very true to size. having wider feet this can be a problem but this shoe fits like a glove and offers awesome cushion! very comparable to brooks and asics!

A great running shoe for the runner who desires a good, balanced and comfortable running shoe. Fits medium and a bit short so size accordingly.

I LIKE THAT THEY RUN TRUE TO SIZE AND THE LASE SUPPORT IS ON POINT, THEY HAVE THE WIDE TOE BOX AND IT FEELS GREAT. REALLY GOOD FOR WALKING FOR SURE, THEY ALSO HAVE THE MESH MATERIAL WHICH HELPS MY FEET BREATH.

I’m so glad I purchased these shoes for my son. He’s autistic and can’t tie shoe strings, so finding shoes that look and feel great for him is next to impossible. Once they are tied by me, all he has to do is fasten them each time with the straps.

He feels great knowing he fastened his shoes by himself. These athletic shoes are great quality and have very good foot support. The fit is perfect for him and they look fantastic, too. He has another pair of “tieless” walking shoes from Orthofeet and they still look and feel great even after 2.

5 yrs of almost everyday use. That is another reason why I decided to get these Orthofeet shoes. They last a long time. Very happy owner and look forward to purchasing more shoes in the future.

Very good price/value – especially since I caught a nice sale. In addition to the main orthotic insert, I love the fact that the shoes come with two thin insoles PLUS the arch booster so you can really customize the fit of the show to your feet.

You can feel substantial relief immediately; although full relief takes some time if you start out with a high level of inflammation. I didn’t think I’d use the dual velcro-like tie-less lace system at first, but I have come to find it quite handy.

No one would ever know it’s there unless you show them. My 3 year-old granddaughter loved to find out that her “Poppy” has velcro shoe closures just like her :-).

I bought the tieless shoes for the first time and I prefer tied shoes for activities like pickleball where you are starting and stopping quickly. I like my shoes to feel snug but not tight and it takes a pretty good tug with tieless to make that happen.

Not sure how the Velcro will hold up either. For general walking they are comfortable and have really nice thick cushioned insoles.

Starting this off by saying I think this is a 5 star shoe but need to get more miles in to confirm the quality/durability. Put in about 100kms so far and no issues but given the price I expect to get a lot more out of them.

I rated 5 as I think that’s where they will be and havent seen anything to indicate otherwise. Start off on fit/comfort: My other go to shoes are the Merrel Trail Glove and Solomon Speedcross 5 mostly due to the larger toe boxes.

I find these fit really similar. I ordered them without trying on and no regrets. Very comfortable, I was out the other day after working 8 hours hiking around in steel toes and feel good throwing these on after and heading out for a couple hours.

The main difference is these do provide a little less arch support compared to my other running shoes so it did take a couple runs for my feet to get used to the shoe (as expected) but now that they have no issues.

Performance: This is where these things shine. The grip is the best I have ever had out of a pair of shoes. I’ve been out on mud, gravel, rock, roots, sand, dry, wet, uphill and downhill and have yet to have any significant slip, these things grip! I love high speed technical descents and these things definitely deliver! They also provide sufficient protection that I feel confident sending it down rocks and don’t feel like I might bruise my foot as I have in other shoes.

The heels provide a nice amount of cushion while the forefoot still allows me to feel the trail and get the feedback I like from more barefoot style shoes. I’m not a huge cushion fan so these are a nice balance between protection and feel.

Quality and Value: With how these things perform if I can get a solid amount of miles from them then there is no issue with quality or value and they should both be 5s. They are on the pricier side but worth it in my opinion if it can maintain the level of grip and protection over a decent shoe life.

Just need more miles to feel confident.

A last minute impulse purchase, these were the right size, color, and style for a European vacation as I didn’t want to wear gym shoes every day in Paris. These did not disappoint! Stylish and comfortable, these shoes had a roomy toe box and comfortable sole.

I walked 18,000 miles in pure comfort on cobblestone streets and up the Arc de Triomphe. Even my danish clogs couldn’t do that! So happy with these black pull ons that work with jeans or trousers.

Comfortable. But the backs are a bit stiff and rub up against your ankles and not in a new shoes way, it’s actually quite rough on the back. Would be nice if they had some soft cushioning back there.

Otherwise great. Very comfortable to walk in all day. Some people have said they don’t like how round they are but I don’t mind. It’s just a different look is all.

I bought these since they looked like boots and were Dr. Scholl’s. Comfort is a number 1 priority. They are very comfortable but a little narrow. They do take time to break in. I didn’t wear long socks at first, and they rubbed against the back of my foot which was disappointing.

I had to wear long socks with them the first few times after that. As long as they break it, they’re great!.

All jokes aside, I have been on a journey to find the best bouldering shoe. After experimenting with Scarpa Dragos and Soill New Zero Pros, I have begun to understand what I want in a shoe. My favorite elements of the Dragos are the sock-like comfortable fit.

Also, the sticky rubber that came on them. However, thinking that I would like the soft and sensitive rubber, I’ve noticed that it was hard to be precise, and staying on small footholds was a hassle (and that also may just be my weaknesses showing).

