👟 FITVILLE WALKING SHOES REVIEW 👟 I was asked to give an honest review by Fitville (an international company using cutting edge science to create their shoes). I am not in the business of giving a good review in exchange for free gifts-so this is a honest as it gets! 👟 As I had not heard of Fitville I was slightly sceptical (were they connected to Farmville?😅) but my scepticism was proven to be unfounded! 👟 I have suffered some foot issues over the years – a bunion removal operation, plantar fasciitis and achilles tendon issues.

👟 Although I have a fairly small bone frame my feet however are quite wide. I’ve often had to go to the men’s section to find trainers as women’s sizing can be too narrow in the toe area for me. In other words these shoes are designed with the wider foot in mind wide2E/ extra wide4E.

👟 So when Fitville asked me if I was interested in trying their shoes I seized the offer with two feet😁and can I say I have not been disappointed! 👟 When I put on these Rebound Core (woman’s) in sandy grey – (they do a Gent’s range also) I actually did not take them off for the entire day! It was as if I had worn them for months! There was no breaking in period at all.

I also loved the rubberised non slip soles especially when walking out in the Scottish rain. 👟 These shoes are equipped with wide toe boxes, patented PropelCoreTM EVA soles, and shock-absorbing pads, I literally felt I was walking on air with the cushioned inserts provided.

They also felt very light to wear. 👟 Most of all I love how stylish they are! I wondered would they have the look of shoes designed for the ermm. elderly. but not at all! In fact I had to prevent my daughter (24 yrs) @lookswithlaura from acquiring them for herself! 😂 👟 Can’t wait for summer walks here in the Highlands of Scotland with these stylish and comfortable shoes.

I have Multiple Sclerosis which means I have very strange feet that I can not wear most shoes. I can no longer walk on sandy beaches as too painful and my balance is not good either so a supportive shoe is vital.

3 years ago I broke my leg then Covid so my movement was greatly inhibited. I have only found one brand of trainers I can wear and have lived in them for over a year now. I had looked at Fitville and thought it might be worth a try and finally I have.

I bought them about a month ago and have slowly started using them, day at a time for a few hours to get my over sensitive feet used to them. I wore them for a couple of days at a time a few times and now for the last 3 days continuously! I walked over a patch of land, grassed but uneven today that I haven’t done for 3 years with our dog.

A bouncy Labrador pointer rescue. I find I can drive much better in them and can feel the soles of my feet too and wiggle and move my feet/toes. I actually forgot to take my cane and only realised when I thought something is missing! I went without it even when I realised.

Not for too long but trainers have a wide supportive sole which I realised are easier to stand with that extra support. So if this is how a person with a real physical challenge can be made to feel, just try them.

I am now going to try the trainers you don’t have to bend to do up laces and are quite cute too. Nice colours. and use them as supportive slippers. I am so glad I took the plunge and bought them. Dark blue rebound core ladies.

I bought ladies 6 and they are true to size. Don’t be tempted to size down because wider. I have been 6 all my life, 39 European. And the extra width gives more movement to my feet. I have a smaller foot by half a size but bought to fit the larger foot.

I was dubious about even receiving my order from this company as after i had placed it, i read lots of negative reviews. They did take a little longer than i expected to arrive, but i am finding them comfortable.

I have a couple of issues that need particular footwear. I’ve been wearing altra shoes for some time as they have wide toe box but i felt that the zero drop feature has exacerbated and possibly even created plantar fasciitis.

I haven’t been for a long long walk yet in the fitville shoes, as i’m trying them out about town, and short distances. So far so good. For the first time in definately a few years i am relatively pain free.

The shoes seem to be well constructed, supportive through the heel. They are however a little too wide for my narrow foot. The reason i look for a wide toe box is i have a morton’s neuroma that needs space to feel comfortable in the toe area, and these are just a little wide for the mid foot region.

I usually take a 6, and i ordered the 5. 5 which have plenty of room.

I have been meaning to write this review for the longest time! I purchased the Palma stretch shoe several months ago. i was so glad to find a shoe that I could wear that did not look like a cunning shoe.

I wear this shoe even for semi dress! I was so impressed, that I immediately purchased two more pair!. I have not even opened the boxes, except to initially try them on…as I am still wearing the first pair! Which is TOTALLY unusual for me…I have worn Mephisto for years, and after a few months, I was needing to replace.

These stretch shoes still look great! AND in my right shoe, I need to wear a lift, personally made orthotics made by my Physical therapist, and finally a brace that fits under my orthotic, to help with my walking/ ALL OF THIS fits! … and my shoes are super comfortable… and no one would know what’s going on inside! I am thrilled with these shoes! And show them off to all who will listen to me.

I love the Palma Stretch Knit Black shoes! They feel fantastic! They are soft and comfortable and stretch and protect my toes from being hammertoe. I had a little problem with hammertoe and Orthofeet shoes have corrected the little problem I had! I am very happy with the shoes I wear for work.

I have 4 pair of Orthofeet shoes I wear for work, 2 pair of Orthofeet sleepers, 3 pair of Orthofeet sandals, 1 pair of Orthofeet dress open toe sandals. I have 2 different styles of socks for work. And just bought a pair of 2 piece compression socks that feel awesome! I’m very happy with Orthofeet and recommend this and and their shoes to anyone! Thank you for saving my hurting feet!.

