The term “shoes for tennis mens” can refer to a number of different things. It can refer to a specific type of tennis shoe designed specifically for men, or it can refer to any type of shoe that is suitable for tennis players of any gender.
There are a few things to consider when choosing the right tennis shoe for men. First, you need to make sure that the shoe provides adequate support for your feet and ankles. Second, you need to make sure that the shoe has good grip so you don’t slip and slide on the court.

I bought these shoes on line a few weeks ago. I did go to a Sports direct shoe to try these tennis shoes and was told you can only order on line! i need tennis shoes and took a chance and ordered the shoes on line ( ordinarily I would never shoes on line in case they would not fit) delighted that they fit perfectly and are brilliant for tennis so comfortable.
I suffer a little from Planter fasciitis and these shoes are perfect to help my condition. delighted with my purchase.
I’m disappointed they don’t fit the same as my previous SFX shoes, but I still like them. Good cushion and support. The lighter weight fabric on the upper allows my feet to move inside the shoe more than I want, and they are a bit wider construct so I can’t tighten the laces enough to make them a truly snug fit.
I may try a narrow size next time, even though I don’t normally wear narrow shoes.
This is my second pair of these shoes. The first one is about 3 years old and is finally wearing out on the bottom. I ordered the same size in this one and it seems a little longer. At first I thought I would not like that but now I Love it! The cushioned heal hugs your heel tight in a goos way so your feet don’t slip at all.
The little extra length make my toes very happy when I start and stop. I will purchase again. Please keep making this model.
The Grandpro Tennis by Cole Haan is built with a perfect blend of style, durability, and comfort. Robust combines with heavy-duty rubber sole to ensure a long lifespan for your favorite everyday-wear shoes.
An ergonomic design and low base contribute to the Grandpro Tenniss undeniable coziness, without compromising its trendy appearance. The Grandpro Tennis by Cole Haan is the ultimate casual shoe that will be a mainstay in your closet.
I wear these to work and am on my feet most of the day, they are so comfortable! You will not be disappointed if you buy them. Make sure you try them on before you buy to get the best fit. They run a little large.
I normally wear a 9. 5, but 9 fit better. I received several compliments while wearing them. You cannot go wrong with Cole Haan. Very well made shoe and brand.
True to size. No extra padding needed. I chose Optic white, matches top and sole colors making it uniform & seamless. Light as a feather but made of real leather upper. The brown line contrast with the black “ tag “ at the back of the shoe made it unique and stylish.
Cashier said everyone was asking for these shoes. Once in a while, you got a winner – a perfect fit.
Asics Gel Game 8 Men’s Tennis Shoe Both durable and comfortable, the GEL-GAME 8 tennis shoe is versatile for the recreational athlete who’s playing several times per week. Preserving its excellent support properties, our focus this season was to improve the shoe’s ventilation and flexibility.

The TRUSSTIC technology in the midsole generates better stability on the court. At the same time, the new tooling combines an EVA midsole foam with GEL technology cushioning in the forefoot to increase shock absorption.
Additionally, the improved outsole offers better flexibility and a more durable design. The GEL-GAME 8 tennis shoe is an excellent choice for beginner to mid-level players seeking a cushioned and stable tennis shoe.
I purchased these shoes to use on outdoor courts to play pickle ball. I purchased these shoes over two months ago and they have proven to be a very supportive shoe, especially for the agility required while playing pickle ball.
I have worn Asics branded shoes for over 20 years and these shoes have proven to be a very good shoe. They provide good grip on court surfaces. I really like the ability to use the two-hole tie method which reduces the pressure across the top of the ties of the shoe, and improve the comfort of the shoe, especially when having to quickly change direction, front-to-back and side-to-side.
I would recommend these shoes for anyone looking for a good supportive outdoor court shoe. They represent very good value, based upon purchase price, for the shoe quality and longevity.
Switching from Puma. Got suggested same size as with my current Puma shoes. However, in the size chart, the same 9. 5 US shows as 28cm, while in Puma, 9. 5 US equals 27cm. Tha’s an entire centimeter too long.
Asics chart shows their 8. 5 US is an equivalent of 27cm. This is whole two sizes smaller than true to size. So just some advice for someone switching from Pumas, to not believe their suggestion, but check whatever size in centimeters you use with your Pumas, and chose your Asics size based on that.
