I’m one that never writes a review actually its my first. I hope I can save a lot of moms. As soon as I put my sons feet in the shoes he took off and never looked back. I’m a new mom but Im use to seeing the old school ways I grew up.

My grandmother would put lil bells on mine when I was a little one. These shoes are generational in my family every one had a pair. My baby started walking at 10. 5 months and even better with the hard bottom shoe and ankle support.

I have Spent a lot of money on other pairs of shoes and it all came down too one.

Although my son absolutely hates shoes period, I am in love with these! I immediately noticed the difference in how he stands with these shoes. He has some soft (rubber) bottom shoes and he tends to stand on his top toes with those, but these shoes force him to use his entire foot.

Hey, my mom used then with me and I used them with my daughter, why switch up now? They do run a bit large, but I prefer more room for growth. Only con I have is they’re slippery, but that easily fixed goth a few dabs of glue from s glue gun or scuffing the bottom with sandpaper.

The shoes are great quality and value. Great old-School quality like my children wore. !!! Brought this pair for my grandson 9 months. One thing the sole is not slip resistant enough, please add more non-slip material to the soles.

I would buy again.

These shoes literally gave my baby girl the confidence to get up and go. Prior to purchasing these she refused to even keep shoes on and take any steps. without holding me or dad’s hand. She loves the pink flowers on them and once I put them on she didn’t want to take them off! Once she got the feel of wearing them, she began walking within a few days.

They are soft and cushioned around the ankles, yet supportive compared to shoes I’ve gotten my first born when he was learning to walk. I had to use longer, thicker socks to protect his ankles from any bruising or digging in his delicate skin.

This was not the case with these shoes for baby girl! I also love how easy they wipe clean, no scuffing and the removeable sole with the sizing guide is a very smart, helpful touch. Needless to say, these shoes were worth every penny paid.

These shoes are adorable, but for being “extra-wide” they are still pretty tight on my daughter’s feet. It’s a good quality leather shoe, but seems that the design on the tongue rubs and is uncomfortable if socks don’t go high enough to prevent rubbing.

The biggest issue I had with these shoes was the lace holes being made of metal and not coated or covered with something else because pieces of the metal were pointing out and poking her and I cut my finger when I was trying to figure out why my poor baby was screaming.

For a $56 toddler shoe this should not be something that happens. Plus it shredded parts of the shoe laces already too because it would get caught on the metal that was poking out and snag the laces.

And now we can’t return them.

We are very pleased with this purchase! However, I have ordered April 27th, another pair of sandals for my great grandson and I still don’t have them. I have tried to call and got a recording several times asking if I would recommend Stride rite.

At this point the answer is NO! Tracking says that FedX was notified on April 29th and the shoes are still waiting to be picked up! VERY POOR SERVICE! I have been a customer since the 1950’s. My children wore Stride rite, my grandchildren, and now my great grandchildren.

I just received these in the mail today for my 10 month old – the size 3 is a bit large, but they’re the closest thing we’ve been able to find with a real sole that almost fits her! They seem very supportive, and stable.

The blue is almost “denim,” and the accent colors makes them neutral enough to match most things. They seem true to size, we own a pair of Stride Rite in a size 3 and they seem to be the same width/length.

Very cute. They sell this brand at Target but apparently its their “basic” line. You can tell a difference in quality, and fit. We are a fan of this brand, and will continue to buy their shoes. The price with the Anniversary Sale makes them the same as the basic line from Target.

The pair of sneakers are very cute. My 2 year old granddaughter currently wears size 5 and so I bought a pair of size 6. The size 6 is way too big for her. I expected that size 6 will be a little big and so she can wear thick socks and grow into them, but the shoes are pretty wide.

I will return them.

My daughter has wide feet which makes finding shoes that fit her without hurting her feet incredibly difficult. These shoes are the awesome. She absolutely loves them, they fit perfectly. I’m buying another pair because they fit so perfectly.

