Insoles were a little difficult to cut for fitting purposes but once trimmed, they molded well to my foot as described in the instructions.

When I added the Dr. Scholl’s insoles into his shoes, he had no pain and felt comfortable all day long. My father is around 6’2” , these type insoles are designed specially for big and tall men. He wears size 11 shoes and the insoles had his size.

The insoles were from 8 to 14. I was able to look on top by the toe area to see his size and trim along the outline. Inside the package had step by step instructions on how to do it. The insoles were true to size.

The top layer has a soft velvet grey material. The small holes by the arch area provided the feet with air. The bottom layer has a blue messaging gel. It absorbed shock to last all day long. Dr. Scholl’s insoles provided a “reinforced heel & arch” in an orange color which allows “extra support and distributes weight”.

It also has the responsive-wave cushioning which is designed with multiple layers for comfort. This is great for my dad because he can stand and walk all day long knowing his feet will be supported. I’ve been knowing about Dr. Scholl’s for a long time now. This brand has always been good at providing added comfort to my shoes and boots that really help alleviate my lower back problems. I’m a disabled vet due to my back, and I literally rely on Dr.

Scholl’s insoles on a daily basis. I’ve used them for years and these comfort & energy insoles are just as amazing as I’d expect. They do run a little large, I had to trim the top down by half an inch or so, but that did not negatively affect the product.

If you are on your feet more than 2 hours a day, please do yourself a favor and purchase these insoles. They’ll be slightly uncomfortable at first as your feet adjust to what’s under them, but after a day of wear, you’ll notice the difference! I also use them on morning jogs and in core strengthening exercises for my back, and it’s made the last 30 minutes of my workout much more tolerable than before.

I just installed these ironically in a pair of Dr. Scholl’s work shoes whose original gel-insert insoles had started to fall apart. These footbeds seem to be quite comfortable, and they provide a decent amount of arch support.

Cutting the insoles down to the correct size was a little tricky, but I employed the old inserts as a template and used a Sharpie to mark on the backside exactly where they needed to be trimmed. They don’t seem to squeak when I walk, and I’m quite satisfied with the results for less than 15 bucks.

After trying sevreal diffrent pairs of Dr. Scholls insoles that were avalible at my local Walmart. I came to the concluaion that these are the best they carry for the money. Although I cant say that they offer pain relief.

They are kinda comfortable. Claims for men over 200lbs. Think they ment up to 200lbs. Because they are pretty thin in the toe region. Most insoles are. It would be better if they made a pair deaigned for men up to or over 300lbs.

The biggest con is duribility. They just dont last. At this price what do you exspect. These are best for people on their feet for long times througout the day and for walking.

The insoles fit perfectly without the need to trim. Inserted them in boots and athletic shoes and they were comfortable enough to wear all day. Very good price and a quality product.

I have been wearing orthotics due to suffering from a Morton’s neuroma for 25 years. My arches are high. These are the best I’ve seen in a store bought orthotic.

Great insoles!! I also own Sole inserts and these are as good if not better for a third of the price. The instructions for fitting them to your feet are similar to Sole. They work wonders for treating and preventing plantar fasciitis.

I’ve bought insoles before, but not orthopedic insoles. I work as a healthcare assistant and am portering during the lockdown, due to health issues. it’s a lot of walking and as a result, I have developed Plantar Veseitis.

After a week of pain, these gave me immediate relief! They are not cheap, but they are worth it. definitely my best purchase of the year.

This is one of the best gadgets I have spent money on. I love making soup and spiraling a couple zucchini in place of pasta noodles was done in nothing flat! It even looks creative for any dish. The blades are very sharp.

2. Foam at the forefoot is very supportive and provides great cushion but it is bulky and crowds my shoes. Any thinner yet still effective options? 3. Sesamoid/metatarsal pad is strangely shaped. Rather than being almond shaped it has a protrusion toward the big toe.

This can interfere with the sesamoid bones. I noticed later made Spenco orthotics to have a normal slightly raised almond shaped pad. Can you go back and revise the one on this orthotic? 4. The dual density red & blue foam under the heel sits in place of the hard black plastic which makes for a cushioned heel BUT there is a black hard plastic strip between them which is uncomfortable after long wear.

My heels feel it and it makes them sore. Please consider removing this part. I’d pay extra for the cons to be corrected because the structure of this orthotic is excellent.

I thought the insoles would be more comfortable than they were. I have flat feet and the arch support doesn’t work for me. The first pair of insoles I bought were very comfortable. There were no arch supports just a very soft cushion.

