20 Best Shampoo & Conditioner For Damaged Hair (2023 Updated)

I was someone who used to think that nothing could actually repair the bonds of your hair from the inside, especially because it went against everything I ever learned in cosmetology school, but that was 30 years ago and technology has changed, the proof is in the chemistry.

I completely clarified my hair and then started using only Olaplex products exclusively. I used the entire line as recommended for damaged hair for 4 months, including number one in my hair color touch ups, and now I am a firm believer that it really does repair bonds as they claim because there is no other explanation for the positive change in my mid back length, color treated, and highlighted hair.

I went from dull hair that was always tangled and broke so easily, to much healthier, stronger, shiny, soft, full hair. Despite having a lot of hair, it’s very fine and before Olaplex, I could never achieve fullness without using a ton of product which was counterproductive.

Usually conditioners, treatments, and masks, would weigh my hair down, but not Olaplex, it gives me the natural fullness I want without any styling product or weighing my hair down. And their purple shampoo, I can’t say enough good things about it either! It is super concentrated so you need only the tiniest bit for the best results and the fact that the other products help color last longer, you don’t need to use it as often as other toning shampoos, but when they say leave it on no more than two minutes, they mean it! If you use too much or leave it in too long, it will tint your hair rather than just tone it.

The only Olaplaex product I don’t use is the oil. Other than that, they would have to pry Olaplex from my hands. I highly recommend the entire line and starting with completely clarified hair prior to starting and use Olaplex exclusively for a few months to achieve the best results.

I love the Olaplex No◦5 conditioner. I normally use the Redken Acid Bonding Concentrate line (shampoo, conditioner and the leave in serum), but when all the stores in my area were sold out of the Redken conditioner, I went & picked up the No◦5 conditioner at Sephora.

The Olaplex No◦5 is pretty much the exact same product as the Redken acid bonding concentrate conditioner, which is SO great! I’m currently using the No◦5 conditioner with the Redken acid bonding shampoo and leave in serum from the product line and also with the Redken one United leave in spray.

I could barely tell a difference between the two conditioners which is also great! The only major differences I noticed between the Olaplex No◦5 & the Redken Acid Bonding conditioner are the smells; Olaplex conditioner has barely any scent while the Redken conditioner does.

The other difference I noticed between the two involves how much conditioner I use. With the No◦5, less is more; the conditioner is thicker and is easier to apply because it spreads throughout my hair easier in comparison to the Redken product.

The Redken acid bonding concentrate conditioner feels lighter and requires you to apply more since it doesn’t spread throughout my hair with such ease like the Olaplex does. Therefore in conclusion, if you’re looking for a substitute to the Redken Acid Bonding concentrate conditioner that is just like it but with no scents, is thicker and requires you to use less because its easier to spread throughout your hair, then the Olaplex No◦5 bond maintenance conditioner should be your first go to.

I’ve been having issues with thinning and breakage for a couple of years now and it really does seem like I’ve tried almost everything. I kept my expectations low but since a lot of friends have used and liked Olaplex I decided that it would be worth it to try and so far it has been.

Obviously it can’t cure thinning due to stress/genetics but the texture of my hair has approved tenfold since I started using the No 0, 3,4,and5. Since my hair is quite fine and thin I use the bond building treatment and hair perfecter 1-2 times a week for the past month.

Honestly I am stunned at the results. Since it’s not a permanent fix but a treatment, you do have to continue using it. I did read somewhere that there’s no way for it to permanently fix your already damaged hair but it can definitely treat it while the damage grows out.

It doesn’t weigh my hair down, there’s no apparent residue, and it felt healthier and looked healthier after only the first try and has consistently improved since. I’ve tried so many products that just seem to sit on top of my hair and reflect light instead of actually improving anything texturally.

I was also stunned at the quality of the product, not just in effect but a little really does go a long way in each one of my products. It smells and feels amazing. I could clearly go on. I’m just so pleasantly stunned! I had read some very negative reviews and was prepared to just take a chance and I’m thrilled and impressed with the results.

It’s made me finally feel like I can get my hair back to something I love again. I may just copy and paste this review on the other three products I ordered so if you see it, it’s not a fake review, I’m just thrilled and lazy!.

I absolutely love this conditioner. This is become one of my favorite conditioners, it makes my hair feel so silky and soft. I often leave it in for a few minutes as a deep conditioning treatment. I recommend this to a relative when she had a color correction service done to preserve the integrity of her hair and now she uses both the Virtue shampoo and conditioner.

I found another great use for this conditioner, this may not sound like your typical review but I actually started using this on my horses mane. When I rescued my horse, she had a very tangled and matted mane from neglect.

I’ve used this as her conditioning treatment because horses manes and tails are similar to humans, I have noticed a huge difference from her coarse mane becoming much softer, silkier and tangle free.

I really like this conditioner because it’s vegan and also cruelty free. I also like it because of the natural occurring alpha keratin, I feel that it is safer to use than other proteins, such as animal proteins which can be over used.

I don’t worry about the risk of protein overload with these products. I would love to see virtue come out with more products because I enjoy supporting their company!.