That brings me to the So ill New Zero Pros. Which are also great shoes, I love the medium stiffness to them as well as the cushioned heel that allows for sick heel hooks. But those shoes also do not have that sock-like fit I craved.

That brings me to the Evolv Phantoms, finally, the review you wanted to actually read about. These shoes fit wonderfully and give that snug fit I had been looking for. Also, it has a stiff, sharp toe that is great for precise footwork.

As a boulderer, this is what a shoe should be like. Now let’s talk about sizing. I am a size 10 street shoe and I had purchased the 9. 5, and may I say do NOT go any lower than half a size down. Unless you like torturing your poor toes.

Half a size is a perfect “performance” fit for those searching for a snug fit. Snag these shoes because they are perfect for the serious boulderers out there.

Expected greatest, but this shoe far exceeded my expectations. They’re now my go-to for any overhang/vert boulder problems. The stiff-toe design is phenomenal for precise footwork on micro footholds.

The shoe fits similar to the Shaman (street shoe size or a half size down depending on your foot/preference). Despite the shoe being nearly all rubber, you’ll still get the same break in as the Shaman (not much, but small expansions in hotspots).

I’ve had these for a few months now, and while they feel great on my feet (if slightly narrow for my wide feet) and perform very well for me, the stitches on one of the tongues on my right shoe has started coming undone.

I do love the compression closure and split tongues which allow for easy on/offs. The soles are stiffer than my zenists, but still quite sensitive. If it weren’t for the stitching issue, I would rate them 5 stars.

These are great, comfortable shoes. Great quality and very stylish for todays trends. I bought a pair that have no back as well for house shoes. These I use for lazy days out. Keep in mind that if you are going to wear socks with these, they fit as expected but, if you are going to wear these without socks, I would get a half size smaller as they are a bit loose without socks.

This also depends on how you like you shoes to fit. If you like them floppy loose, then order normal. If you like your shoes to fit normal, (not quite snug but close to snug) then go with the half size smaller.

Either that, or spray the top down with water and let them air dry. The fabrics will shrink a bit and feel a bit tighter.

The arch support is minimal. It’s basically just a slight bump that sticks up in the middle of the shoe. Can take some getting used to, but they are fairly comfortable once you do. Definitely better than being barefoot if you have plantar fasciitis.

They are very lightweight and good to wear in the warmer weather. The soles are solid and can be worn outdoors without worrying about stepping on a rock. I wish they had more arch support, but overall I’m pleased with the shoes and wear them often.

Really upset with my podiatrist. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet. He fitted me with some shoes and custom orthotics. My foot was supported but still had pain In my feet. I put these on and the pain was reduced significantly.

I was able to walk with so much less pain. I found it hard to believe that a generic orthopedic shoe was night and day better than my custom orthotics. I’d recommend these for anybody to get more support.

I just they hold up well.

This shoe has an excellent fit; it fits like a glove, much more than I anticipated, given what I have been able to find elsewhere – given my very wide foot. No sign of any tightness whatsoever. These were shoes for my son. I ordered them in the brown color, 9 1/2 6E wide. They fit perfectly fine. It is hard to get shoes this wide and these shoes fit the bill. They also look good and seem to be comfortable and good quality.

I am glad to have found ShoeMall where I can finally get the shoe size and width that my son needs. The delivery took 13 days which was a bit long.

Got these to help hubs with his scoliosis. His other shoes weren’t giving him enough support. He’s worn these 2 weeks, and his back doesn’t hurt as much anymore, his legs and heels are cushioned and don’t hurt.

He can walk farther and do a little more than before. He’s VERY happy with them. His other shoes show wear in the sole from his lop-sided gait. These are well made, and even though it’s only been 2 weeks, they still look good.

I bought the Drew shoe for the first time based on the description. The soles don’t have the give that others have which I know will be a good shoe for me

I purchased a pair approximately a year ago, very comfortable, like wearing a sock and very comfortable. I work in the medical field so obviously important. I bought the same line, but came with different material.

Don’t know why they felt the need to switch, but I’m sure they had their reasons. My toes We’re extremely sore by the end of the day. Way more confining than the original design. Old design, no need for Breakin period, new design, get ready For a few days of discomfort.

Best shoe, of any kind, I have worn in 20 some odd years. Comfortable from the start and only gets better the more you wear them. I run an average of only about 3 miles a day but I walk and am on my feet in these all day long.

No foot pain, no heel pain – just happy feet. I also wear a different Kuru shoe for casually going out and while I like that shoe I still love these more. One gripe with all Kuru: the dang shoelaces are too long for me in both pairs that I have.

I double knot and often triple knot just to take in all the extra length (I barely even tighten the shoes).

The shoes are overall, really nice. Really comfortable (more than my non platform docs), relatively easy break in, look beautiful, etc. If you’re thinking about it and have the money, I would tell you to go for it.

However, they also come with the regular plights of Docs (fast wearing soles), and a few more. First, they’re extra slow to get on, having to unbuckle, then loosen the laces, then shove your foot in, then tighten the laces, and then rebuckle.