It is rare that an Orthofeet shoe purchase needs to go back for an exchange. Once in 15 pairs I believe! Palma stretch knit shoes are just what I needed at this point in my aging feet “journey. ”😊. When your feet, knees and lower back begin to ache again, look at the arches, soles and “toe box” of the ones you are wearing.

In my case all shoes are Orthofeet so I was really concerned. Yep! I had worn out the soles of three pairs to the degree that my overpronation problem had reappeared, uncorrected by my worn shoes. The restart of plantar fasciitis had begun! And that model was no longer available so I ordered Palma.

Relief. Realignment. Pain no more! I wear this pair of Palma now every day. Uh huh, you know where this is heading— more Orthofeet in the future!.

I purchased these in my “regular” size – 10W. Am very thankful QVC seems to have great shoes in sizes for people with larger and wider feet. I tried this shoe because I have metatarsus adductus – c-curved feet.

It was never corrected when I was a child and I only discovered the issue after I went to a podiatrist. Typically finding supportive, fashionable shoes is a royal annoyance. I have to wear custom orthotics.

Saw these and thought I would give them a try. As I was working out in them the big toe on my left foot kept bumping into the front of the shoe–hmmm. too small. But I liked all the other aspects of fit and comfort.

Sooooooooo I decided to try another pair in a 1/2 size larger. PERFECT workout shoe! I’m keeping both pairs. So if you are like me consider sizing up a 1/2 size in these. Other than that I have never had such a comfortable supportive shoe that fits my custom orthotics beautifully! Thank you, GDEFY!!! Now if you only made shoes other than athletic ones with the same support comfort.

I rarely write reviews but use them myself extensively, so I really have to submit one about these shoes. I have high arches and always get arch pain and other foot problems when walking. Not with these.

These are by far the most supportive and comfortable walking shoes (including sneakers and hiking boots!) I have ever worn. They provide several different orthotic inserts that you can try separately or put them all together, and this is the key.

You must try the different variations to get just the right fit and level of support you are looking for (read the instructions!). I ended up using all of the orthotics together and do not get the heal pain from walking that I would always get from other shoes (even Keen hiking boots, which I love, and Skechers Archfits, which I also love).

Just try them!.

I am pleased with these Mighty Walk shoes in most respects. I love the interchangeable insoles and quickly went for the “Corrective” one with arch support. They have a substantial sole, good for walking on cobblestones and not feeling every little pebble as in typical athletic shoes.

They have a very roomy toe box, which is terrific. I find them a wee bit short, and I had to go up not one but two sizes from my normal to not feel my toes touching the front inside. They are advertised as having a slight rocker bottom, but I dispute that (having worn MBTs for years).

There is a separate layer of heel material set in from the outer edge of the sole, rather than a smooth sole from heel to toe, making an odd roll-through. The light blue/grey color is reasonably neutral.

My new pair of safety shoes that my company give me, (we get 1 pair every year) became after a few weeks like a steel enclosure around my feet. The back of my heels was shot and raw, a kind of absess or soft painful red knot appeared at the front and back of my soles.

My steps were reduced to a pantomime waltz. To counter the strange enquiring looks I was receiving I was always pointing to and blaming my shoes. If I made any wrong step I had control myself from letting out a scream that I know would land me in a cage for dangerous animals.

I had to stop wearing any type of hard shoes due to the torture. I am also diabetic and foot injury terrified me. I could only wear sneakers. This was no good for my job, I had to find shoes. I found OrthoFeet from a google search and ordered a pair of Cobalt Men’s 612 AB Work Shoe size 10.

The shoes came in record time. It almost seems like I clicked “ORDER HERE” and the shoes was at my front door. Ok, I am exaggerating (maybe a little) maybe it took 2 days to arrive. I put them on and it was an instant relief.

The fit was perfect. The shoes are soft like a sneaker and wraps around my feet. There is no sliding of my feet up and down or side to side, so there is no friction. The soles are soft, and stepping in them is like stepping on air.

I soaked my feet in warm water with epson salts in my bubble foot bath 2 times a day for a few weeks and the injuries went away. I still wear plasters on my heals as a precaution and added protection.

So now everything is great. I never knew that a pair of shoes could make such a difference. I am 63yrs old and until I retire these are the only work shoes I will be purchasing and wearing. I don’t usually write reviews, however I had to say something about these shoes.

I have constant pain in my feet. I’ve been fighting with a wound on my right foot ball for 3 years. The last year I was under the care of a foot doctor. We tried everything to no avail. He wanted to perform surgery to remove bone under the wound site to relieve pressure.

He also mentioned Orthopedic shoes. I declined the surgery for now, and purchased these shoes from OrthoFeet. The hard part, is finding a pair of orthopedic shoes that can pass as dress shoes or casual shoes.

Most are modeled after sneakers or slippers. This shoe fit the bill in the looks department. When they arrived, I tried them on with two of the insoles that were enclosed. My feet were in heaven. No pressure on my feet, soft and comfortable.

