20 Best Shirts For Sublimation Transfer (2023 Updated)

A true, heavy weight hoodie. Excellent quality. Very affordable price for the great quality. The hoodie was delayed in shipping because of weather and arrived a week later than expected. Opened box to find there was a gray stain on the front of the shirt and a scissors cut on the shoulder.

I had a hard deadline and no time to reorder. Since I’ve read posts in other reviews saying they’ve had the same ,makes me wonder – why aren’t they inspecting items prior to shipping? I contacted Jiffy Super nice customer service will refund money and asked me to donate Hoodie, which I did.

I made 4th of July shirts for all my grandkids. They looked great!! With children in white shirts, you would think they would be a one time wear kind of thing. Nope!! They came out just as white as they were when we started out! Awesome product! Highly recommend!!.

I have used Avery iron-on transfers before. In fact, I used up my first package, so I went shopping to make sure I could get some more. I am delighted with the results of the updated product. I love being able to add perfect details to items I use to organize my stuff.

My knitting tools are a perfect example. As you perhaps know, even basic needles come in over a dozen sizes. The lengths can differ, as can a cable size, and several other parameters. So it’s not just one set of labels I needed to make! There’s my 6” double pointed needles, my 8” set, and various sets made of aluminum, wood, steel plating, and so forth.

I’ve been delighted to make size labels for all sorts of sets.

I have been buying Avery’s transfer paper (light and dark) for over a year. I’ve done lots of clothing items with it and I’ve NEVER had an issue with his product. I read some of the reviews and it baffles me how people can’t do some research of it.

If you Google this product, they are highly recommended for a reason. because it works. Some common issues I’ve seen is that it’s not printing correctly, it isn’t peeling from the paper before pressing, the edges aren’t sticking.

Do some research. It’s not hard to figure out. Make sure you have your printer setting correctly, IT MATTERS! Plain letter paper, HIGH quality. Light transfer paper doesn’t peel off the paper, its meant to print and flip on the garnet and press.

No peeling required. If he edges aren’t sticking. The iron or heat press isn’t set to the correct temperature, time or pressure. Just go over the stubborn areas in small circular movements for a few seconds.

Just be careful because you can overheat it to the point where it won’t stick at all. I’ve never had any issues with ANY of Avery’s products.

First off when I got home I noticed that the package had been open and 8 sheets were missing. Then when I tried to use it the product failed miserably. I have used this product in the past and loved it.

I bought two 18 count packs and they had different packaging. My only conclusion was the first pack with the missing sheets was too old to be used. I could not peel the paper off the transfer after ironing it on.

I opened the second package and tried again and it worked like a charm. Be very careful when purchasing this product that the store hasn’t put back on the shelf opened packages and that the product is not old.

$30 gone for a package I couldn’t use. Gave a 3 rating due to the unusable/missing package.

I bought these t-shirts as one-time wear “disposable” shirts for a long international trip because it was cheaper than doing hotel laundry and I didn’t have any other laundry opportunities. At the same time I ordered some $20 printed tees from another company.

When they all arrived I realized the Jiffy Shirts were better quality than the $20 tees. How cool is that? Anyway, high quality, low price, easy ordering. Go, Jiffy Shirts!.

Purchased in store for a painting company’s order. They love the shirts! Claim they are better than the cotton ones they’ve worn for years because these shirts whisk the sweat away. I’ll continue to purchase to supply my clients with the quality they deserve.

I LOVE these shirts, they are super soft. I bought some to infuse some designs for my friends and they also can’t believe how soft it is. It is perfect for the Infusible Ink transfer sheets, the colors come out perfectly.

The sizes run a little big. I’m usually a medium but a small fits me well.

Nice blank tee to test and apply infusible ink. Women’s shirt is cut slim and runs one size smaller. I’m normally a medium but picked up a large. If you prefer a loose-fitting, baggy fit, try the men’s shirts.

The size was perfect and subbed great. However, I don’t like that tJiffy divided up orders and charges you additional shipping though. They really need to work on this. I always looking for another place to order from where all of my items will count toward free shipping.

Took several days longer for these shirts to arrive than the others did.

I love this Hanes style because it does not hug my midrif. I don’t like tops that do that. I don’t like my stomach being the center of attention so to speak. I also have friends that also prefer this style.

They are definitely a tummy hider.

This shirt is a favorite because it is lightweight with a smooth feel. The label really is easy to peel. The sublimation ink colors pop off the white nicely. What I don’t like is the shirt doesn’t quite seem as fitted as in the photo.

This is a thin slick athletic feel polyester (I had read reviews that they felt like cotton – they do NOT). I bought silver shirts. To sublimate on these, the temperature had to be pretty low to not burn the shirt and tint them orange/pink (365-370).

I also couldn’t figure out a way to not have press marks. The shirts turned out fine (color showed up great – as expected with 100% poly), but not my favorite shirts to sublimate. They also seemed to be on the large side.

They don’t shrink.

The soft feel and breathe ability of these shirts can not be beat. The fact that they take on a full color sublimation pop that actually makes the picture look better was a main draw. If you are printing anything with dye sublimation, the quality of the print will sell these shirts for you.

The price is a little steep, but the quality can demand a higher price point to offset the extra costs. This is now my go to shirt for bands that demand a print that will last the life of the shirt and come out vibrant and awesome.