Overall, this was mostly an issue within the first week, and massaging the buckles helped a lot with that part, and the rest is just normal boot stuff. Secondly, these shoes don’t come with eyelets on the lace holes.

This doesn’t seem like too bad of an issue, and hasn’t been so far, but does make me a bit anxious about long term wear and might get eyelets put in from a cobbler. I wouldn’t ladder lace them for sure, like a previous review said.

Lastly, the leather on these seems a little cheap (surprise!), at least in comparison to high end boots, maybe not as much so other Docs. I’m not entirely sure if this is going to become an issue or if they’ll hold up as regular wear.

Overall, this is more so a list of the warnings, but again have brought down my opinion on them by one, maybe two stars at most. If they’re on sale or you got the cash, I’d go for it.

I wasn’t sure that these boots would fit right. I have wide feet, but these boots are super comfy and the perfect fit. I wear a women’s US size 7 and I ordered the size 7 in these boots (they fit well with some room to spare).

Long story short my top buckle was ruined due to my poor actions on the first wear! I was devastated because dr martens last for years & I felt I ruined it on my first wear. I was within the 30 day period so I was able to get an exchange for a new pair.

I would have been fine with a new strap but they don’t have spear straps. I didn’t expect a brand new pair of boots but I am super happy that they were able to fix this issue. These are so comfortable & I already loved dr martens boots but this just took it to another level.

I like these shoes. I wanted something dressier than the athletic shoes I wear. Finding shoes that don’t press on my bunion is difficult. These fit nicely. They are a bit roomier than shoes I am used to.

I might size down in the future.

I bought these shoes for a new job I have in sales where I’m on my feet the entire time I’m working. I have another pair of Drew shoes, and I like them. Unfortunately these run rather large, and I have to return them.

I would advise ordering down a size. I usually wear an 8. 5, but they were way too big for me. I am afraid to reorder them in a smaller size and have them not fit because then I would have to pay double shipping, so I’m just returning them.

I have a really difficult time finding shoes given my feet that tend to swell coupled with heel spurs. The shoe is comfortable and looks fine. The only issue I have with it is that after a few days it is actually too big.

At first, I thought it was going to be to small because I had a hard time getting it on. However, once I got it on it felt really good. Now it feels a little too big. The take away is order a half size down.

These are my new house shoes / slippers. I put them on after getting dressed and they stay on until I go to bed. I’m retired, so I wear them out for errands, in the yard, around the house and garage and my feet stay cool and comfy.

I hardly know they’re on. Light weight, nice arch support and they don’t make my feet sweat. Hopefully these will be around a long time so when these wear out I can replace them.

Comfortable shoes. Bought these for a family member, at first the size was too big, exchange was fast and easy. They wore the shoes and said these are nice. Then the tie on the shoe with the velcro snapped, I think because they like a tight fit but I called and sent pictures, they immediately sent out a replacement of the lace.

Note there is a hole at the top to run the lace thru and you can also tighten the shoe this way. The velcro was an added piece to make it snug and can be worn without the velcro unless you like that tighter fit.

During the few days he didn’t wear the shoe he went back to his other shoes, I could see the change in the way he walked with the old shoes, after a couple of days he went back to wearing the Ortho shoes.

Right away I can see the comfort he had by the way he walked and he said the Ortho shoes were much better on his knees, feet and back. I would recommend this shoe to everyone for the cushion, comfort and customer service.

Been hurting from Achilles’ tendonitis pain for the past couple of years. It limited my walking time and pace and also painful just doing normal activities. I tried changing sneakers and using heal cushioning to limited success.

I came across the OrthoFeet brand a few years ago when taking my mom to the podiatrist. I was not hurting at that time but the name stuck in my memory so when this flared up decided to give them a try and I am glad I did.

I now can walk the distance and pace like I use to without pain. Though it hasn’t gone away completely but is so much better. These will be my sneakers of choice in the future. One note though, I am a men’s size 12 but needed to order a size 13 which required me to use the supplied innersole inserts for the proper fit.

I typically wear flat sole leather shoes and haven’t ever found a pair of sneakers that I liked, but sometimes they are needed for certain activities. I saw the shreveport shoe and thought it may be a good compromise with the leather uppers.

They are comfortable and the company was very good about exchanging for a different size as I found them to be a little tight for the size 10 that I usually wear. However I find them to be too hot at times with all that rubber & cushioning on the sole area and the fit seems to be disproportioned within specific sizes.

I initially ordered size 10 my normal size, and found the right shoe too tight & but the left was perfect. I reordered size 10. 5 and the left doesn’t seem any different, still perfect (I expected it to be loose) but now the right is too loose, go figure? At any rate I’m keeping them because they’re better than sneakers.

Well a few weeks back I ordered a few pairs of shoes from y’all and I was very happy to be able to get them. I’ve been wearing your shoes for quite a few years. I’m diabetic and I’ve been getting them from a business here in town but earlier this year he went out of business I’ve tried shoes at other similar businesses in town and was very unhappy and uncomfortable.