They are also roomy as well. My feet are literally floating on air inside these shoes. Plenty of room inside to avoid pressure without feeling like they’re too loose or going to fall off. Would highly recommend these shoes.

I have worked warehouses all my adult life (62 yo). I have always bought Red Wing shoes. When my last pair or RW’s stated to fail I began looking elsewhere for work shoes as red wing didn’t have safety shoes I liked (seemed to be all boots available now).

I have been wearing Orthofeet slippers for years and love them. I looked on the website and found shoes I liked and ordered them. Best decision in footwear I have made in years. Comfort, support, looks, protection.

Just an excellent shoe. I’m telling all my co workers to give these a try. As others have stated there is absolutely no break in period with these. I normally only wear new work shoes for a few hours a day for a couple of weeks before chancing going a full day.

Not these, I have worn these daily for three weeks now and they have been great since day one.

Unfortunately, this shoe was not a comfortable as I’d hoped. It was lighweight but the comfort was just not there for me. I have other styles of Therafit shoes and love them. This style just was not for me.

I think I’ll need to return the shoes. They are too wide and don’t fit my foot. I contacted customer service last week in regard to removing the bar inserts and she said it would make the heel more comfortable but it didn’t.

I tried on the right shoe and it was fantastic, put the other one on and not good. The shoe felt uncomfortable. The 3 rods that go through the heel of the sole were lose and the actual sole was put together unevenly, and the arch support hit further back than the other shoe.

Then they have nerve to charge 6 dollars to return them.

I learned of OrthoFeet after researching good shoes for people with long toes. Although at only 5’3 I know little of long body parts, I inherited my 6’1 father’s long, luxurious toes — including his Morton’s toe, which leaves an annoying little hole in 80% of my socks — and have spent decades jealous of the tiny jelly beans other women have for toes instead of these sloth-like digits 🙂 The description about length warned that a size up would need to be ordered on this particular style, so while I’m normally a size 6.

5, I ordered them in a 7. The shoes are great, clearly designed and packaged with care, hence the 5 stars. Unfortunately, my feet are on the narrow side, so the medium width of a size 7 just felt too big.

My heel was threatening to slip out with every step, yet the toe box was barely long enough, so going any smaller in size would have compressed my toes into total discomfort. I played around with combinations of the two different spacers and heel support and different sock thicknesses to see what would make the sneaker feel snug enough not to threaten to fall off as I walked.

I finally found what works for me, including using a narrow-footed lacing pattern I found online that looks like a drunk toddler tied my shoes for me. They’re still slightly loose-feeling on the sides and heel, but they finally accommodate my toes, which has been a lifelong challenge, so I decided not to take advantage of OrthoFoot’s generous shipping and return policy.

I’m making the shoes work. But I appeal to OrthoFeet to keep those of us with long toes, but not necessarily large feet, in mind when designing future sneakers. I love the style, but either an extra long toebox or narrow size option would have created the perfect fit I’ve been seeking.

So far, only a brand called NurseMates has been able to make sneakers that fit me perfectly. I hoped OrthoFeet would be a new option. It’s really, really close.

I rarely write reviews but I feel I need to for these shoes. I have severely flat feet. My arches are always swollen and my feet always hurt. I’ve had many different types of expensive prescription orthotics and they never seem to help any more than the store bought ones to be honest.

This shoe is the most comfortable one I’ve had. The pain in the top of my foot is almost gone and the plastic inserts give me just enough support. My arches aren’t aching like they use to. I work at a Y as a wellness coach so I have a closet full of various workout shoes but these are my favorite and the only ones I want to wear anymore.

I bought the black, then the turquoise and will probably be buying the pink. They have truly been a game changer for me! Please continue to make more colors! I am a 9 and usually size up to a 9. 5 for athletic shoes but I probably could have sized up to a 10 and used the inserts they give you.

If you’re in between, I would suggest doing that.

I’m a hot mess. Foot pain, pronation, back pain, scoliosis, hip pain, and of course rotten, old arthritic knees (guess mama was right – I spent way too much time on them in my youth). Pardon me dirty man – I’m talking about 42 years of skating, hockey, cheerleading, paintball, basketball, volleyball, jumping off roofs – don’t ask why.

it takes it’s toll. Anyway – 50’s creep up and it got to where I couldn’t take my poor puppy around the block for a walk without feeling excruciating pain somewhere, everywhere. He was not a happy puppy.

I hit rock bottom on the activity scale – so I bought a pair of Verve’s – and “oh boy” that hit the spot! Within a few weeks, I was wearing out my Great Dane – going for miles and running him crazy around the dog park – sometimes twice a day.

Now, my Dane’s worn out, and I can’t get enough. No sir – you dirty, dirty man – from exercising. (ick). I’ve since bought Tahoe, Coral and Naples. And they’re all great. So much better than the “bums” I used to get.

I was skeptical of ordering these shoes at first because I do have continual back pain, but not foot pain and I also have a narrow foot not wide. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the size medium shoes fit me.

For the first week I walked around my house with them on to give myself time to get use to them in the comfort of my home. They do elevate my arch more than I am use to, but I believe this to be a good thing! I live in flip flops so my feet are constantly flat and causing me severe back pain.