I was so excited to try the gifted by Virtue Labs Virtue Recovery Conditioner and was not disappointed! I got a balayage and in the process my hair got really damaged from the two rounds of bleach. This rich formula conditioner really has been a life saver and has helped my dry and damaged hair.

My hair feels hydrated and softer after just one use it’s justified t that good! I also want to point out that this conditioner is made without a lot of the bad ingredients like parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and is vegan, gluten free and cruelty free so I feel good using it.

I apply a quarter size amount to my wet hair mid shaft down to my ends and like to let it sink in a couple minutes to really work it’s magic. I love the ingredients that are in this conditioner and feel that they are highly effective working together.

Grapefruit extract, baobab seed oil, hydrolyzed quinoa, and alpha keratin 60ku really are amazing ingredients that nurture my fine wavy hair into a healthy state. My hair is left more manageable and I love it! Overall I’m really happy and and love the results.

First time trying this brand and I was so excited. Firstly want to say the packaging is so intriguing and clever, love the tube that can be easily squeezed yet it has a sturdy top to keep the product vertical.

Absolutely adore the sweet summer scent of this conditioner, such a pleasure to have my hair smell like shea butter and coconut. I needed only little bit of the product to spread it on my medium length hair.

Welp I’ve found my forever conditioner/shampoo! I received a sample of each in a promo and tried it figuring it wouldn’t do much since my hair is dry, damaged, has been sorely mistreated for decades and quite frankly I’ve been debating shaving it all off like I did when I was 15.

But alas, I was pleasantly surprised after just one use. My hair literally looked and felt like I had been to the salon. Soft, shiny, smooth, dare I say…healthy even. I immediately purchased a bottle of the conditioner and shampoo.

It has made such a visible difference that even my 13 year old daughter noticed and said how good my hair looks. And anyone with a teenage girl knows getting an unsolicited compliment is like finding the mythical unicorn.

Yes, the bottles are small and somewhat pricey BUT I quickly learned you don’t need much product to get the desired results. I’m used to slathering on all types of conditioners, hair masks, serums, oils, potions and that’s not the case here.

Tonight I tried this conditioner for the first time in my life, and this was seriously the best thing that has ever happened to me. I am a brand new woman. I haven’t checked the ingredients list, but I am honestly convinced holy water is an ingredient.

For the first time in my entire life, I had no trouble combing my hair while it was damp from my shower. And after using chi silk infusion as a heat protectant and blow-drying my hair, it felt like I had just left s beauty salon! My hair has never felt so smooth and moisturized in my entire life! I literally feel like I have a brand new head of hair and this is so unreal.

The best part was I didn’t even need to use anywhere near as much conditioner as I normally would. honestly I think I used more shampoo during my shower than I did conditioner, and I don’t even use that much shampoo! That has never happened to me before! This is expensive but it is truly a miracle.

Whenever I finish this bottle, I am definitely going to order the largest size! I never thought anything so amazing could ever happen in my life.

For reference: I have LONG hair with a naturally wavy/curly texture, and with that comes frizz. A lot of it – even though I’m very aware of how to tame it (naturally kept or with a blow-out). My hair behaves weirdly, i’ll just put it that way – it’s difficult to achieve perfectly smooth styles.

HOWEVER. I’ve been using OUAI products (I started with the THICK SHAMP+THICK COND. ) for a little bit over a year now & all I can say is. I will NEVER go back to anything else, ever, unless I find something AS extraordinary as this brand.

It’s like magic in a bottle, to me at least. I have never experienced better hair (at home, done by me) in my entire life. It’s insanely smooth & silky. I have such minimal frizz now. I normally need to blow dry AND straighten my hair, but I am beyond satisfied with just the blow-dried results.

The only cons, I would say, is that because there’s such rich and moisturizing ingredients (love to see it!) your hair can become a tad oily after the third day, even second sometimes. You just need to figure out what the right amount of product is for you so that you don’t over do it.

The second con, though it’s nothing too crazy, would be that sometimes I end up needing more product in the shower, as it doesn’t lather suuuuper well – but again, this depends on hair length and the amount that you know you need.

I do not have fine or thin hair, but it isn’t course or thick – I just have a lot of it. Because of that I struggle with volume at the roots and most shampoos and conditions either clean my hair and leave me with a dry scalp and flat hair, or it is weighted down and gets oily quick.

No matter what, I always have to use a volumizer and still dont achieve the hairs goals I dream of. FINALLY! The hair of my dreams has arrived!!!! (Actually, I am still working on growing it out) I took their quiz on Ouai’s website and was recommended the medium shampoo & conditioner.

I went with my gut after reading the ingredients/goals and got the fine shampoo & conditioner. MY FOREVER DUO! I have used this combo and both air dried my hair and blow-dried my hair. Each time my results were amazing!!!! Naturally air-drying my hair left me with loads of body and volume and not only looked healthy, clean and bouncy – but it also felt amazing and smelled wonderful.

When I blow-dried my hair, I had so much volume and it did not fall at all. I wash my hair twice a week and have to use dry shampoo and with this combo I made it through workouts and sleeping crazy and still had clean hair.

That is a FIRST!!! I switched to the Super Dry Shampoo before turning their shampoo/conditioner and loved it. now I don’t even have to use it unless I want a little refresh but overall I am good to go.