They were green and because I am on my feet all day they were great. I don’t remember which ones they were. If you could look back on my first order and tell me which ones they were, so I could buy them again I would really appreciate it.

I was having foot pain and ordered two insoles from spenco. The insoles helped. But it was not a cure. I went to see a podiatrist. He carved off some wart like dead skin. During the examination he asked If I wore insoles.

I said I did and he inspected them. He bragged on them and said they are very helpful. And to keep using them. A podiatrist recommendation like that is a great testament to spenco.

I have tried everything short of surgery. For over 14 years I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis in my left foot, then it developed in my right foot as well, about 4 years ago. I’ve tried insoles, heel supports, I’ve had injections.

Finally. I got these inserts with the arch support, for my existing shoes that I love, and I can walk again! Nothing fully takes away the pain, but these have been the best help I’ve had in years! I am going to purchase 1-2 more pairs for each of my shoes that I wear.

I’ve spent a lot of money on insoles over the years. I broke my left ankle when I was 18 then my arch fell in my forties. I’ve tried so many different kinds of arch supports. Either they are too hard or too soft or the support is too far back or doesn’t go under the arch far enough.

Finally, I discovered OFG Women’s Orthotic Insoles and they are just right! I do buy half a size larger insoles which seems to give me the best support. In Orthofeet shoes I wear size 9M but I swap them out for 9.

5M insoles to give just a little more support plus using the Arch Booster (love it!). Then I use the size 9 insoles in some of my other brands of shoes that have a little built-in support but not enough.

I have been searching FOREVER and have tried so many brands. Was just ready to “live with pain” whrn I decided to try Orthofeet. I didn’t want orthotic looking. plantar fascinating, 1 leg longer than other due to car accident, and spurs from owning a restaurant so long.

After 1st pair. ordered another cute pink and white pair (didn’t need to go wore but did but ok). Just ordered my 3rd pair and extra set of insoles. I put 3 in foot of shorter leg, and other Just have normal.

My goodness. what a DIFFERENCE. MY CALVES ARE SAYING hello. you are working us properly now since not accommodating for the pain. Whole new shoe wardrobe going on at my home!!!.

Still forming an opinion. They actually feel like they might be slightly off on the fit? It is possible I may have moved around too much while measuring my feet. They do make my feet feel different- enough so that I removed them from my shoes just to see the difference- it hurts my feet not to wear them.

So- I put them back in my shoe. I will re-measure next time I find a place to do so. When I do- if I get a different measurement- I’ll try a new pair. If I get the same measurement – perhaps I’ll switch shoes for a while.

They do make enough difference that I want to investigate more to see if i can find the perfect fit.

The Dr. Scholls 310 Orthotics are even better than Id expected them to be and provide significantly diminished foot discomfort when I get in my 35 minute daily walk. Even my podiatrist agreed Id made a good choice when she closely examined what kind of support I was wearing in my sneakers.

About a decade ago, I developed significant pain in my feet. I went to a foot Dr. who diagnosed fallen arches. He did not suggest anything to fix it, just to make sure I had supportive shoes. No help.

Then a friend told me about Dr. Scholls arch support inserts and how it helped another friend of his with the same problem. After using them for a couple weeks, I really felt the difference, in a good way.

I have ankle boots with 2. 5” heel that needed some cushioning in the sole area. I was hoping these would work, but they actually raised my foot too much cause of their thickness, and it got too tight and hurt to walk in them.

They did however work somewhat in my other ankle boots with a 1” heel that were a bit roomy for me, and these soles did the trick and filled the shoes enough to feel a bit more snug. But it’s not the pair I bought them for, and only used them for that purpose not to toss them completely.

I like these insoles. They are soft and comfortable. It was difficult to trim them to the size to fit my shoes, but I was able to make them fit. I love the blue color and the blue color of the gel. They make it easy and comfortable to stand and wear dress shoes for a long time, all day, and during work.

I put them in my dress shoes, but they should be able to fit in other type of feet wear. But, I cannot give my opinion on it since I only put them in my dress shoes. I would definitely recommend them to everyone, male and female.

I would definitely recommend this product even if your shoes do not hurt you or your feet do not hurt from standing all day. These insoles make dress shoes and high heel shoes more tolerable. They make wearing shoes and dress shoes more comfortable.

It gives your feet more support. In my opinion, it is probably better for feet health. Overall, this is a great product. I recommend this product to everyone.

The Ultra thin soles are very similar to the massaging gel except thinner under the arch and toes; they’re about the same in heel. These are much lighter though, and I find them to be Dr. Scholl’s lightest soles out there.

