Upon learning about the turn-to-you feature so many baby gear companies were going after with carseats, it became pretty important to me that we try to find something like this for my car that would work.

As our son gets bigger, getting him in and out of the carseat is more challenging. I just received this and haven’t used it a ton. However just installing with the Baby Jogger video on Youtube and playing around with the mechanisms, it seems really fluid and easy to use.

I will say one big draw back for me is the limited recline options (only 3 positions and to keep him “level” we really can only use 1) and how accessible they are when he’s actually in the carseat. For example, my husband has a different carseat in his truck and that can be reclined while the baby is in the seat.

So for example if he falls asleep while we’re en-route, we could pull off the road and easily recline him so he’s more comfortable without sacrificing the level of the carseat. Because the level feature and the recline are both built into the base, they’re essentially one and the same and can’t be adjusted while in use and will absolutely impact the level of the seat overall.

Apart from that, I would say color choices are my other downside. I really want all black if I can get it because of spills and the inevitable stains. This grey was the closest I could get and while it looks nice, I know it won’t for long.

For the price, I think there’s some improvements but I knew Baby Jogger well since we used their travel system and I wanted to go with the best option from a brand I knew and trusted.

I was given this convertible car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am so glad I got to try it. My three-year-old and I love the turning feature. I love it because turning the car seat towards the door means one less step, and that means my child doesn’t delay getting in as much.

She loves the fun of turning. The seat is super easy to adjust with a button for height, and very comfortable. My little one finds it more comfortable than the model we previously owned. My favorite thing about the city turn is that it’s great for staying rear facing longer, because the turn feature also offers more leg room.

I am excited to try out the moisture-wicking, cooling fabric in the summer. I live in Los Angeles, so that is very important to me. I appreciate that the fabric looks sleek. The seatbelt adjustment took a little getting used to: you have to bring all the excess belt up into shoulders in order to tighten to the correct amount.

But I like that you cannot overtighten it since I was always nervous about the straps being too loose in my previous car seat. My only complaint about the seat is that the pad that covers the between the legs buckle likes to fall off, so I put it back on frequently, but the features of this seat greatly outweigh that.

I installed the car seat using latch, and found it pretty straightforward with the help of the manual. I like the click to lock feature because it means getting the seat installed correctly is easy, and I also like that you can install it all from one side, rather than having a step to complete on each side of the car seat.

This is all-in-all a fantastic, and well thought out car seat.

I bought this car seat in 2019. This car seat has been great and has had no severe issues besides the headrest sticking out. Which my daughter looked very uncomfortable and hated sitting in it, so I stuck padding behind her back so her head didn’t lean forward so much.

That seeded like a small issue but was a big complaint about all Graco carseats. Other than that, it has been a good sturdy car seat. I have some family and friends that own this model of car seat as well and they love it too but they have also stuck padding behind their children’s back to help with the headrest problem.

I ended up buying another model just like this one for my son this year. I am now a little sad that I did so because my daughter is being potty trained. She has had a couple accidents in her car seat and of course I have cleaned everything up immediately.

She has recently had it another accident in her car seat a couple days ago. When we took the car seat out to clean it, yellow liquid dumped out of the base of the car seat. It spilt all over in our car and it took 2 days to get this smell out.

We let it sit outside for a day to hopefully drain and an air dry. When I went out to check on it and lift it up, more liquid came out. I gently shook the car seat and I could hear liquid swishing around in the base.

I ended up calling customer service to see if they could do anything about this issue because I have never heard anybody else having this issue. They confirmed that they have not heard anybody having this issue and they also said there is NOTHING they can do to help me with this problem.

I am very sad that I had bought a second car seat from them, I will be either selling my son’s car seat and buying a new car seat for my son and daughter that is a different brand. I am very very sad with Graco.

Check the base of your carseat you don’t want this happening to you.

I’ve only had this saddle for a week. What a difference it makes when riding on bumpy gravel road. I can actually sit on the saddle instead of standing and pedaling. I am working on positioning the saddle because I feel like I slide forward.

It may be the material on the seat. It may be causing me to slide forward. Overall this seat is a great improvement on my Trek ebike.

No longer have to wear the padded shorts! This comfy ride allows me to stay on much longer than before. Thanks and also thanks for sharing how to adjust the slope of the seat!

The package arrived late. My wife is adjusting to saddle My next order is a USA cycling jersey with intention to wear on 4th of July ride. It was supposed to be here on 3rd. It isn’t. Very unhappy

I brought this car seat when my daughter was 3 she is now 6. It is a great car seat and extremely comfortable. We used it rear facing at first until age 5 as she was still under height and weight limit.