I am so happy with the results from this shampoo and the whole Ouai line.

I love me some Living proof and Olaplex believe me. I bought this and will not go back. I don’t even know how to pronounce the name of this shampoo but buy it. It has a light/ med rose scent. But the shampoo left my hair soft before I used the conditioner.

The conditioner was amazing it felt like my hair melted into silk. I also used the hair mask for thick hair, but honestly I think the regular conditioner made my hair feel smoother. I have super curly FRIZZY hair which I straighten 5 of 7 days a week.

My hair feels great like that left the salon great. Buy this, I don’t know who’s leaving bad reviews on this. They must be angry people who can be made happy by anything, or they don’t like the color, smell, the shape of the bottle of something else that has nothing to do with the actual product.

I have been using the Shea Moisture conditioner for approximately two weeks and was provided them by #trywithtopbox as a #freeproduct for my honest review. I have fine, thin, waist length hair that is naturally blonde starting to go grey, that is prone to split ends and I would describe as normal to oily.

I don’t wash it daily but every 2 to 3 days it’s just too much work to do daily. I used the conditioner as directed and found that my hair combed out fairly easily even while still wet which was great as it tends to tangle quite badly when I don’t use a good conditioner on it.

My hair was soft and shiny and manageable. The container for this feels slightly greasy when I handle it during use even after rinsing them off. The conditioner bottle uses a pump as a dispenser which is great but I couldn’t get the original one that came with the bottle to function.

I replaced it with one I had but I noticed that the thick conditioner dries and forms a plug that takes several pumps to force out. Overall I would say this was a good product that worked as advertised and if someone was looking to try this I would recommend it, I’m not sure if it is the best choice for me given the frequency with which I wash my hair.

It was the best!!! The shampoo lathered up really well and cleaned my hair the first go. Not sure what they did but they changed something. I noticed the golden color in the product is white now and the scent though it still smells good, it’s not nearly what it was.

I was a Pantene users for over 25yrs and never deviated. Well, I HAD to start coloring my hair. And noticed Pantene was leaving my hair drier. Almost like straw. Sad to say. I love the way Pantene smells.

I decided to buy this shampoo and conditioner in a smaller size. Wow. My hair felt so good and soft. As I applied the shampoo my hair didn’t feel as dry. When applying the conditioner? Was like instant softness and continued feeling that softness after rinsing.

And staying soft. And less tangles. Now this will blow y’all mind. My daughter has long hair down to her mid calf. Never been cut. She too also benefited from both shampoo and conditioner. I gave this product a 5 star.

The only thing I wish they could change would be the Smell. I wish it smelled different or prettier. I am buying the 28oz. I’m sold. If God allows me another 26yrs to give you my business I will remain loyal.

I’ve used this product several times since my purchase and I’ve found it to be a terrific product! I typically use it before applying Aphogee Two Step Protein Treatment. Also, I use it for routine cleansing of my hair.

It yields a soft and healthy texture. Since using these products, I’ve also been using the complete line of Aphogee Keratin Products. I’ve found them to be outstanding! They have made a noticeable difference in the health of my hair.

I just used this for the first time tonight. I’m making my review for what the shampoo felt like. It’s a fairly thick consistency lathers really well. The first thing I noticed is the citrus scent. It smells very clean.

After 2 washes, I noticed it’s a clarifying shampoo more than anything. After the second wash, my hair was pretty tangled dry feeling. I usually don’t have that using other shampoos. I was recommended this at Sally’s the manager said it was better than Ion.

I didn’t get that feeling at all. To me, this is a clarifying shampoo definitely not for thick, curly hair. I think this is gonna end up as a return. Not too happy with this choice.

I like this leave in conditioner it has a water like consistency. It has almost a fruity pineapple scent. It doesnt moisturize my hair but It is also an additional heat protection so it makes my life easier to not constantly try to buy a seperate heat protectant for styling.

It doesnt do much hydration at all but it does the job for a tiny extra bit of moisture. If youre someone that has low perosity hair i don’t recommend as it doesnt have much hydration properties at all but maybe for someone who has an oily scalp and want a more lightweight product this may be the one for you.

Overall I recommend this because it is a two in one as the heat protectant is a plus to the product.

I was really excited for the extreme lengths system because I have pretty fine, thin, breakage prone hair. I also feel like more recently my hair has been thinning. The Redken Extreme Length Shampoo is meant to be paired with the other products in the system- which I have been doing.

It leaves my hair feeling clean. But I have used products in the past that my hair almost feels too clean- and I can barely get my fingers through it. Not like that at all. The scent is nice! I don’t LOVE it, but I also don’t hate it!! The smell isn’t overpowering and doesn’t linger too long anyway, so I don’t mind it.

Then ingredients seem great! (I’m not one who usually is going over shampoo ingredients with a fine tooth comb anyway, but I know Biotin is good for hair so that’s a plus! I really liked the system as a whole.

I liked the way all of the products made my hair feel in combination with each other. There were a few things that I think I should note about the shampoo. 1. The bottle does not state how much you should use.

Obviously you can figure that out on your own. But I started with too little and didn’t get a good enough lather so had to use more. 2. Also on the bottle, the directions state to follow shampoo use with the Extreme Length Conditioner and Sealer Split End Treatment.