I was drawn to the fact that the shoes are very stylish since I am 42 years young and desire a functional esthetically pleasing shoe. i am looking forward to purchasing my next shoe with Kuru and it will definitely be a flip flop!.

I was walking 8km on the daily, plus what I did just around the house. My fire was really painful and limited my walks to barely 0. 5km. With my recent Morton’s Neuroma diagnosis, I knew I needed proper foot wear.

I googled shoes specific for my diagnosis and was brought to the Kuru site. I found a pair I liked but hesitated on the price. My wonderful mom said she’d buy them and so I gladly accepted. To wear them around the house while breaking them in was wonderful! So much so, that I feared wearing them out because then I won’t have indoor shoes! This past weekend I finally wore them to the park with my kids.

They are oh so comfy and stylish. I want/need to get another pair for indoors and for outdoor summer weather. Kuru is great in that they make a variety of styles, one (or two or three) to suit even the pickiest of consumers.

My hesitation on ordering more, like I’ve said before, is the price. If they were more affordable, my rating would be 5 out of 5.

This is my second purchase of Kuru’s Atom style within a month. I had a great toe fusion in my right foot almost a year ago and left foot Achilles tendonitis with calcification at the insertion site and bone spurs.

Walking was extremely painful even with high end athletic shoes, ice, heat, and medication. I stumbled upon the Kuru site; this style has completely changed my life. It offers amazing cushioning, support, holds my heel in place and is high enough in the back to not cause pressure on my tendon; the mesh in front allows for the extra room I need.

In my opinion runs true to size with a wide toe box. I did not need a break in period. As a nurse and gym member, I am now able to participate in activities I enjoy, pain free!.

Pros: Very, very comfortable shoe out of the box. No breaking in necessary. The fabric upper allows the wearers foot to breathe and flex comfortably. The insole is soft, offers great support and conforms to the bottom of the wearers foot.

The entire foot feels supported and protected without feeling bound inside a casing as a shoe sometimes can. Great “perfect day” shoe. Also great warm weather or moderate temperature weather shoe due to its cloth upper that allows for ventilation.

Easy to keep clean, just rinse them first of heavy soil then throw them in the washer. Cons: Although there is some form or evidence of a tread on the outsole (bottom of the shoe) it is not slip proof or slip resistant.

If the walking surface is slick, smooth or wet (even on a cement pavement) be careful and cautious in your steps. Price is a little steep for what it is; soft cloth upper and a soft foam sole. Not a cold weather shoe.

The cloth upper and breath ability of this shoe will allow the cold to seep in. Not a wet weather shoe, your foot will undoubtedly get wet if not soaked along with the shoe. Takeaways: I would consider buying this shoe again but as comfortable shoe technology develops throughout the industry I would first look at other brands using the same upper but a better, more slip resistant outsole.

I would look for a similar shoe at a better price point.

Though overall I’ve enjoyed this type of shoe I did have a very hard time narrowing down the right size for me. Size 9 was way too small and smashed toes painfully. Size 11 actually didn’t seem a lot different from the size 10s.

Did decide to settle on the size 10, though I felt like a half size smaller would have been best. With the insole they do have a little bit of support and feel quite comfortable for walking around on flat ground.

Did take them on a short hike on an established park trail and ABSOLUTELY CANNOT recommend for anything except the smoothest trails if you are tenderfooted. It was as though I could feel every rock that was any bigger than a marble jabbing up into my foot.

By the time I had finished the two and a half mile hike my feet had that tired and vaguely numb feeling that a good beating creates. My heels also felt a little bruised deep within. This was while using the insole as well as wearing a fairly thick pair of socks, so keep that in mind before you purchase.

Otherwise I haven’t regretted the purchase and I will find uses for them. They are the some of the most comfortable shoes to wear around the house that I’ve ever had and are very easy to slip on and off.

I bought these shoes due to starting a new job that involves an extensive amount of walking. I opened the box and tried them on and found them to be immediately comfortable. Much more comfortable than my $125 running shoes.

Due to some of the reviews, I did some test walking on tile, and linoleum. Apparently numerous people claim to fall in the shoes but I found absolutely no issues with the slippery type surfaces. I then went out and ended up at a store with slippery concrete floors (polished and smooth) and there too, absolutely no issues.

So I have no idea what these people are doing that causes them to fall, but it’s not the shoes. That said, I might need to buy a second pair so I can wear them all day everyday and to the gym as well.

Way more comfortable then my daily shoes. Not to mention the fall complaints, it might be beneficial to have a backup pair in case they pull them from. Which would be nonsense. Although I’ve not put miles on these shoes yet, I feel they should hold up.

They’re meshed so they should do well with the heat this summer. But they also look nice and professional enough to wear at work. I don’t think you can go wrong with these. I will update my review if I run into any problems.

I have been wearing the vionics Plantar Fasciitis Orthopedic Shoes for approximately 5 years now. I had 4 pairs and just purchased a 5th pair. I wear them essentially every where. Cutting the grass with a power push mower, exercising rowing, biking and walking, for casual wear going to the grocery , on social occasions etc.

I found their support to be superior to any other products. I have all the original shoes but even though I have definitely put many miles on the shoes. The most recent purchase is to soon replace the shoes worn for exercising.

