This product is nice it makes his hair soft and it cleans well. He says its definitely cooling, makes his scalp kinda tingle but in a good way. Contains Natural ingredients so thats a plus. It’s on the expensive side so they have to remember to be a little more conservative with it.

But over all its a good buy. Apparently it burns like fire if you get it I’m your eyes tho, I assume the tea tree oil is what makes it so intense.

What a great product, eliminates dandruff and smells amazing, plus it’s natural so you can read the label of contents it’s made of, and actually understand it, unlike some other brands which you need to pull out your chemistry book for.

All in all great product, there’s 4 scents as of this review, I’d recommend fresh falls and pine tar because those smell amazing in my opinion, and on top of that the scent stays in my hair which I really enjoy.

Out of all of the hair care I’ve used throughout the years, this is the one that has really worked for me and actually made a noticeable difference in my hair. Would definitely recommend, not to mention all natural.

I love the smell of this first off. Secondly, I really love that it does work to thicken my hair. I put just a little product in and it works perfectly. I will switch from other pricier brands to this brand.

I’ve been seeing the Roman brand at Walmart lately and wanted to give this shampoo a try. After a few washes I can already see and feel my hair getting thicker. The minty smell is nice too. Overall I’m really happy with the product and will be checking out the conditioner as well.

I am 54 year old man who is big fan of Jack Black products for last 10+ years. I tried this shampoo because of it says ‘thickening’ shampoo. I used it for 2 months, but actually I lose more hair than before.

So, I stopped and looking for other anti-hair loss shampoo. Anti-hair loss is a huge butter market as you know. How can you make this kind of worst product with Jack Black brand on ??? This is my first disappointment of your product.

This stuff WORKS and LASTS FOREVER! I was originally on the fence about buying it because of the price, but I can now say it is completely worth it. I use it every other day and the big bottle has lasted me about 8-9 months! It’s very thick so you don’t need nearly as much compared to other shampoos, even with my shoulder length hair.

It also did wonders for my hair, my family and friends have all commented on how much thicker my hair seems since I started using it. My first bottle is finally nearly empty and I already have another one on the way.

During lockdown my husband and I tried hair care products together (more like I tried them on him) because we both have fine thin hair. The Jack Black is good for fine hair because it gives his body – he grew it out to his chin and he’s got big curls at the ends.

Looks more full as opposed to lank. When he uses the conditioner with it – it’s not as fluffy but either way it works for him so much so I bought the same for his twin brother. It didn’t work for me, too tangly, but I have long hair.

I would prefer a little more moisture. On the odd occasion I’ll use it if I’m not styling my hair.

I absolutely love the Kerastase Genesis Homme Shampoo, the Kerastase Spray De Force Epaississant, and the Kerastase Cire D’Epaisseur Texturisante instant thickening molding clay. First of all, all three products smell amazing.

( I love it’s smell ). Second, after washing your hair with the shampoo, not only does it smell good, but it leaves your hair feeling so clean. The Spray De Force Does what it supposed to do. It makes your hair feel so much thicker and fuller.

As for the Cire D’Epaisseur Texturisante instant thickening molding clay, it does what it’s supposed to do. It has just the right amount of holding power to keep your hair in place and not all stiff like a lot of these products do.

And it also makes your hair feel a lot fuller and thicker. It took me a few tries with the spray and molding clay in order to get the right amount of in my hair and not put too much of each product in my hair.

In conclusion I love all three of these products that I was given for free. I’m going to continue using all three products in my daily hair care routine.

This Kérastase Bain De Force Quotidien mens deep cleansing shampoo is salon quality and perfect for weakened, thin, prone to thinning, and prone to falling hair. I was amazed at how well this product cleansed my scalp and strengthened the individual fibers of my hair just by one week of using it.

First, the aroma it produced while lathering was so soothing and relaxing. The way it glides into my hair with added cooling effect, instantly purifies my hair, it really has proven to work so much quicker and improves the texture of my strands.

I was given this product for free to test out and let me say I am very impressed. I have been using the shampoo for the past week and a half and really like the way it cleans and feels after I use it.

When I am judging a good working shampoo I look for a couple of things. The first is the smell of the product. Keratase Genesis Homme Bain De Force Quotiden has a very nice smell. It is not to strong but also not weak.