Shirts were used for sublimation. Transfers where good except for the fact of press marks being left in material even after using a pressing pillow with less pressure and tearing off edges of print to eliminate rough edges.

Shirt sizes run big! A large is XL and the XL is a 2XL. keep that in mind.

This by far is my go to T-Shirt for my transfer designs for my Etsy shop. I wish to see this in curved hem style, have Gildan looked into this? I tried Next Level, Anvil, Bella Canvas, a few others, and still my preferred shirt.

Great for lounge or active wear. Put it this way, after a great workout, and then hitting the sauna, I still feel dry and I sweat a lot; 1 mile jog, 1 hour weight training, then 15 mins in the sauna.

Bought these shirts for my sons tball team. We used them with sublimation and they turned our very nice. I would absolutely recommend sizing WAY down though. I got an XS for my son who wears 5/6 normally and it was still very big on him.

Overall a good product but I wish the sizing was more true to size.

I didn’t know micheals carried these so I was excited because the circut brand the sizing is weird and the shirt gets super dingee looking really fast. These shirts have okay quality they do seem really thin.

I like that the shirts are unisex and not gender-specific like cricut.

These are thin. They are nice soft, not like athletic material. That’s why we buy them. But would really like to see a heavier weight polyester that feels like cotton. The white is VERY see thru. We sublimate on the lime, white, safety pink, carolina blue, prairie dust and sport grey.

The charcoal can only have black sublimation to show up well.

I was planning on sublimating this shirt for a gift, which is a good thing, because I didn’t invest in 100 of them. The problem is the dye does not withstand sublimation temperatures, at least with this particular color.

At my usual 400 degrees/60 seconds which works for all other shirts I have tried, I got a very noticeable light square the size of my press around my image and a horrendous press mark. I sought help on sublimation groups, and was warned this model and color was very difficult to sub.

I used their recommendations to greatly lower temperature and pressure (which is already light) for this shirt. I cut up the shirt into small pieces and made my image smaller. I had to do A LOT of testing to get the image to be close to black as possible while not having the dye lift or fade, or get a press mark.

Many temp, pressure and dwell times later, I settled on 380 degrees for 70 seconds. On my second full size try, I got lighter stripes through the dyed shirt. Sigh. I bought a third. Tried 375 degrees for 70 seconds and though I got some sheen marks, it was giftable.

I don’t think I will ever buy this shirt again. I certainly would not go into production with it. I loved the color and the feel. I had purchased a Jerzees charcoal shirt to use if I could not get this to work the third time, and at my normal settings, it was fine.

I bought a few of these after seeing a review on Reddit and was honestly not expecting much paying around $23 for 3 shirts and shipping, but I was honestly quite surprised. Every shirt is soft and comfortable to wear.

The arms are perfectly snug – enough to prevent that flared out appearance but avoid constricting the arms. Plus, the silouette is complementary to my body. The black one doesn’t hold onto lint. My white one is a bit see through so I can only use it as an under shirt.

And the olive one is pristine. My only complaint is that they run a bit large, even after a few washes/dries. I’m 6′ and weight 180 lbs, bought larges, and they all feel a little big. For full transparency, I’m usually in between medium and large in most shirts (I call it extra medium).

With that being said, I do plan on buying a some mediums to try them out as well. Quality is incredible at this price and I would highly recommend.

These tshirts are exceptional. They are extremely soft, premium feeling, and last a very long time. 110% worth the higher price than other shirts. I have not done silkscreen printing on these shirts so I can’t comment on their performance in that area, but I have dyed many of the white ones.

They take dye quite well. Some examples of the shirts have poor stitching, which turns into holes or loose threads, but I’d say that’s about 1 in 50 shirts that have that problem. Unlike countless other brands of blank tshirts, these actually last through washes without pilling, don’t shrink, and feel fantastic.

I’ve had some of these shirts for 3+ years, washed and dried countless times, and the fabric still looks fantastic. I’VE HAD ZERO PILLING DEVELOPING ON ANY OF THESE SHIRTS, EVER. That alone is worth the price.

Aroma: 8/10. It has floral notes from lavender, a refreshing scent from citrus together with a little spicy masculine woody scent. Black guilty seems to be a well-blended fragrance, it is not too light or too fruity but it is very masculine, sexy.

It draws attention but not overwhelm or heavy as woody scent or aquatic or even sporty. Longevity: 7/10. It’s last for 4 to 8 hours. However, it really depends on your climate and how much time you spend outside with Guilty Black on.

When to wear: I think you can wear it day or night, at work or on a date at night or casual party. Recommend: I personally think, it is good for men 25+. Dont ask me why.

We ordered these shirts for our warehouse team. These folks are working in 90+ temperatures outside, in the warehouse and in the labs. We needed shirts that could help keep them cool and dry during these extreme temperatures.

We also needed long sleeves to allow for working in the labs and meet lab requirements. This shirt met all needed requirements. Very good product! Colors and material are withstanding the multiple washes.

Great, slim fitting shirt. I have been wearing American Apparel 50/50 tees for years but they’ve become harder to find lately. Took a chance on these next level tri blend shirts and I’m happy I did. Right on par with American apparel.

Great color selection. Definitely a thinner shirt so durability will probably be is weakness, but at $11 bucks a pop the value is there. The shirts arrived quickly.
