home. It comes with a metal piece that hooks over the top of the door, I have to put a small piece of cloth under the metal piece so it doesn’t mark up the door.

When I’m finished with PT then I can bag it and put it away until the next operation (hopefully never again). It’s worth the cost though.

These are great for our shoulder patients recovering from surgery or frozen shoulder. We prefer these ones with the bracket because you can easily put the bracket over the door for use anywhere. Very easy to adjust the length of the rope.

I just received mine today. I had it assembled and ready to use in a matter of minutes. Yes, there’s a misprint on the instructions (the pulley knobs don’t “click” into place, they just sit on the L-brackets, held in place by the tension of the cords), but I watched the setup video on QVC and quickly realized the written instructions had that one minor error.

Also, the back of the chair should curve inward toward the seat, not outward like the static pictures of the product on QVC’s page. (Just look at the videos of the chair in use to see the proper placement).

As for using the Chair Gym. holy moly, it works! I’m an overweight desk jockey who has had both my hips replaced, so I’m starting with the gray band just to get my muscles used to being used for more than typing on a keyboard.

The exercises on the intro DVD were easy to follow. Pro tip: If someone who has had very limited physical mobility finds it difficult to keep up with the videos using the cords, simply follow along and do the same movements without the resistance cords, at least at first.

Once your muscles and joints get used to the new ranges of motion you can grab the handles, put on the ankle straps, and go through the exercises with the added resistance of the cords. Also, I’m taking the Twister seat thingy with me everywhere because twirling while seated is ridiculously fun!!.

I’ve only been using this for about a week, but am happy so far. I ordered the zebra (not normally a pattern I’d use) because it did not have the logo in the middle of the seat, so it blends in a little better in a room.

I was a little worried it would not be challenging enough. no worries on that! I’ve got it on the lowest level and my bad knee can barely handle that on some exercises, and I can only get partial range on some of the arm and leg motions in the video.

I’m confident I’ll be able to go full range as I get stronger. It does seem a little wobbly (I’m far less than half maximum weight), but if you’re careful to keep your foot on the rest on the floor it’s fine.

It does tend to leave stripe impressions in the carpet, though, and I wish they offered a mat to go with. It would also be nice to have an extra set of handles to make moving between exercises quicker, but they are really quite easy to switch out.

Their website is no help in the accessories department, as it has none. If it’s a real problem for anyone you can pick up nice extras (not Chair Gym brand) on Amazon. Same with the ankle straps if you prefer the over the foot/boot style.

Yes I wear my Quaker Factory 2 days in a row 2nd day just to water my plants before I take a bath there is my not needed excuse. I would recommend this chair to everyone. I go to a gym yes but the core workout here is second to none and the time flys when I am twisting and to go into the next exercise is so super easy and then I don’t know how many times a sturdy chair is needed for you tube exercises like Barre and physique 57 I plan to use this chair its so easy to move around.

FlexBike is my favorite purchase but my second would be this chair and my aeropilates. hope to get a total gym for Christmas a tsv would be nice in November QVC just saying buy this its great.

Titan, you’ve created a tough & strong combo machine here. I love the pressing action of the shoulder press, it is very smooth. This shoulder press machine is extremely well suited to building Explosive Power due to the fully supported bottom start position.

Highest weight I’ve accomplished so far is a Power set of 340Lbs × 3 reps,(incomplete 4th rep), (3 × 45’s, 1 × 25, 1× 10: per side), using the pair of back handles, not the front most handles. SUGGESTIONS: I wish the seat would go up one more notch.

Also the if the back pad were approximately 4″ taller it would benefit supporting the upper back of the user. Currently under heavy loads I’m up against the Deltoid pivot bolts, so I’ve added a removable squat pad with cut-outs to fit over the pivot point when I’m using the shoulder press.

The Deltoid Raise portion of the machine is strong and comfortable to use. I’m interested in additional Titan products for our private gym, I may also be interested in selling Titan products if the right deal presents itself.

I was hesitant to purchase from Titan because I’d read reviews that the equipment came poorly packaged which resulted in bent and missing pieces. I was thrilled when the package arrived and it had both horizontal and vertical reinforcement straps which had been taped down to ensure they didn’t move.

There was only some minor corner damage which was not an issue because packaging material inside the box. Kudos to Titan for improving their packaging. If I have any issues with the equipment it’s that the seat could move up and down a little more.

Taller users might want it lower for the lateral raise and shorter users may want it higher for presses. Remember to download the assembly instructions from the description page on the website.