The thinness has another benefit; they don’t allow your feet to move around as much during sharp turning movements so they are more suited to use in sports than the normal massaging gel soles. They are also thin enough to fit in any shoe in place of the original soles.

Overall these are the perfect general replacement sole for people looking for more padding than normal foam or air cushioned soles. I would reccommend trying these.

We get new work shoes every year at the manufacturing company I work for. Last year, I didnt get new shoes, they didnt have anything that I liked. Just recently I thought – my inserts are not giving me the support I need (I have been using this same brand for the last 4 years!!) I always put a date on the inserts when I put them into my work shoes.

The reason why I was not getting the support I normally get is because they were dated June 2019! These are the VERY BEST insoles!! I have recommended them to several of my co-workers and they love them.

These are terribly made. They are VERY thick, making me both taller and uncomfortable in my shoe. It made my foot bulge out of my shoe, even after loosening the laces. They are just over half the length of the shoe so they slide forward as you walk.

They do provide arch support but not worth the discomfort it creates to ease arch discomfort. Terribly disappointed.

These are a necessity for me when I wear certain shoes. I am a teacher, so I am on my feet most of the day. My feet and ankles would hurt so much at the end of the day that it would be difficult to stand in the kitchen and cook.

But these relieved my feet so much! They give me great support and they are super easy to size down and fit into my shoes. They aren’t expensive at all and they are really valuable to have.

Look no further. If you are on your feet for 8 hours a day and are over 200 lbs, these are a magical find. I am a woman with size 12 shoes so I just cut these to a mens 11 and they fit my shoes perfectly.

I worked the first day at my new job on concrete floors, thought I was going to lose my feet and legs from the pain (a little dramatic I admit, but I still was sore two days later). Wore these on my second day and my feet were tired by the end, but nothing like the first day! No pain, just aching by the end.

I’m a night shift hazmat truck driver with many stops each shift so I’m constantly getting in and out of the truck and on my feet at each stop for 30+ minutes. Needless to say, I have a lot of lower back, knee and foot pain, so I opted to get these heavy duty ones instead of their other ones.

After wearing these for about a month, the pain is still there, which I expected, but it is much more tolerable and I noticed I’m not having to take breaks as often. I’m a size 12 shoe and these were a bit large, but they had markings on where to trim the excess off.

I did feel that the markings aren’t 100% accurate so I trimmed less than the marking I needed. One fit perfect, the other needed more taken off so I would strongly suggest to trim less than what you need, see if it fits in your shoe and then trim off more if needed.

For comfort, it was a bit odd and slightly uncomfortable at first but after about 10-15 min of walking they felt fine. You can definitely feel the support in the heel and on the inner part of your foot and they dont seem to be wearing down so far.

After wearing them for a month they are very comfortable and I can see them lasting 6+ months at this rate. Overall I’m very satisfied with this product and once these wear out, I’ll 100% be buying another pair to replace them.

I got these insoles for my husband. He said that they are amazing. He works at a warehouse where he goes back and forth inside and outside. Concrete, to pavement, gravel, and dirt. He stays on his feet for the majority of 10 to 12 hour shifts.

He has to wear rugged and durable steel toes boots. The soles of his boots was not cutting it, and his feet hurt a lot. His feet was hurting from the stiffness and was getting sweat spots. He had the wrinkling and smelly odor.

His feet would ache and throb for an hour after getting home from work. Once he put these insoles in his shoes his feet was relieved. It felt like he had new boots on. His feet didn’t hurt anymore, and they were a lot cooler.

He told his coworkers about the insoles, so they could try them as well. He is still amazed at the difference.

After opening the box what struck me was the feel of the insoles and how well they were made for the price paid. Arch support here was my main concern and I wanted something that would be comfortable and last a while.

They can be trimmed, meaning that you can get some scissors and cut them to fit your exact size/shoe. When I first slipped them into my shoe and walked around for a while I realized how much I needed these and really hit myself over the head for not getting them sooner.

After years of just relying on the flimsy insoles my shoes came with the difference was huge. At night my feet would hurt and these have really cut down that pain. I have high arches so these were great and I will continue to get them as they need replacing.

My husband was very intrigued to try these new insoles. He spends many hours on his feet and has used Dr. Scholl’s double pillow inserts for years. These offer more than the basic insole offers. With the addition of gel the heavy weight and constant walking is more distributed.

His first day of trying them he noticed a significant decrease in the aching in his calves he experiences at the end of the evening. The addition of a plastic contoured side support helps with his flat feet.

The only issue initially experienced was fitting the insoles to his shoe. At a size 12 he still had to trim the insoles to fit and it took him numerous attemps to get them to fit properly in his shoe.