I was pleased to find these shoes for my grandson because I always bought them for my children

Shoes did not match each other. The finish on the left shoe is shinier than on the right one. Elastic stretched more on the left shoe than on the right one. I needed a quick replacement, but the customer service rep refused to assist with that matter.

Instead, he kept repeating that to get a refund I would need to destroy the shoes and provide a photo of the destroyed shoes. I didn’t even ask for a refund.

I was searching for a good pair of soft sole shoes for my grandbaby and my sis-in-law highly recommended this brand. I bought a cute pair of red shoes for the baby’s 1st birthday and have just bought a second pair for her to wear to her daycare.

This the second pair of the Cheyenne Sneaker from Stride Rite we ordered for our granddaughter. This pair is a larger size. They are darling, fit great and go with all her outfits. Great buy!

Bought these for my 18 month old size 5. She has Adidas and Nike shoes but these are hands down the best. Super comfortable and the sole is on the soft side so she can run with them easily without falling.

They’re not stiff at all. Best shoe for a toddler.

My 13 month old granddaughter wasn’t having any part of shoes until she got her Cheyenne Mary Jane’s! She’s trying to walk and looks adorable in her new shoes! Great wide fit and got here in a timely manner!.

The shoe had a defect on the front. Because she grows so fast and we knew they would get dirty anyway we kept it. We also knew the return process was going to be frustrating. The shoes are soooo much easier to put on.

We had the lace up shoes previously. My daughter does play with the Velcro, but they’re good shoes. I do wish I could get the Emilia with elastic laces, but these are a good compromise.

These shoes are awesome! They are true to size and clean up well considering they are white. When my daughter was beginning to walk she was very pigeon toed on both get but significantly more on her right foot.

She also was very clumbsy because she didn’t pick her right foot up correctly. She is very small for her age and it was very hard to find walkers in her size (size 3 at the time) when we got these and another pair of Stride Rite shoes her gait instantly straightened out when she wore the stride right shoes.

She is now 2 1/2 and still only in a size 5-6 but walks and runs a little too good, lol. She is no longer pigeon toed and can wear any shoes, but we stick with Stride Rite.

My 15 month old didn’t seem confident walking on uneven surfaces. I noticed when picking her up from preschool that she would just stand on the sidewalk and watch as her peers played in the grass or on the playground.

The moment I put these shoes on, she took of running and hasn’t looked back. Her confidence walking on all surfaces is so much better. I’ll be buying another pair of Stride Rites for summer.

Adorable “baby shoes” as my daughter and I refer to the good old traditional Stride Rite soft soles and walkers. So glad they are still available for my new granddaughter. Same great quality as always.

Best shoes ever, for starting tiny humans off in the right foot. ( No pun intended). When my children we young, I loved the Nordy reminders, fir show fittings. Do you still offer this service! If you do I would like to enroll my grandson.

My Firstborn granddaughter looks so adorable with her shoes on. She doesn’t really care for things on her feet but the shoes are so lightweight that I don’t think she realizes she has them on. She was born with the same foot issues I had as an infant so I knew Stride Rite would be the best to help correct the issues.

50 years later and the shoes are STILL amazing.

Nice and flexible sole, great for little ones who are still mastering all the movements and good for maintaining and working on foot flexibility. The last thing I want is my kid clunking around like an elephant.

Also appreciate the no-lace closure. Wish there were more colorways but it’ll do. Roomy for my little one’s meaty feet (grandma calls her meaty feeties, lol).

My toddler has incredibly wide feet, not only are they wide but incredibly “thick” from the top to bottom so most shoes are too tight on the top. I’ve only been able to find one kind of sneaker that will fit him.

But these do fit! Only complaint is that they are not made of a super sturdy material so it feels like he would be able to twist his ankle more easily.

I just purchased these for my grandson who is just starting to walk. I also bought a pair for my granddaughter a few months ago who was starting to walk. She absolutely loves them. Carries them around and wants to wear them constantly.