Assembly was easy. What a great addition to my home gym. Awesome that you can do two different movements on one piece. I would recommend trying both movements facing both outward and facing machine. It will hit different muscle groups.

This is my 3rd piece of Titan equipment. Love the price and quality build. This will help my comeback to the body building stage.

At 9″ in diameter, the Mini Ball can more easily be used by those of a smaller stature, including children and young teens. It’s easy to grip and easy to wipe clean for repeated, multi-client application.

This ball is great for ab workouts. I used to struggle with crunches because I couldn’t get comfortable and the floor would hurt my back. Problem solved! It also has a great bounce to it so when I’m not using it to work out, my one year old and I are using it to play catch.

My Experience has been Great! I have both the 15lb & 7lb. I was using prior the 15lb for leg squats normal width distance squats & then wider for a deeper leg squat 5 sets of 15 & tricep workouts seeing fast results.

When the 7lb was in stock I purchased one & varied my tricep workout with both 15lb & 7lb with doing 6 sets of 10 (3 sets with 15lb & 3 sets with 7lb) Plus with the 7lb I’m able to hold the ball end of the weight behind my head in both hands to raise straight up for another tricep workout plus working my biceps at the same time toning my arms.

I have also been able to use my 7lb while standing in a slight wider leg stance & bent knees holding the ball end up raised in the air with both hands to lift up in front of me & up to the left & completely around & down behind my back bringing it around towards right side of my body & back in front to starting position.

Then I reverse that process bringing it up & towards the right in the air & down behind my back & around towards left & back to starting position for complete upper back workout & more sculpting on my arms.

With the above workouts my main mention was for building strength & toning. Well that’s been working out well. I have also lost 20lbs in the process. The muscle I have gained helped obviously burn calories.

I’m new to Indian Club and Mace swinging. I actually went to my local hardware store and handled some sledge hammers of different weights to help me determine what I would get as my first Mace and glad I did.

I decided to go light and get the 5lb one. Glad I did! There is a definite learning curve with these, especially the over the shoulder, behind the head swings like the 10:2’s and 360s. You will hit yourself and occasionally drop the Mace.

The fiver is great for learning technique. Now, I’ve since ordered and received the 10lb club and the difference is striking! What a difference the extra 5lbs and foot length on the handle make. These clubs are well made and balanced.

The 5lb handle is knurled from the bottom to about 2/3 up the length. The 10lb handle is knurled a foot on the bottom and then again mid-way up the handle. I can assure you that I will not be moving up to the 10lb for quite a bit.

It would also be a bit difficult for indoor use due to the length. It’s an outside club. The heads are flattened so the clubs will stand independently and are plainly marked. Just for reference I am about 6 foot tall and 180lbs.

Not exactly a weakling but am not ashamed to say that I’m glad I went with the lighter club. Good purchase.

I have the whole set from Onnit but the heaviest they have is 25 pounds and i was ready to graduate to 30. So i took a chance and ordered the Retrospec 30 pounder. Bottom line, i am very impressed! Same outstanding quality as the Onnit ones.

I wonder if the same factory makes all of these steel maces. Anyway, if you are ready for 30 pounds, you won’t be disappointed! The knurling is deep and very very grippy. I smoothed it down with sandpaper so my gloves don’t wear out too fast.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this economical machine fulfilled what I bought it for. I don’t row. I mainly wanted it to (1) substitute for cycling in the cold season and when I just don’t have enough time to get out during the day (especially true at time of early sunsets because I like to bike after work when possible); (2) provide enough resistance to replace the squats I can no longer do because I no longer have room enough for a squat rack in the house.

It fulfills the first completely. As for the second, it doesn’t have nearly the resistance that heavy-weight squats do (its max at level 12 is well below the 320-lb. max I used to reach in a parallel squat–it feels more like 100 or possibly 120 lbs–but it is sufficient if I do high reps fast (say 200 at 1.

7 or less sec/stroke). Since I have not used any other rowing machine it’s impossible for me to compare with other machines, so I’m going by intition. Besides the foregoing, the great advantages are: (1) folds up nicely for easy storage; (2) lightweight and easy to position The main disadvantages are: (1) foot pads are too wide for my shoe size and feet tend to slide around even when I tighten straps down hard; and only works with one pair of shoes.

The straps should be longer because they often slip out of the slots when releasing. (2) Have to completely dismount to change resistance level. I like to do ladders by increasing resistance with each set up to a max then stepping back down the ladder in subsequent sets.