I liked it rearfacing as the seatbelt did not get in the way of doing her up. It has different recline positions and the seat is so padded it feels extremely safe. Padding removable once older. For the past year and half have used it forward facing with harness at first but now on to seat belt stage.

Both were great. Harness moves with headrest so you don’t have to mess about with the straps being correct height. Seat still reclines for when child is sleeping. Most comfy seat and we’ve got 3 different ones for dad’s and nans car.

Love the cup holder and headrest too. Washable covers which is fantastic.

With 3 grandkids under the age of 4 we now have 3 of these SlimFit seats in the family. While the seats are great serving their purpose, every time we need to install one frustration soars because of a major omission in the Instruction Manual.

Specifically, the section 4-B Install Forward Facing With LATCH. Step 3 tells you where to locate and remove the Lower Anchor connectors and Tether. But there is no further mention of how you get on to Step 6 for threading the Anchor Connectors through the back of the seat to then attach them to the vehicle’s lower anchors.

HINT: YOIU NEED TO REMOVE MOST OF THE SEAT’S UPHOLSTERY TO THEN SEE A LABEL SHOWING HOW TO THREAD THE ANCHORS THOUGH THE SEAT BACK!! It’s as if the designers have never had to install their own product.

Honestly, this is about the 4th car seat that my family has been through. I have a son that is prone to carsickness, and a daughter that needed to get out of her bucket seat. This car seat is the best one that we have ever bought! My 15 month old looks 100% more comfortable riding in this one than any of the other brands.

We tried Evenflo, Safety 1st, and even other Graco’s, but this one is the best. The directions were easier to follow, installation was a breeze with the only thing that needed adjusting was the head rest and just changing the recline.

By far, the easiest car seat I have installed. Would definitely recommend in the future!.

Mother of a 5 and 2 year old and we are on the road often shuffling to sports activities, running errands and exploring the city. Typically the car seats are in my vehicle, but on the rare occasion that we need my husband to take a kiddo with him or I need to use his vehicle, it is a MUST that we have something easy to transport and install quickly.

The first thing I noticed about this car seat is how surprised I was at the package! It was shipped in a much smaller box than I’m used to seeing car seats (after purchase it would easily fit into any car in the box) and the weight of the box made it easy to bring into the house after it arrived.

The instructions were very clear and straight forward and i had it out of the box and set up in no time. The latch feature is not only easy to use, but the ability to tighten the seatbelt as far as my strength would allow and then clicking it closed made the seat so secure.

Even with the wiggle check. The buckle and tightening of the 5 point harness was smooth, straps not easily tangled and adjustment was very easy between my two children. I love how slim the carseat is which would allow for the car seats to comfortably fit next to one another if necessary and the bonus for my kiddos was the easily accessible cup holders on each side (my kids use opposite dominant hands) The fabric seems quite durable, easy to clean and manage and breathable which is important for us during warm months.

My children were both comfortable for the rides which helped show that each new age and transition with the carseat will happen with ease. I would recommend this carseat for day to day use, especially for those who may need to transfer car seats often.

I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Being the one in our house who installs all the car seats, I appreciate one that is both slim and easy to install and this car seat meets both of those criteria.

I installed it rear facing in both of my vehicles (a sedan and an SUV), and together with my other existing car seats I was able to fit three seats across in my back seat which is an absolute must. I also really liked how lightweight it was which means the benefit of the thin profile isn’t offset by a heavier weight.

Given the light weight and ease of installation, transferring it between cars was far less frustrating than other encounters I’ve had with car seats in the past! I’ve never tried a rear facing convertible car seat for a newborn but gave this one a try because it appeared well cushioned and able to support our 3 week old baby.

There is quite a lot of padding on the infant insert, and it’s also very easy to remove which will allow for my 2 year old to ride rear facing if we happened to need it. Installation was very easy using either the LATCH system or the vehicle seat belt.

The LATCH hooks are a little harder to remove since you have to get your fingers between the seats to open it up but it’s similar to other car seats. The bottom recline base support is very easy to switch between rear or front facing.

It was probably my favorite feature but I do wish there was another recline option that would give two options for a forward facing child. The headrest is easy to adjust to the different heights, even one-handed if needed.

I’m a fan of the removable cup holder rather than one that’s built into the car seat and adds additional bulk/width to the car seat when it’s needed. However I do wish it could install on the front rather than the side because I’m not able to connect it to the car seat if I want to have three car seats across.

Best seat on the market. this re issue is slightly bigger than the OG seat but far better feeling.

