20 Best Shine Spray For Fine Blonde Hair (2023 Updated)

#5 anti-humidity spray for shine, frizz protection… This product is exactly what I needed and I’m so happy to have found it. I live in a very humid environment. For years I would do my hair and not long after leaving the house all of the moisture in the air will ruin it… This finishing spray is a must for someone like me.

I will never go without it… It keeps my hair just as I intended it to be… keeps it from poofing out absorbing moisture from the air. 10/10!.

I have used this product for about 2 years now. I have a natural curl to my hair so I have to straighten it after I dry it. I use about 3 pumps and rub it all in my hair, especially on the ends. Not only does it smell good, but my hair is protected from the flat iron and it makes my hair super soft and SHINY!!! I have used other oils in the past and all of them are way to thick, leaving my hair feeling oily! This does not!!! It also helps keep the frizz out seeing as how my hair is so wavy.

Now, I have my husband using it on his gotee and he loves it just as much as I do!! His gotee is now so soft and super shiny, whereas it used to look dry and rough!! I DEFINITELY recommend this product!!!.

I absolutely adore Redken Shine Flash Spray and use it daily. I have long, straight, color-treated hair that is very dry. This product does an excellent job of moisturizing my hair, greatly improving its overall appearance.

It smooths the entire hair shaft making it appear less dry and frizzy, especially the ends. This product controls all of my stray hairs and flyaways. Redken Shine Flash Spray instantly adds a beautiful sheen to my hair making it appear glossy and eliminating any dullness.

My hair always looks and feels so much healthier after using it! The spray nozzle produces a very fine mist, dispensing the perfect amount of product onto the hair. I have used this product on both freshly washed and unwashed hair and the results are equally amazing.

I wish I could say this is the product I have been looking for. As you age you lose shine in your hair and especially if you are blonde or lighten to blonde. I hate goopy silicon shine products that look greasy but at least they provide shine.

This doesn’t provide any benefit to my hair at all. No shine at all.

My tried and true is the tresemme heat spray but I wanted to have more options so I tried a few other brands before the verb one, and the other ones sucked. I love this verb shine with heat protection spray though.

My hair is on the coarser side and this makes it feel so soft and silky. I normally hate these types of sprayer nozzles and prefer trigger nozzles because I have small hands and these regular ones are difficult for me to use, but surprisingly I’m able to spray this one super easily.

It also comes out as a super fine mist which is great. Some other heat protectants leave my hair with a sticky film or make my hair crunchy like hairspray but this one doesn’t do that. It makes the hair feel slippery and soft.

It also gives your hair a nice shine and smooths it down. The smell isn’t my favorite but it’s not bad. I tend to like sweet sugary smells and this smells more clean with a musk to it. But it’s not bad and it doesn’t linger in the hair.

I really like this product and I recommend.

In exchange for my time to test and review this product, it was sent to me for free. Honestly I’m not sure why it was sent to me as I have fine hair that is prone to looking greasy pretty quickly, and I don’t use heat on my hair either.

That having been said, I wouldn’t buy the Verb Glossy Shine Spray myself. It’s just too heavy on my hair and doesn’t do me any favors in the looking greasy department. If you have medium to thick hair that is more coarse and you actually need something to help with heat protection this might be a much better fit for you.

But if you are like me with thin hair that gets greasy fast I really think you’d enjoy the product I’ve been using for the past 5+ years much more and that is the Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum. I’m leaving 3 stars because I feel like I was obviously the wrong target audiance for the product and it smells very nice (clean and fresh but not too strong).

Also, if I use it on freshly washed hair with the intention to wash my hair again the very next day then it’s ok too, but not ideal for what I like/need.

Great finishing spray to add shine after styling. I have fine hair and don’t have any issues with this making my hair greasy. The only issue I have with it is that it smells TERRIBLE, think acetone nail polish remover.

I feel like it’s strong enough for people to smell it on me when I’m in public. It’s handy if you want to add oil to your hair but don’t like the grease, though I probably wouldn’t purchase it again.

I have thick, coarse, slightly wavy hair. this is the secret to a lasting and fabulous blow out. you must towel dry hair and use dryer to get out some of the water after washing so it doesn’t dilute the mousse too much.