Overall they have helped and are effective at reducing the stress of his weight on his legs.

I think this is the one I bought years and years ago; they were great, when I was wearing the shoes into which I placed/fitted them. They were a pair of Converse, and if you know anything about Converse, you know they have exactly no padding/insole, so they were extremely uncomfortable to walk and stand around in.

They were my choice shoes for metal shows though, so I got Dr. Scholl’s inserts for them, and they made the shoes quite tolerable even when standing for 6-7 hours straight. I definitely recommend Dr.

Scholl’s if your shoes are uncomfortable; you will feel the difference! Just buy the correct product for your foot type/sizing; I almost accidentally bought the men’s version and was confused why the sizes were strange.

Lemme tell ya, there’s a reason most reviews of Dr Scholl’s insoles are sponsored reviews. the insoles themself are a nice quality, and once I finally got them in my shoes they worked well, so i intend to keep them.

BUT you pretty much have to destroy your current shoes to make them work. these insoles are too tight to just slip into a shoe unmodified, the inside of the package tells you to remove the insoles that came with your shoes! Most shoes that require the additional support are made cheaply where the insoles are GLUED IN, which makes for a very messy removal process.

I spent upwards of 20 minutes picking foam and glue bits out of just one of my shoes. A brand new shoe. It sucked. and there’s still some I can’t remove that’s affecting the level that the insoles sits at by the toes.

Lame. The insoles do feel nice and supportive and squishy, but now I have no choice but to use them or be walking on nothing.

Actually ordered the wrong type, but decided to give them a try. I wanted the more gel with no arch support. I’m not a big fan of arch support insoles. These proved my point. At the end of the day my arches are killing me.

I had no arch pain before trying these out. Not enough gel in the ball of yhe foot where I need padding. Most likely I’m going to tose these and buy the thin flat version that seem to offer better padding and no arch pain.

Over the last few months I have really amped up my workout routine and have incorporated running 20 miles weekly. With being on my feet so much and the impact of running, I have noticed that my feet have been hurting lately, especially in the ball of my foot area.

I have never had trouble with foot pain before, and I can say that these orthotic inserts have really helped with the pain in the ball of my feet, and have helped my foot health immensely. These are easy to apply as they have removable sticky backs that will set in your shoes without moving around.

These sit down in the hollow area behind the ball of foot and they help provide a lift, and help take off the weight in that area. I noticed an immediate relief after installing these in my shoes and have since then, bought and installed several more pairs in other shoes.

I can now run and walk comfortably for long amounts of time and my feet do not hurt at all. I have recommended these to my mom and my husband as they also have problems with the balls of their feet and pain being there due to standing and walking.

The inserts have stayed in place in my shoes which makes me happy, other brands of inserts always come unstuck and move around. I am very pleased with these and will get more of these for future pairs of shoes as they make it so much more comfortable to walk around.

Love these inserts. They do not stick well so I had to come up with a fix for that without resetting inserts everyday. To get the placement correct I measured from tip of big toe to base of ball of my foot.

Next I took the shoe insert out and measured from tip where big toe would be. I placed the insert on the underside of the shoe insert. Then carefully replaced the shoe insert holding the ball insert securely.

It seems weird to put it underneath but it adds the same needed bump and seldom moves. I also have added these to my slippers. Bought a cheap set of jell inserts and used the same process.

I’ve got terrible pain in the ball of my foot when I’m on my feet for any length of time. I tried these inserts and got no relief at all. Just a different sort of pain. Not only that, but they don’t stay in place very well being as they only stick on and are not a complete insole.

They may work for you, but they don’t work for me and I can’t recommend them.

After they arrived my wife said she would prefer to buy shoes instead. So, we did’t try them and intend to return them. The only hold up was I wasn’t aware with the shoes we have 5 different shoes in one.

So I kept the BioSoles. So far My wife has experience total relief in her right leg and arch. I waited a week and finally added the arch support Yesterday. It helped some additional on her left leg which was already much improved.

Unfortunately my condition leaves me with ultra sensitive feet. I cannot tolerate anything that is restrictive at all. I have tried every kind of shoe, slipper, and I cannot stand anything more than a light sock on my feet.

But I wanted to try Orthofeet. I ordered the most likely shoe and tried it but I could not tolerate them. I appreciate Orthofeet giving me the opportunity to try the shoes. Their return policy is the most generous I have ever seen for any product.

I love this insole. In past years, I have tried high end expensive to lesser costly insoles. These Biosole Gel Thin are so perfect I include them in all other shoes expect my Orthofeet shoes that I feel already provide the comfort I need.
