20 Best Seat Belt Nato Strap (2023 Updated)

Amazing Strap – I am very pleased with this strap. I’m currently wearing it on my Seiko SPB143 and it feels like it was made for it. Very comfortable and durable. I feel like I can do anything with this strap (dinner date or outdoors).

Gentlemen I received my watchband which goes very well with my watch. However, I was surprised that it was not a two piece band which is the norm. Having to slip it through the pins on the watch and now the back of the watch is covered, makes changing the battery very difficult.

Additionally, I have no idea why the additional tail piece is on. It has no function so I simple cut it off to give a cleaner look. Overall, I am disappointed in the design but the color and texture of the band is fine.

Just wish I hadn’t ordered it if I had known it was not a two piece band. Jay G. Corey.

I gave this review a 4 instead of a 5 because I usually only read 4’s, since I feel they usually give you the real deal. So I own many quick release Barton bands and switch them out daily on my everyday 22mm.

Now, I do love the look of the Jetson NATO and own it for a smaller watch. However, this two-piece Bond NATO has the same sharp look without the need to add or remove pins back to my lugs or the bulky look that comes from tucking in the extra strap on the side.

This two-piece Bond easily snaps in like all the other models. It is made of thick seatbelt nylon, so it looks great. It’s a little inflexible at first, but not comfortable. A few wears and that issue is fixed.

Also, I know I lose the functionality of a true NATO if one pin becomes dislodged, but I’ll take that chance. I’m not scuba diving in it and my Barton bands have never given me cause for concern. If I want to get really nitpicky, I would say the black stitching across the band near the lugs are in black thread, so it can be seen on top of the gray.

This clearly gives away that it is not a true NATO when up close. Once again, that is me just looking for con. All in all I am extremely happy with the band and wear it often.

Actually, I don’t even know what the Elite Nylon NATO Style 18mm / Stainless Steel strap looks like. I ordered one and was billed $21. 50, but received the Standard Nylon NATO style, which is half the price.

I contacted customer service on 18 Feb and received a reply on 24 Feb. The person stated: “Thanks for the message and for the recent purchase. I’m really sorry to hear about the fulfillment error. That should never happen! I’m going to get the correct strap sent your way ASAP.

And to hopefully make up for some of the inconvenience, I’d also love to send you another strap on the house. Is there another color from this collection that you’ve had your eye on? As soon as we hear back, we will get both straps heading your way and send you some new tracking information.

Thanks to Vario’s vast assortment of quality straps, this is one of four perfect matches i achieved in a single purchase. The actual straps are exactly like the pictured ones and they are finished beautifully.

The four straps came in a pouch and careful packaging and shipment and communication were excellent! This particular strap was chosen for a Vostok Amphibia SE 710-AN1 (1961 Gagarin space flight commemorarion).

The greyish turquoise of the strap is a stunning combination with the watch’s teal dial and bezel. As i also bought the other watch version 710-AN2, with black bezel and beige dial, i bought the golden yellow strap with beige divider stripe, which is in the same strap livery family.

I purchased this strap for my new Casio GW-M5610. The old strap came off with no problem. Fitting the new adapters was ALOT more difficult than I thought it would be. Using the slightly thinner spring bars provided didn’t really help in locating the lug holes.

The tool that comes with the kit works fine but the width of the adapter fits so snug you end up scratching the back of the watch when trying to locate the bars. After about an hour both adapters were in the correct position but there is a lot of curve in the spring bar so I’m just waiting for it to release the adapter.

It’s a shame because it looks so cool. But I can’t trust it ☹. Going to rate it 3/5 because of the looks and the quality materials used. I can’t recommend it because a watch strap should be easy to install and the adapter should be something you can rely on.

Bought this due to the good reviews but now I have to call into question and validity of these reviews. Took 5 hours trying to put this product on my DW6900 which was listed to fit fine with no difficulty or alteration needed based on what this site even says.

But after scuffing my watch lugs due to the MANY tries to get these adaptors to fit ive given up. Tried shaving the adapters down like suggested since i had no other option and still it didnt work so their goes my refund.

Would have rather took my money and threw it in the trash instead because now i have a useless product with a scuffed watch. Telling anyone and everyone I know who owns a gshock to avoid any product here due to poor quality due to how terrible this experience was.

I prefer the RAF style strap to the full NATO strap as it is a less bulky alternative. The lighter weight strap dries quicker when I get it wet. I do find that wIth the nylon loop it looks better with the buckle end installed at the 6 o’clock position.

