The couch material seems to be a very good quality and is very sturdy. Cushions are fine and back is softer like it looks online.

Bought this sectional from 25home. The style is perfect. The cushions are very firm, but it’s certainly comfortable enough with the addition of a few throw pillows. Worth the price I paid.

After a year of moderate use, this couch is not looking good. The cushions have depressions and sink in when you sit. Just looks very worn in general. It is also difficult to clean and does not hold up well to stains.

Looked nice at first but definitely not a good quality piece of furniture that you can expect to have for several years. After doing some more research, it seems other people are having similar issues and the reviews are manipulated.

Will not be buying from this company again.

The Nomad leather sectional is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. We originally ordered the four-seater corner sectional, but then added a fifth seat. Burrow made it a snap to order an additional seat — you just have to reach out to them directly because they apparently changed some of the interlocking design at some point and they want to make sure that you get an additional seat that works with your model.

The chestnut leather color is rich and seems sturdy. I waited almost three months to write this review to see how it held up against my 45-pound dog’s nails jumping up and down to look out the window whenever the mail carrier comes by.

So far, no noticeable scratches. It’s a breeze to clean (very helpful because said dog sheds a lot) — basically just brush it off. No major spills so far, but my dog’s occasional drool does not appear to have penetrated the leather or caused any dark spots.

Comfort level is great — both my husband (who is a foot taller than me and about 80 pounds heavier) and I agree. Plenty of room to spread out, and I’ve fallen asleep on it multiple times. Assembly with two people was not exactly easy, but could have been a lot worse.

There were a few points where the instructions could have been a bit clearer, and snapping some of the pieces together takes considerable strength. Once you get going though, it’s kind of like putting together a big puzzle and not too bad.

I’d estimate that the entire assembly took about two hours with two (not especially handy) people, and adding the extra seat later took less than 20 minutes. Three minor words of caution. First, I recommend checking that all pieces are included BEFORE beginning assembly.

We realized after being almost finished that we were missing one support leg. Burrow was quick to respond and ship us the missing part (plus a bonus throw blanket for our trouble!), but for a few days, we had a fully assembled couch that we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on for fear that it would collapse without that one leg.

Second, two suggestions for the seat cushions: make them reversible or else provide some sort of velcro attachment. I feel like they are the worst of both worlds in that they move around a fair bit (which wouldn’t be an issue with velcro) but also cannot be flipped in the case of a spill or damage.

At least one of those options would solve one of those two problems and make me very happy. Finally, not a warning so much as an FYI: because it is a modular design, there are seams along the back of the couch between each seat.

I think this looks totally fine and classy the way it’s designed, but I imagine someone who doesn’t have the sofa against a wall and cares a lot about having a flat back like on traditional (non-modular) sofas might be bothered by it.

Again, I think it looks totally great, and I would much prefer to have the ability to move and rearrange the pieces than have a solid piece of fabric across the entire back. Overall, I’m really pleased with the sectional’s quality, comfort, and design.

It’s perfect for my space, and seems like a good deal for real (ethically sourced) leather. Burrow’s customer service is great, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I waited a while after the purchase of my nomad couch before leaving a review. I wanted to see a couple of things 1) how would it hold up to pets/nails/scratches 2) how would the seats/leather break in 3) overall comfort.

I can say that all of these have been great and the couch as aged well. The leather is becoming supple and soft without looking completely weathered and dog nails have had no impact (thankfully)!! The leather smell is amazing and just makes the whole room smell like a new car (and who doesn’t love that smell?!).

I would say my largest “complaint” is the width of the seating. and it’s not a full complaint, being that my last couch was exceptionally deep in the seating, so it’s not quite fair to compare. However, all that being said I do wish the couch was just a few inches wider.

It’s definitely not a “cuddle with your partner or dogs” width, which we have gotten used to but would also be nice to have 4-5 more inches to play with at least. Otherwise, so far loving the couch, the chair and the ottoman.

I’ll preface this by saying I’ve only owned this couch for a little over a week so this is more of an immediate response and perhaps I could do a follow-up some time down the road if my perspective changes; but I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Burrow.

