1- Actual delivery took too long when it was already available in CA 2- Point To Point delivery service was the worst I have had in 30 years. They were very inflexible on date and would charge an extra fee if not present at home.

3- The date promised had only one day and that too nobody called till I called and found that delivery had been canceled. 4–There was no apology and why were they able to change their dates when we had no option but to take it or leave it.

I was specifically waiting at home just for the delivery twice. Is my work not important? 5-I will be putting a Google review letting people know that before you purchase your furniture make sure what trucking company is used.

6-Everyone at Coleman washed their hands off. 7-What is the use of so called White Glove handling boasting when you do not even deliver on time. REALLY A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Our corner piece arrived broken, which we realized 5 minutes after the delivery truck left the driveway and called immediately. When you sit on it it makes a sound of broken wood inside. We were told they were contacting the manufacturer for options and it took almost 2 weeks to hear back.

Their solution is to find our own furniture repair person and send them the receipt, where they will refund us a portion of the repair. For a $6000 couch I find this inexcusable and will not recommend this company or manufacturer to anyone.

I bought this Laertes Living Room Set for my entry way and I keep on getting compliments! I decided not to buy a library table and opted instead for a Living Room Set due to the storage. This Living Room Set from the Laertes was exactly what I needed.

The Midway Recliner (and Gaming) Chair is lovely to look at, doesn’t require too much space (wall hugger), is absolutely comfortable to sit or lie in for hours on end, easy to clean and just great! I am not very tall and am seriously overweight and it works beautifully for me! Very pleased.

It’s uncomfortable…. the up/down buttons are on the inside of the arm of the recliner where they should have been put on the outside of the recliner…. the arms are short so your arm isn’t comfortable….

If I could have I would have given it 0 star.

This is a very high-quality piece of furniture which we searched and compared many theater-seating combinations for our basement. I found that just the name OCTANE means quality. We are very happy, and would recommend this to somebody looking to complete their home theater.

From purchasing, to delivery, this was a very smooth transaction.

Great Loveseat. Great Price. Love the color. The size is just right for my small space. It really wasn’t nothing to assemble. We took it out the box. Aligned the backseat cushions on the back grooves, pressed down on both sides and it was done.

Very easy. Easy reclining. Love the texture. Its soft and durable. Sits comfortably and it doesn’t sag or sit low. Loving it.

This is a really nice sectional! I love that it reclines and has a high back. I suffer from back pain and it’s really firm and comfortable. Looks great in my living room. Delivery and setup was quick and easy.

Love it so much I went back and purchased the living room set. I recommend Ashley furniture to everyone. The general Manager is Awesome she is the reason I keep going back. Please understand my interactions with the staffs have been so pleasant.

We love it, just as big as we wanted and needed. Fits 7 easily and possibly more if have younger children. Took about 2 months but we think price and quality are totally worth it 😉 looks as we expected and has got space for all of us.

Very firm, and well made. So comfortably i would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We’ve had this couch for 4. 5 years and it’s held up very well. Super comfortable and easy to vacuum pet hair off of (hair doesn’t stick to it anymore than any other material, fyi). The reclining mechanisms haven’t given us any issues over the years and it’s very comfortable to nap on, as me and my husband have fallen asleep on it countless times.

Cupholders are removable so they’re easy to clean and the armrest storage is very useful. My one complaint is that it’s possible to pull stuffing from inside of the couch out from under the recliner parts, which we found out from our cats that were somehow able to occasionally grab chunks of the stuffing from under it.

So just fyi if you have animals or kids, but it’s not a huge deal and it’s not like they’ve gotten so much out that you can tell a difference in the cushioning. Worth the money, especially since we got it on sale.

The fabric is great! We have two large dogs and a cat. No wear and tear from the animals. But, the structure needs help. The connector pieces between the two pieces of the couch are broken. The triangle piece in the center of couch sinks down so much that we had to stove pillows under it to keep it level with the rest of the couch.

It’s also nearly impossible to retrieve any object that falls between the couch and the little arm rest piece. So many times I’ve dropped the remote in that crevice and it’s such a hassle to retrieve it.

We have had this couch since 2019 and we are so frustrated with it that we are going to buy a new couch and take this to the dump as soon as possible. I would not buy this again.

Thought I’d found a great deal online on an Ashley Furniture couch with RC Willey – less than the 50% offer from Ashley, two-piece sectional. Arrived 12/12 with a puncture in the back upholstery. OK, they’ll deliver a “new” one on 12/19.

Delivery day – it was worse than the first piece with a torn back, visible screw poking through in another area, and obvious scratch/worn marks on the material (possibly a floor/demo piece). Refused to accept it, despite a feeble attempt at a 10-15% in-store credit discount to “fix” it.

So third attempt for hopefully a new, in tact, product will be delivered 12/28. Shame on you, RC Willey, for such shoddy customer service. I have photos but am unable to upload them. By the time I get the second half of a two-piece sectional (I only have half of it) it will be almost a month since I ordered it, yet I will paying for a product I did not receive.

Hmmm. You need to make this right Just disgusted with my overall experience.