So I have to get off and on repeatedly. (3) Since I don’t row, the design puts more work on the arms than I would like. The machines with cables and a T-bar might be an improvement from this standpoint.

The resistance on the arms slows me down–nearly impossible to get speed under 1. 5 sec/stroke (4) This form I’m writing this review on is so narrow I can’t see the entire post and have to use the the horizontal slider back nand forth to read what I’ve written.

This rowing machine has lived up to the reviews I have read. It’s a very nice machine for the money and gives a good workout that simulates actual rowing more than strap and T-handle style rowing machines.

I also appreciate the compact size. I have limited space for the equipment, so the fact that it stands up easily and is only 3′ wide x 5′ tall x 18″ deep for storage is a plus. (Storage size may be reduced to 22″ wide but that would involve removing two threaded knobs after each use.

) The biggest complaint I’ve seen in reviews is that the foot rests and straps are less than ideally designed and I have to agree. My feet kept slipping out of the rests no matter how I worked with the straps.

My final solution was to attach adhesive-backed Velcro to the bottom of an old pair of sneakers and then the hook side of the Velcro to the foot rests. The shoes are now a more-or-less permanent part of the machine.

I use a shoe horn to slip into them before I row and it’s been a very effective workaround for the poor foot rest design problem. With the foot rest issue solved I’m very happy with the machine and workout experience.

I was a competitive oarsman, and this is my second BodyTrac 1050 rower. That says a lot more than the ****1/2 stars I am assigning it. First, the BT has a small footprint, stores easily and is light enough to move with ease.

Second, the mechanics are simple and sensible. They require simple maintenance, like lubricating the shocks and tightening bolts. Third, it’s durable. My first BT lasted 12 years. Fourth, the action reminds me more of actual rowing than those expensive rope pulled machines.

Fifth the BT is the best buy for the money I’ve seen. My major criticism is the unusable round cap on the handle. I removed it and redesigned the handle to lengthen it, make the angle more horizontal, and offer a couple of grip options.

I will do the same with my new BT. I hope the designers will address this issues, for the next BT I buy.

Received fast. I’m using it for chiropractic/ physical therapy purposes for my neck. It’s light weight, rubber, tubbing material(?). Pinches the skin when rolled too fast, and So thin that my husband felt that he would break this if stretched too hard.

But, for me, and my weak strength it does the job I need and for it’s price I’m keeping it.

Not even sure who would use this. It’s pure junk. Truly not even worth $1. it would work for someone with no muscle or an elderly person needing physical therapy. for someone who lifts, don’t waste you time or hard earned dollar.

Not heavy duty! If you’re an avid workout junkie, this is not for you. The tube has very little resistance, it’s useful you want to stretch for flexibility, but worthless if you stretch for strength.

Would not buy again.

The Valor Smith Machine is well made. It took about 3 hours to assemble by myself and I wasn’t in a big hurry. Amazingly, all the parts were there and everything fit. The bar slides effortlessly with the linear bearings.

My only complaint was that I bought the counter balance for the bar as well and where the cable attaches to the bar, the screw hole is located in the middle and behind the bar mechanism. You can still get to it, it isn’t hard, but it could be relocated by Valor to make it easier.

All it takes is a little ingenuity. I’m very satisfied with the machine and recommend it all who are interested.

The Smith Machine was delivered in different packages at different times/dates which was confusing but tolerable. The assembly instructions were very hard to read or understand. The writing is small and I had a hard time understanding Which bolts with which washers and nuts went where.

There are several that look alike, and luckily I figured it out and had to dismantle parts to reassemble properly. The instructions don’t tell you to wipe the chrome parts down with any oil, but I did, and will followup with Silicone spray for the main vertical bar on regular maintenance.

It rolls smooth enough but It could glide better. Not bad for the price. I did contact the seller on the instruction issue and they did offer to connect me with a technician to answer my assembly questions, but I had already figured it out.

Packaged well. Arrived 4 days sooner than expected. And without a scratch. No missing parts. Setup took about 3 hours. Performs beautifully. Linear bearings make the movement smooth and quiet. The 500 lb weight capacity is more than adequate.

Very well made. Can’t beat the price! I plan to order the counterbalance weight kit as well.

Appears well made. I needed to add seat belt covers as cushioning to the body strap as it digs in. Plus the section under the armpit could use an extra bit of cushioning. Does give good shoulder coverage and feels supportive.