This is my 3rd pair of ASICS gel tennis sneakers. The first purchased online. I wish you would be more standard size-wise. My first pair was a size 9. The second pair I needed a 9. 5, purchased at the same tennis shop.
So this time I purchased a 9. 5 online and they are long enough, but too loose. I need to tie the laces very tight each time. It’s annoying that your sizes are inconsistent. That said, the gel is great for hard court tennis on my 75 year old body! So I basically love them.
Rubber sole Lightweight performance meets ultra-modern, breathable comfort in a men’s shoe designed for attacking tournament players looking to move fast around the court. New engineered mesh and new tongue material for lightweight comfort Cooling system enhances breathability Design refresh gives the shoe a contemporary look and feel As you move fast in the SPRINT PRO 3.
5, you’ll be enjoying the lightweight comfort of a shoe made with a new engineered mesh and the new tongue material, as well as a cooling system that promotes breathability. The upgrade also includes a new TPU heel counter, and a design refresh.
Shoes – great so far. Light and comfortable. I would buy them again. Sizing – I ordered up half a size from my usual because I read to do that somewhere and they were right. I’m usually a US12 Adidas and so I ordered a US12.
5 Head. They are also slightly wide like Adidas. TW – great customer service and prompt delivery.
If you want to move around the court with all your strength, the Propulse Rage will certainly not disappoint. This shoe has been developed to give you the best possible support in every position. The shoe has a special X-Support technology.
This technology consists of a safety strap that runs from the heel to the center of the foot. Thanks to this extra support, you will be able to show your explosiveness on the court in complete safety.
In addition to support, the shoe also has fantastic comfort. The KPRS-X system ensures that your heels are protected from all shocks during competitions and training. Finally, you do not have to worry that the shoe will wear out quickly.
The sole was developed in collaboration with Michelin and therefore has excellent durability. The sole of this variant is suitable for all surfaces.
These shoes fit snug as a bug. I have narrow feet and they fit me near perfectly. I had to go 0. 5 size up. Slight movement at the heel but not discomforting. Love the colourway and the design. Great quality.
Grip on hard court is also great, enough traction and grip to move around safely.
I’m kind of a shoe snob—I don’t buy cheap… with that being said, these shoes are the best I’ve worn, with only one downside, the sole seemed to wear faster than New Balance, Adidas, Nike, etc… but totally worth it.
Extremely comfortable, extremely connected to the court, extremely supportive for lateral movement, and they don’t SQUEAK like Barricades do! Definitely my favorite court shoe thus far… except for the fact that they’re so hard to find in my size.
Upgrade your game for a new era of play with the New Balance 696v4 tennis shoes. Uppers made of structurally-supportive synthetic and breathable mesh materials. Perforations throughout the forefoot for increased ventilation.
Lace-up closure. Plush tongue and collar. Comfortable fabric lining offers a great in-shoe feel. Removable foam insole. REVlite midsole provides a lightweight ride without sacrificing underfoot cushioning or stability.
Non-marking rubber outsole features a data-driven multi-directional traction pattern that promotes enhanced traction for lateral motion and quick pivoting. Imported. Measurements: Weight: 11. 6 oz Product measurements were taken using size 10, width 4E – Extra Wide.
Please note that measurements may vary by size. Weight of footwear is based on a single item, not a pair.
I wear these to play outdoor pickleball (tennis court surface). Love the grip and sturdy feel on the court and have received many compliments on the style/colors. My only issue is the stitching on the inside of the shoe in the big toe area.
My previous 2 pairs of NB shoes did not have any stitching in this area and were very comfortable, so I was confident in getting the same size (8). Unfortunately, the right shoe stitching aggravates my bunion, and I must wear a silicone bunion protector to play.
The left shoe is fine in the toe area. The fit is slightly smaller than my previous tennis shoes as well as my running shoes. I am hoping as I wear them in a bit, this will subside. Did not return them as I think a larger size/extra width would be too big, plus the price was right.
I have very wide feet and it’s hard to find brands that carry 2x wide. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis from wearing normal width shoes. Once I switched to these, the pain had subsided. I was a former tennis, who just discovered pickleball.
I haven’t played tennis in 19 years. When I did play tennis, I played for about 11 years ( 1993-2004). These New Balance tennis shoes were comfortable and light compared to the tennis shoes I’ve worn in the past, whenever I played tennis.
I use these shoes for pickleball. These shoes have a good grip and great stability for moving side to side. They do look like an old man’s shoes, but I guess it’s function over fashion. I’d buy these again, but hope they would make it more sleek or a “younger” version of it.