I did not receive the Sealer Split End Treatment, I received the Triple Action Treatment intended for use between shampooing and conditioning. So long story short there, I just felt the instructions could have been a little more clear and could have maybe included the other products in the line if it is intended to be customizable based off hair needs.

Overall, I’m very happy with this shampoo and when I run out, I will absolutely buy more!.

I’ve gone through atleast 2 bottles of this product thus far, and to be honest with you, I love it, however I have thought about trying other products that are similar, more so because of the price. But it’s worth it.

It may not work for everyone’s hair, but it definitely helps smooth out the frizz, and broken ends. Although it seems to dry out a few strands (like I had put gel, or hair spray), but that could be because I’ve used to much.

I have noticed it has helped my hair to remain healthy. I started using this when my ends were completely fried, and it seems to have tamed that quite a bit. It did smooth out the frizz, but frizz is still an issue, but my hair is healthier then what it used to be.

Although I’ve noticed that I’m having a harder time keeping permanent dye in my hair, or atleast last time I dyed my hair a permanent color, it faded, and washed out quicker than I had been accustomed to.

So I’m unsure if this product is a contributing factor. I would more so recommend if you’ve been heavy on the heat damage to your hair, or have bleached, and used very damaging products to your hair.

This will bring it back, atleast to some degree. As for price, it is slightly steep. I’m sure there is a product out there, comparable to this, but I haven’t found it yet. I will say though, this gem has definitely brought out more of my natural hair then anything ever has, meaning that my waves are easier to appear.

I use this about two to three times a week, basically after every shampoo, and condition. I towl dry for a few moments, to get the excess out, then I use about 1, to 2 pumps, sometimes 3, or 4 depending, and I try my best to equal it out through my hair.

But, I make sure to save a pump for my ends, which I do last, so I can make sure to give them special attention, since they are still slightly damaged. If you’ve bleached recently, get this! If you wear tight buns alot, get this!! If you use heat products on your hair, get this!! It also smells good!! And if you use about a pump, or two, or three every time, it will last.

I think the one I’m currently using has lasted me about 6 or so months now? Maybe more, but I have shorter hair. I’m sorry this review is so long, I also want to mention that someone on here mentioned it helps with hair loss, I had completely forgot about that, as I realize, since I started using this, I have seen less hair loss, although I still lose quite a bit, but the amount is definitely less.

Let me start by saying my hair has no dye or product in it so this product review is based on natural hair response. This is an impressive conditioner from Redken, geared toward length and strength. If those are two hair qualities you are seeking for yourself, then this is the hair line for you! Firstly, I love that this product has such a payoff, for so little a price to pay.

I’ve tried conditioner from all price ranges, including the very expensive raved about MLM type brands. This Redken lengthen and strengthen beats that easily! This shampoo left my hair feeling quenched BUT not oily or heavy, which has been a huge problem for me.

Most conditioner weigh my hair down and make it look too shiny. My hair feels fresh and bouncy, I’ve noticed significant improvements with the movement and structure of my curls. The biggest payoff for me is that this product has helped my curls stay structured longer!! Previously my hair would dry curly and cute, but the curls would immediately fall or frizz out with a day/ponytail/sleeping.

Not with Redken lengthen and strengthen though! I cannot believe how helpful this has been. I genuinely did not have any expectation of huge payoff and boy was I impressed! I see myself sticking with this haircare line for the foreseeable future.

I have used this conditioner for at least the last 15 years. I have absolutely loved it all these years and have refused to try anything else. I just have thick curly hair and it’s always left my hair silky smooth.

HOWEVER i will not be buying anymore. I don’t know what’s up with the new formula but my hair has never felt more dry and disgusting after the shower. It does not at all make my hair feel or look moisturized.

It actually left my hair kind of crunchy and I know it’s the conditioner because I never use any product in my hair besides shampoo (also moisturize renewal) and conditioner. I’m severely disappointed.

I do not know why you would ever ruin a good thing. The texture of the conditioner itself is also not smooth and creamy and more so it feel gross going on my hair. Honestly felt like it left my hair more gross after the shower than it was prior to actually taking the shower and I only wash my hair once a week if that.

If y’all bring back the old formula I’m all for it but for now, I’m stuck trying to find something that is comparable to the old formula. Such a waste of money to buy the new and just disappointing that they thought the formula even needed to be changed.

Earlier this year I decided to go platinum blond from dark red so this resulted in my hair needing to be bleached several times. Needless to say my hair was quite dry and damaged after all the effects from the bleach.

I’ve tried a lot of different conditioners to make my hair more manageable as well as softer and shinier and this Moisture Renewal conditioner I am very pleased with the results. First thing I noticed was this conditioner is thick not watery or runny and it smells really good.

It goes on my hair and you can feel it making my hair smoother right away. I usually leave it on my hair for about 5 minutes or so while I wash my body in the shower. After I rinse and dry my hair I can see a real difference when I comb it out because my brush and comb easily glide through my hair without any knots or tangles.

After my hair is fully dried it looks smoother and shinier and overall just looks and feels healthier. The scent lasts throughout the day as well. And I’ve even received several compliments on how much better my hair looks since I started using this conditioner.

I will definitely be continuing to use this conditioner.