I have a one year old son and a three year old son and have already purchased several car seats within the past few years due to growing babies and disappointing features on car seats that we have purchased.

I love that there is easy access to the harness adjustment button and that the straps are easy to tighten and loosen – this makes putting my one year old in the car seat SO much easier. I also love the magnetic buckle holders that ensure the straps are out of the way and easily accessible before placing your child in the car seat – no more digging underneath my child while he is flopping around refusing to get into his seat.

When the headrest is adjusted, the length of the harness straps are automatically adjusted which is a game changer! Removing a car seat to make adjustments and reinstalling it is not an easy task, so I love the convenience of this feature.

The only con that I found with this car seat is that it is much wider than other car seats I have purchased in the past. If you have a small vehicle and need multiple seats in your backseat, I would recommend looking for a slimmer car seat for your kids.

This car seat is made to last for a very long time. It can be used in rear-facing mode, forward-facing mode, and as a booster seat. I have been searching for a car seat that is safe, comfortable, and will last as long as my boys need a car seat.

Wow! You know you’re a full-blown MOM when you call a car seat beautiful, but that was my first reaction upon opening the Cybex Eternis. This thing compromises nothing in comfort, safety, or aesthetics.

I received the car seat as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and tried it rear-facing as well as forward-facing with the 5 point harness and as a belt-positioning booster (I have a 5 month old, a 2 year old, and a tall 5.

5 year old). I was happy with every configuration, so deciding which kid ultimately gets to use it will be the hard part! PROS: 1. The comfort features of the seat blow others I’ve had out of the water – from the padding to the soft fabric to the tilting headrest, it is lux-ur-i-ous! 2.

In safety, the steel frame and Linear Side Protection provide unmatched peace of mind. 3. The denim blue color is gorgeous (more of a silky, rich blue. I’m not sure denim describes it well) and even the tether strap has a cover when it’s not being used, making the whole design sleek and appealing.

4. To top it all off, the button/strap to tighten/loosen the belts is the smoothest mechanism I have used and the magnetic buckle holders are genius. CONS: 1. While the mechanisms for adjusting the belts and tilting the headrest felt smooth and well-designed, moving the headrest up and down was more challenging.

I liked that the belt path adjusted automatically, but actually sliding the headrest was difficult and felt clunky. 2. I really wish the cover was removable for washing. I’m glad I have a good spot cleaner, but with the incredible longevity of this seat, I would love to be able to give it a good clean periodically! While my kids may not outgrow the seat for 10 years, I’m not sure if they’ll be able to avoid spills enough for it to last that long.

3. The seat is heavy and large (both good things for safety and comfort!) and is not ideal for traveling or if you have to move the seat from one car to another regularly. Overall, I would 100% recommend this car seat to someone whose priorities are safety, comfort, and beautiful design.

This is a 10yr carseat. However, the carseat we got from Sam’s Club was already over a year old! The belt lockoff wasn’t what I expected for a higher end product. It was just 1 out of 2 slots to slide your car belt restraint into that had 1 way teeth to secure it.

I bought this as a second seat for our other car so we didn’t have to keep moving our nuna rava around. Our nuna rava offers a better install as it has a tension door. Just as graco snuglock or britax clicktight.

Pros: All in 1 seat if your child doesn’t outgrow by height. Cup holder actually holds larger drinks. Fabric is nice and cool. Has titling headrest for older children. Cons: Seat received has shorter life than advertised as we got a seat older than 1 year! Wide and takes up room front to back on settings that are more reclined.

Don’t recommend for babies younger than a year if you have limited space in your cabin. We have this in a double cab Tacoma older body style and is okay with setting down to 3. Wing headrest is too deep.

Blocks view for child. Might be an issue for children that may be clusterphobic. Cup holder is easily removed. Kids and take off and lose it. Harness can become loose. Overall, I would recommend this if: this seat was 10yr worth.

You have ample room in your vehicle and don’t need 3 across. Your kids are older that can use the settings that are less reclined if you have a small cabin. Cup holder is not important for you or that 1 is enough.

Smart sensor is overated, this is the exact same seat sans sensor sold at other higher end stores.

I bought 4 of these for my g3 river boat. While these seats are waterproof so when you sit down after a rain your not soaked and all is needed is to wipe the water off. However, I’m giving a low rating because the cushioning on seats are lacking big time.

Its like you’re sitting right on the plastic part. If you don’t mind sitting on hard plastic these are the seats for you otherwise look elsewhere for a seat with more cushion.

Had them on my driftboat for the last 13 years. Liked them so much i just bought 2 more for my raft. Might have to buy 2 more for my Jon boat. People have complained about lack of padding but i assume they are using them in a motorboat, hitting waves hard.