I purchased the McDavid Thermal Shoulder Wrap in the hope that it would provide the support that strapping was for a recently damaged AC joint. The support provided by the support was very good, and the simple Velcro strap adjustment gave me support that almost rivalled the tape strapping.

On the negative side the underarm comfort is terrible. Either the sizing is not accurate, there is a design issue or the wrap was designed for a circus freak. The underarm scallop is nowhere near deep enough for the shoulder cuff position above.

In my case my shoulder would have to be 3cm further down my arm. I measured my chest smack in the middle of medium (which I bought)but found the wrap bunched in the underarm and caused discomfort after wearing for more than 30 mins.

I don’t know if I could wear it for that long if I was active. Overall I’m still pretty happy though because for the periods I wore it the shoulder felt well supported and it suited the purpose for which I bought it.

The information, service and support given by your people was very good. The shoulder support is of good quality and comfortable to wear and indeed does give good support to the shoulder. I would have no hesitation recommending this product to my friends and family if they required this item.

I really love this resistance band. I incorporate it into so many workouts, even ones that don’t require resistance bands. I’m glad I got this specific level of resistance. I think the one above this would be too much resistance, but the one below it wouldn’t be enough.

This is perfect for a wide range of exercises and strength levels.

I bought this to replace the elastic band I received during knee therapy. This band is comfortable and appears to be durable! I’ve used it several times now without missing a workout. Start with the light version and work your way up.

Over the years coaching little league, the kids that have this trainer and practice just 4 minutes a day on it, hit the ball far better then the kids that don’t have a trainer. The kids that use this have a better OBP as it also teaches smarter batters at the plate.

Additionally, the kids that practice on this trainer have far less strikeouts and more RBI’s then the kids that don’t. The numbers don’t lie; out of the 11 kids I have this year in AAA (8 to 11 year old’s); the ones that use this have an OBP of over.

600, the ones that don’t are in the. 300 to mid. 400’s with more than double the strikeouts. We have had ours for almost three years now; it sits outside in the hot sun and has endured all types of weather and many many hours of practice.

I have had to replace the ball once and as well as the pin; both can be bought via SKLZ’s website and aren’t expensive. Well worth the purchase!.

As discussed in a number of Mark’s videos, the Reactive Slingshot is great if your bench press isn’t quite at or beyond that magic 300 lb. mark just yet. I have both this and the Original Slingshot, and I have to say that I prefer this given my current level of progress (i.

e. , someone who hasn’t yet reached the magic 300 lb. bench mark yet). I haven’t used it with barbell bench press for quite some time because I primarily do all of my workouts from home, but it is excellent for dumbbell chest press.

In particular, I have used my Reactive slingshot when doing floor press with my 100 lb. dumbbells. It’s excellent for overloading the chest and getting your muscles used to handling heavier weight. When I use this product, I can crank out far more reps, which is great for providing a shock to the muscles and busting through plateaus.

The 2XL size was a good fit for me. I am 6’2″, about 235 lbs. , and have 17 inch arms. The 2XL size is snug, but not too tight. However, sometimes it can feel tight once I get a good pump going, so keep that in mind when considering size.

However, this isn’t a problem because the Reactive slingshot material is more forgiving compared to the Original slingshot, which is a bit stiffer. I would definitely recommend this product for an intermediate lifter looking to push their bench press workouts to the next level.

Also – if you have to exchange the product for size, which I had to do with another product from this website, they made the process as fast and painless as possible! Great customer service.

For reference, I’m 6’2”, 230 lbs. My biceps measured 16. 5” and I purchased the original 2XL. I purchased the slingshot about a month ago to help with easing shoulder pain, and aid in increasing my benchpress over the long term.

To be clear, I currently benchpress 225 x20 unaided on my last set with an overhand grip. This gives me extreme shoulder pain over the course of several days. I decided to switch to an underhand grip, and am relearning how to bench all over again.

The sling shot assists me after my last set of 225 ( I can only perform 9-10 underhanded). After this last set, I put on the slingshot and am able to rep out 225 approx. 17-19 more times. It’s a great burnout that I primarily feel in my deltoids, chest, and biceps.

By allowing me to overload the muscles safely, I am able to train more efficiently. So one month later, I am able to benchpress 225×20 reps with an underhand grip, unaided. My overhand grip has increased to 250×20 reps, but the pain is still just too much to bear.

I will stick with the underhand grip from now on. The slingshot has allowed me to train with more volume and intensity pain free, thus increasing my strength. I feel safer with the slingshot also. I haven’t tried a one rep max yet with the slingshot, but that’s not a concern.