For some history, I have always stayed away from Pantene (as well as similar products) because my hair has specific needs. It is extremely fine, color treated, super frizzy, prone to dryness with a greasy scalp, and easily falls limp.

I’m usually buying high end products without parabens, sulphates, etc. to keep my hair somewhat in line. Well, the current stuff seemed to stop working and this new formula seemed worth a try to compare.

Especially being tired of the high price points on what I had before! First wash, I was impressed. It seemed to wash well, rinse well, and my hair was decent afterwards. 2nd and 3rd washes, I noticed the same “soapy” type smell I get from Pantene and it started drying my hair out and causing a dry, itchy scalp.

4 stars are because it definitely is a better formula when comparing Pantene overall and my husband really likes it (coarse, thick, wavy hair). It seems to smooth his nicely and doesn’t dry it out. This may have worked better for me if I didn’t have color treated hair.

I wouldn’t buy this again but my husband would! Worth a try of you do well with their products or have in the past.

This is really that bad. Chemically burned my hair. Saying this is a good conditioner is a joke. This company is wrong for this. People are making fake reviews and wrote what someone wrote but said the exact opposite and that it’s so amazing and is clearly like defending the product.

Be careful and don’t listen to people who act like they are scientists and know everything. Smart people know they don’t know everything. I want to say it could be an upset hair stylist who’s career has been affected (just to mention salons get sponsored by hair care brands) but it could just be a random women who sees herself as a hair connoisseur bc she’s probably a skin connoisseur as well.

This should be a wake up call for people including hair stylists. Just because this was a product everyone desperately needed doesn’t mean you should still support it when peoples hair is legitimately getting chemically burned.

This isn’t just some people just having a reaction it’s a lot. I also got the rash and I don’t usually have any allergy issues. I think everyone should monitor how they’re reacting to something whether that be hair care or anything and just pay attention to if it’s actually helping and if it’s not helping just stop using it.

The whole “it takes time” is dangerous and isn’t true you should notice a positive difference immediately in my opinion and it’s best way to just be safe.

I bought this for my wife and she use this with the No. 0, No. 3 and the No. 4 I must say the combo of these products together is amazing. Her hair was pretty much destroyed frome excessive styling, blow drying and box dyes.

We could totally tell a difference after just one use of these products. Her hair looks healthier, has more shine and manageability, doesn’t look as damaged, she isn’t yanking out knots when she wakes up and brushes her hair plus it has so much softness and looks smooth not frizzy.

It seems like the texture, strength, and even the way her hair is laying is totally changing. The smells not over powering which is something we both love because sometimes hair fragrances clash with perfumes but not Olaplex it’s perfectly balanced.

Unlike a lot of conditioners it doesn’t take a lot to cover your hair and even though the bottles aren’t the biggest which was kind of a let down the magic that comes out of those bottles can’t be beat and it’s so worth it! Thank you Olaplex for giving my wife control of her hair and confidence back.

We can’t wait to see what happens after extended use. She’s only been using it for around a week or so and the changes are insane. Olaplex is definitely the king of hair care products and like most mvp’s it’s a game changer.

I used Joico Moisture Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner for YEARS loyally and recommended it to so many people. When I found out the formula was being changed I stocked up on all the 1L bottles I could find before the change.

Well, I finally ran out. I am legitimately shocked at how terrible the new conditioner is. The old formula was already very thick, but it worked really well for my low porosity, high density, fine, 2C/3A hair–minimal frizz, great conditioning, and really good wave/curl formation.

As someone who only detangles/combs in the shower the old formula had AMAZING slip. Well, everything great about the old formula is gone and the new formula is terrible. The new formula is even thicker but leaves my hair drier, weighs my hair down, and yet it is somehow frizzy with terrible wave/curl formation.

I cannot easily get a detangling comb through my hair even with my hair saturated with the new formula. From the texture and changes my assumption is that the conditioner was reformulated with more/different protein and for all of the people with low porosity hair who previously loved the conditioner it is now a nightmare with too much protein.

The product is now more like the K-Pak line, which I truly don’t understand having 2 ultra thick high protein similar products. I really can’t believe this product was tested with consumers and anyone liked this better than the old formula.

Well, Joico has lost a loyal customer of many years. If you go to the Joico website all of the new reviews are terrible for this product. Joico is now blocking people from leaving bad reviews for it.

I started using this shampoo and conditioner because my boyfriends sister recommended it. Let me tell you the first time I used it, it felt like I was at a salon the smell, the feel, everything. It makes your hair feel so soft.

My old shampoos and conditioners would leave soap build up all over my scalp but this one doesn’t leave anything. I love it and I don’t use anything else. I highly recommend for people who like to straighten their hair or use heat on their hair in general.

It really helps repair your hair from the heat damage. Go buy a bottle it’s great!!.

I used this conditioner along with the damage defense shampoo and my hair felt incredible even while still wet. With the products I was using before (drugstore), my hair felt dry and stringy needing a ton of additional products afterwards to bring it back to life, some people would say DUUHHH lol.

I have previously color treated hair that is mostly grown out so my hair is fairly healthy and shiny although coarse and frizzy if i’m not careful. I no longer need a leave-in conditioner, only thermal defense.