I had never worn actual tennis shoes so these are my first experience and they did very well. I play 3 times per week for 3 hours per session and these shoes lasted for 6 months which is feel is fair given their price.
These shoes fit very well on my foot and the rubber used on the sole gives very good traction on hard courts. My favorite features are the camber on the heel which guides your foot to land properly and also on the outer portion of the shoe on the sol there is a part that sticks out that helps to prevent you from your ankle rolling.
The material on the upper section has outlasted the sole of the shoe though it did finally stretch within the last month and my foot can move slightly within the shoe now but it is time to replace them.
They also clean up really easy and I just put them in the washing machine and even though they are white shoes they still look good even after months of use. I have never tried a higher end shoe out so I can’t attest to if the price gives even more wear and time of use but for the price these are very good shoes.

Wide Fit (2E) construction accommodates wider foot for more comfortable fit Designed for best performance on all court surfaces The most generous fit in the popular Rush Pro line, the Rush Pro Ace earns high grades for tennis players with a strong preference for comfort on the court.
Highlighted by its 2E fit to accommodate wider feet, this shoe also helps stabilize the foot through its 4D Support Chassis: a symmetrical heel-toe chassis that limits supination to help control pivot movements.
Layered with Sensifeel on the upper for additional breathability, the Rush Pro Ace delivers an appealing blend of comfort, stability and aesthetic for supreme confidence with every step.
I have used the 3. 5 rush for at least 2 yrs and it was a great pair of shoes. But this early spring when the rush 4. 0 was advertised. I bought a pair, presently I’m on my second pair, the French open design.
Great insole and comfort for my feet, the soles of the shoes do not wear that quickly as compared to the 3. 5, very light on your feet and very secure to the ground when running. Simply love it best shoe ever, about to purchase my 3rd pair.
Adidas Gamecourt 2 Men’s Tennis Shoes – Perfect your game. These men’s adidas tennis shoes keep you cool and competitive with a breathable, flexible mesh upper. Padding in the heel locks you in for long rallies, while the EVA midsole cushions every stride.
The durable Adiwear outsole helps you clock up the hours on court as you hone your game to perfection. This shoe is made with high-performance recycled materials and features an upper made with 50% recycled content.
My son is really rough on hardcourt tennis shoes. But many of the shoes break the bank. This shoe is lightweight but durable, especially on the toe. He’s worn them for a few weeks now, and the results are good.
We would highly recommend this shoe, especially for the price point.
The original gamecourt fit my foot so perfectly laces were optional. I tied the laces just to keep from tripping on them. the new replacement gamecourt 2 shoe is much narrower. i returned. why? why ? why?.
I’m a more casual racquets player (pickle in summer and platform tennis in winter). I especially look for a well-priced, comfortable shoe that can get me through at least half of the platform tennis season.
Topping out at just 260mls, GrandPr Tennis was born from a simple ethos: everything you need, and nothing you dont. Weve eliminated all of the unnecessary weight of traditional court shoes without ever sacrificing the Grand.
S principles of flexibility, cushioning, and ergonomics. The result. A shockingly light shoe you have to feel to believe. Hollowed out and slimmed down wherever possible. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.
Energy foam and padding at the pressure points propel and comfort the foot through a long day.
The Head Revolt Court men’s tennis shoes make a smart choice for casuals and beginners who are serious about getting into the game with style and comfort. The shoes feature a synthetic leather upper with mesh panels for a nice combination of good support and increased breathability.
Additionally, it is made with soft lining material and a modern aesthetic. The Revolt Court create a stunningly cushioned underfoot with a soft, responsive EVA midsole, whereas the extra stability during lateral movement and swift direction changes are possible with the Lateral Control technology.
The Revolt Court feature a non-marking hybrid outsole that performs consistently on all court styles, whereas the Hybrasion+ technology improves durability and longevity without compromising the overall performance.
Cushioning is great in the heel but more minimalistic in the forefoot. Would wish the same for the forefoot cushioning, and for the midfoot width to be as wide as the forefoot. But that’s my foot and preferences and not everyone’s.
If you have a medium sized foot and prefer lighter, faster shoe and forefoot cushioning is less important, these are a solid option.
These fit true to size. I bought a size 9 and they fit perfectly, width is perfect, not too tight. Toe room is perfect and my toes don’t shift as much as they do in adidas. I like the fact that they are lighter and less bulky than my adidas and I seem to be quicker on my toes.