My one critical comment about a very well constructed supportive shoe is the length of the shoe laces. They are too long and represent a tripping threat. That is the reason why I can’t give them a five star rating.

Wow, a product that actually works!! I was limping around for weeks, before I received these fantastic shoes. I wore them for 3 hours per day when I first received them. By the second day I noticed a 30 percent reduction in heal pain.

Each following day the heal pain decreased. After one weeks wear, my heal pain has diminished 95 percent. Thank you for providing a product that performs as advertised!!.

I have not had the shoes for very long but so far they seem to work fine; the ache from my plantar foot problems seems to be a lot less; the shoe is excellent quality and very comfortable. I kind of wish there was a little more heal support for my plantar foot but we will have to wait and see.

This is the first time I have ordered from this company but I am satisfied with the delivery and quality of the product and will order their products again when the need arises. Yes I would recommend this company to family and friends as a fresh alternative to Amazon and Walmart.

BTW, the shoe fit perfectly for the first time for a mail order shoe; I was worried about that.

The customer service at Kuru is very good, so far. They are helpful and willing to listen. As for the shoe, I feel the shoe is decently comfortable. I am not a big fan of the thick cloth material that is under the insole of the shoe.

The thick cloth material always makes it feel as though there is something stuck in the shoe. After a hand full of outings that feeling has mostly gone away. What I can’t get over is the squeaking of both shoes.

The first pair I had squeaked whether I had the insoles in or not. I spoke with customer service, explained the issue and they sent me a new pair right away. Like I said “very good customer service so far.

” I now have my second pair and unfortunately the squeak is back. This time the squeak goes away if I remove the insole. However, as soon as my feet warm up in the shoes they both squeak with every step.

I plan to talk with customer service again on this issue. I will be asking for my money back this time. My guess is that there is a design flaw in the shoe, which is unfortunate because I really liked the design.

I was having arch, heal, leg and hip pain. I’ve been wearing the NB shoe for years. I work on concrete in the factory 8-12 hrs a day and it was pretty hard getting out of the car after the hour drive home.

I had to do something and I decided to try this shoe to see if it would ease my discomfort before spending a fortune at the podiatrist, I am here to tell you I am glad I made this purchase. The shoe is well made, looks good and feels great.

It took about 2 weeks for my pain to be almost completely gone. I can not tell you if my other shoe was sized wrong, not as well made or what, but I can tell you for sure that I am glad I made the purchase.

I wear a 10. 5 US normally. I can tell you that the 10. 5 wide shoe I purchased is a snug fit. You will not be able to add additional supports. I hope this review is helpful in your decision.

After running a marathon last year, I developed pretty bad plantar fasciitis. I had been wearing a pair of old running shoes as my daily shoe, but they were getting worn down and so I started looking for an alternative daily shoe that would hold up to active, outdoor wear and be helpful for my plantar fasciitis pain.

I found Kuru through research, and decided to purchase a pair of the Chicane Mesh Plantar Fasciitis Shoes in Black/Red. I typically do not buy shoes online that I’ve already been wearing or tried on somewhere else, but based on my research and reviews I decided to take the chance, and I’m very glad I did.

I did follow the recommended break-in period by Kuru, wearing them about 3 hours per day for a week or so before wearing them full time. I’ve now been wearing them as my full time daily shoe, and they are very comforting for my plantar fasciitis pain.

They have a great cushion, and good arch support. They soles are heavier than I was used to since I had been wearing running shoes, but I got used to that pretty quickly. The primary drawback is that the heel of the shoe is low and looser than I prefer.

I have to tie them quite tightly for the heel not to slip, which in turn gets uncomfortable on the tops of my feet after wearing them for a while. Otherwise, I feel good about the purchase and would recommend them for someone looking for a solid daily use shoe that helps with plantar fasciitis pain.

I have a high instep, high arch, wide foot (D-E), and am in my mid-60s with a history of obesity. I had plantar fasciitis a few years ago, briefly. I moved to zero drop thickly padded shoes back then, which worked.

Then, In winter 2020, my PF reappeared. I was on my feet working overtime a lot, including concrete floors, and by April 2021 I could barely walk. Throbbing heel pain at night kept me awake and agonizing pain first thing in the AM.

My left heel was the worst, as the PF migrated up into my left Achilles. During spring 2021, I tried a lot of brands and pads, alone and in combination. What finally worked was an Orthofeet sneaker PLUS a Dr.

Scholl’s PF insole. I think I needed the extra PF insole because my left heel had been aggravated for a year. (I have also lost 60 lb since spring 2021) With this combination, I have obtained complete relief; no heel/Achilles pain no matter how long the day.

Wearing the Orthofeet sneaker + Dr. Scholl’s PF insole is more comfortable than any other shoe or being barefoot. If I notice heel pain, I put on my Orthofeet sneakers and it immediately goes away. As the weather turned wintry here in the Midwest, I decided to try this Orthofeet boot, first WITHOUT the added Dr.

Scholl’s PF insole, but ended up adding one. I certainly hope this combination of items from two different companies continues to be available, as I have spent HUNDRED$ trying to find what works, and this works.