When I submitted my order I was given a 6-8 week time estimate for delivery which I was aware of and thought was reasonable enough. Much to my (pleasant) surprise, I received a text from Burrow about four weeks after that saying my couch was on the way.

Delivery went better than I expected too: they were transparent and met their estimated delivery date and even kindly brought the boxes (eight of them) up to my apartment. The packaging was sound, the material was undamaged.

Assembly instructions were straightforward. It ended up taking me about a few hours to unpack the couch and piece it together. To be fair, it was a six-seat sectional and I did it alone so if you have a partner to help I imagine it would assuage some of that process.

The leather is beautiful and the couch has a really great glow when the sun hits. Excited to spend some time napping on this thing. I highly recommend my experience with Burrow.

This sofa is amazing. It is SO comfortable, large and a classic and casual yet refined look. If you are going to obsess over scratches then full aniline leather is not for you no matter the brand so know that going into it.

We have kids and dogs but I have embraced the love and character they will give to this sofa in years to come. Also, the shipping service was great…a lot of communication surrounding tracking and delivery.

Bottom line is it is so comfy and gorgeous. If I had to give any critique it is that the cushions are not attached to the frame so they shift a little but not much and not enough to give less than 5 stars!.

This couch is phenomenal. We ordered and it arrived earlier than expected. The delivery team was very professional. I absolutely love the way the soft leather feels, and it’s virtually indestructible with two kids.

I never thought I would write a negative review about a RoomAndBoard item, but boy was I wrong. We previously had a RoomAndBoard sectional that looked great after many years and moved to our vacation home.

We did not even consider looking anywhere else. This couch looked ok for a few weeks then back pillows started losing shape. The pillows look so bad now and shapeless that we need to shake and reshape them multiple times a day.

Feathers come out of the fabric. The pillows do not align. We cover it with blankets and throws most of the time to keep its shape. We called customer service and were simply told “that is how this sofa is”.

There is nothing they can do about it. This was a very disappointing response. We expect better from RoomAndBoard. Unfortunately it seems like we will need to get a new sofa that we can actually sit on, but I doubt it will be from RoomAndBoard.

After moving into our first home, it was finally time to replace our decade old sofa. It had served us well, but it was sunken with no support and frankly just kind of small. We went to the store and ended up trying to decide between the Morrison and the Metro.

I spent nearly 20 minutes walking between the two! This one won out and we are so happy with our purchase. It’s a bit firmer than what I’m used to, but still incredibly comfortable. The back is high enough that can still comfortable rest against it.

Our living room is fairly narrow, so this is our only seating and it’s great. We were debating on the whether to get the smaller one, but I am so glad we got the longer one. allows us both to comfortably stretch out.

Husband, child and I all end up fighting over who gets to sit in the chaise part. We’ve had it for a bit more than a month now and would absolutely purchase again!.

We are really pleased with our Morrison sofa so far. Two slightly concerning things we noticed right upon delivery that aren’t an issue anymore – one, we received our couch right before going out of town for the weekend and upon our return the house had a strong odor, we presume from the new materials in the couch.

It did clear up within a few days. Also, the couch felt a little stiff and sounded almost ‘crunchy’ at first, but it’s broken in really well and is very, very comfortable. As for durability and pets, we were assured that the stock material we chose is durable, but we worry a bit that our small dog might snag the fabric.

In hindsight, I might’ve chosen a fabric with a tighter weave to avoid worrying about it. Overall, we are very pleased with our selection. We shopped around for a long time and did a lot of research and I’m confident we made a good choice.

Havertys used to sell best quality furniture 10 years back and having bought a sofa from them gave me confidence to repurchase another. But this time, for the price paid the quality is extremely poor and reflects within a week.

The cushion which is suppose to be a good quality has started sinking and on top of that, the material starts to show its color. What a letdown. I would paid less and bought the same quality from other merchants.

Shame on Havertys.

Love the sleek modern design. More for looks than for comfort. Works for us because it’s in the living room not the den and there is just two of us no children. Still looking for occasional tables and floor lamps to complete the look.

Love this sectional! We have this in our family room. The heart of the house. It’s firm fir my back which I love and is a beautiful off white! It really brightens up the rear of the home.

