No, no, no. I never write a review on stuff because if it does not work for me I usually just use it til it’s gone then try something else but this shampoo and conditioner it the worse. I tried both purple shampoo and conditioner and the regular hard water shampoo and conditioner and they both were terrible.

They made my hair fall out and made my hair feel dry and brittle. I only wash my hair about every 2 or 3 days depending on what I’m doing and my hair has never felt so dry and damaged. I have well water so I thought it would be good for my hair but it obviously made it worse.

On top of that, I tried some of the hair wellness remedy packs 2x. The first time made my scalp sting and burn. I Immediately rinsed it out. I thought well maybe I did it wrong so the following week did it again with same results.

Every time I use these products my hair falls out. Never again will I buy them.

This hair care set has been wonderful in helping to counteract the hard water where I live! I use the shampoo and conditioner usually 1-3 times a week (2x on average) and it works very well, keeping my hair silky and mineral-free.

Please be aware that the treatment packets can be quite rough on hair, though – more hair tends to fall out than usual after using one of the packets. For me, the 4 packets that come in this set are perfect for dealing with the buildup that occurs if I’ve only used the shampoo and conditioner 1x per week for a few weeks, but I would (personally) caution against regular use.

But as long as I use the shampoo and conditioner regularly, there’s no issue with this! Use 2-3 times per week is perfect for negating the effects of hard water, and keeping my hair feeling healthy! I’ve been using this product for 1.

This review is what I’ve found during my experience with using this product. This is NOT the same treatment you would get in a salon. It in no way does the same thing. Let’s start with the crystals. All they do is clarify, more accurately, strip your hair of a all oils and any buildup.

It does nothing that the salon product does. If you’re thinking about spending more money on this brand, there’s no need to. You can get the same results from any clarifying shampoo. (Neutrogena’s Clarifying, Gentle Clarifying or Anti-Residue Shampoos are excellent options) Follow that up with a conditioner or a mask, in shower or leave in, and you’ll see the same , or better, results.

(In my opinion, your hair will feel better since the conditioner in this kit is awful. ) Also, there are plenty of clarifying shampoos in the market, not just the one I mentioned above. Now on to the shampoo.

I have hard water at home. My hair becomes very brittle and dull washing with hard water. This conditioner (and the matching shampoo) works wonders for my hair. I get the soft and moisturized hair I normally get from washing with softened water.

It leaves me with little to no breakage and my hair is easy to manage. It doesn’t do much in the way of texturizing my hair, I have long large waves that usually go straight over the course of a day but this shampoo/ conditioner helps maintain my waves longer.

It is great for intermittent washing too. I only was every 3-4 days and this conditioner doesn’t cause a buildup that leaves my hair looking dirty. The scent is very light and gentle as well. The combo is also great for my scalp.

Typical shampoos and conditioner leave my scalp dry and itchy and frequently cause acne, I have none of those issues with this. My daughter also uses this shampoo. She has thick coarse hair that reacts similar to mine with hard water, and she gets all the same benefits from it.

I bought this at Sally’s beauty after dyeing my hair red. Now if you want that bright red hair like me then you know you have to bleach it to get that light undertone before applying the red hair. Whenever you involve bleach with your hair it’s essential almost always going to cause damage and because I did just that it ended up leaving my hair a little dry/fried on the ends.

I picked up this shampoo because I live in an apartment and my shower has a lot of hard water and minerals that come from the pipes. I was very hopeful this shampoo would help to remove all that mineral and hard water buildup, which it did.

however if you are going to use this, use a moisturizing mask afterwards because this will dry out your hair and make it tangly and unmanageable. Also only use this 1-2x monthly to avoid severely dehydrating your hair.

This is an inexpensive product compared to other hard water or detox shampoos, but i have noticed the pricier options hydrate your hair a bit more while washing with them. Overall the product works, but the dryness afterwards is something to watch out for.

After one wash I can feel a difference in my hair. We live out in the country and use county water and you can smell the metals in it as you shower. I can’t really even color my hair anymore because the water strips it out inside 3 weeks time.