These boots are fabulous. They are supportive and oh so comfortable. The first time I ordered 9W, which is what I’ve been wearing for awhile, but my toe was touching the end of the boot, so I returned those and ordered a 9 1/2W, which was perfect.

The return process was super easy and surprisingly fast. They are great about sending email notifications so that you know when they received your return and when they shipped out the exchange pair. When I first slid a foot into the new ones, I let out an audible sigh, they felt so good.

I wore them in 20 degree weather this morning and they were perfectly warm. I have been experiencing some foot and ankle pain that has been exacerbated by walking in my old boots, but I barely noticed it the first time I took a walk in these.

Honestly, I feel certain I will never buy hiking boots anywhere else again. Next, I’ll try the casual walking shoes!.

Got size 2 Xwide and they were perfect. Walked 4 miles in the boots first time on without one issue. I have a bunion and the wide toe box provides for that. We had several inches of snow within a week of getting the boots so they have been exposed to snow/slush/I also like to walk the beach so they have been exposed to both sand and salt water.

My feet have remained totally dry. My hope is that they will continue to perform at the same level for some time. This is the 2nd pair of footwear that I have ordered from Orthofeet, and again, I am very impressed with customer communication from the company in regard to shipping and updates.

I can see this company being my “go to” for footwear in the future. Hopefully, they will maintain their current level of excellence and not “slack off” as so many others have done in the current climate in the U.

I am always looking for a good supportive shoe that is stylish. Unfortunately that means ordering online 99% of the time. I liked the style and color of both pairs of shoes I ordered, however, the fit was way too loose and sloppy with no way to tighten it.

This made the shoe not as supportive as other brands I order and wear. I returned the purchase and wish I would have paid attention to the return policy before I ordered. It’s one of the worst policies I have ever encountered and the restocking fee is ridiculous.

I order online extensively and have never had to pay the fess Therafit instills. Never again would I order from them.

So cute! Delivered super fast. I really love these, they are so comfortable. The ONLY issue is I can’t wear the strap around my ankle as it cuts in deep on the inside foot where the metal ring is. So I have to push the ankle strap forward and wear this like a flip flop.

That actually means it’s not as supportive / safe as I’ve tripped a couple of times (oops) but I do really love these and I’ll be back to buy other shoes here for SURE!!!!.

The footbed on these sandals is very comfortable and supportive and I like how the ankle strap is adjustable for the perfect fit. Love the look of the faded navy they selected as well. The only thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is I wish the leather of the flower detail were a bit thicker to help keep the flower tips from curling.

Overall, a great shoe for all-day wear while still looking cute!.

My feet will tell you that these are a preeminent offering for wide feet folks. Have tried brands ranging from ‘on sale w/ 10% coupon’ to ‘luxury’ and these are an impressive combination of style and comfort.

My feet made me purchase 3 pairs: 2 Brenston’s & 1 Bramford. • Looks like a ‘proper’ dress shoe that are actually comfortable while walking and standing. • Durable leather construction. • Firm yet softness throughout shoe.

• Provide right amount of traction with light cushioning. • Heel is not stiff- no rubbing nor blistering. • Locked in feel with no break in period.

I wanted to try out and switch to barefoot shoes for work since they have a wider toe box than regular sneakers, so I purchased a few to try out. I ended up with shoes from Groundies, Feel Grounds, and Birchbury.

The Birchbury Bramfords were the most comfortable for me. They were also shaped better for my foot. Unlike the other shoes, the insoles actually cradled my feet instead of just feeling flat. Also, the leather is thicker yet softer on the Bramfords.

I eventually purchased another pair to have both colors. Hopefully these will be available in another colorway. Perhaps black or brown with gum rubber outsoles.

The shoes are amazing. The best thing you could do is not change anything, and keep to your same quality standards. I began wearing minimalist shoes about six months ago. i didn’t think they were perfect, but preferred them to traditional footwear.

I wanted to find something with the benefits of a minimalist shoe, with just a little more support. Some companies thought that zero drop with a much thicker rubber sole would be the answer. It was not the answer, because those felt squishy and unstable.

I love the look, and feel, of these shoes. Birchbury has the solution. Thank you, so much, for doing it right. The shoes are a pleasure to wear, and very versatile.

These shoes solve my problems. I have multiple issues from neuropathy to Parkinson’s to swollen feet… And this pair has become my every day paid. It cannot make my problems go away but it eases them.

Wide toe box eases squeezing and keeping with higher shoe size (not running shoe fit) eases tight fight. Inserts are very comfortable—thick and soft. Since I am no longer running I don’t take them out and don’t put in my orthotics which eases neuropathy pain.

My issues are complex but I know there are old guys like me who are looking for something that will ease their foot pain even a little bit. And these have done that for me.

Extreme comfort and pain relief for my planters heel, back ache’s gone, and it definitely helps correct my posture. WOW…Comes close to my description of them. I have hoka Clifton 6 they are not as cushioned as the archfit 220196.

I’ve sold my wife on them and she’s getting a pair in the woman’s that’s a first in 47yrs that’s happened. They fit true to size and there’s toe room upfront and don’t feel cramped. When walking the heel lands on what feels like air cushions that rebound with response and that launches you onto the supportive mid soles.