The only downfall is that after a few hours of play, the soles of my feet were hurting and it hurt to walk. This has only happened when I’ve had extended play, but I never had this prob with my adidas shoes (with the exception of the Stella McCartney brand).
I like the way they fit and they have enough support/cushion to get me through a match without major discomfort afterwards. I’m pleased with them and am hoping after a little more wear that they’ll break in and I’ll acclimate to the difference in fit as I believe that it’s a trade-off: speed and minimal toe shifting And minor discomfort after play vs heavier shoe, more comfort during/after play with toe shifting/toe discomfort and seemingly slower movement.
Sleek and super lightweight, the GrandPro Tennis Handstain Sneaker is impeccably styled to elevate your outfits with ease. Leather upper features a smooth, polished finish and lace construction. Embossed logo detail at tongue.

Like a racing car, Nike Men’s Vapor Lite HC Running Shoes keep most of its features under the bonnet. Unique cushioning system Designed for wear on hard court surfaces Moulded rubber overlay on the medial side Soft foam is placed near your arch Innovative, 4-point strap Removable insole Nike Men’s Vapor Lite HC Running Shoes unique cushioning system is built to help you get to the ball as fast as you can.
An innovative, 4-point strap takes inspiration from racing-car harnesses to help keep your foot locked down during your fiercest matches. All in a lightweight, breathable design that’s incredibly comfortable.
Lightweight containment With a 4-point design that’s inspired by a racing-car harness, a supportive strap wraps your foot from bottom to top. Ghillie loops on the bottom 2 laces hug your foot for extra support.
Breathable and durable Extra-durable mesh breathes to help keep your feet cool. A moulded rubber overlay on the medial side helps prevent wear from toe drag. Built to bank Soft foam is placed near your arch so it’s easier to align your ankle with your foot while banking.
Harder foam along the outside of your foot helps you push off during fast movements whether you’re playing tennis or pickleball.
I haven’t had a chance to use them on court since I’m breaking them in. The straps on the side go up from the heel on the outside then dive into the shoe hitting the insole just behind the joint in front of the metatarsal.
If you have bunions the inelastic strap that holds your foot in tightens right next to and just behind the bunion. I’ve stretched out that part of the shoe using a shoe stretcher and some rolled up socks so it’s feeling better and doing so doesn’t look like it’s deforming the shape of the shoe much.
The toe box is wide which I appreciate and allows your toes to splay. I like that the arch is low. I bought a pair of Sambas with a high arch and I had to take those off until I could replace the insole.
It has good lateral grip and doesn’t roll much. The sole is stable and doesn’t have much “bounce. “.
Encapsulating our signature Breeze technology in a timeless form, the Breeze Tennis Knit reimagines the classic tennis shoe for the man on the go. Lightweight, flexible, and breathable, it features a rubber cup-sole for durability and traction plus an EVA midsole for extra cushioning.

The outer-sole’s specially designed and fabricated treads provide better grip and safer mobility, allowing wearers to step safely, free from the risk of slips or falls.
Fabricated with materials that can be laundered in washing machines at temperatures up to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Shoe is fabricated with a specially designed, advanced drainage system that guides water and moisture away from the shoe to improve wearability and comfort.
Very comfortable shoe from the very beginning, also goodlooking. I had to return the first pair, though, since I didn’t realize (and it was not indicated in the size selector) that the sizes were according to the American standard.
To avoid unnecessary returns, the size scale should be more clearly indicated, preferably with European sizes, at least for customers in Europe. We know what size 44 is, but not necessarily whether 10 or 11 is the British or American equivalent.
These knit are fabulous! I bought them for my husband and he loves them. The colour is great – a deep baby with white soles, and the upper is made from a comfortable knit fabric. They fit true to size.
The fabric is thin and breathable, so probably wouldn’t do well in cold temperatures, but great for dry spring/fall or summer wear. Also, there is minimal tread on the soles so these are definitely a court or urban shoe.
These are my second pair, in green. Already have the grey ones. They are stylish, comfortable, airy shoes that fit true or maybe a little small. Only gripe is that the tongue edges can fold over and press against the top of your foot when tightened.
Take a few seconds to make sure they lie flat before tying shoes!.
Tennis is hard enough on its own. The game is hard. The court is hard. You need a shoe that will carry you through the match in comfort, with superior stability and spring. The men’s 1006 is for the player who craves comfort.
