20 Best Sheets For Rental Property (2023 Updated)

The color is accurate, and that’s the only thing positive about these sheets. Who is giving these good ratings?! They’re so dang thin that literally doubling them over, they are still thinner than my Northern Nights sheets! Absolutely flimsy and cheap.

Returning ASAP!.

The material is a good quality but it doesn’t have much sheen, like sateen, and doesn’t feel like the Supima or sateen I’m use to. I was very disappointed since I had read such outstanding reviews about Lands End sheets and the fact that I bought these to replace another recent purchase.

These are almost identical in look and feel. Now I’m stuck with two sets of new sheets that I’m dissatisfied with. I really can’t believe that these are American grown pima/Supima cotton. Definitely feels like Egyptian cotton.

I’ve washed them twice but not much change. Also both new sets fit poorly. The bottom sheet is 3″ wider than my King bed. Pockets are deep enough for a 18″ mattress but the extra width makes it impossible to achieve a taut fit and allows the bottom sheet to slip and loosen and wrinkle.

I regret my purchase and do not recommend these sheets.

Purchased the light blue sheets a month or so ago and was really really disappointed. I usually purchase 1 set of these sheets a year for the past 4 years. This set was completely different in size, texture and comfort from all the previous ones.

They feel very much like inexpensive polyester and have a similar sheen to them. They are shedding lint like crazy and are already feeling scratchy after just a few washes. The fitted sheet is too large for my mattress – usually I have the opposite problem – so it doesn’t stay on and has to be remade daily.

I have loved all my previous sheets and am so disappointed in these. If it was not for the hassle and environmental impact, I would definitely have sent them back. Fortunately I did get them on discount, but still twice the price of similar quality sheets locally.

Not sure if this is a specific problem with this colour or just a bad batch.

I had been wanting to replace my 700ct sateen sheets (not from LE), but was having a difficult time finding quality, sateen sheets, in pink. Leave it to Lands End to have exactly what I was looking for! I knew they would be a good quality, so when I saw the sheets were on sale at a fabulous price, I jumped on it! The sheets are soft, substantial, and match my bedspread and shams, perfectly! Pillowcases are a generous size.

My only negative comment would be, I was disappointed the pillowcases didn’t have the fold-over feature, at the opening, like my lesser quality, older sheets had. I would think, especially when Lands End is producing such a quality product and expecting customers to pay the regular price-point, Lands End can put in the extra effort to “dress-up” the pillowcases.

Still, it’s not a big enough issue for me to deduct a star. Sheets are a little big on my bed, but that’s okay. They’re very comfortable, and I’m very happy with my purchase!.

The Hotel Collection 680 sheets are a very nice fabric. Smooth, not thin, and have a good color selection. The color “Palladium” is a clean taupe shade, not too yellow or muddy gray.

Calif King fitted sheet shrank after washing in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Sheet will not stay in place on the mattress, it’s too small. Tried it on queen size bed, it’s too big. Emailed Seller twice, received no response.

Hotel Collection has become my favorite bedding. I highly recommend their line, but especially their Supima Cotton sheets. Extremely durable, softening with every wash, supremely comfortable, and TymeOutlest makes them affordable for the common guy.

Insist on Supima. American grown, woven to standards. //.

This was given to my daughter for a gift. She absolutely loves this sheet set. Fits perfectly and stays snug on the mattress. My daughter said this sheet set is the only sheet set she is using. It has been washed and did not lose its shape or softness.

I got it at a great price also. I have to buy more because my daughter won’t use any other sheet set.

These are awful. They are so thin I have bought better quality sheets at a dollar store. No way these are 1800 thread sheets. Took me over 30 minutes to make my bed up from trying to straighten all the wrinkles out.

Glows: It is a truly beautiful bed! Perfect for small spaces. My teenage daughter (who can be quite picky) is very happy with it. Also, the trundle part provides protection for anyone who likes to roll and is in danger of falling off.