I have long hair past the middle of my back so I use the size of a baseball or a little less for my whole head. I don’t just use at roots either. I finish with a serum on the ends and a light hairspray when done then touch up throughout the week.

Always allow hair to either dry on the brush or roll it and pin it until it cools. Sometimes you need to use the blow dryer to spot dry moisture in your hair through out the week. Use the nozzle always so you don’t create frizz or fly aways.

Always make sure the roots are dry or the blow out will not hold. Use a stronger hairspray throughout the week if needed. Your style will hold if you travel to more humid climates. just remember the blow dryer trick to get moisture out and volume back.

Also use a chopstick to put your hair up so you don’t get any creases.

I have no idea how this product has 4. 8 out of 5 stars?!! I bought it because of the great reviews and was very disappointed!! I have thin and fine hair so getting my hair to hold a curl is not easy.

I’ve been using the Paul Sebastian hairspray but wanted to try something new that had great reviews. And I really don’t know how this has such great reviews?!! It made my hair look oily- which is understandable for hairspray but my hair fell before I even made it to my destination!!! I live in the south and the humidity is bad down here so finding a hairspray that hold such regardless is challenging- everyone said this one worked but that’s a lie! I literally sprayed this stuff after each curl and then a spritz at the end overall and I drove less than 15 mins down the road and I kid you not my hair was STRAIGHT when I got there- and then it was just sticky and tough- miserable!! DO NOT BUY!!!.

I love this shine spray. I do a lot of bridal hair and I will use a lot of this product both in the hair and even on the skin. Adds a beautiful glow and shine without weighing the hair down. Great for photo-ready hair or for smoothing the hair down.

Wow! Let me tell you, I learned of this product with my recent hairdresser, I had to ask her the brand name at that moment. Now that I have my own at home I’m using it every time a do my hair and as much as I please.

Honestly my clients buy this mostly just because it smells so good. It’s a super light mist, but great for all hair types. Never leaves the hair greasy feeling or weighed down.

I have used the Shimmer Lights shampoo and conditioner for years and love it. I was excited to see the heat protector. Most reviews were really good, so I was surprised how it affected my hair. First the protector is the consistency of water.

Goes on really wet. I didn’t really notice any shine to my hair, in fact it left my hair very dry. Since this product is not expensive, it was worth a try, but I will not be purchasing again.

Not to use to much if you have fine hair as it could make you hair look a little oily. But my hair feels healthier an looks shinny As I have colored my hair early in the summer an now my hair looks like it need hair 911.

Dull an falt as bord it needed a pick me up so I sprayed to much of this product of my hair an it looked oily an unclean. That’s why I say use a little not a lot. But now if you had thicker hair I would use a bit more the thicker the hair the more I might use but careful not to go over borad with it.

I would recommend to anyone.

Worst stuff I’ve ever used. Felt like i had hairspray in my hair. I have so much hair & it takes forever to blow it out. I have to rewash & dry because this product made my hair sticky, dry, knotty & feel brittle.

I will never use this again. Actually mad i spent money on it. I’ll still with my Joico heat protectant.

I absolutely love this product! The spray comes out so nice and fine giving great coverage and hold. The fragrance is delightful and my hair looks and feels wonderful! I highly recommend this hairspray and will continue to order it and use it! Greatest hairspray I have ever used and leaves my hair feeling and smelling so nice.

So I see this hairspray yesterday. It caught my eye just by how good the wonderful bottle looked. Then I seen it was from John Frieda! So then I knew it just had to be a winner! Went home and used it.

I personally love it. Does not make you hair stiff like the others. I’m in love!!.

I have been using this product for years – and it is perfect for my hair’s texture, color, etc. NO RESIDUE at all. I now cannot find this product on shelves or even ordering online. PLEASE PLEASE tell me that it is still being made, and that there’s just a delay in production.

I was a faithful user of John Frieda Sheer Blonde hairspray. It was the best hairspray I have ever had the pleasure of using. It held my hair in place but my hair was never stuff, sticky or crackly. I very much dislike the current J F Crystal Clear.

I will never buy this again. PLEASE bring back J F Sheer Blonde “original” hairspray!!!.

This Rusk Thermal Flat Iron Spray is so so good at protecting my hair! I have noticed the difference it makes because I use a flat iron about 6 days a year. I found it about 4yrs ago and have been hooked ever since.