My complaint is that my bottles leaked everywhere and I lost over half my product in shipping. When I pulled them out of their box, both lids were completely unscrewed and product was everywhere. This is my absolute favorite go to shampoo! I will not buy any other products currently. I have extensions in my hair and since extensions do not get the natural oil from your scalp, your have to use additional moisturizer to keep them healthy.

These products does just that. It also smells amazing! So if you have dry hair, it needs hydration, or if you have extensions. This product is for you!.

My absolute fav clarifying shampoo. It is the real deal and will clean that hair and scalp from all build up. Just be careful to not use too frequently. It lathers really nice to make you feel like you’re getting clean, and smells so so good…like grapefruit if I recall correctly.

Since I use it so sparingly, it’s worth every penny. Plus I really like the sleek, clean packaging and design. 10/10.

This shampoo did the trick, in just one wash! I use it once a week to keep my hair full of life and healthy. My hair is also recovering from post partum hair loss and this has helped restore my locks.

It’s about $20 a bottle and well worth it! A little goes a long way.

This is my first time using a Pacifica hair care product. I have used a sunscreen of theirs in the past and I liked it so I thought I’d give this a shot. Pros:Smell is nice. Not a strong or overwhelming coconut scent but still noticeable.

Hair looks clean. There’s not a lot of sudsing with this shampoo because its more of a cleansing shampoo. My hair does not feel dry. It doesn’t feel more moisturized either but at least it’s not drier.

Cons:My hair doesn’t feel clean. It looks clean once it’s dry but my hair feels gross. It doesn’t look oily right after it’s dry but it feels heavy against my head. Maybe it’s leaving residues behind?My hair only looks clean for about 8 hours once it’s dry.

After 8 hours, forget about it. Time to bring in the dry shampoo because my head looks like I sprayed oil in it.

Since my hair survived my most recent round of chemo in 20′. I’ve let my hair grow & grow. It is now down to mid behind. The Coconut Power Long & Strong conditioner is perfect for my long locks. It conditions without leaving hair heavy or greasy.

The fragrance is subtle & not overwhelming. My only wish is that it would come in larger size. Even though I don’t condition daily, I still go through more bottles of conditioner than shampoo because I’ve got A LOT of thick beautiful hair to care for.

This conditioner is awesome! It smells so good! I have used Pacific Pineapple curls for awhile, and I decided to change because I wanted to try something new. The only issue I have found with this conditioner, is that you cannot put it on your roots (like the directions say) or you just can’t seem to wash it out good enough.

It made my scalp look super greasy. The second and third times I used it, I just applied it almost to my scalp, but not to my roots, which left my hair clean, and not oily. All in all, it’s a great product, but the directions are deceiving (at least for my hair type).

I do not believe in “cure all” products, I find most are gimmicks, however these two products were a complete game changer and hair saver for me!! I had no frizz, no split ends sticking up everywhere and my hair looked so full and soft I truly can’t believe it, I also can’t keep my hands out of my hair, it hasn’t been this soft and silky since I was a teenager.

I used this product once after swimming and my somewhat curly partially grey hair and non chemically treated hair was a dry lifeless mess afterwards even after using a good moisture treatment. I am certain that this shampoo is effective at dealing with chlorine and other mineral deposits on the hair but while my chlorinated pool has a pH of level of 7.

No shampoo, even one for swimming, should be above a 7, which is neutral, and for optimal hair and scalp health a shampoo that is used on a regular basis, should be a 4.

I brought this on a trip to Phoenix, AZ to use after swimming to remove chlorine. I have bleached hair (Asian dark brunette to blonde/grey) and did not want to risk my bleached hair turning green. This product worked fantastically and was not overly drying.

I did use a conditioner after shampooing though. The only thing to mention is that the travel sized bottle is marked as 3. 4 oz and not 3 oz as TSA requires. No one in TSA seemed to notice this slight amount discrepancy though.

Not a great as thought it would be but it is a decent combo. The shampoo is extremely thick. I had to unscrew the cap to dispense. The crystal pack seemed to work well and foams nicely. The conditioner was also too thick to dispense so I again had to remove the cap.

I didn’t like the feel of my hair with the conditioner, it almost felt like I had not even put conditioner in it. I would definitely use another conditioner over this formula next time. It was hard to comb through and I needed a detangling spray before styling.