I have tried EVERYTHING. This is exceptional. After years of dying my hair dark brown, I decided it was time to transition to blonde so I can ease up on my time spent at the salon. At the moment, I am highlighting about every 5 weeks to lighten the died strands, and to maintain the integrity of my hair, I have been using products to help strengthen and condition.

I started with Olaplex – and while decent – wasn’t overly impressed. K-18 was next and honestly, I just can’t understand the hype as it did nothing. I decided to give this system a try and WOW. In ONE wash my hair is silky, shiny and looks fantastic! I got the oil, mask and conditioner.

First off, you’ll be impressed by the AMOUNT of product you get. I finally feel like the investment matches the bottle size. It smells pleasant, the conditioner feels like a drink of water going on your hair and the results were amazing.

Love pureology products. I haven’t splurged on a good quality hair product for myself in a few years. yes I said years lol. The combo (shampoo/conditioner) took a bit to get here but when I used them ahhhh.

that’s what my hair said! Lol I was a little surprised by the size of them, smaller than I anticipated, but I still would’ve purchased the products because the amount you need is so little to get an extreme lather.

I used too much the first time with the shampoo, about a quarter size or so, it took a while for the suds to go down my tub drain. The conditioner depends on what I’m wanting conditioned which is usually my ends, none of my scalp area due to thin hair and it may cause a greasy look.

Before I forget I suppose I should explain my hair type as well for any of you thin haired people out there. My hair is very long and goes to the lower end of my back/butt cheek area. It’s very thin though, thyroid issues doesn’t help matters either.

Only my ends are colored about 4 inches and the rest is a mix of browns and some gray and I’m 50. I don’t feel it did much for the dead ends with color but I don’t think it should either. That’s where a trim of ends come into play, no product can “heal” damage to a certain degree imo.

On my real color of hair though. wow. it’s been along time since I’ve felt my hair this way. It felt clean and healthy and just plain nice for a change. Yes I recommend Pureology products a 100%! I also use their leave in treatment, I forget the correct name, but it’s golden especially for thin hair.

It doesn’t make it greasy unless you use too much of course then it will. I believe, but not totally sure, you can purchase sample size of their products on Planet Beauty. Then you’re not wasting money if you don’t like it.

First off I love everything about this conditioner except for one thing but that one thing is definently not worth taking a star away. This pureology sheer conditioner definetly deserves five stars I love it.

The texture is nice and thick not watery at all and you only need a little bit for a large amount of hair so if you have thick or long hair this will work just as good for you as it does for people with very little to very fine hair.

My favorite thing about this pureology sheer conditioner is that when you put this in your hair it gives your scalp that fresh tingiling feeling it feels like your conditioning it with some refreshing peppermint which brings me to the smell of it well of course its amazing very pepperminty which I love so much.

This smells nothing like the pureology sheer shampoo which im okay with because I dont really care for the smell of the shampoo. If you dont like peppermint i wouldnt suggest you get this because its very pepperminty.

Well than we got the one thing that I dont like about this pureology sheer conditioner its supposed to be for color treated hair ( hair thats dyed) but it pulls out a lot of the hair dye which is a bummer but its still worth the buy so i definetly reccomend.

I received the Pureology Hydrate Sheer products from Influenster for review purposes and have been using the shampoo & conditioner combo for the past 2. 5-3 weeks to give it a fair chance prior to reviewing.

For reference I have fine, wavy hair that has considerable damage and split-ends from bleaching my hair every 3 months as well as pretty regular use of hot tools/blowdryer. Therefore, I’m in desperate need of hydrating/repairing products that also don’t weigh down my fine hair.

As for the Hydrate Sheer Conditioner, it’s a decent conditioner and gets the job done. It felt like I needed to use a little bit more than usual to coat my hair, but my hair feels smooth after use and didn’t weigh my hair down like other conditioners often do.

My hair is admittedly softer and hydrated after using the shampoo/conditioner pair together – however, I do NOT think this conditioner outperforms my regular favorite products from other high end brands – and at this price point I really do expect a higher quality product or at least a more noticable change after nearly 3 weeks of continued use.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the scent at first, but it did grow on me over time and now I quite enjoy the fragrance. Overall, it’s a nice conditioner and I will continue to use the rest of the bottle, but I would not repurchase products from this line as I feel there are better performing conditioners out there for damaged hair at a more affordable price point.

I’m in love with this. I wouldn’t have bought it; but I was telling my sister I couldn’t find a good conditioner; they all weigh down my hair or leave some nasty residue (even one from sally’s ). She reminded me about this one (Aussie Deep conditioner) and how I used to steal some from her when I was a kid.

It was good lol. So i bought it like eh, it’s affordable. If it doesn’t work, oh well. So I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now; I love it!!! My hair is so soft after. My hair feels light and it feels like there is no residue.

My hair is naturally straight (just adding that info). If you look into ingredients, I do too! I understand this had alcohols, but if you do research there is different types of alcohols. They’re not all drying.

And I can’t remember if this has silicones, but not all silicones are bad. Some can cause buildup, but that’s an easy solution with a clarifying shampoo. I absolutely love this product and wish I bought it years ago.