We’ve had our sofa for about 2 months now and everyone LOVES it. It is nice and firm and the combination of foam and down seems to be perfect. The fabric is much better quality -the veleveteen is heftier and has a thicker nap that what I saw at PB et al.

The bed seems to be comfortable-at least the 12-yr. olds love it. and the memory foam. The one thing I notice which I haven’t trouble-shot yet is that when you sit on the sofa, part of the bed frame knocks the floor and makes a disconcerting sound.

Too busy to get in there and figure out how to mitigate it. Also, I would really caution buyers to supervise/micromanage the delivery. Our delivery people were not contracted to do stairs and I was at their mercy when they showed up to deliver the enormous sofa, despite the fact that I had clear conversations (even counted the steps) with everyone I spoke to on the phone.

In the end, they agreed to do it and I started pulling out chocolate, wine and my wallet. anything I could do to thank them for going against their instructions/contract. I was lucky to have nice delivery people but others may not be.

This seems to be a recurring issue with Interior Define. But otherwise, I LOVE my sofa and so does everyone who visits it.

The ordering process was easy and customer service was very helpful. We ordered an extended chaise with the standard size couch which we love! We chose the performance felt fabric in Ash. While we love the material the gray is a little on the blue side which we were not expecting.

The couch is very comfortable and perfect for lounging and relaxing. The only negative experience we had is with the delivery. Our first scheduled delivery was missed. Interior define refunded us a portion for this which was great.

I would not call it “white glove” service. Overall we love this sectional!.

The shopping experience with ID was awesome! I had a lot of questions and clarifying questions to make sure the couch would fit going down our stairs and both Sierra and Celeste were awesome in helping me figure that out.

I would definitely recommend getting the swatches as the colors did vary from what I saw on the screen. My personal preference for fabric type was the cross weave. It felt sturdy and still soft. I also liked the monochromatic plush was really soft to the touch but didn’t feel as thick and sturdy, and the static weave was the most textured with a lot of color variation in the fabric.

Now, we wait!.

I absolutely love this couch. It is so comfortable and perfect for movie nights. My boyfriend has a hard time staying awake whenever he is on this couch. It just forms to your body. You do have to fluff up the cushions often but I don’t mind that.

It’s pretty spacious and two people can fit comfortable on one modular. I also have a dog that sheds a lot and the grey color makes it so the fur isn’t obvious. I had no issues vacuuming the fur off this couch.

If you’re considering this couch I definitely recommend it! My only complaint was that we waited over two months for this couch because pieces kept getting backordered. But all furniture is backordered now a days.

I just suggest purchasing this couch early if you can and expect a long wait. The staff was very responsive and apologetic when keeping us updated on the status of our order. I LOVE this couch and will definitely be buying more pieces if we move to a larger home in the future.

It’s called the dream for a reason. I purchased the couch and the ottoman to make a chaise and I did it without even sitting on it solely based off the reviews so I will do you a favor and add mine too.

ITS ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. The ottoman and couch are the softest, most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. I’m completely obsessed and it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made on furniture. I wanted something for so long that had a huge cushion.

This far surpassed my expectations. I basically made an L couch by adding this piece. It’s definitely a cuddle couch and you don’t feel cramped. I can curl up, sleep on it, sit regular (but I wouldn’t because I always want to be horizontal now).

It’s the perfect couch and I really love that if I decide I want to add more pieces I can buy them separately. If you’re not sure or we’re looking for that wide cushioned couch like me you MUST buy this.

I ordered My dream 2-piece Modular Sofa on March 28, 2022. It arrived on April 1st. I was so excited as I thought about this for a while, researched it saw so many good reviews I was certain this was the right place to buy my sofa.

When it came the 2 seat cushions were worn out, and flat uncomfortable. I don’t know if they sent me a flore model or what. I have been trying to to work with your customer care since april 3rd, they keep saying they are sending it but they have no tracking number from Fexd ex who they say is who has the cushions they are replacing the bad ones with every 5 days I call to see what is going on and every 5 days they say I should receive in 5 days.

however, it is now the 22nd. I have paid cash for my couch which is not a cheap couch. and I cannot use it. I would say buyer beware, Bobs furniture is no longer a reputable company. As beautiful as the furniture look it is not what you get.