The second thing I look for is how the product soaps up for the amount I used. This shampoo really came in with the suds. I was able to use a small amount and get good coverage on the hair. The feeling of cleaning while it is in is also very powerful.

The last thing I look for is how the hair feels after getting out of the shower. With this product, I could really feel how soft it made the hair after washing. That feeling really carried for the rest of the day also.

I would 100% recommend this product to family and friends and I would buy this product for myself next time I need a good shampoo.

Smell is great! Definitely moisturizing! BUT polyquats in the first couple ingredients definitely caused me issues. I was washing my hair today and the build up was really bad. Initially, I added more product and kept scrubbing with the hopes that the hair wash would remove it until I looked at the ingredients list and the build up was getting worse.

I had use a clarifying shampoo to remedy the situation. Polyquats aren’t bad but I usually expect to find them in a conditioner vs a shampoo-like product. I would expect a shampoo to remove build up and not cause it.

I got this for my husband to try something new since he is always using my products. He loves this, he says it lathers great and it smells great. He loves the way his hair smells after he washes it. He also says his hair feels very soft and hydrated.

Once upon a time, companies started making most men’s styling products out of wax, petroleum, and other greasy jar products that are really hard to get out of your hair. In response, they also made their Men’s shampoos a lot more harsh, and the conditioners way too heavy.

The result was products that are hard on your hair over time, especially if you don’t use jar products at all. You have to condition almost every day to keep your hair from drying out, which isn’t great for your hair if it’s shorter.

I’ve tried a lot of designer shampoos for men, and most of them aren’t great. Sure, they’re better than Head and Shoulders, but most of them are really harsh on your hair, or the silicones build up and make your hair dull over time.

I decided to give this a try, and I was blown away at how well it works. It’s moisturizing, but doesn’t weigh your hair down. It cleans out products, but doesn’t strip your hair and make your scalp feel dry.

Baxter of California was recently bought by L’Oreal. I was curious as to why the Shampoo bottle changed in size (from 10 oz to 8 oz. ) with a higher price tag. If it was only that, it wouldn’t be the end of the world.

Unfortunately they changed the formula, and it’s bad. It doesn’t smell as good, it doesn’t keep my hair as clean as it used to. Don’t think it’s the same shampoo, This one is now called Daily fortifying Shampoo, and the previous formula was “Daily Protein Shampoo”.

For me, two completely different products. Men don’t have a lot of choices as compared to women, and by changing formula I’m now stuck with 3 x 476 ml bottles of unsatisfying shampoo and in search of a new shampoo.

The smell of this shampoo is fresh and clean. The pump is so nice and easy to use. The refreshing clean feeling of my hair is FANtasic. My husband also really likes this – now we just have the one shampoo.

I’ve been using American Crew for over 15 years, but the formula has now changed. This is NOT the same minty shampoo/conditioner you bought last time. This shampoo unfortunately smells like lemon pledge cleaning spray and leaves my hair feeling completely stripped.

The conditioner smells like orange tang powder, but is borderline pleasant. The bottle of shampoo I received was only a quarter full, and the box was in perfect condition so I know it didn’t leak during shipping.

They either have a QA problem, or a returned bottle made it back into the supply to be shipped out again which is an even bigger problem. I’ve reached out to Customer Support multiple times with no reply.

I haven’t used this product in a long time. I do remember it very clearly. I bought this at one of the discounted or liquidated stores. If I remember right it was either t. j. Maxx or Burlington. It is very Vivid in my imagination that I was trying to do everything to get rid of it.

I know it stayed in my downstairs bathroom with a little bit left in the bottle. I hated the residue that it left on my hair and the lack of my hair feeling clean after using this. My ex-husband was very bad about using the last of a product once it got down to the bottom of it.

It sat in his shower downstairs until one day I used the last of it. I always thought it was a product for men and that was a reason that I never bought it again. I thought maybe it was fine just for men and that’s why I didn’t work for me.

For many years I know people bragged about the Crew brand.

One of the best cleansing shampoos I’ve come across. I use a lot of styling products in my hair and this was great at cleaning and removing the residue build-up. My hair was literally “squeaky clean” after use.