You might note that the RAF style strap is the original NATO design and the style that James Bond wears!.

I love these straps they do not hurt my wrist. And they do not chafe. Soft playable and breathable fabric. And best part if all its local company. Price is right.

Received one of the two straps I ordered. The one I received didn’t fit my watch (strap was too thick). Also, the watch tool I received was bent. Tried to order replacements but customer service was so bad I just had them refund me for the strap I didn’t get and I ate the cost of the other strap and the watch tool.

Ordered replacements from watchstrap tailor and was really impressed with the quality. A smidge more expensive but way better quality and much better customer service.

At first sight i loved these straps. The width is so perfect with how wide the ultra is. So much so, I got them in all three colors. I just recently got an Apple watch ultra and have a small wrist (5.

5 inch). Given the hefty price on these, and since ultra has only one 49mm size, there should be at least an option for these straps for those that own the watch with smaller wrist size just like Apple trail loops band that comes with small, medium, large sizes.

Dissapointingly, no choice but to return all three.

I loved this strap, it felt very secure on my wrist. I wore it about 50% of the days. Unfortunately, after about a year and a half of hard use, the velcro got noticeably less “clingy”, though I never worried for my watch in the water.

Then one day I was on a head-high wave, wiped out, and surfaced without a watch on my wrist. Having said that, I’m still inclined to get another strap like it because I don’t see any good alternatives on the market.

This is my second nato band. It looks good and keeps my watch on when surfing. I previously bought the Velcro band from this company and the Apple Watch fell into the ocean after a big wave. This nato band stays put!.

I kind of wish your straps were a “little” stiffer. Also, your straps are a little hard to singe when one custom cuts the straps to fit the wrist without that “notorious nato fold. ” Yes, I’m one of those guys who does that.

Had to singe both sides of the strap to prevent unraveling which took a few tries. More so than other nato straps. However-hey, that’s just me being picky. Your pvk treated buckles are excellent! you kind of ran out of them in your 18mm army green section but, no worries, I like black too! High praises! Like I said-I’m picky! Put it this way, I’d order your straps anytime.

Excellent Strap – I’ve liked the look of these since I saw them on the release email a week ago. If you’ve read my previous reviews you’ll see I have a SEIKO SPB147. This brown strap complements the details of that watch perfectly! It’s an exceptionally well-made strap, and the weave feels tough and yet soft.

The metal-work is excellent, the buckle in particular feels much more solid than the Zuludiver buckle. Plenty of adjustment range! Perfect. Great value, and I’ll be adding the Olive Green Ridge to my collection shortly! Please also consider a single-pass version!.

Awesome watch strap! I change out my ordinary band on my automatic watch with this navy and yellow for some wow factor. Makes it really pop!

For those hard to find or expense replacements this is a very good alternative for any vintage dive watch. Will be buying more of them for other watches I have.

Very soft nylon fabric does not irritste my wrist. I have another Speidel strap that is the “Bond” (black with two white stripes) color but is the same model as this one. The “Bond”-colored nylon is much stiffer and the three loops on the strap are square not rounded stainless steel loops.

Both straps are the same thickness about 1. 4mm.

The quality and style of this band is truly second to none, thank you Speidel!

Good quality 22 mm medium brown strap; I see a subtle red tinge to the leather. Bought as a replacement for a Sinn 1746. First day wear is not too stiff or too soft so bodes well for long-term wear. Slight taper to 21 mm at the tang.

6. 75 ” wrist leaves approx 55 mm of overhang, so I might have concerns for size if I was a much larger wrist (perfect amount for me). Paid $70 so I’d expect it to be good. Nothing is perfect either – so 4/5 stars.

I ordered a leather watch strap from Watch Obsession to replace my old one with which I had a huge sentimental attachment due to it being my late partners watch. I ordered the wrong size so had to return it but it was no bother atall, very straight forward and the replacement sent out was perfect in every way.

The strap is nice. I wish it was a bit longer, so I could fold the tip of it and stick under the second frame, as it shows on the most pics of NATO straps. Also, the future customers pleas note that the buckle won’t be right underneath your wrist, opposite to the watch, but rather on the side of the wrist.

Most of pics on the internet show the buckle on the side, as it’s historically accepted. Non-USA buyers please note there might be a sales tax you will have to pay to clear your shipping through the customs.

Package arrived so fast and i live in Canada 4-5 days right in my mailbox. I chose The Blue/White/Orange 20mm for my Squale 1521 Ocean. I wanted to take it off the Milanese Bracelet from square to avoid wear and i know that Nato are usually comfortable but this woven is real nice and worth the 10$ more trust me feels awesome on the wrist.