With a REVlite midsole to help keep you light on your feet and a breathable mesh upper, the 1006 is designed for those long, demanding matches.
I play Pickleball 4-5 days a week. My doctor advised I needed a wide court type shoe for support. Due to the current supply chain problems, “wide” shoes were in short supply. I looked for weeks trying to find a 4E Court/Pickleball shoe with the proper cushioning.
I found that shoe in the New Balance 1006 4E. Absolutely wonderful on my feet. I can play 3-4 hours a day without my feet hurting. The NB 1006 provides me with a wide toe box, a well-fitting heel cup and lateral movement support.
I did have to purchase an extra cushion sock to wear with the 1006, but that was my personal preference. As purchased, the NB 1006 has good cushioning and arch support. I have recommended the shoe to my Pickleball community.
Dicks sporting goods and Shoe carnival had very limited to no selection of court shoes but lucky Got referred to New Balance store on my county. Glad I asked. I’ve work New Balance for 35+ years (x-wide) I play Pickleball 2x a week and needed a new pair of sneakers.
These court shoes have better (flatter) coverage to the court. Initially, it felt weird to be such a flat footed fit but it’s definitely needed for the game. I can play for hours and never have any discomfort wearing them.
Even better the store had buy one get one at 50% off, that’s a bonus! For the money I don’t believe you’ll find any better tennis shoe or for my case Pickleball footwear.
I tried different shoes when the NB 806 shoes were unavailable in my 4E width. Those shoes were uncomfortable during rigorous play, but I did discover I liked those shoes for Har-Tru play. Since the NB 1006 was available here in my 4E size, I purchased them hoping they would combine the right sizing I need while being a clay court option.
I am happy to say these shoes are now my clay court option. I still use the 806 (which eventually became available again) for hard court play. Outside the tread preference for one shoe versus the other, I find the 1006 a more comfortable shoe than the 806, but the 806 is a bit more stable when making a lateral change of direction.
Building on the success of the previous version (Wave Exceed Tour 4), this Wave Exceed Tour 5 is even lighter than before, providing an explosive feel, and a high level of comfort. New to this version is the Enerzy technology, giving more rebound into your step to help maximize foot speed.
The upper material is very light, and flexible to enhance the comfort, while also providing plenty of ventilation. Mizuno’s DuRubber outsole is resistant to the wear and tear of gritty hard courts, and our testers found some added give when it came to the traction, which works well for those who slide into their shots.
Backed by a six-month outsole durability guarantee. Upper: Lightweight 3-D Solid upper provides a comfortable fit, durability, and breathability. Midsole: Enerzy high rebound material to maximize energy return into every stride.
PoWnCe offer lightweight, and responsive cushioning. D-Flex Groove enables greater flexibility for pivots and turns. Outsole: DuRubber increases durability to high impact areas, and is formed into modified herringbone pattern for traction on any court surface.
Backed by a six month outsole durability guarantee. Color: White / Moroccan Blue Fit Details Length: Slightly Long (if you are in-between sizes, go with the smaller of the two) Width: Medium Arch: Medium Break-in: No Weight: 11.
First off, I’m quite particular about the tennis shoes I wear and point out things I noticed. Note, I suggest ordering a 1/2 size down if you’re in between sizes (but I do like my shoes a little more snug).
Price point seems good especially if there’s a 6-month warranty Pros: Aesthetically pleasing style / cute colors Lightweight Solid ankle support (especially with lateral movement) Cons: Too flexible.
Didn’t feel like I had enough stiffness in the shoes to quickly change directions/push off. Kind of feel like they’re better for long distance running shoes, but this is probably a personal preference.
Footing felt slightly off. Not sure if I would need orthotics for these shoes, but I don’t normally wear them in my current shoes. Uncertain: Durability. I’ve only used these shoes a couple of times and am not sure how durable they are.
In summary, I gave it a 3 based on a first impression use. If durability is good and maybe I just need time for my feet to adjust, I’d probably give the shoes 4 stars. Think I need more time to try these shoes out before I would be convinced to purchase.
I used the shoe for two things; for tennis training and for on-court conditioning. One of the things I enjoyed most about the shoe was its comfortable fit. I never had to stomp my foot and try to break it in, as this Mizuno product really crafts itself around my foot, making for an easily comfortable experience every time.
