Bought these for my husband who loves them. He walks the dog at least 6 times a day and in damp wet grass. He also has bunions and arch support issues. The first thing he mentioned was how soft these were on his bunions.

With no seam in the toe box they actually feel very comfortable. No water gets in and they wipe dry with a paper towel. The arch and removable insert are supportive enough for long walks. All in all these are exactly what I was hoping for.

Having a woman’s pair for myself I credit the name sloggers for our satisfaction. Follow sizing instructions for the perfect fit. I wore mine while I was spray painting outside and used a damp paper towel…the following day….

to remove some paint that blew on the shoe. Came right off with no chemicals or soap!.

Bought these for my wife and she raves about them. She tried on a pair of women’s US Size 10 in a store here in Australia but they were too tight. She was disappointed to learn the women’s range doesn’t go beyond a US 10 so tried on a men’s size US size 9 clog to determine the correct size.

She is normally an Aussie women’s size 10. The shoes were delivered ahead of time and are a perfect fit. She keeps telling me how comfortable they are and how happy she is with the purchase. They keep her feet clean and dry out in the garden.

She wears them with bamboo socks and doesn’t find them hot at all. Even better is that they cost just a little over half the cost of what she would have paid in a store in Australia – they’re normally listed at $89.

I purchased these for my husband. He has worn their Sloggers Premium Garden Clog for a number of years which he has been happy with. They recently (after 4 years) wore through in the heel area, so I purchased another pair for him along with these thinking they would be made of the same material with an enclosed heel.

Unfortunately they are not the same sturdy material as the clogs. The material on the upper part of these shoes is very flimsy offering no support, very easy to twist an ankle in hilly uneven terrain, which we have in our garden.

I did give them one extra star for the sole. It looks to be as sturdy as their clogs.

After 80% of reviews state ” run half to whole size small” we order half size up to 11. 5. my husband is and for 20 yrs been a solid 11. Well the top just the below the laces is sloppy leather. So there they feel wide where the toe box starts leading into the steel toe they stable out to a normal width.

That said just before the steel toe it is impossible to cinch up and the leather bunch in that spot. Both left and rt boots. He said it’s feels like the steel at it’s edge is pushing on the top of his foot.

So I felt the inside with my hand and from just 2 hours of up and down wear inside the house I could feel the material just on the edge of steel toe was like wearing away from the top of the boot. Yet they are solid boots and nice looking otherwise comfortable mostly.

Do not order side up is your foot is the size you know it is. They will slop. I went out got some moleskin from the store and put one piece on each just over the steel edge to bridge this weird separation feel.

He tried again and said that will be just fine. Do want to deal with sending em back and waiting again. Just wore out into abnormal snow storm for the ocean where we live and he said his feet we 100 % dry and warm without too hot after in 3 inches of it for 4 hours til it melted this afternoon.

Hope this helps. Probably won’t buy again. But are ok and would do if your on a tight budget. My husband is a part time arborist for the last 11 years and we have bought all boots but danners cause got to he rich to afford em and none have made it past 7-9 months.

It’s the sole or heel that separates. So what can it hurt to just try a cheaper brand that’s probably made with same quality as the other major name loggers. I feel these are made better than the Georgia’s , Carolinas, or even wolverines he has destroyed over the years.

The leather at the back collapses so you have to place your finger back there as a shoe horn to slip them on. Simply adding some thin reinforcement at the factory would help that. The laces had to be glued at the knot to stop them from constantly coming untied no matter how hard the the knot was tighened.

OK around the house but there is no sole padding. I just use disposable ensoles for a few dollars and replace them often as they wear out and get soiled. The moccasins last a long time, I finally had to repair a hole at the big toe wore a hole through.

Most people woud have tossed at that point , I’m guessing.

These are really nice Mocs. Good quality and nice looking. This will be my husband’s second pair, the first lasted almost 15 years. These are not meant to be a supportive shoe, so if that’s what you’re looking for, these probably aren’t for you.

My complaint is the sizing. My whole family wears Minnetonka’s and they generally run fairly true to size. His previous pair (same exact style, though over a decade old) was a little big, a size 10, his regular shoe size is a 9.