My husband and I made a conscious decision to invest in one good pair of shoes for our daughter at a time. No fad shoes no cartoon shoes just a solid pair of shoes that will support proper growth. Growing up my parents did the same and also bought Stride Rite, I’ve never had a problem with my feet.

My poor husband didn’t have the same experience, it wasn’t until he was an adult that he even knew they made wide shoes. It easy to buy just one pair of shoes per size when you know you are getting the best support for your child.

I used their handy-dandy downloadable sizing chart to measure my daughters foot and she was right at five. I purchased a 5 1/2 and they are definitely big but they don’t fall off and she’s not tripping, just looking a bit clownish.

Next time I will buy the size that she measures knowing that stride rite adds a little extra room for growth.

This shoe is very cute, but we had 2 problems with it. The first is that the velcro strap almost doesn’t reach far enough across the top of my son’s foot to fasten. Seems like the velcro is just barely hanging on.

The strap should be a bit longer. It wasn’t quite a deal breaker though. The other problem, that is a deal breaker, is that one of the shoes was not very well stitched so my son’s foot was sitting in the shoe off-center.

We noticed on day 2 or so that something seemed off. When we watched him walk from behind we could see that his foot was not aligned right and he was walking partly on the side of the shoe because of the stitching forcing his foot to not sit flat in the shoe.

Stride Rite’s return policy is for unworn, original condition shoes so we’ve emailed customer service. No response yet after a week so I’m worried we might be out the $50 and still have to buy another pair of shoes.

Fortunately, we’ve had good luck with all our other pairs of Stride Rite shoes so we’ll likely just buy another style.

The purchase I made was satisfactory but I just miss the old school semi-hard bottoms and the old hard bottoms that my kids had. They supported their ankles and helped their feet develop until they started walking.

This gym shoe type style, I just can’t get with. I was able to take my children back to McLindens to have their feet measured properly as they grew to the next size and/or step. We need that type of store in the area not just for my great-grandson but for all children.

I love these for this season! My baby is always getting into the dirt and loves playing in buckets of water, and these shoes dry quickly and are easy to clean up. The only downside is they are a little stiff around the edges and occasionally leave a little red mark on his foot after wearing them for a while.

He doesn’t seem to complain but they’re not quite as soft and squishy as his sneakers. They are also a little looser around the ankle, so maybe not quite as supportive. But that makes sense with the easy clean design.

Very happy overall!.

Our 10 month old started walking and needed some shoes for outside. The shoes don’t seem to bother him or hinder his walking since he’s still learning, which is great! They are extremely easy to put on and love the sizing guide printable to find his size! I left off 1 star because it would be really nice if the toe didn’t scuff super easy.

Since he’s still crawling in some scenarios, the toe of the shoes material scraped right off in a matter of minutes wearing them. Maybe wouldn’t recommend them until your baby is 100% walking.

These shoes are absolutely adorable. My 14 month old grandson has been walking for about a month confidently and walks very well in these size18 month black leather shoes. These are his first walking shoe and he walks well inside and outside in the yard.

They are incredibly soft, good quality leather which makes them easy to open wide to get chubby feet into and then they velcro snuggly closed and stay on. They give protection without being bulky at all.

Cute enough to wear in a wedding this month too. Would defintely recommend this shoe.

The good: The rose gold color is beautiful. The shape of the shoe is darling. The bad: I thought Zutano booties were made in America. Unfortunately, these new leather booties are not. They smell like inexpensive leather.

They are hard to slip on. They use Velcro, which I hate for how it ruins any fabric it comes in contact with, and the terrible noise it makes—particularly problematic when your precious child is sleeping! I wish Zutano had kept with the snap design.

The concept was fantastic and I was so excited to try them out but instead, I will be returning the two pair I ordered. It’s hard to believe market research was done (or heeded) before launching these.

I eagerly look forward to design improvements as more feedback comes in, at which time I’ll give another try.

The heel of the bootie is so soft and flexible, and so will not stay on when a toddler is dragging feet or otherwise exhibiting pulling forces on the heel. We’re couldn’t keep these on if we tried! Unfortunate.