The hair was more shiny than normal but color was not as nice as expected. I probably would not purchase this brand again just because the conditioner was not good.

After loving the results I achieved just using the hard water wellness packet I decided to buy this collection. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a nice orange scent, the shampoo bubbles up pretty decent and the conditioner provides light hydration.

I would not use this product daily unless You have severe hard water issues. It definitely works as advertised but I would recommend using it in conjunction with a good hydrating conditioner. IMO overall, unless you have major issues with hard water, the wellness packet used once a week is good enough.

It works wonders on its own. I was able to pick it up on prime and have it within a day.

Okay so the product i am trying to review was not in the search options, the brand is though. This brand R+Co. Is amazing. Ive used a few products from this brand before but this is by far my favorite! The picture is the product in talking about btw.

Its the R+Co. Teacup detox rinse. You shampoo and condition your hair like normal and then starting at the scalp you massage this into your scalp snd then rub it through all hair. Then leave on 1-3 minutes then rinse.

It says you should use it once a week also. So let me tell you, my scalp feels clean and my hair feels so lightweight and super soft. I dont blowdry my hair, i let it air-dry and usually straighten it or do loose wave curls.

After it was dry, i straightened it and omg, my hair looks shiny and silky, and not greasy at all. Im so happy i saw this product for way cheaper on a Facebook group where people can sell buy and trade beauty and haircare products! I recommend! #R+Co.

I have curly hair (thinning, coarse, dry but lots of volume). I got this shampoo to use as needed for those times when I’ve been using a lot of product and need a clean slate. So first, the bottle is small.

It’s not a lot for the price. However, if you use it every now and then (as I do), I think it could last a while. It’s not, for me, an everyday shampoo, for its purpose or its price. Unlike what some reviewers said, it doesn’t leave my hair oily.

It leaves it very shiny and healthy looking. I searched for a while to find a clarifying shampoo without sulfates that wouldn’t irritate my scalp or damage my hair – this fits the bill. Because it doesn’t have sulfates, it doesn’t suds up a lot.

This is typical of this kind of product, though, and it does get your hair clean.

It takes a LOT of this product to clean my hair personally. It’s supposed to be a super clarifying shampoo, but I honestly find it to be a very gentle shampoo for people who don’t have incredibly greasy hair.

I have hair that’s chin level in length, and I wash my hair every other day because of said length. Once a week, I’ve been in the habit of clarifying my hair, but I feel like this shampoo doesn’t do the job I want it to do.

I was having product build-up in my hair (understandably so) and my scalp was dry and itchy. Baking powder mixed with water was helping with the itch and helping to clean my hair, but it made my texture coarse.

Was gifted by Bumble and bumble. The Bb Sunday Weekly Detoxifying shampoo is the perfect shampoo to get all the residue out of your healthy non-color treated beautiful locks each week. My hair felt so smooth, felt clean and refreshed.

I received compliments the first time using it from my family members. Not only did my hair feel soft, I didn’t have a big problem like I usually do with frizz living in a humid area. That made me excited! You only need a small amount for your hair and it has a clean light scent not an overpowering smell.

Since I went swimming a lot, I had to look for clarifying shampoos that also removed chlorine. This shampoo does a great job cleaning buildup, and my curls are now coming back from the pool damage. Only two minor cons are: 1) short bottle, though it’s wide-shaped, and sometimes a little goes a long way, and 2) is very drying, but that’s usual of most clarifying shampoos.

Be sure to include deep conditioning and moisturizing into your wash day routine when using this shampoo. 🙂 Important note: If you’re going swimming, be sure to also add some bond repairing treatments like Olaplex or Curlsmith Bond Salve to go along with the rest of the deep cleansing and repairing wash routine alongside this Bumble & Bumble detox shampoo.

It can be drying due to its very deep cleaning, so be sure to add deep conditioners and hydrating and/or protein products.

First the smell of this shampoo is nice. I cannot place it, but it’s not floral which is nice and it’s musky which I love. It also works very well as a clarifying shampoo. I decided to use my sample today because I have recently been hitting the dry shampoo hard and I live in Florida and also have hot flashes, (so basically I sweat a lot) so I figured a good detox could help my hair out tremendously.