This has specks of darker color that highlight it, and is a gorgeous, almost soft-like faux leather. It has a recliner on BOTH ends, and another recliner on one end that I can sit in with my sweetie to make it a RECLINING LOVESEAT! It’s just the perfect size for my mid-size living room, and doesn’t take up too much space.

The built-in cup holders and holding area with a padded, hinged lid are extremely useful and convenient! #SWEEPSTAKES.

Purchased this sectional approximately 18 months ago. Right away we had problems with the cupholder pieces backs being very flimsy. We did not have the set against a wall. The backs have a lot of play when you wiggle the back.

I thought it was defective and had service guy come out. He said that’s how it’s made, but put a couple of extra screws in the frame. It really didn’t make a difference. Less than 6 months in we had a non-reclining seat break.

Had service come out and they indicated it broke because they used a piece of wood with a large knot all the way through a cross member in the seat frame. It took several months to get a replacement in.

Then, just past the warranty one of the end units electric recliner stopped working and the frame broke. I did not purchase the extended warranty because I had previously purchased a couch from Bobs that had several issues, non of which were covered under the ‘Goof Proof’ warranty.

For example, the pull lever to open a recliner stopped working after a year. They said that was normal wear and tear and refused to cover. It’s a scam. Bob’s did not stand behind their product and I had to pay $500 for a new end piece to this sectional.

We called customer service to ask if they would at least take the broken piece. They were extremely rude and hung up on us. Will never buy another item from Bob’s. Prices are reasonable, but you get what you pay for and in the long run you’ll be sorry and spend much more than alternatives.

Let me begin by saying how comfortable and inviting this reclining leather sofa is! What convinced me to purchase it was that I could buy a middle seat that also reclined, a huge deal for me. I hate going to my mom’s and sitting on her couch last because inevitably the only seat left is the middle one and it does not recline.

Watching a movie from a straight position while everyone else is reclined is no fun! So I was on the hunt for one in which all seats reclined, and that was tough. What makes this couch get a 4 rather than a 5, however, is closely related to my wish of the middle seat reclining.

It seems they didn’t make it the proper size to sit between 2 other pieces and it is TIGHT. You could barely squeeze your fingers in to recline it. And MOST ANNOYINGLY, when you recline the seat on the side of the buttons for the middle seat, the middle seat moves automatically.

And also since they are squeezed so tightly together, they are very noisy when moving. If not for the super close proximity of each seat in relation to the other, this couch would have been perfect.

I loved this couch when it was brand new, but the cushions very quickly started to get crushed and be noticeably flatter than the seats that weren’t used as much. We could live with that though. The real issue is that last night, after having the couch for just 17 months, the motor in one of the seats failed while it was reclined.

This would be frustrating but not a HUGE deal if I could have just manually pushed the footrest and seatback to their neutral place. But nope, when the motor is dead, there’s no way to manually move the seat.

So I have a dead couch, which isn’t something I ever thought I’d need to worry about. I strongly recommend against this couch, because they’re clearly using cheap electronics which are prone to fail.

(To be fair, I should’ve known better than to expect quality from a place with discount in its name). Get the manual one if you must have a reclining couch, but don’t let these garbage motors fail, leaving you without a seat.

I love this two piece sofa and all the power options it has to recline, for back support etc. I wish it was a little longer but it still works very well. I’m now considering buying the matching chair to avoid arguments about who gets the sofa.

Love that it comes in two adjoining pieces that allows each piece to be adjusted individually. Love that it doesn’t have welts that cut into my body. The tufts are still comfortable. Genius design!.

This couch is by far the most beautiful and comfortable couch we’ve ever set on. We get so many compliments on it.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We were excited about the smaller size of this couch. It came and looked nice but is extremely hard and very uncomfortable to sit on. The chaise lounge part is way to short to lay out on.

Worse is that after 5 months, the back of the recliner part starting wearing away the leather and customer service at J&M refuses to even acknowledge it, let us return it or fix it.

FYI – 3 years (and a whole toddler!!) later and we still love this couch. Extremely, high quality and we haven’t done anything to maintain it except wipe with damp cloth when dirty. I’d buy it again and again!.

I think the sectional feels really good and comfortable. The only things is that for tall people it will be difficult for the neck to rest on it when you are sitting. The style looks great.

I love the sofa sections and the three sofa section recliners. I was wondering what the one knob does for the sofa sections because I get no response when pushing the button on two recliners. The other recliner section I wished has buttons, but can make do with just a lever for up and down for reclining.

I have also a cord sticking out from one recliner and not sure what it is for and what it does. I would like information who to call for cleaing the sofa if needed or repair work if needed.

I ordered the Nila sectional in February and just received it late March, over a month. It was disappointing. I waited so long to receive something that is not a pictured. The structure is as advertised but, the sofa is a yellowing color.

It is not white. It should be advertised as off white perhaps.

It’s the perfect size for a small room. It’s very attractive and the color is bright white. The reason I gave a one-star rating is that it is damaged in so many places. It doesn’t stay in place when I sit the chaise, it goes down.

I’m 5’3 and 135 lbs. The clips are connected but they are not holding the sectional in place. Also, there are spots and nicks on the leather. The chrome is rusty on two of the mechanisms that let the headrest up and down.