The suede quality was great, but the fact that the whole boot was so incredibly flexible made it difficult to get feet to fit on as well. Overall, I couldn’t help but think that these were two huge oversights in design.

My highest values : 1) it should be easy to put on or at least help the parent in dressing and 2) once on it should be designed to hug the heel and stay on as much as possible Of course these are just our experiences, your milage may vary 🙂 they are definitely quality shoes in make and fabric.

We bought our son his first pair of shoes from camper. Now, he’s two years old and we always buy from this brand. The shoes are comfortable and wide which lets his toes grow and move freely. They are light but have a strong back which is perfect for support.

They are resistant and waterproof. For us, the best brand for toddler shoes so far.

Nice shoe, great colors and comfort, but the color of the shoe goes out way too fast. First day she wore them, when she came back home, the color in the front of both shoes had already gone, making the shoe look like she was wearing it for months.

At this age children explore the world, and so colors should be more sturdy.

Love this shoe. Very nice looking. My grandson walks and runs very well in it. Needs a little piece on the heel to help put the shoe on. Definitely runs small. I went up one whole size.

It’s like a piece of foam with a band holding it together. There is no durability with this shoe. My son can only walk in them, cannot play at all. He wore them on the first day of school and as he played for recess, they slid right off.

This is super disappointing because after 1 wear, the soles could not be cleaned enough to return them. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! The only reason it got 1 star is because I couldn’t give less! Now I have to spend more money to replace them.

My son is pretty lazy when it comes to tying his shoes or otherwise destroying the laces. This was a great alternative. They still look very nice and he likes how comfy they are. He wanted a second pair.

Got them in black/white and red/white.

These shoes are easy to put on and take off. They are comfortable and practical. Love the color, too. The rubberized toe should extend the shoe’s lifespan (his previous shoes with fabric-only toe got holes pretty fast).

1st off these are so stinking cute! I’m sad that they dont come in a bigger size for when she outgrows this pair. Even when they dont match what she wears they’re so cute it doesnt matter LOL I work with a podiatrist and brought them in for her opinion-she says they are good shoes and even noted the memory foam inside.

Very cute shoes, seem to be of good quality. However, my daughter can’t wear them because they are about and inch and a half too big! Yes, I measured with the printable size chart. This is my first time ordering Livie and Luca shoes, and with the sizing uncertainty I’m going to stick with a more consistent sized brand in the future.

I bought these shoes for my 2 year old granddaughter. I wish they had come in time for the trip to her party. Shipping took entirely too long. 10 days and we left on day 9. Now I get to ship them twice.

They seem to be fine quality but unfortunately I don’t know how they fit because I didn’t have them when we drove to her party. I’ll order very early if I order again.

Shoe is great—size range is unfortunate. The shoe is super flexible, soft and breathable, 100% what I want in a baby shoe. Just something to protect their feet without affecting the development of all those important little foot muscles.

Unfortunately, she is a peanut and an early walker. So her 10cm foot is absurdly small for the smallest size the shoe comes in (12cm). She’s used to walking in too-big padded winter booties but these shoes, she literally can’t walk in.

They come off and even when I tightened them with a threaded ribbon like other reviews have suggested, they still looked like clown shoes and still fell off. Great shoe, I just hope she grows enough to wear it before it gets too cold again.

Strongly suggest you don’t buy more shoes than 1cm too big.

I have looked everywhere to find shoes for my 16 month old. Most baby shoes have thin midsoles and are too tight in different areas. Also most shoes aren’t completely flat for new walkers. These shoes arrived and I kid you not, the second I put them on him he wore them the rest of the day.

He loves them! The other day he came up to me and gestured to put the shoes on his feet. They are stretchy, breathable material, they have room for growth, and they shipped super fast. 10/10, five stars, so cute.

My great grandson lives in Germany with his Air Force dad and mom and needed his first pair of shoes. He does not like shoes!!! But these he loves. We followed the guide for measurements and ordered on blind faith! They fit perfectly and are so easy to put on an off.