I was right! I just finished blowing my hair dry and it’s so shiney and bouncy and clean feeling!! Some of the shine and bounce is probably the conditioner I used ( dpHUE Gloss+ Semi-permanent Hair Color and Deep Conditioner in dark blonde) but I’ve used this conditioner before and didn’t get these results.

I think the combo of this clarifying shampoo and that color depositing deep conditioner is a win! I will definitely consider purchasing a bottle of this because even though it’s a little pricey (I love the tea tree line from PM so not too much more than my normal sc) it’s not a shampoo I would use everyday either so it will last.

I say I wouldn’t use this everyday because while rinsing it out in the shower my hair felt very (very very) squeeky, almost as if it would be too squeeky clean aka dry af, and I noticed that I couldn’t even get my fingers through my hair until I put some conditioner in which is abnormal for me, especially since my hair isn’t even long enough for a ponytail yet (so close!).

So while I love the deep clean I got I don’t think my hair could handle this everyday or even every other day, I would probably use this once a week or less.

I LOVE THIS CLARIFYING SHAMPOO. I never used clarifying shampoo much in the past, because it would dry my hair out cause breakage no matter what I did. I also have a Brazilian Blowout sulfates in shampoos will ruin it, so I had a hard time finding a clarifying shampoo that would work for me.

I thought it was too good to be true, but purchased this anyways to try it out. Let me tell you, I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID. I use this once, sometimes twice a week. Most hair products have silicones in them if you don’t clarify your hair it causes build-up greasy roots/weighs it down.

My favorite day to style my hair is directly after washing with this shampoo. I use a moisture conditioner right after because the best time for your hair to soak in a product is when there’s no barriers after clarifying.

You can feel how clean your hair is directly after rinsing this out, but it doesn’t cause extreme dryness and frizz. It also is one of the only clarifying shampoos that successfully removes the oil build up towards my roots.

I would definitely purchase this if you’re looking for a good clarifying shampoo that gets rid of the bad things in your hair without stripping it of the good things that it needs. It’s a perfect balance I swear by it!.

It has the most beautiful, sweet rose scent, that’s very light and lasts all day long! The gel texture is, similar too honey “thick/sticky” becomes a nice creamy lather once water is added. It massaged through my hair nicely and rinsed out easily *I left it on for a total of 5 mins* My scalp felt/looked clean and refreshed.

I had been following the curly girl method for about a year. I thought that would make my curls bouncy and healthy. It worked at first, but after awhile they were just limp and losing shape. Also, my scalp was starting to flake and I was losing root volume.

This shampoo is *not* CGM approved, but I was desperate. I shampooed twice in one shower, and WOW! New life!! The color depositing pigments from my copper clenditioner by Keracolor DID come out (I mix a bit of that into my Curlsmith cleansing conditioner to keep my copper bright), but the permanent copper dye underneath did not.

After letting my hair air dry, my scalp felt SO MUCH BETTER! It could finally breathe! My products (usually Hold My Softly by Curlsmith, sometimes with Advanced Climate Control Gel Extra Hold by Ouidad) worked better.

My curls had recovered! Thank youuu! 🙏 I’ve now incorporated this shampoo into my regular routine. I use it every 4 weeks before I color my roots. I have now abandoned the Curly Girl Method, and just use good quality products that do what they say they will, such as this shampoo.

I even straighten my hair when I want to, and despite this, my curls still look better than obeying the whoopdidoo CGM. I would recommend this for ALL hair types, even stick-straight. FYI my hair is medium-thick, not highly porous despite being color treated, halfway down my back in length, curls range from 2C-3B.

Like most curly-hair individuals, I have a magnificent collection of hair products. Therefore, I need a clarifying shampoo every once awhile. My hair is well-moisturized, but to keep everything curly and pristine I have to use some pretty heavy product.

Bought this yesterday to clarify my hair today and WOWWWWW! Love love love this so much. Despite all the sulfates, it’s so cleansing and gentle and SO effective! The fruity aroma of this product reminds me so much of Malibu c undo goo- another effective clarify but used on the professional side.