It lathered well and had a great scent, in fact the only downside being the smell didn’t last long after use. Still as brief as it was this shampoo makes a great change to the other more floral scented cleansing shampoos on the market.

Is it worth the price? Since I don’t use this type of shampoo that often (only to remove styling residue every few days) I’d say it’s a worthwhile investment to have in your bathroom/shower. I have bought it for years and never disappointed.

I am a fan of Paul Mitchell (“PM”) products and have been using them for over 30 years. Over the years, I’ve used 7 other PM shampoos and recently discovered Heavy Hitter. I was searching for a shampoo that did not contain Cocamidopropyl Betaine (aka Coco-Betaine), Salicylic Acid (aka willow tree bark), or Benzyl Salicylate (an ester derived from Salicylic acid as these all cause my scalp to itch severely.

In the past, I would look for shampoos that stated they were volumizing or added body. In looking at the ingredients, I found that those types of shampoos contained one of the ingredients that was causing my scalp itch.

I wash my hair daily and after 2 days, my scalp itch was gone and I noticed that my hair has more fullness and body than it’s ever had before. Another added bonus is that my hair color lasts longer. I do not know why you market this as a men’s shampoo because it is fantastic and I had difficulty finding it in Ulta because they put in the men’s section of the store instead of with all the other PM products.

If the men’s classification is based on the cedar scent, I suggest you make the same exact formula and just switch the cedar scent for an apple or citrus scent. Bottom line – this shampoo is the BEST so please don’t ever stop making it!.

The Citrus Rush shampoo is a three in one formula: shampoo, bodyweight, and hair conditioner. Being that men don’t exactly want to be bothered by as many products as us women, I think this makes the product more convenient.

I bought bottles of this for my boyfriend and my father as they were hoping to try it. The basic consensus is the product has an engergizing/refreshing citrus scent that is not overpowering. It “awakens” you, according to my boyfriend in a sense.

The product as a shampoo/conditioner lathers well, rinses well, and leaves your hair feeling manageable and clean. No residue and conditions well. As a body wash, it gives a creamy, rich lather that gently yet effectively cleanses the body and skin, safe enough even for sensitive skin.

The shampoo is very fairly priced, a good value for the quality and size of the product. It leaves a fresh, pleasant lingering scent.

It’s mens but my husband and I use this. I really like that it’s a 3-in-1 product— shampoo+ conditioner+ body wash. Which makes it multitasking product that we all need in our busy hectic lives. I also love the citrus smell.

Suave is a very budget friendly brand but the product itself is not low quality at all imo. It’s not my first pick that grab for or that I buy first but if it’s the only thing to grab from my shower shelf then cool.

It leaves me feeling fresh and clean with soft skin. Can’t complain too much especially for the price. I highly recommend for a fall back product when you’re out of your regular shampoo, conditioner, and/or body wash until you get to the store.

This product comes in a hefty size. Packaging is sleek and standard for a men’s branded product. Nothing too eye catching or luxurious about it, at least in my perspective. The scent is a more softer and sweeter men’s style fragrance than most men’s marketed products.

After using this product for two weeks (one week strictly used for hair, the other for body) and I’d say this is a solid product for the value. The amount of product is very generous, but understandable since it’s a 3-in-1 product.

I would purchase this product for travel since it cuts down on the numerous travel bottles of product I’d need to pack and hope doesn’t spill in my luggage (haha). As a cis male, I wasn’t stunned or amazed by the product, but I wasn’t disappointed.

The highlight ingredient was charcoal and I did notice it helped with the oiliness of my hair and my hair was left smooth and fresh after usage. But it wasn’t any more soft or any other dramatic and noticeable effect like some other products have stunned me with in the past.

I give this a solid 4/5 stars because although I may be a more feminine man who doesn’t mind taking extra steps in beauty products – I do think this is a quality product for a man who just wants a one-and-done type of product that gets them fresh and new.

Blackwood for Men moisturizing shampoo is pretty good stuff. My favorite girl likes the scent, even though she is sensitive to perfume odors. I like the way the shampoo feels on my hair, what of it remains.

The shampoo dispenser is also good, with good flow and clean after dispensing. Overall, I find Blackwood for Men moisturizing shampoo to be a good product. My best girl has allergies to many things, including being sensitive to strong perfumes.