This then rolls you onto your toes, the whole stepping motion has a balanced rocking feel to it. I keep them on all day around the house. Hope this helps.

I have been purchasing shoes for my dad for years and I finally got it right, 1st purchase. I had been trying to keep my dad “in style”, purchasing Nike, Adidas, Reebok, but these shoes were the only ones he absolutely loves right out of the box! He love about 300 miles from me so I have things shipped then have to go pick them up or have him to mail them back to me.

He called and said these are the most comfortable shoes ever and I can tell they are better quality than any other. My dad is not the complimentary type so this call was an ego booster for me! Will order in another color now! Daddy’s girl.

These are my ‘around the house’ shoes. They provide great comfort and flexibility. I sometimes wear compression socks with regular socks, and sometimes just regular socks. Sometimes I have minimal swelling, and sometimes more.

So these shoes allow me to adjust the straps to whatever is going on as each day goes on. In addition, the fit and overall comfort is actually a treat. And may I mention, that when I refer to ‘regular socks’, I am referring to the OrthoFeet Casual/Dress socks.

They too are sooo comfortable. I will be writing a separate review on them.

A few years ago (43) I broke my ankle. A few years ago I broke my big toe and a metatarsal while walking my dog on uneven ground in non-supportive soft-sided shoes. This has been a problem for me and I actually have been in physical therapy and trying to avoid surgery on the joint by my big toe.

I bought these Sanibel shoes and they really are comfortable. They have been a huge blessing to me because most shoes are not comfortable. I love walking and these shoes are helping me to walk without pain.

Physical Therapy is helping also.

Suffering from chemo induced neuropathy, I frantically searched for a shoe that would allow me to begin walking in order to gain strength. All of my shoes allowed my toes to slide around, causing pain.

The Sanibels were perfect after adding the arch support and one insert! No toe movement, very little pain while walking. And they are stylish maryjanes, not clunky sneakers. I can walk several miles with no ill effects.

I got the sandals and loved them until the metal connector for the rear strap of the sandal broke so the strap would not stay on. I had only worn them a hand full of times. I sent an email with a picture and got an immediate replacement for free.

I was happy to wear the new ones on vacation this weekend, but the same part snapped again. I am going to repair them myself and wear them until they no longer look good. I have noticed the stitching is coming out in several places as well and I had to trim back the velcro around the fore foot because it was scratching the top of my toes.

What a shame. I was hoping for the price I would be wearing them for years, not weeks.

This top runs very small. Otherwise nice and material is nice. What really is not great, is the amount of money spent on shipping, even for an exchange! I have to pay to send the item back and then Pay to have it reshipped.

No other company does this, they usually provide free shipping for the exchange and even free return shipping. I’m not sure why Jolyn does this. I reached out to cs hoping they would offer some form of free shipping and instead I got $3 off.

Thanks, but seriously? This is one reason I think twice about ordering from Jolyn.

After 10 minutes of wearing these sandals, I had two big raw places on my toes from the rough straps. I literally could not wear them any longer, even though they were the correct size. In returning them, I was credited the wrong amount by mistake.

That was corrected with a phone call to customer service. But upon receiving the “full” amount of my purchase, customer service charged me a restocking fee of $6, when there was no mention of this anywhere on the return form.

I called her again to ask about it, and she insisted that the fee was itemized on the form. It was not. She quickly refunded my $6. Consequently, I don’t trust Therafit anymore and will not be buying again.

I love the shoes; I don’t like dishonest people.

Seond pair this style (Claire)-have 4 pair Therafit sandals altogether. They have changed my life- seriously! I wear custom and semi custom arch supports in my shoes. Keeps my back and hip problem in check.

For years tried wearing the high arch stick ins for my sandals and that helped some but what a difference the Therafit shoes have made. I can wear these and my other styles all day- the footbed is comfortable, the adjustable straps work great.

I am a little wide across the front of my foot and have skinny ankles that straps sometimes bother. The Therafit’s that I’ve bought don’t cause any issues. I have two pair of this style- Claire, one pair Charlotte black embossed -and the Melody in floral.

I get compliments on all but Every yime I wear the Melody’s I get at least 1 compliment, if not more- wish they came in even more colors! Thanks Therafit for making great sandals!.

The Grace shoe looks great. Materials seem of good quality. I wear a size 5. 5. The arch support isn’t where a foot’s arch is. It is too far back, where the back strap fits into the sole. It is like they used the thickness where the strap goes into the sole to make that the arch, but isn’t where a foot’s arch generally is.

It uncomfortably pressed up on the front part of my heel at the back of my arch. I had this same problem with another of their sandals that I ordered and was hoping this one would be different, but it isn’t.

Sometimes when companies design for smaller feet they don’t make adjustments to the right area of the shoe. Sadly I will have to return this. After two strikes I probably won’t order from Therafit again as they place the arch in the wrong location for my size foot.

This is my 6th pair of these sandals over the last 8 yrs. I am a walker – try to do 3. 5 to 4 miles in the am. They support my arches, provide padding, I find myself in wet rain, or puddles often in Florida and Belize.