The results with the slingshot speak for themselves. Lastly, utilizing the slingshot at the very end of my workouts, kind of as a burnout, really gives me a psychological boost that I am ending this workout on a high note.

I would definitely urge everyone to consider utilizing this benchpress device for training. It has for me, made bench pressing fun again, and the gains are coming quicker than expected. Happy lifting everyone!😃.

In the late 1980s, before YouTube was available, the primary source of information about exercise form were the muscle magazines. Unfortunately, most bodybuilders in the 1980s used a wide grip, elbows out bench press style.

I was among them. More than 3 decades later, I still bench press and do it properly now, but my shoulders are not in great condition. If I’d had the Sling Shot in 1985, my shoulders would be in better condition today than they are.

The Sling Shot forces me to keep my elbows tucked in proper position and gives me support at the bottom of the bench press, where my shoulders need assistance. After just a few weeks of using the Sling Shot, my bench press technique, with and without the Sling Shot, has improved and I’m experiencing less pain than I had before I started to use the Sling Shot.

I recommend the Sling Shot for those who have bench pressed for year to aid their shoulders and form. I also suggest that new bench pressers use it to learn to bench press with proper form. Great product!.

The length of the rope needs to be longer. You cannot use it correctly if you have short(er) arms. There’s no way you can use them while seated.

After 3-4 workouts with this pulley, the plastic began to fail due to heat generated by using it. It then completely failed. The case of the pulley is made of plastic as well. The shaft got extremely hot because there is no way for the heat to dissipate – caused by the case plastic.

The one shown is made of metal, but it came with a plastic case.

After 1 hr of using-over 4 days-the pully broke. It is plastic. Too much trouble to return. Quality is not good.

I purchased this yoga strap to use for rehab exercises after bilateral knee replacement surgery. I use it multiple times each day to stretch my leg muscles, to aid in lifting my legs in and out of bed, and to aid in flexing my knees to keep each one limber in range of motion and radius.

The looped handholds stitched along the strap are perfect for shortening or loosening the grip as stretching exercises are done.

Recently had total knee replacement surgery. Post-surgery, I had a lot of difficulty bending my knee. My PT used this strap at the facility bcuz I was too stiff and did not have good range of motion.

The strap was such a help with both the straightening and bending of my knee, I bought my own to use at home. I love it! And I highly recommend this strap as an aid for range of motion stretching post total knee replacement surgery.

The stretch out strap is great. I needed something to assist with physical therapy. post injury it helps to guide a stretch slowly. I like the loops I can put my feet or hands into. This strap can also assist with an awesome exercise routine.

This little home gym has been perfect. I’ve had it for a week and experimenting. It allowed me to cancel my gym membership at planet fitness, because this does the same thing I was doing there. Very happy with my purchase highly recommend.

Easy to put together. I even did it by myself. It goes up to 150 pounds which is more than enough for my use.

The assembly was a bit confusing as some parts orientation did not match what they drew, but ultimately everything went together fine and seems very well built. Obviously with any multi-use gym there are trade offs when trying to cover so many exercises in one unit but in general this does a good job of providing a good work out to each muscle group without being too much change over etc.

Overall this is a great machine for those looking to get a work out when so many gyms have closed due to Covid.

Great machine! There are many more exercises that can be done if you are creative & think out of the box. It took 4 hrs. w/ 2 people to put together. It works smoothly, very happy with purchase.

Walking into my gym with this hammer for the first time gained the attention from everyone who saw it. It looks intimidating and people were intrigued to see if they were capable of swinging it. And rightfully so, the hammer has been a humbling experience.

The initial smooth surface of the hammer makes it that much harder to swing. But overall, the quality of the product is incredible and is something that will remain a regular tool throughout my workouts.

Great grip! Looks phenomenal. Only negative is the coating comes off kinda easy but that’s just cosmetic. Also 2 different weights on the hammer…said 6kgs/10lbs

I absolutely love this thing! In fact, it is my purchase of the year for 2021. I thought this was expensive for what it was when I first saw it and bought a cheap lookalike from another online store – it was rubbish so I returned it.

I then bought this as a TSV and tried it on a stiff neck, which I occasionally get from sleeping. I was amazed that within a few minutes, the pain had gone. I bet it returns in the morning, I thought.

No – in the morning the pain hadn’t returned. Since then, I have sceptically tried it out on different strains, aches and pains and I am simply staggered at how effective it is. It is far better than taking a pain killer as it also heals.