Being a Division 1 College Tennis Player, I look for shoes that are very light and easy to change direction in, and fortunately with this Mizuno shoe, I was able to find just that! While playing, I noticed myself being able to change directions easily and feel like I did not have to exert any extra effort to bring my legs off the ground, due to the shoe’s light weight.
I am having a great time using this Mizuno product, and I have not found a reason to complain about them. Thank you Mizuno for a great shoe to use for practice, conditioning, and matches.
Very comfortable right out of the box! I feel supported and yet can move with speed on the court. I’ve also received several compliments on the look of the shoes! I liked them so much I purchased a second pair right away so I wouldn’t have to worry about finding them in stock.
Finally, I live in Reno and called Courtside Tennis with questions about which shoes would be right for me. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Get the most out of every step in the NikeCourt Zoom NXT. Thanks to a plush collar and breathable mesh, you’ll get the cool, cushioned feel you love so you can focus on playing at your best. Cool and Comfortable Lightweight mesh helps keep you cool during your toughest matches.
A plush, padded collar and partial inner sleeve helps reduce heel slip while you move. Incredibly Responsive The large forefoot Zoom Air unit is curved and articulated to bend in multiple directions so it can respond to every step.
A stiff-yet-flexible plate adds stability. Pull tabs on the heel and tongue for easy on and off.
Got to say this is a great shoe, out of the box you can tell this is a very comfortable shoe. The upper is a nice knit material that requires no break in time and offers a comfy feel. This material isn’t made for durability so if you are a heavy foot/toe dragger these may not be the best option.
Traction is good and seems to be holding up well. The zoom air is great, not a surprise as some of my favorite hoop shoes have used it. Comfortable but also very responsive. Speaking of responsive, these shoes feel very fast on court, which is a little surprising because they’re not a very light shoe yet on foot they feel and play really light.
Fit is good, if you are getting your true size (I suspect a lot people don’t actually wear their true size), because the materials are so soft, the shoe will accommodate your foot if you go down in size.
My only complaint about the shoe is the mid foot shank – the plastic part above the midsole plate can dig into the side of my foot and be very uncomfortable if my laces are tied tight. However, loosening the laces resolves that issue without sacrificing stability.
The perfect blend of comfort and performance, I had been playing in the GT Turbos and while comfortable, compared to these the GTs feel very slow. Also play in the air zoom vapor pros and those are very speedy and have some comfort but not near as much comfort nor quite as stable.
The Court Zoom NXTs are a home run. Put out more cool color ways and I will keep buying.
Received yesterday. This Court Zoom NXT is much better than Vapor react nxt or vapor pro. I always had issue with upper of those shoes. Both vapor pro and vapor react nxt has hard upper and my toe and toenail was keep breaking and causing pain due to their upper design and shape.
However, I am glad that nike came back to mesh upper like Vapor X. Very breathable upper and my feet does not hurt anymore and very comfort. Also midsole zoom air unit is very plush (you may not feel plush as GP turbo since zoom nxt’s zoom air unit because they place in forefoot instead of heel) but this decision help me to quickly move around, split step, and foot work.
However heel side does not have zoom air unit and more dense foam so you may feel little hard and not soft enough. If you expect GP turbo you may disappoint because this shoe is very different from GP turbo.
I think this shoes (Court Zoom NXT) is better in performance for match. Because this shoe is very responsive, more lighter than GP turbo, more breathable than cage, and vapor nxt. Also outsole is unique waffle pattern (not herringbone patter as usual).
It grips very well on each step and I think it may more durable too. Only down side is less cushion on heel, but it is definitely worth trying. Also sizing is little bigger than regular Nike tennis shoes.
it runs little wider and big. I wear 8. 5 for Vapor X (fits very well), but I wear 8 (half size down), but still more relax fit than vapor x. However I feel that this shoe does not lock and fit good as Vapor X.
More relax fit. However I think vapor X (not pro, I hate vapor pro’s fit) hold your fit better than this shoes, but if you have wider foot, I think it is good option for you. This is my third favorite shoes after original Zoom Vapor 9.

The NikeCourt Air Zoom Vapor Pro takes everything you love about the NikeCourt Air Zoom Vapor X and makes it lighter and more supportive. The 3-layer design puts breathability, stability and durability where they’re needed most, all while keeping weight at a minimum.
Some factors that could be considered when choosing the right shoes for tennis include the type of surface you will be playing on (e. g. clay, hard court), the width of your foot, and the level of support you need.
It is generally advisable to consult with a professional before making your final decision.