I haven’t even tried my Rubber strap yet that’s how pleased i am with StrapsCo.

This is the third Premium strap I have ordered so I was confident about what I would be getting when I ordered this one. The first two are 22mm straps, a black strap and a black and grey Bond strap, which I wear with my Seiko 5 Dive watch based on the SNK007 watch.

I ordered the 18mm strap to wear with my new Citizen BM8180-03E watch. In short this is a 37mm tool watch, which is plain and straightforward. A watch for all occasions, where I don’t have to be too precious.

I choose a black strap that I could wear anywhere – work or casually. The strap is extremely comfortable and very durable. I have 7. 5 inch wrists and the straps have suitable length. The fittings are of brushed steel and are of excellent quality, as is the stitching on the strap.

The strap compliments the watch perfectly and the combination is so lightweight, that you easily forget you are wearing it! If I had one constructive criticism about this range of straps, that would be that I would like to see a wider range of colours to choose from.

This particular watch is a strap monster and could work with many other colour varieties such as maroon red, mustard and yellow as well as many other variations. Perhaps for my Seiko I would also like to try a thicker strap of the same material as at 42mm and 13mm thick my Seiko is a bit of a clunky watch which might benefit from a stiffer strap.

However I am nit picking with this observation. All the Premium Nato straps are great straps that also represent excellent value for money. I think they will give me many years of service. I thoroughly recommend them to you.

The strap is of excellent quality, it is the best among those in my possession purchased from other sellers. The length of the strap is right. I have other straps that the suppliers claimed to be of a certain length but as soon as they arrived they were of a shorter length.

I will surely be back to shop on this site, this is the best one to buy watch straps in my opinion. Also, I am happy that there is a lot of attention and support for environmental issues.

Nice hardware with a larger than usual buckle. The satin hardware goes well with the brushed finish on my CWC Diver. However, the strap material itself is too thin and needs to be thicker. Not only will this make the strap easier to put on your wrist but will also enhance the overall appearance and wearing experience.

Not sure why it is called ‘herringbone’ as it looks like any other nylon NATO strap.

The T21 came with a tan leather strap which was very nice. But I wanted something to give it a more military style to it. The Khaki Nylon strap looks great on it and changes the look. Torgoen straps are easy to change up and is a good investment.

i haven’t worn a watch in a while and was a little hesitant to get a large one with a leather strap so i decided to get this strap as well. First thing i noticed was how easy it is to swap straps, not fidgetty tools or anything.

Simple enough to swap the leather strap in for work and the nylon one for a gym session afterwards. I will definately be buying more products from Torgoen.

Good quality strap, has a shiny quality to it that does not show well in the pictures. It comes with quick-release springbars, which may be a bonus for some. For me, the diameter of the springbar ends was larger than the watch case holes, so I had to remove them and use the original watch springbars instead.

The strap is stiff when new, but softens over time. Very pleased with this strap!.

Extremely disappointed that you do not support T5 and a broken band. And I guess all your watches over time are then not supported… right as I own and have given them as gifts. Not good !!!!!

Excessive pricing. Pins were poor had to replace to use. Some fraying.

ZULUDIVER 141 Nylon NATO Watch Band – Army Green – I have to say, I became a fan of these Zuludiver NATOs due to how thin they are and how soft and supple the material is. However I am deeply disappointed that when I ordered another one, while it is the same thickness, the strap is stiff and seems to be different than what I’m used to.

I suspect that these new batches are going to be this way from here on out. The customer service personnel said there’s no way it’s changed but if the tag Zuludiver between the the keepers say anything, it wasn’t there previously—therefore they’ve updated it somehow.

I’m now wary of ordering more as I am now seeing these. Zulu tags on the previous ones I’ve had on here.

This strap just looks good. You can feel the quality. Whether it’s the hardware or the material. Initially I was not sure, because I was used to 1. 5 thick bands, not 1. 2. But, now looking back I have certainly wasted too much money.

Wish I found this site long time ago. This Admiralty Grey band pairs up nicely with my teal gbx100.

The hardware is great and so is the length of 300mm which is perfect for me. The colour is a touch lighter than the images. My only real disappointment was the material of the strap. In the photos it looked like a softer material, much like one from UTE natos but in reality is the more scratchy type you see on cheaper offerings.

I’m sure it will soften up a touch over time, but considering the price I was hoping for more.