The scent added to this shampoo is a masculine musky smell. As the scent wares throughout the day, it weakens but does not totally disappear. By the end of the day, the shampoo smell is very light and pleasing.

This shampoo, at first blush, is a very strong smelling shampoo, but it tames down as time progresses and becomes very palatable quickly. As the shampoo dispenses, it is a gel. The dispenser is a pump which, if not watched, can dispense too much shampoo.

The scent is strong coming out of the bottle. Since it is a moisturizing shampoo, the shampoo leaves a filmy feeling on the hands as it mixes with water. The shampoo lathers, but not excessively. Overall, the shampoo leaves my hair feeling a little waxy instead of clean.

Since I have very short hair, I don’t need sculpting and extra body really doesn’t exist. This shampoo comes with a pump dispenser. I’ve used this for about a week and find the dispenser clean and free of clogs.

On my initial use, I found the pump dispenses much-too-much shampoo for my use. After a few uses, I found a sweet spot to get the right amount of shampoo for my purposes. Once it dispenses, the shampoo leaves the bottle cleanly, with a little residue at the opening.

The following day, the residue appears to have either dripped or dried from the opening. Overall, it is a clean dispenser and easy to become used to. I am happy with the quality of the Blackwood moisturizing shampoo.

As a daily shampoo user, I find it to have a pleasant masculine smell which my best lady doesn’t object to. I also find it to be decent to my bathroom without making a mess. My only complaint is that the shampoo leaves a slight filmy residue behind.

Overall, it is a good brand of shampoo.

I wanted to write a review on this product and express my sheer disappointment in its performance. By far though, this is the worst Conditioner I’ve ever used! I have it two stars because yes my hair is slightly softer than if I didn’t use conditioner at all, but this product doesn’t soften or condition my hair anywhere near as good as other products I have used including suave, dove, and others.

This conditioner is quite runny and not very thick like a typical conditioner is, and I blame this for why it doesn’t work. I feel like whatever this is made out of just isn’t quite as good as a typical conditioner is.

My hair is all weird on the ends and just isn’t soft like I desired. Because of this, I won’t be continuing to purchase this product anymore. I will buy a different brand as I know how it will effect my hair.

I will include a 2 day picture and a 2week picture for comparison. The 2 day picture is the one in which my hair isn’t curly. The 2 week picture my hair is longer and curlier now, but it isn’t the desired softness or look I was hoping for compared to other brands if conditioner.

I have been losing hair and it’s starting to thin so this shampoo caught my eye. It has a very clean and soothing scent and leaves your scalp feeling fresh (that might be the licorice root and aloe vera).

It’s paraben & gluten-free and has no phthalates, triclosan, or dyes that might be harmful for people with shining hair. I’ve only used it for less than 2 weeks so I can’t tell if it’s really effective yet but I’ve notice less hair in the catch drain after every shower.

It uses ingredients known to increase scalp circulation like ginseng root and swertia. The bottle feels premium, very simple in design yet practical because you can see how much product is still available.

The pump is well made and lets you easily control how much product you need. The shampoo is more runny than other shampoos with lots of chemicals but it still can lather up nicely. Worth trying if you are in similar situation to I am with thinking hair.

Love this conditioner. Leaves my head tingling and cool. Hair is strong and manageable. I will say it has a STRONG menthol and mint smell which I love but some people may not like it.

This shampoo is great in my opinion. My favorite of all time for my hair and my body wash. Love the smell and it makes me feel good. I do like the older formula a little better I dont know why they changed it but this stuff is still really good.

I switched to Particle because I had debeloped a sensitivity to the caffeine shampoo I was using. I like Particle because it contains all natural ingredients. Some similar shampoos claim to be all natural but then use a chemical preservative.

It also leaves my hair soft and mangeable without any residues. It started slowing my hair loss almost immediately. I’m starting to see some new hair growth, so time will tell how well the shampoo works with regrowth.

Now that my husband is 50 I have showed him how to step up his skin and hair care. He has lots of hair but I can see a change in his hairline which honestly isn’t a big change but as we get older the texture and moisture in our hair changes and this product keeps his very fine hair, moisturized, voluminous and shiny and it smells great.