5, occasionally a 9. I ordered these in a 9. 5 for his Father’s Day gift and was disappointed that they were so huge, like REALLY HUGE. I had to send these back THREE times, that’s how off the sizing is.

I returned the 9. 5, the 9, and shockingly even the 8. 5. So a man that wears a 9/9. 5, needs a size 8 in these. That’s crazy. Unfortunately there weren’t any available in this style to try on anywhere nearby and the other styles seemed to run more true to size.

They’re great, but be sure to order at least a full size down.

Where’s the negative stars for official reviews? Ordered maple flavor received a tan neutral flavor. Leather, from what animal? Synthetic laboratory created animal hide garbage. Took one look at product inside the Minnetonka box, pronounced it dead, covered it back up, off it goes to QVC return pile.

Sucks I need to pay shipping twice for something misrepresented on QVC. com and Minnetonka. I will stick with G. H. Bass for my moccasins and boat shoes.

I recently got in a motorcycle crash. These things saved what they did cover, but I got a hole in my leg (from the shift lever) where a tall boot would have covered. I do recommend you consider tall boots to avoid accidents like mine, but these fared well enough in the crash that I’ll be keeping them around regardless of whether I get back on a bike.

Even if my regular shoes are more comfortable, these look good and have ankle protection and hard toes. A bit narrow, so maybe err on the side of buying larger. If you refuse to wear riding boots, these are a decent choice.

These shoes feel too bulky. They?re not comfortable I?ve had them for 6 months and worn them twice. I don?t know if I would spend money again on motorcycle street shoes. I?d rather just wear some vans or nikes.

I know riding shoes have special protection but I?d rather feel comfortable in shoes that I can feel everything in vs trying to feel what?s going on because the shoe is too thick. I tried dainese?s as well and was even more unimpressed.

I have slightly wide feet, so Nike and Puma rarely fit me right, and I was nervous about getting these true to size, especially when I took them out of the box. They are very contoured looking but I was amazed at the fit out of the box.

True to size and immediately comfortable. The material is matte (not shiny) and stylish and I will be wearing these to work on jeans days in a business causal environment. Great boots, especially for the price!.

I just got these in after near a year of research trying to find a good work shoe that was 0 drop. Meaning no stupid raised heal or arch support. And I want them to look decent casual. I’m a skate shoe kinda guy.

Just tried them on and I loved them. Wide enough, not to heavy, looked good, just about perfect. Then I tried to slip them off. There is basically rubber on the inside heal and ankle area! I understand the concept, I really do.

But I have not tied my shoes since I was 14 years old, and as a 43 year old man child, I am not about to start. I know this sounds silly, but it is a deal breaker for me. I have to be able to slip my feet in and out.

After reading all reviews I decided to give it a try and buy this shoe. The overall quality of this still goes shoe is really good, and the sole is comfortable. However, the back side has been killing my ankles.

I thought it was just in the beginning, to “break the leather” but I’ve been using for a few weeks and everyday I have to take a break from these shoes after one hour or so. It is a shame that this shoe didn’t fit the way I was expecting, because I really liked the color the material quality and the height.

I have a pair of these for 5 years, not sure what the bad reviewers are doing to their shoes but it has to be extreme circumstance. My 5 year old pair is failing apart, yes, but I’ve done some much with them.

I’m ordering a new pair as we speak. If yours are uncomfortable, you got the wrong size. Quite literally the best shoe I have ever owned.

Thank you for your assistance with my return of a pair of your Ace Slip On Loafers, Black. Unfortunately, they do not fit. I had ordered size 8 ½ medium earlier this year, but found they were too tight.

I contacted SAS and asked about the next size larger, specifically how much space would I gain in the width if I purchased size 9 wide. I was told approximately ¼ inch around. The fit was excellent with the added width, but the extra length was too much.

Regrettably, I must return the shoes. I am a new customer to SAS products, having bought a pair of walking shoes last Fall and a pair of Decksiders earlier this year. Each is well-made, super-comfortable, with high quality leather.

The break-in period was maybe two weeks; now they fit like old friends. I wear them regularly, rotating each every few days. I had hoped to add a pair of SAS dress loafers to my shoes collection. QUESTION: Does SAS make a dress loafer, size 8 ½ in WW? The extra width would be the difference in fit.