I have long curly hair that is currently yeeting out of my scalp due to telogen effluvium (thanks covid!). My scalp is a mess. I have to use Nizoral and as such, that can be extremely drying to my hair.

I don’t wash the ends and I try to focus on the scalp, but you know, it still rinses out and drips down my hair. The silicone free conditioners I was using for the curly girl method just were not cutting it and the ones with heavy shea butters seemed to irritate my skin.

My hair was looking rough. So I went back to this old favorite and I am glad I did. This is a nice thick formula that coats my hair and leaves it moisturized and easy to detangle with a wide toothed comb.

My curls look great again and not a frizzy dried out mess.

I used to use this product back before they did all the confusing rebranding and when they had one product simply called: 3 minute miracle. No ‘moist’ or ‘curly’ – just 3 minute miracle. It was fragrance free.

It was AMAZING. Truly the best conditioner I’ve ever used. After trying many other ‘fancier’ conditioners, I’ve tried coming back to this but I don’t think it’s quite the same. Even the consistency is less think.

The ‘moist’ version is what I assume is closest to the original but it’s not the amazing conditioner it used to be. Really really which they’d bring that ‘classic’ formula back. Sigh.

I was so happy and excited because this doesn’t have isopropyl alcohol and my hair is already very dry. I’ve used it so far two times and today I look at the ingredients and sure enough it’s not the same as on the Ulta web/app.

They have now added isopropyl alcohol and other damaging ingredients. It’s a 10 was so great when they first came out but they got greedy. They’ve changed ingredients in all their products and add bad fillers to make more product, and has formaldehyde releasers.

They might be cruelty free, but they obviously don’t care about our health, as long as it’s making them money.

This line of products never disappoint. This conditioner especially, leaves your hair easy to comb even in the shower with your fingers running through. I have bleached hair and always find it knot up easily but this conditioner helps me not worry about the knotting.

It makes my hair smell good, feel soft at the touch and sleeks it down for me. It works better for me than the Olaplex. It is a pretty penny but again works the best and since I only wash my hair 2-3times a week it lasts me well.

Honestly this review is not about the ITS A 10 MirACLE. I couldn’t find any information about this product, HAIR PlUS I don know if any of you have heard about it? Ok, but this is a really game changer , I had so much damage on ma hair do to too much dyed and bleaching my hair.

And because of this and part of my immune system desease. I completely lost so much hair and is thinning. But since I started using this products they have help me tremendously in repairing my hair, it grew super long and strong.

It took me about a year to grew my hair. This products are natural, and chemical free. So if you are loosing hair or just trying to repair it to its health back. I really recommend this hair products.

I have curly hair that has been very damaged by bleaching/straightening in the past and through lockdown I cut a lot off and have been focusing on getting really healthy hair and learning to look after curls properly.

I also started only using clean beauty products in this time. It’s important to only cleanse curly hair gently to keep as much moisture in as possible. This lathers really well for a natural shampoo, smells incredible and together with the conditioner is my favourite thing to use for healthy, shiny, soft hair.

I also use the inner sense hydrating hair bath and conditioner which you can get on here – I have found my hair reacts better when I mix up hair products otherwise it gets used to them. I use the matching rahua hydration detangler spray as well, and the curl styling products from inner sense.

I trust that products stocked on naturismo only have good ingredients. I have been using these hair products since September and my hair has never looked better. I wash my hair twice a week alternating brands but both are only 1/3 used up in 4 months, so even though they are expensive they are definitely worth a shot.

Excited to try more from this brand.

Over the summer I developed an itchy patch of skin on my scalp. I was already using an all natural shampoo at the time, but it got so bad that I had to avoid shampooing or conditioning that area at all, and had to take breaks from even getting my hair wet.

I tried a couple of other natural shampoos, nothing had any affect on the itching. Then I came across Rahua, and on a whim decided to give it a try. I bought the travel size of the classic and the hydration shampoos, and the hydration conditioner really just to test the scents (I’m super sensitive to scents).

I was not expecting any change in my scalp condition. However, literally the moment I used this shampoo on my scalp, the itching immediately stopped. Months of trying not to give myself a bald patch from scratching, and this shampoo just magically made it go away.

I am now extremely grateful that I tried these. The scents for the Hydration and the Classic are not strong at all. I don’t even notice it when I get out of the shower, which is perfect for me. Also I noticed my wavy hair isn’t as poofy, and it looks a bit shinier too.

I really like this refill pouch! Grateful to not buy another plastic bottle. This is my second purchase of this shampoo. I have fine and straight hair and am always in need of good volume products. I really like this shampoo! I am sensitive to a lot of ingredients commonly found in cosmetics, this shampoo does not irritate my skin and gives a good lather.

A little goes a long way, my first bottle lasted me six months. Cleans hair well, hair stays clean longer, it doesn’t get oily as fast. It also smells refreshing and lovely. Gives my hair the weightless body I want with healthy ingredients that keep hair healthy and shiny.

One of my favourite shampoos! I also started using the volume conditioner. And this shampoo feels luxurious and beautiful, while being healthy and clean. So nice to have in my hair care routine.

I never experienced a reaction to shampoo or conditioner until I tried the All Soft line from Redken. It took me three days to figure out that the culprit was the shampoo and conditioner, and it was three days of having bright red, water blistered, hive riddled, itchy face, neck, and lips – felt like my lips were burning off and the only thing that made them feel better was Vaseline.

