Best Shirts For Dtg Printing (2024 Updated)

My customers and I LOVE the quality of these shirts. They’re thin, but not see through. Super soft and comfortable. HTV adheres to them perfectly! Have ordered in four colors (black, white, heather gray and midnight navy) and all have exceeded expectations.

I have placed many orders with JiffyShirts and they’re always super fast with their deliveries. Many come in the next day while others are no more than a day or two after. Their shirts are a little more expensive than other wholesale companies, but with only needing to have a cart of $49 or more to get free shipping; it makes up for it.

They keep me coming back!!.

I have had the opportunity you use two different Pretreat and I found that this product works well it did not clot and spray evenly, do not cause any discoloration and heat press well. the print makes a world of different as to not pretreating.

Easy to apply. Great base for treating dark shirts. Good base for dark garments. Highly recommend.

Been using this for 7 years and this stuff is great, and gives DTG a good rep. I’ve had customers scared of DTG because of shirts washing out. Not if you use this stuff.

Image Armor Pretreat is the best pretreat that we have used. This 5 gallon box is the perfect size and amount for my small business. I was using 2. 5 gallon jugs, but this 5 gallon size works better and add in the pour spout and it is perfect.

I don’t trust anything else after switching to this. Covers great, doesn’t smell as bad as some, the visibility lines are down as well. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but what can you do.

Great price, sleeves are actually a good length unlike many shirts now. They are soft and fit great. Size is right on. Will be back for more when needed.

I love these t-shirts. The 100% cotton ones are just the right weight and not the thin, clingy type. They’re also comfortable and don’t bind at the neck. In all the years I’ve been buying them, I’ve only had one defective one, and Michael’s took it back without a problem.

I recently bought a 12-pack to make shorts from (two shirts make one pair of shorts). My favorite shorts wore out, so I cut a pair up and used it as a pattern. I don’t have a double needle to make a pretty hem on knits, so I used the hem of the t-shirt as the hem of the shorts.

I altered the pattern a little, and the new shorts fit even better than the originals!.

This Gildan T-shirt is great! I’m a woman but I like the lose and comfortable look, plus it’s wonderfully soft. Unlike the usual bargain and thin ones, Gildan never fails in producing high quality clothing apparels.

If anyone needs great garments, always buy Gildan. Their sizing is spot on and their cotton material is always comfortable and exceptional :-). This is not my first time buying Gildan’s T-shirts and as a fan, I have never been disappointed.

These shirts were ok. They are not soft at all. They are kindof scratchy. I bought them to use with my htv for projects but haven’t had the time. I hope they get softer with washes. The colors were meh too.

If you really want nicer t-shirts get the bella brand. They are alittle more but so worth it!.

I bought five shirts. After washing them one time the threading came out of all five shirts in the armpit. It is obviously not ripped. It is at the seam and not uneven. Threading came out at the seam.

The company will not do anything because it has been washed. Shirts should be able to hold up to washing. I will not use this company again.

I’ve honestly been looking for a well priced plain T-shirt that fits me for YEARS. If they happen to check all the boxes, they’re usually over priced or have to ship from the US. I’m 5’7″, 170 lbs with a 40″ chest with a little bit of belly.

I went with the Medium. These are super soft with stretch and remind me of American Apparel’s 50/50 shirts (Gildan now owns AA). They seem to have a smaller cut on the arms than AA which is perfect. I hate the wing tip arms that a lot of companies overlook.

I’ll be ordering more.

This is a birthday gift for my adult son this coming December 17 (2018). He really loves his wife, 3 children, me (his mon),his in-laws, all our family pets (currently 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 lizard and 2 snow gliders?? and pets we?ve had in the past-including birds, ferrets, rabbits, Gunnea pigs, rats, hamsters).

I know my son will enjoy wearing this tee for some time to come. I am very pleased (as I usually am with personalizationmall items). My family are still wearing other tees I?ve previously purchased in past months and years.

The ones the children have outgrown, have been turned into pillows for beds and couches.

Ordered a shirt for a friend that is retiring from a Sheriff’s department. Got the gray as there was not a big assortment of colors. Wanted the lettering in Brown – preview showed brown. Received the product very quickly and lettering is very nice but I was Extremely disappointed that the lettering appears more orangey/copper than brown.

If I had known the brown would not work I would have picked a much nicer color. It’s to late to try again.