Grows: The trundle has only 4 wheels in each corner and none in the middle where the most weight goes (simple physics). As a result last year, the frame fell apart and my husband needed to take it to the welder to save the trundle.

The producer should consider investing (not saving!) into additional wheels in the middle of the trundle frame to give it much needed support. Also, the pieces that secure the slates are not removable once secured.

It is a problem because two of the slates broke and we have no way to remove the plastic pieces without breaking them to be able to replace the slates. Otherwise great bed!.

About 3 years ago I bought a queen and a king set of these sheets. Some reviews said they were not soft, even after they were washed. That is true. Actually, for some reason, they are softer when you buy them than when you wash them the first few times.

But I had read all kinds of articles on how to soften new sheets and followed the directions. Sure enough, after using about ½ cup of Washing Soda as well as detergent and softener, 3 washes and dries later the sheets felt nice and soft, no scratchiness left.

I did not even sleep on them until I had put them through a number of washes. I think Ralph Lauren should suggest the extra washes before using them, so everyone would know right way, how nice they are when put through a number of washes.

I have just bought a second set of Queen and King size white sheets because we enjoy them so much. They are white so I can Clorox them to keep them new looking and I can use them for years, even if I change my decorating.

I searched every store and site to see the best prices and found that buying them as a set from Ralph Lauren directly was the best value of all. All the department stores and websites were more money than RL’s site.

I swear I am not a relative of the company 🙂 I just think it is really helpful to advise people about good quality products at reasonable prices.

Horrible ITCHY sheets! Beware! These sheets feel very soft when I glide my hand across them BUT then when I lay on them OMG they are sooo itchy!! I washed them at least four times and still so itchy! I cant take it anymore so I am going to have to ditch these itchy shameful sheets and buy a new pair from a different brand, of course.

Since I no longer trust Ralph Lauren to deliver sateen soft NON-itchy sheets. Now I am stuck with these taking up space, maybe I will use them for a drop cloth while I am renovating my houses!! I dont even want to give them to anyone for they may stay up all night itching away like I did many, many nights!!!.

I am a sheet snob! There. I admit it. I have bought more than a few sets of these. First, I treated my parents to a set, and my mother raved about these more than a few times, so I bought a set for my bed and was thrilled that they were so smooth and silky right away.

Bought a set for my daughter who has since purchased an extra set. When some of my older sheets started showing wear, I replaced them with another set of these. These are the only sheets I buy. They wash nicely and have minimal wrinkles if you fold them right out of the dryer or put them right back on the bed.

I HATE folding sheets and only rotate sets every so often. I have sensitive skin and cannot tolerate scratchy fabric. These are smooth and cool to the touch. The flat sheet offers a generous fit on the newer thicker mattresses, with plenty of width and length to tuck under.

I just bought another set to use in a spare bedroom. Now my guests won’t want to leave!.

Tried them as soon as I got home. The regular King size runs deep, I had a bunch of material to shove under the mattress but they stayed pretty taunt during the night. Good elastic. The standard pillow cases are king and they do not have the envelope closure on the end unfortunately.

Smooth feel, a bit thick. I liked them more than my husband, he wants softer sheets so I order the 825 thread count. For the price (on sale with SAVEMORE), they are a good buy,.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with this sheet. I was specifically looking for a fitted sheet that would fit my “normal” (non-pillowtop) mattress. I have older fitted sheets from this brand that fit great.

Since there were two size options (16″ and 23″ depth) I was surprised how enormous the 16″ version was on my bed. Unfortunately for me, I washed the sheet before putting it on the bed so I can’t return it.

The sheet is huge and does not fit smoothly on the bed at all. I am so disappointed. Would definitely NOT reccomend if you have a “standard” depth mattress.

I recently purchased a new mattress and decided I wanted my bed to feel just like The Breakers hotel beds. I first purchase after the mattress was the Hudson sheets in white. Once I put the sheets on my new 18 inch mattress there was still enough fabric to tuck under to make the fitted sheet nice and tight.