Very comfortable for the rivers and calm water.

I purchased these “all weather” seats for my drift boat and within one year the rivets and snaps started rusting. they claim ALL WEATHER, it even states in the product description that the hinges are stainless steel, that is a lie.

all weather my eye. My old tempress seats sat out in the weather for nearly 15 years and did not rust. The only problem I had with the old seats is the vinyl started to crack from sun exposure. I would have gladly paid extra for real stainless steel hinges and buttons.

I’ve forgotten my stool on occasion, and even with the thick pad on my turkey vest, I regret it. It makes those long sits more bearable. The only reasons for less than five stars are that the plastic feet crack and/or slip off, and you’re left with aluminum tubes sinking in and gathering dirt; and the carry strap (at least on mine) is too short.

I’m not a big-framed guy, but slinging this around my neck and under the opposite arm is a struggle.

My daughter gifted me nearly 29 years ago with a turkey seat to sit on and pull weeds. I used it everyday as a foot rest since I’m only 5 ‘ tall. The webbing frayed and I turned the webbing over and continued to use it.

Finally I changed the webbing and bought two more. Now I have three. Great for short people.

My first extended ride on my Suzuki C50, was a 2. 5 hour, rainy trek that turned very hot when it was not raining. I was loaded up, so that added to the effort, but my butt was hurting. I hit the Cycle Gear shop in Daytona Beach, before my ride back home.

I got this seat pad. and some boot covers (among other things). Having used this for a year, I can attest that the materials are great, the straps are sufficiently universal so that I hold it down as I see fit.

There’s only one thing that disappoints, really: the color of the fabric on top of the pad faded pretty quickly, from a black to a strange gray-purple. That’s not nice to look at when I’m not on the bike, and looks kinda cheap.

That’s a shame, because this pad is holding up well! Maybe it’s the Florida coastal sunshine and salty air (and rain) that stole the color. But, when I am riding, the pad helps a lot with the kinda poorly cushioned OEM seat.

Next step may be a new seat, but this is definitely a great alternative. Except that darn gray-purplish color on top that sometimes makes me cringe. I would urge you to size the seat you’re putting it on before you get it — I was glad I went to a store to buy it, so I could eyeball it.

I would not recommend going with a “that should do it” thinking when getting a pad. I think the pad should fit the seat, period.

First I have to say I have not had my baby yet so I have yet to see her in it. But I’m comfortable saying it’s going to be a dream car seat. The infant inserts are unlike any I’ve ever seen. Innovative beautifully made and excellent materials.

If you dont think what your baby is laying on matters, educate yourself. While your at it, look at every ingredient of EVERY product used on and in your baby. Most things approved by dear ol govie are jaw dropping.

This carseat is expensive, we arent high rollers over here BUT it has some pluses that are in my opinion not optional when available. The way the base is so easily installed makes it extra safe. The absorbent foam that I hope is never tested in an accident is in the top of its class.

The light weight seat is really good for a postpartum mum. Overall incredibly happy with our purchase, we do not regret it one iota.

Son looks slumped and squished. I have talked to customer service twice. It is awkward to put my son into it. And he hated it immediately. The straps tighten uneven and often put pressure on his shoulders before they are tight enough over his chest to pass the pinch test.

And I read the manual so many times to figure out if I was doing something wrong. customer service told me to take out the padding (head and body support pillows) as soon as he was over 11 lbs. but without the gray head support pillow/ insert there’s no head support at all and his neck flops to the side as soon as falls asleep.

He’s 3 months old and supposed to ride in a $400 car seat with no head rest!!! This is unbelievable.

For our first child we had the original Nuna Pipa and we LOVED it! So naturally we decided to get another one but opted for the lite version. I love the look and fabric but was SHOCKED to find that you can’t install the car seat without the base! The original version will allow you to install into any car without the base so you can take it on planes and into Uber/taxi without lugging the base everywhere.

Not the case with this one. Now we have to have a base for each car and if anyone takes the baby anywhere they have to take a base too. I really wish they would have kept the without base installation option.

Very disappointed. This may not be an issue for others and if it’s not, it’s a great car seat. We won’t be returning it however because once the box is open they will just throw it away if we return it for safety reasons.

Nice light weight stackable chair comes in lots of great colors! I’ve had several over the years and have noticed a design flaw where the arm meets the chair back, it’s not reinforced enough and easily breaks.

The arm breaks completely away from the back of the chair. I have tried to repair it, but it’s not possible to I have to throw all that plastic into the garbage. What a shame. I hope they can fix this problem because everything else is great!.