Though I have tried other brands both expensive and from Walmart-nothing works as well. Others either leave my hair feeling weighed down and greasy or they appear to not protect my hair because the end result is more frizz.

The ONLY reasons I took off 1 star is because the nozzle consistently gets clogged. I have learned that when I am done using it, to hold it under hot running water for about 15 seconds. I do this every day that I use it and it works! The spray is that GOOD and unique that I am willing to baby it like that! Haha I haven’t found any other thermal protector spray that I like as much.

And secondly, if you spray your hair, you’re going to want to go in with your flat iron right away. If you don’t go over it pretty much immediately and the product sits for a couple mins-it gums up your hair as if you sprayed in hairspray.

A weird quirk for sure BUT this spray is So Effective! Worth it!.

I seriously love this stuff. I was introduced to it when I used to work at a salon and it was one of the favourites among the hairstylists there. It provides shine, a little hydration, and a little bit of hold without EVER being heavy on the hair.

I have really long but super fine hair that’s prone to oil so I rarely use hair products at all aside from shampoo and conditioner. Sometimes I’ll use hairspray but this is different? It’s hard to explain but this never weighs down my hair.

It provides dimension and vibrance when your hair is looking sort of matte and boring, if that makes sense. I’d recommend it to anybody! It also smells really great!.

I really like this thermal shine spray by Rusk! I have used it on my hair curly as well as when I straighten it. It works good both ways! Just make sure to give it a beat of heat you will get great shine.

My BB stylist used and recommended this product. Fantastic! I have dry dull senior fine hair and it really added a lovely finish. I have been using and loving. I’m planning on trying other products in this line.

I think this product is good, you have a fair amount for the price and smells somehow like marshmallows to me which I like. However I don’t think it’s any different than any other shine spray out there, honestly am not sure if it’s making my hair oilier but I got the feeling that it does (although my hair is very oily so nothing can stop that hehe).

Nevertheless I think this is a good option for a good price :).

I was lucky enough to have a good friend in the industry and when my hair started to grow back after chemo she sent me the whole line and let me tell you it smells amazing and I feel pretty using it.

So I got this at a local beauty store that was going out of business. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner from this line and I cannot describe the smell but it’s pure heaven. So I figured this would be great to use at the end of my hair style.

And guess what IT IS!!!!! I sprayed over my hair before leaving the house an it made it shinny and of course smelling fabulous!!! Love it. Wasn’t sticky or tacky at all. My hair was still very bouncy and I could run my fibers through it.

I love using this hair product as a daily choice. I usually use it as more of a finishing shine spray for after I straighten my hair to make it look and smell great! Leaves my hair feeling sleek and looking shiny and has a faint scent of what I like to think of as bananas.

Get the salon look! I blow dry then spray this on each piece 10 inches away then flat iron sealing in the shine and NO frizzing! My hair is soft, it lasts, I LOVE this product. I get compliments on how nice my hair looks from strangers.

Goldwell definitely makes amazing high quality products, for a reasonable price. This 8. 7 oz can lasts forever, and costs roughly 15-18 dollars. It gives you brilliant strong flexible hold, no stickiness or crunchy hair.

Anti frizz, protects from humidity. Volumizing, enhances fullness and says it’s color protecting. It holds my hair style all day, all night while giving my hair the feel I want and the movement. I highly reccomend this beauty and will definitely continue using.

I have a straight up afro–which I love–but for the days I want to switch it up a bit and elongate my look, this is my go to product. My curls are real tight at the scalp and seem to loosen up toward the end of the shaft and this product works the same on both textures, tight or loose.

When I use this product, the compliments don’t stop. I use this product with Goldwell’s thermal spray serum. Both products together give me a super straight and silky, glossy look that looks so different from my natural texture that when I use these products in combination, people don’t believe it’s my own hair!.

I have very fine hair, just above shoulder length. This product makes my hair go from wavy to curly and full of body. A little goes a long way, and I use about the size of a 5 cent piece on really wet hair and spread it through.

Once dry, I kind of crunch it a little as it ‘sets’. But it’s not crunch like other products. Highly recommend. Go light first, then work out if you need more product in your hair.