I highly recommend getting the extra long flat sheet to go with this. Having the extra 6 inches or more on either side of my husband and I have made a world of difference, there is no more fighting for the top sheet.

We have been sleeping so comfortably since we purchased these lovely sheets.

I have a tall Qn mattress, and sheets never seem to fit. These don’t either, because they’re TOO big! I threw them in the wash to try to shrink them some, to no avail. Then my husband noticed some discolored spots, almost like grease spots? But they’re barely noticeable, and I don’t know if they were there before the wash or not.

(But how did washing them create spots?) Also, the gold looks more Peach than yellow, fyi. I’m keeping them bc they’re for a guest bed.

I can’t say enough how much I love these sheets. The price is amazing as is the quality. They come with two extra pillowcases which I love. They are so soft and cozy. They stay cool when you get into bed.

They’re not fleece or flannel. They’re beautifully made and wash well. I would definitely purchase these again.

Sometimes you buy microfiber sheets and find them thin and cheap feeling. This set from Southshore linens is the same as I bought in light blue, this time I got bone color which is a go with everything light tan/gray color.

It’s so nice that these sheets are so deep and generously cut, with four pillow cases too! They feel wonderful.

Although these sheets are pretty, look exactly as photographed in Walmart online, they aren’t soft. They aren’t what I’m accustomed to when I buy “sateen”. These sheets feet like muslin and less than 300 thread count.

They washed and dried well and are well made. Hemmed all the way around, nice and neat, no wonky stitching. Also, they’re fairly lightweight and so I don’t sleep “hot”. No sweating. They’re pretty and well made but not soft, if that’s important to you.

I should try to update this review in a few months to see if washing softens them up.

Pros. These sheets wash well. They are very comfortable to sleep on. The are smooth feeling. No loose corners or wavy spots. Fit tight. Cons. A little thinner than what I was expecting but still a nice product.

These sheets are clean, soft, and comfortable. Out of the box I knew that they’d make sleeping that much better! They felt incredibly soft, but still light. They held up to several washes as well. I’d reccomend this set to anyone looking for new bedding.

This sheet set feel so much softer than I expected. Also, to my surprise, it was not wrinkled after being washed and dried. I thought I would have to iron each time I wash them. I still did iron it though.

One thing I did not care for is that the color. I imagined it would be super white.

Purchased a king size set of these sheets (came with 2 king pillow cases). I needed 2 standard pillow cases, so I purchased those separately. Love this brand. The material is on the “heavier” side which I’m very happy with.

Living in the desert, we only use sheets on our bed during the months of February – November due to the warm/hot temperatures. We also have a dog who loves to “rough up” her spot on the bed and pillowcases.

So far the material has held up extremely well against her claws. Highly recommend the Martex brand.

Color is an ashy brown. Almost look dark gray but im Gonna keep them! Not that soft but not unbearable! You get what you pay for. Not disappointed but not jumping for joy either lol

They’re cheaper microfiber sheets. Also, the ‘light gray’ color isn’t light at all. It’s elephant gray in person. Not what I wanted, but I need them now.

The sheets are soft, however, they did not stay on the bed from the first time they were used. The elastic is minimum and they came off every night while sleeping.

My overview experience was very good. I had no idea how well made the material was manufactured. Shopping online during the pandemic period was a new experience for me. I recommend this product highly to anyone buying a new bed.

Bought the Legends Hotel sheets and pillowcases based on the reviews. When they arrived, I was sure they were polyester. they were too pretty and silky feeling to be cotton. After pre-laundering (on gentle) they still looked and felt beautiful, with no wrinkling.

The legends set is fantastic. Comfortable for both warm or cold sleepers. I already purchased another set.