I spend more on these shoes than on most anything on my shoe-rack. However, I repeat, I’ve now purchased 1/2 dozen of these and wear them until they can’t be worn. I have had to superglue the straps after my abusing them (dogs) and the metal decorative pieces rust and fall off in Belize due to the salt air.

The velcro ankle and toe strap provide for perfect fit. They are far more comfortable than sneakers. I wear them daily, year round. Can’t say enough about these ‘much-more-than-sandals’.

I love these shoes! I do a lot of walking in my job, and I’ve always struggled with back, ankle, and heel pain. I’ve tried other sandals before, and they never give me enough support. But these Julia leather wedges are wonderful! They are just the right length for my foot.

It cushions my heel and arches in all the right places, and the strap between my toes doesn’t hurt. I wore them one day to my job, and it was the first day that I came home without any pain! It was amazing.

I suspect I will always have a pair of Therafit shoes on my feet from now on!.

First let’s be clear. I LOVE this sandal! It is so stylish and so comfortable and would have been an all-time favorite IF ONLY it came in half sizes. I wear a 7-1/2 to an 8 depending on the shoe so I ordered the 8 in this style knowing it would be the perfect fit.

Alas that was not the case. My foot will fit but heel is right at the edge, nearly falling off the back. This is not only unattractive and uncomfortable but it makes the shoe feel a bit unstable. I tried adjusting the strap (because I really, really wanted this to fit), but that didn’t help with the length of course.

I have considered exchanging them for a 9 but I feel that a 9 will just be too big. An 8-1/2 would do the trick. So I fear I must return them and continue the elusive search for comfortable and stylish sandals that will actually help your feet, not hurt them!.

I wore these sandals two days in a row, all day long with NO HEEL PAIN. I can usually only wear flip flops a hour or two before It becomes painful. I am so happy with my purchase. The only complaint I had was the piece in between the big toe and second toe was very stiff.

That part was slightly painful the first couple of times I wore the shoes. After breaking them in a bit, the problem resolved. The price seemed high but once I factored in what custom inserts would’ve cost me, a knowing you can’t use inserts for flip flops, their actually a bargain.

I have problems with my feet, I have to wear foot wear all the time. I was looking for new house slippers with some support. I do use orthopedic inserts in my work shoes. I figured I can use these in my slippers when needed.

Out of the box they are not comfortable. Too hard in the front of the foot and not enough arch support. Since there is a trial option, I did do just that. The slippers do break in after a day or so. I wasn’t expecting them to be as good as my customs (of course), and they are not.

I can not stand on them for longer periods of time. But for house use they will do. I have an old pair of crocs that are much more comfortable for me, however crocs are not what they used to be, so I have not been able to replace these.

If the new slippers hold up I will get customs insoles in them and should be happy. Time will tell. They look well made, I really like the adjustable instep, I have very high arches and need it. I have wide feet and happy they come in wide sizes.

I have feet problems due to poor circulation in my legs for years. With any type of slight bumping or friction on my feet I develop an open sore. Consequently over the last 4 years I go to the wound clinic at the hospital twice a week for dressing changes.

The slippers I ordered allow me to wear my custom orthodics in the slippers allowing for a friction free fit. Wounds are healed. The best thing was the ease of ordering. I received the slippers and i made a mistake on size.

I returned them via mail the same day and the correct size was delivered even before the larger slippers I returned were received by the company. I will be trying their shoes next.

My OrthoFeet Asheville’s are great. I often do long days in the kitchen in my slippers. Any previous slippers I’ve tried will make your feet hurt after a short time. I was looking for a solution when I found OrthoFeet.

If needed, I can wear my Asheville’s all day and never have pain in my feet. It is an amazing discovery. I highly recommend these house shoes to anyone. Especially if you get sore feet with your current ones.

And, they are easily adjustable for the perfect fit, given the inserts that are included and the adjustable straps on both sides. I love them.

Yes, I HAVE 100% CRONIC Plantar Fasciitis. I have have special inserts, got the shot in my heel twice. Told there is nothing else the doctors can do. I love shoes and hate wearing tennis shoes with my old lady inserts EVERYWHERE I go.

I discovered Aetrex years ago in a tiny little privately owned shoe store, the owner introduced me to them, I WAS GOING ON A TRIP to hang with my niece much younger than me. Thank GOD I had these shoes I walked all day and night (and danced) in my Aetrex shoes.

If I didn’t have these I would of been the old lady saying, I can’t walk any longer. Nice that I can wear CUTE SHOES and not be the one ruining everyone’s good time because I have to find a bench and GET OFF MY FEET.

I am a stay at home mom on a farm and I wear indoor shoes in the house. I think it perfect house shoe that is not hot and doesn’t stain. Before I had suede with fur slippers too hot and got ruined with spills in kitchen cooking.

Also the arch foot support is nice. Perfect with a little leather protectant. I did size up based on reviews. If I wouldn’t have got the half size larger, they would have been too small.

I have purchased a few pair of Aetrex shoes. Because the minute I slipped my foot into that first pair I felt the arch support my foot. There are no seams around my toes and provide a roomy fit. Also, there are several selections to choose from.

I can order on-line without the worry of the fit. I know the shoe will be perfect.