Got a custom shirt as a gift for a friend?s birthday. The whole process was seamless. The shirt is quality material and the printing was great! I was surprised that it arrived as quickly as it did. First time ordering from this company but not the last.

I will start by saying I did successfully sublimate on the white part of this bag BUT it did melt the inside where the design was and you CANNOT get the seams or the straps anywhere near the heat. Cover everything you’re not pressing with a pillow case or something to provide a heat barrier and use a washcloth or pressing pillow to get the seams out of the way and direct the heat to just one spot if you’re sublimating on this.

Also I had to lower my heat down to 360 for 60 seconds for it not to melt things too badly. Order extras to practice on for sure. Also it would be nice to have measurements for this on the website.

I think I might have bought this shirt in the past, but I think they may be using different fabric. I love the cut and fit – not too snug (I love the rounded shoulder cut), but still flattering. But the fabric is coarse, stiff and scratchy.

I can see why the price is so low. Go with Bella’s long sleeve crewnecks. Much nicer/softer. Well worth the extra cost. I wish they’d make the same shirt with just a little bit better fabric. I’d be all in.

I am blown away with how quickly the order was processed and shipped. The order was placed late in the afternoon (3:47 pm) on Friday when most companies are already shut down for the Labor Day weekend.

To my surprise I received a shipping confirmation email at 4:09 pm stating that the order was shipped! We received the order on Saturday. That is unbelieved these days. great job All American-Fullerton, CA!.

Easy to work with, cures easily and doesn’t require as much pre treat for a solid print.

I like the shirt, but I worry about the white color. I hope it is not see through. It’s a cute shirt. Shipping was fast for it being a personalized shirt. Customer service reached out as soon as I ordered it to verify my order details.

Absolutely love this shirt! Sooo flattering! Size is perfect too. Because its a sports shirt you can only get away with wearing it once and then you have to wash it. I dont really get B. O. often but find that this shirt must be washed after each use because at the end of a long day the armpits stink a little when they dont normally with other shirts.

Its fine really, and I definitely will order again- I just thought other ladies should be aware that the material is a sport shirt material and has different qualities than cotton shirts. I also dont dry the shirts in the dryer but not sure if they would shrink or not.

They dry fairly quickly on a hanger and are too nice for me to risk them shrinking. They are my favorite work shirts!.

I ordered this because it was advertised as an Athletic Fit. I also ordered a similar product (Sport-Tek Adult PosiCharge Competitor T-Shirt) advertised as a Regular fit. It turns out they’re both more of a Regular Fit and very similar.

Usually Medium Tees are pretty snug on me, but both of these felt a bit boxy & pretty loose. This Athletic Fit tee was only a small percentage tighter above my nipple line, but the same immediately below that.

Unlike the differences in the photos, the sleeves are both about the same length (possibly a 1/4″ difference). I would have returned it but the cost to send it back, was close to the return value of the blank shirt so I’ll keep it and use it as a rag or sleep in it.

I have a painting I did of my dog, put on the tshirt. I’ve never had an issue with the design but I’ve noticed that the quality of the long sleeve womens tshirt has dropped. It’s thinner, not as soft as previous tees were and although I’ve always ordered a large.

This one feels snug. I wear a womens size 8 or medium normally.

Customer service so far has been good, but the quality of the print I received was very, very poor. Colors are not accurate, print is thin and looks flakey. These were advertising for a nonprofit and there is no way we could hand these out.

They are only willing to give me a 30% refund for the shirts, which I think is entirely unfair. Pictures attached. Both companies received the same PNG file. Pricing was the same – but Allied was having a 50% off sale.

the quality of material and actual printing was phenomenal. Seriously worth the 5 stars. Word of advice to future customers: quadruple check your designs; make sure they are high rez. One element that was printed was super pixelated, which was frustrating because it did not appear pixelated on my computer screen.

I understand that they do not review designs like more expensive companies, so it is not a huge deal.

I was very disappointed in the shirts I ordered. My order was for 30 shirts. I picked the olive green shirts with red print. It turned out the the shirt were much darker green than shown in the graphic, the red print was lighter than shown.

As a result the contrast was really bad, the print is hardly legible. I have designed and had shirts made for many events, I’ve been at this a long time. I know to pay attention to contrast. What I got didn’t look anything like what I had ordered.

The order and shipping process went well and the shirts were quality material. Those qualities are useless if the shirts don’t come out well.

Was a birthday gift, so I didn’t get to see it in person, but the reciever was very happy with it. Good quality print & tshirt.