I do not like light colored sheets so I was happy when I saw they had a variety of bright colors. The hot pink was perfect for my new comforter. The sheets have only been washed twice so far and color is still vibrant so i was happy about that after reading a review that someone’s set faded.

However I’m upset that both sheets got pilly down by the foot of the bed. The sheets are a month old and that should have not happened. Going to go to BB&B store tomorrow to see if I can exchange them.

For one, these are supposedly a twin xl with deep pocket; however, in the process of trying to get them on the mattress realized they won’t even fit over the mattress at all. Before you know it, snap and the elastic snapped.

Junk! Can’t even believe I wasted the money. Also they are not super soft as stated.

I’ve had tons of sheets that were great right out of the box but six months down the line were shapeless, baggy messes. So I’m a little hesitant to get really excited about these. But for what it’s worth, we’re off to a great start.

They accent my ruffled pink comforter really nicely and don’t sleep “hot” the way some microfiber sheets do. They’re also generously sized and amply cover the mattress without it turning into a tug of war (not that I mind an impromptu upper-body workout now and then).

And needless to say, they were a steal! Soooo, since this is a work in progress the best recommendation I can offer is definitely maybe.

I’m a grown-up who, in more than 50 turns around the sun, has never invested in sheets that didn’t come in a bed in a bag set. What *possible* difference (I asked myself) could more expensive sheets make? Silly me.

Turns out quite a bit. I heard B&B advertised on Howard Stern, and decided to give a set a try on my king bed. And hoo boy, I could feel the difference in quality from the moment I opened B&B’s beautiful box.

First, the sheets are noticeably heavier than off-the-shelf sheets. I gave mine a spin in the washing machine before first use, and they went on the bed like a dream, and were incredibly soft and cool from the start.

The pillowcases are fantastic–also thicker than your average pillowcase–and, again, never hot despite their heft. (I tend to sleep hot, and I haven’t found myself throwing these off in the middle of the night.

) And while I do tend to be rather tough on the fitted sheet (I can somehow pull a corner off without trying), the fitted sheet is deep and should stay in place, no matter how much thrashing you might do.

In short, if you’re on the fence about whether to upgrade your linens, start with one of B&B’s Signature Hemmed sets. (And if you’re like me and have FOUR king pillows, make sure you invest in the two extra pillowcases — because any pillow without a B&B case will be flung off the bed in disappointment after sleeping on a B&B case.

). I’ve ordered two sets of these now, and will be back again. You’re gonna love these, trust me.

You’ll never view sleeping the same way again! I heard the hype over the years and honestly was younger and considered these sheets as a luxury…. and diapers were more important. I heard how amazing they were from TCL and decided to just try them.

I know this sounds like I’m paid to say this or am an attorney spokesperson (teasing of course), but I don’t remember the entire first night that we slept on these sheets! I’m an insomniac so this is HUGE!!! The comfort factor in unexplainable…I’ve had super high thread count sheets before but a bed of sandpaper would’ve been just as soft….

all of this amazingness in one sheet is mind blowing! My husband didn’t sweat, I was warm without an extra comforter, and it like laying on a cloud…obviously I could pick several things here and most I haven’t kept on, but honestly there’s no words!! Grab a set and just try them…you won’t be disappointed!! It’s like buying most things…you truly get what you pay for….

and a good night’s rest is priceless!!.

Finally ordered these “luxury” sheets for my wife as a surprise gift after having heard them hawked for years by numerous talk radio guys. I was very impressed with the presentation of the sheets, but not so much after I opened the box.

They didn’t seem unusually soft or supple compared to the cheap-o sheets we’ve been using for years. After having used them now for several weeks (including a wash), my initial impressions still hold.

These are nice, quality sheets, with a good weight to them, but they really are no better than the sheets we have been using for years, and at a small fraction of the cost. Overall, I’m very disappointed in these, because my expectations were so high.

Would not recommend, and would not buy again. My wife feels the same way; I just hope she doesn’t find out how much I spent on them!.