I have worn SAS Ace loafers for about 25 years. Once broken in (which doesn’t take long), they are as comfortable as bedroom slippers, and they last forever. The craftsmanship is superb. I am really hard on dress shoes, so their comfort and durability is paramount.

I also have big feet (size 12) for a short guy (5’8″), so I need shoes that keep my feet from looking like flippers, and these stylish Ace loafers do just that. My routine is that I buy a new pair every three years, and wear the new pair for preaching, weddings, and funerals (I’m a pastor), the next newest pair for office hours, and the oldest with jeans to knock around.

Yeah, I know, it sounds weird to wear “dress shoes” for goofing off, but sneakers make my feet look like, well, the flippers previously mentioned. Eventually, my wife has to throw away the oldest pair, as the wonderful one-piece bottom is worn thin, and then I find them and pull them out of the trash.

After several cycles of this “saving the shoes” game, I finally give in and let them go. Time to order a new pair!.

Every serious review I read about this shoe is correct. Yes, if you have large feet, they look like clown shoes. Yes, they are really fun and hip to wear. Yes, they’re stiff but break in fairly quickly.

Yes, little cushion to the sole. They are heavy, but are solidly built and very warm, due to the excellent leather construction. My issues: Since they are so big, I find I trip a bit on carpet. The area of the sole fits my foot perfectly, and the shoe was snug when I tried it on, but now it’s enlarging to the point that my large but bony foot is really sliding around in there, but not sure an insert will fit because the sole is JUST big enough.

my big toe is right there at the end, and the heel fits my foot perfectly. Insole is slick, so there’s really a slide issue in the large footbox. I’m going to experiment with thicker socks, and some inserts.

Overall, I really, really want to love these shoes. I have a pair of DF sandals with the same issues: foot bed perfectly sized, but top stretched out so large they flip off my feet if not careful. I believe in the mission, and at 56 I’m tired of my shoes eventually ending up in the landfill.

These were a gift for my wife this Christmas and she absolutely loves them. I liked them so much, she got me a pair as a gift too! The toe box on these is so awesome; nice and roomy. I’ve worn lots of Keens in the past and would say these are very similar in fit: True to size, with room in the toe… and their comfortable, and they just look classy.

Unfortunately there was one small snag. The stitching across the toe started to come undone after the first time my wife wore hers out of the house (so far mine have been fine). I’m confident this isn’t a common issue and I’m happy to report that Duckfeet promptly offered to replace or repair the item.

My wife opted to have them repair the stitching and is eagerly awaiting their return. I’m absolutely pleased with the customer service so far and am confident the issue will be resolved. Anyway, the shoes look, feel, and fit awesome, past experience says they’ll be durable, and the customer service has been awesome.

I wear a 10 so I ordered the 41 as per the sizing guide. However, my toes hit the end of the shoe, which I didn’t know until I had a chance to wear them, at which point they were not returnable. So, I ended up buying a shoe stretcher to make them a little longer, which worked fine (just more money into the shoe).

Also, they have no inner support or removable insert to replace with something more supportive or comfortable. I tried to add my own inserts for comfort, but they made the shoe so shallow that they slip off my heels when I walk.

I love these shoes so much but they are very hard (hoping they will soften up) and it would be helpful if they would work with inserts since they have no inner support whatsoever. Between the shoes, stretchers and inserts, I have spent well over $300.

I love Toms shoes and my go to pair needed replacing so thought I’d buy these. So disappointed. I bought mu usual size however they were so small compared to all my other Toms. I know they’re designed to fit snug and mould to your feet but I could not even get my foot in.

I held them up sole to sole with another pair of the same size and there was about half an inch difference in both length and width! So much so that I though there must have been a factory error that somehow marked the shoes with the wrong size.

I really didn’t get how they could be so narrow too, as I thought all Toms were the same width. anyway, returned them. Nowhere near as good as my previous pairs. Maybe quality has gone down or there really was mistakes in the production process! Shame.

This is my first pair of toms and they’re ok. I found this pair much larger than others reviews and wish I had sized down half a size or a full size from my normal size. They got pretty stinky pretty quick and also show evidence of breakdown pretty quick too.