I sprained my thumb and wrist so badly, I had to wear a brace. The pain was unbearable and I stupidly forgot all about my Theragun for 2 days – agony! I very lightly used my Theragun 3 times in 24 hours and was then able to leave my brace off as I had full movement of my thumb, even though I couldn’t move it at all before, due to intense pain.

I highly, highly recommend this brilliant invention – and don’t bother buying anything similar for less, like I did.

I have arthritis in my lower spine and hip (one hip already replaced) and upper spinal issues also which makes movement really difficult. I hoped this would help loosen up the muscles around the affected areas.

It arrived today in super quick time. I immediately opened package and tried it out. Wowser! Unfortunately I initially tried on most painful area, thigh, oh my, was it sore. I swapped the hard attachment for the supersoft and moved to less painful area.

What a difference. If you have any major aches / pains, I’d recommend you use the supersoft attachment first. Strange sensation at first, but it became easier the more I used. I was gradually able to use all over affected areas.

I noticed when out walking my dog later this afternoon that I was walking much better, still painful, but the muscles definitely seemed to be working better. It’s early days, and even if I can’t progress and increase pressure and pulse setting, I think this will be a keeper.

I have been having lingering lower back and knee pain for several months and am so grateful to finally get some relief! Stretching alone wasn’t helping but using the theragun along the direction of my muscle/tendon fibers has helped shake out some knots that foam rolling wasn’t addressing.

I my Theragun Mini during virtual work meetings, before/after hikes, and sometimes while watching TV. It’s very quiet and portable. Highly recommend! Much more cost effective than PT, chiro, and massage appointments over time.

My friends with off-brand products are disappointed so I’m glad I didn’t skimp on this. I’m so thankful for the Theragun Mini putting my health back into my hands (literally).

Imagine finally winning over your mother in law, and “thinking” you found her the perfect gift for Christmas just so she opens it in front of the whole family and it comes out dirty with brown stains inside the case.

You look on horrified hoping that it at least works while the rest of the family laughs at giving her a “used and broken gift”. Turns out the machine doesn’t hold a charge but no matter you’ve been a Therabody client for years and have bought 2 Pro machines and spread awareness for the brand so this should just be a quick warranty issue and it will be resolved quickly.

nope! Forward a month later after various phone calls and emails with picture proof to Therabody and they finally send you a return post and are even generous enough to “replace” it with a 10% discount.

After a month that seems almost like a slap in the face. I have not had a single issue with the 2 pro models I have ordered but buyer beware, if your machine has an issue the company will not stand behind it unless you almost pester them.

Keep in mind I sent them an email the very same morning with said pictures and they still make you jump through hoops. Your almost better off with a cheap percussion machine from Costco or if your budget allows just switch to Hyperice.

They sell these at Equinox for a reason.

It was this or the Hypervolt. Friend bought the Hypervolt I bought this. I use this on every workout before and after and days I don’t workout. It’s great warmup and a great recovery tool. With the multiple head attachments that it comes with it can hit a general or pinpoint a spot.

As much as I use it I only charge it about once a week. Bluetooth and app capability is actually a great feature I wish I would use more often, especially for my recovery. I will say between this and the Hypervolt is noise, Hypervolt is a lot quieter, significantly.

The great thing about the Theragun is the triangular handle, it does make a difference when you are going for those hard to reach place or to get a different pressure on an area. I would buy again espcially if they included the stand!.

First, this rack is enormous. The pull up bar is a major and unique benefit and fills a need that most home squat racks do not. I put it together with my husband in less than two hours. It is heavy. The directions are clear and include a support number if you have questions, but we didn’t need it.

This rack really has it all. The top bar allows for band work outs for rehabilitation or stretching too. The possibilities are endless, but we use it for hamstrings, bench, squat and back. You can easily add a bench and use it for almost every other exercise you can think of.

My husband and son have been loading the plates for squats and have met their match. I received this product at no cost for my honest review and to be honest, it is worth two times what it sells for! My family is made of lots of gym rats and this has been a show stopper.

This weight rack is exactly what we wanted to add to our home gym. It took a while to get it put together, the instructions were easy to read and once it was complete I was amazed at the finished product.

It is huge but its perfect for our weight set and will hold all of the weights and bar easily. It came with adjustable spotters and bar rests for squats. It also has an option to add your own resistance bands at the bottom of the bar to really enhance your workouts and give you so many options.

I am short but the rest of my family is tall so having the adjustable options will fit all of our needs just right. The pull up bar at the top is perfect for my husband and sons to really focus on their training.