At first I actually thought I had managed to somehow chemically burn my face, which wasn’t the case. I finally realized it was this shampoo as it was the only new thing I had incorporated into my routine and looked up the ingredients – it has most of the fragrance causing allergy ingredients that are warned against in addition to a lot of bad ingredients that are known to release formaldehyde and other irritants.

I did a patch test on my arm and within 10 minutes my skin started burning. If this works for you, great. But even if you don’t have a reaction, the ingredients were so concerning to me at this point now that I’ve educated myself that I would absolutely not buy this or recommend this to anyone else.

I’ve used other Redken products with no issues, but this set really massacred my skin.

I’ve tried everything on my hair. I have 2c-3a curls, very fine individual hairs, but an absolute TON of it. This results in extremely tangled, frizzy hair that takes forever to manage. But not with All Soft! I used it religiously when I was in my late teens and early twenties, but eventually got bored and started trying new stuff.

I never could quite get that softness back with anything else, but chalked it up to hormones from having babies and living in weird climates. Recently, I started struggling with new coarser hairs (I’m 37 and starting to see some gray).

Those hairs were getting tangled and snapping off, which hurts like crazy and makes my hair look like I stuck my finger in an electrical outlet. I was losing so much hair every time I washed, and was washing far less frequently to save my hair from certain death.

Frustrated and frizzy and honestly ready to shave my head, I went back to my old friend All Soft (and leveled up to the Mega version), and washing my hair is pleasant again! The comb goes through like butter, and my hair feels soft and pliable.

When I would wake up in the morning I would brush my hair but it would take so long that I would get so mad. Second, your hair will be so soft and look very shiny it will be so easy to take care of and style.

I started to use this shampoo after I cut my hair and ever since I have only gone to get my dead ends cut off. Lastly, if you are feeling lazy or you go out of town and forget to take your shampoo with you, you do not have to worry.

Your hair will be looking great for about 2-3 days! I would recommend this product to anyone with long hair. However, if you are looking for something cheap, I wouldn’t recommend this product for you as it can be a little pricey.

This, though, is a quality product. Once you use this shampoo you will never go back. So the next time you’re in town or just in the store go and get some, because who doesn’t want their hair to look great, and it will help your hair a ton and make it feel awesome.

This shampoo conditioner set is AMAZING 😍 I started using it when my hair was in TERRIBLE CONDITION. LIKE SERIOUSLY MY HAIR WAS TERRIBLE. THIS SHAMPOO SAVED IT! So, i was dealing with some medical issues, along side major depression, and some other stuff.

Long story short, my butt length hair became basically an unwanted beehive dreadlock and it took A LONG time (at least a month and a half – working at it everyday for hours on end with help from my mom and a friend) for me to finally brush through it and not shave it off like every one said i was going to have to do.

I lost at least HALF of my hair overall and atleast 6 inches of length. My hair was destroyed to say the least. I used this shampoo, and it instantly felt soft, hydrated, shiny, and without this stuff I would have been even more defeated.

This shampoo, seriously, helped me feel human again. No BS. Seriously. I love this stuff, it’s amazing! I would recommend it to anyone, but just be prepared to spend a little more than you are used to.

I typically use the red bottle of Wella shampoo & conditioner, but wasn’t able to find it in the store for a long time. I reverted back to my Aussie shampoo & conditioner which completely dried out my recently blonde highlighted 3C curls.

I had always heard good things about Pureology but could not get myself to spend the money. I bought the small bottles of strength cure shampoo and conditioner. Just after one wash I could see a difference, which I hated because I wanted every excuse to not like this product! Within 2 weeks my hair looked amazing.

The color was vibrant, my curls were flourishing, it overall just looked better than it ever has in my life! Once I finished the small bottles I went back to Wella, and although my hair didn’t look bad, it was not even comparable to how healthy it looked while I was using this.

Now that these are on sale I’m stocking up for the year because I don’t know how I could ever be without it! If you are not sure about this product and are questioning why a shampoo/conditioner would be over $70, take the risk and TRY THIS! I am 100% sold and have told all my boujee friends and family members.

I like how my hair feels and the conditioner feels light and creamy. The smell is good. I think I’m seeing fewer flyaways and less frizz. Maybe it is actually strengthening my hair, but I’ve also been using a mini bottle of that 30 benefits leave-in spray-which I’m out of as of today.

do notice my hair looking a bit greasy after just a day, but it is blonde-not color treated, and shows grease lines easily, especially since I’m back at work as a teacher spending much less time outside and there’s less sun now that it’s fall-and I’m down to a sulfate shampoo since ai didn’t receive the shampoo but I haven’t received the shampoo yet even though I ordered the duo.

I want to try them all before investing in any liter bottles. Years back, my sister had me try her Nano Works in a light green bottle, and it was amazing, but that type is no longer made, and the Nano Gold is even more expensive than the others and not the same.

I think this may be awesome-just the scent isn’t my favorite, but it’s really nice and so much better than anything else I have. I don’t normally buy expensive products, buy I’ve read Pureology is really good and do see and feel a difference!.