Sat on this couch dozens of times at the store (and so many others) before finally deciding to buy. Love the look, color, and fabric, but am disappointed in how quickly the cushions lose their shape.

You have to flip and fluff and rotate them, and can immediately see and feel where someone was sitting. There are also threads coming out of one of the cushions and we’ve had it less than a month. We are very careful with our furniture, no pets or kids or people pulling at threads.

For how expensive it is, I would have hoped the cushions would not require so much maintenance. I still like it, but I don’t love it.

Overall not worth the price tag, feels Ikea like, and wish I would’ve waited for a C&B couch instead. Purchased because it was ready to ship and received about 5 days after purchasing. Green velvet is on the darker side so you only see it green in day light, otherwise it looks more grey-ish.

It is very firm, which I don’t mind, but it isn’t comfy to lounge in (nap) for long periods of time. After having for two months, pillows are misshaped and because of the firmness, it is almost impossible to fluff.

The couch assembly took hours due to the fact that there were no pre drilled holes to attach the connecting pieces. I needed a drill and drill bit in order to make my own holes- I HAD TO DRILL INTO MY OWN BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE COUCH- absolutely frustrating and ridiculous.

The contraption that’s supposed to keep the two pieces of the couch together does not do that so the pieces keep sliding off and I have to constantly push them together. Also very annoying.

My husband and I did SO MUCH research trying to find the perfect sectional. Wanting something modern but also comfy is not easy to find! I had this sectional bookmarked for months but we ended up purchasing one from somewhere else because we were scared to buy something we couldn’t sit on first.

WELL, that turned into a 5 month long fiasco waiting and waiting for a couch that never came. So I hustled back over to this site & after a super helpful chat with a Kardiel customer service agent I purchased this beauty and AM SO RELIEVED.

We fell asleep on it twice in the first week we had it, so for me that passed the ultimate comfy test. Plus it looks gorgeous in our mid-century modern home. Could not love this piece more!.

It took me months to finally decide on a couch. I’m so happy this is the one I chose! Customer service was fantastic and I was given updates on its whereabouts. It is easy to assemble and fits the modern minimalist vibe I was going for.

Please Note This Review Is Not A Reflection of the Entire Brand: My entire family of 6 each have article pieces in various parts of their home and i absolutely love the brand. The customer service is unmatched and the couches and sofas my siblings have are so comfortable and even after years of use, still look brand new.

However, that wasn’t so much the case for The Fabric Sven sectional. I purchased this just over a year ago but it’s only had about 6 months of use before I had leave NYC to move in with my parents in CO in early March due to a spinal chord disease which shut down my entire Central Nervous system and left me paralyzed over night.

It’s basically been sitting lonely in my apartment since I was unable to live independently while I was going through my immunosuppressant, chemo and some PLEX treatments that require weeks of inpatient hospital care on and off.

After about 3 months of using the Sven, I started noticing that the entire section where I sit (sectional side) is completely sunken in and started to pill, It’s a beautiful sectional and was actually pretty comfy but I’m only about 140 lbs and was a little surprised about how quickly it became sunken in but I don’t think that’s so unusual for this price point tbh.

It also doesn’t look as pretty as you can tell how uneven it is just by looking at it and can really tell when you’re sitting on it. Now that I am able to walk again, I am planning to move into an apartment I’ve owned in Brooklyn that I previously rented out and used as an investment property (I work in NYC real estate and Article sofa’s have been my go to for staging apartments I am selling).

At first I was planning to bring this to an apartment I am moving into but realized that the sunken part of the couch is going to cause extra pressure on my back and really need a couch that keeps its shape as I continue treatment in NYC.

It’s my fault for not reaching out to customer service in the time that my warranty was still active as I know Article would have done whatever it takes to fix the situation, but my focus was on trying to stay alive and a couch was the least of my worries lol (If you’ve ever navigated this medical system, you know it’s like having another full time job).