I am an outdoor person and tend to use things hard and the fabric has pulled and held markings from grass, bike, etc. I’ve had this for less than 2 weeks, worn daily for about 2 miles of walking on local paths.

The pros is they’ve been super comfortable for my post knee surgery time where getting shoes on and off is hard and are almost like slippers for kicking around the house. They are kind of warm for summer in CO but pretty good for mornings and evenings.

Love the look. Got it in black. Like the lift these Toms give you compared to your regular canvas slip-ons. Footbed is thicker (~1/4 inch), removable for washing , and comfy. I like the goring details on the sides which come up higher on feet thus even if your heels were to slip out or move up-down while walking, your feet do not slip out of shoes.

But down side is that it could potentially cause some rubbing since goring is not soft/smooth. Also, on the footbed, it has a Toms logo sewn on which you can feel on your sole of your feet and not great.

Wish it was just a logo decal not actual piece of logo fabric sewn onto footbed.

They appear to be exactly what I need, but we shall see when they arrive. Hard to rate something before you’ve actually tried it on.

American sizing confused me a lot prior to purchase. I went to actual store to find my best fit, and ordered online for this specific style and material. European sizing fits me perfectly but not available in the description.

High top Chuck Taylor is so classic, the leather black really elevates its class, and very comfy as expected.

Super comfortable, all white and minimal. Big fan of white shoes and these were one of the best. I used these BR shoes everyday in everyday situations and trips. Vegas, one San Diego Hike, and office.

I used Jason Markk Shoe cleaner and tried my best to keep them clean looking. I do however like the clean beat shoe look. These are my dailys and these aren’t daily shoes. They ripped on the bottom on both shoes unfortunately, these would be a solid 5 rating if they would’ve lasted longer.

I will still continue till wear these till they get trashed.

Bought these on sale at a decent price. It took about a week to deliver. Once I finally got them, they just came in a shipping bag with no shoebox. Thought that was weird, but still went ahead and opened the bag to check them out.

Pulled the shoes out and the white leather was more off-white/light cream colored, and the sole was noticeably cream/yellow. The shoe also had some minor scuffs on them. I will be returning them as I expected clean white shoes like the pictures suggested.

No idea on comfort as I just tried them on my foot. They are true to size though.

I just wore this shoes for one day and my legs hurt for 2 days and I am not even making this up. These shoes would be ok to those who don’t need to walk a lot or stand as part of their regular day on non-carpet floors.

If you do, then these shoes are not for you. I ordered them online. Test them when they arrived at home on a carpet floor. Thought they were comfortable. Turned out to be not. Now I cant return them anymore as I used them ONCE.

I would not recommend them.

Good quality shoes. My son grows out of them before they wear out and he is very hard on shoes.

I found the value, construction, last, style and materials to be superb. Unfortunately, the toe boxes were longer than the ones on the shoes I have been wearing (generally Alden), and they irritate the my toe joints.

I thought they would break in, but after wearing them 4 or 5 times , I concluded that break in is doubtful. While I considered having a shoe maker raise the toe boxes, I don’t think they will ever be comfortable and I am selling them on Ebay.

I’m giving the shoes 3 stars because of the toe box issue, otherwise I would rate then 5 stars.

Everything is superior except the laces which is an easy fix. For some reason I was supposed with ridiculously short laces and to some how make up for it I was given two pairs. But 4 extra short laces is not as good as 2 appropriately sized laces.

Great quality shoe like all of Grant Stone offerings with a more rugged look and feel. The shoes are weighty and feel substantial on the foot, but are classy enough for work. Great shoes!

As with most minimalist white leather shoes under $200, these are absolutely gorgeous but are extremely uncomfortable. I know that Italian leather shoes take time to break in, however these are also loud during the process of breaking in.

They’re almost as loud as the leather on the Oliver Cabell white leather minimalist shoes. If I had any tips for the good man brand it would be to invest in better leather or treat the leather so that it isn’t so stiff and a comfortable.

These are a super quality shoe and they always get compliments when I wear them. Could be a little more comfortable, but are by no means uncomfortable. Wish something stopped the tongue from sliding to the side but I think thats pretty normal for this kind of shoe.

Would definitely purchase another pair though. Woulda given 4. 5 stars if I could have!.