I decided that since the couch is so new that I’ll donate this couch to a family who doesn’t have the budget to buy a couch in this price range. I think there are some manufacturing solutions to fix these issues since I this seems to only be an issue with this particular piece and fabric.

I hope this review doesn’t steer anyone away from purchasing some of their other lines of furniture as this particular couch seems to be a one off for the brand. I am actually planning to purchase one of their burrard leather 3 seater sofas along with 2 of their new Cigar Ankara Ivory Swivel Chair.

I just passed 2 years with this sofa and unfortunately it was a big waste of money. I purchased it because I really like the style but I have multiple issues with the quality in relation to the price.

First is the cushions are filled with feathers which do not hold their fluff and they constantly poke through the fabric and prick me in the back. I constantly have to pick up and vacuum the feathers off the floor since still 2 years later they are coming through the fabric which I complained about the first month and customer service just told me it will eventually stop but it hasn’t.

The other issue with the feathers is they are not comfortable and they don’t hold their shape. The pillows are able to be fluffed (which is annoying and feels like something we shouldn’t have to do in 2023) but the cushions that you sit on cannot be fluffed and they are indented and look worn which happened within 6 months.

I only weigh 165 pounds and I live alone and rarely have visitors here so the sofa hasn’t even had a lot of action. I do love the way it looks, but other than a very large showpiece it’s very uncomfortable and annoying to maintain.

I miss my old $400 recliner loveseat which was made of memory foam. It was so comfortable and a fraction of the price, just didn’t look as nice. I’d be interested to know if Article has made any changes to the design to solve for these problems over the last 2 years.

If this sofa had quality memory foam it would be much better but they’re focused on the environmental aspect which ends up being a huge tradeoff for comfort and somehow they charge a fortune for a bunch of duck feathers.

I absolutely adored this sofa. I fawned over it online for over a year before I bit the bullet and ordered the sofa + the matching ottoman. It was my first big purchase for myself. The look of the sofa is undeniably beautiful, and the size was exactly what I needed for my small living room space.

The depth of the seat is a game changer and is great for lounging. However, I have been very disappointed by the quality of this piece. There are feathers constantly poking out of the cushions (maybe Article should consider using a more sturdy liner on their cushions that can prevent this from happening as I understand this is a very common complaint?).

It’s gotten to the point where SO many feathers have been lost that I have had to add pillows to the cushions in order to make them full again. The fabric also pills like crazy and has from the first month we had the sofa+ottoman.

The fabric is incredibly easy to stain (but also easy to clean, luckily, with the help of my handy dandy Little Green). Now, the fabric has begun to fray along the seam of the cushions. It is slowly turning into a bigger separation in the seam.

Because the fabric is woven, I can’t imagine there is any way to repair this. I’m extremely disappointed to say the least due to the cost of this product. I wish I could say it was just the solar, but the tufting on the top of the Sven ottoman has developed a huge hole where the fabric has pulled away and frayed along a seam.

I was really hoping for longevity, but the quality of construction just wasn’t there. I’d save your pennies and choose a different product or a different brand altogether.

I will be using this couch as the main piece of furniture in my small living room. I like the look of the couch but I was dismayed when I saw that the couch was ‘ stapled’ together in the back and underneath! I had to pound in some staples that were coming out when I unwrapped my new couch and placed it in my home! I can see this as something I may need to do again, and hopefully not frequently or with real nails! considering how this couch was made with staples, I did feel it was expensive for the price but we expect this don’t we? But considering how it is made, I do not feel it was worth the price!.

Ive had the sofa about a month. I really like it. The chaise is a great place to curl up to read. The cushions are firm, deep and high enough to rest your head. I purchased the darker color. It initially concerned me that it looked speckled but honestly it doesnt register that way in the room.

Like the upholstery. I think it was a great value.

This is a very comfortable couch, I really like the fabric too, it adds alot of beauty to my living room. The only thing negative I could say really so far is, when you sit on it for awhile, the couch cushion seems to be really sunken in and stays like that.

I’m not a very big person (about 125 pounds) so I wonder how the couch would holdup with a bigger framed person sitting in it. But all in all, it’s a nice couch. Glad I got it.
