IšverstiShow in original languageDepending on your taste preference, this is more of a rib rub instead of all pork. If you have used the P&P (green) seasoning that Traeger has, it is much sweeter than the Perfect Pork rub.

Even though the Perfect pork rub has brown sugar, you almost can’t taste the sugar. If you want something a little more spice and bold than perfect pork is perfect. If you like the sweetness then stay with Pork and Poultry.

IšverstiShow in original languageI was disappointed when I smelled and tasted this because seemed to be dominated by cumin, even though cumin is not listed in the ingredients. It lists brown sugar, paprika and garlic as major ingredients, all of which I love.

I can’t detect any of those over the cumin. I personally wasn’t a big fan but you like cumin, then this is the rub for you.

Love, love, love this seasoning. I first heard about this seasoning from Mandy on YouTube back last year. She has done such a wonderful job advertising for you guys and I think she should be rewarded so we can all see her reward online.

I bought my first bottle last year on Amazon after watching “Mandy in the Making” YT video. I have since had several more bottles, I carry one in my camper too. After seeing “Carla McKenzie” YT video with 50% off I knew I needed to stock up.

I even put 1 bottle in a Kitchen wedding shower gift to my future daughter in law. She loves it too! This is the perfect all purpose seasoning! ☺️♥️.

I loved this the first time I ordered. Weeks later she showed the new flavors. So I ordered them from Amazon. Loved the seafood which is also amazing on chicken. The Firecracker salt is also amazing if you love a little heat on anything.

I really do put Anntie Nonos on everything. Now 6 bottles later I’d say I’m a true fan. 💜💜💜💜.

I love this selection of seasoning. The smoky flavor is great on pork, chicken, brussel sprouts, asparagus. Every bite is delicious and savory. What a great combination of seasonings!

What a great spice blend! We originally received it as a gift from our daughter, but now use it so frequently that we have bought the LARGE jar twice! Adds such wonderful flavor to a,, forms of pork, chicken and lots of other foods!.

I got this as a gift last year for Christmas and loved it so much I had to get more. It is good on chops, low and slow roast, and smoked loins. Baked, pan fried, or smoked this is one of the best. I even added it to some chicken breasts and burgers with amazing results.

I had a friend try this today when I got my new bottle and gave her a little to try on some pork chops she was making tonight. She let me know after her and her husband had dinner that it was a hit and now she wants me to order one next time I order! I am going to go bigger next time though.

I decided to try this seasoning based on the awesome reviews. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if my taste buds are just wayyy different than those of the other reviewers. I had this on roasted red potatoes and it was quite bland except for a very strong bitter garlic flavor.

I love garlic, but I was disappointed in it being bitter and lacking additional flavors. There was no tangy taste as other reviewers mentioned. I can’t imagine that I didn’t use enough seasoning with how much garlic flavor there was.

Maybe it was just a fluke, but I’ll keep searching for a “go to” garlic seasoning.

I bought the classic bbq to use on chicken but one day stuck for ideas I decided to try them on sweet potato wedges. I chopped them into nice thick wedges and coated with a little oil and seasoning. They smelt delicious cooking and tasted lovely.

Gave a nice bit of flavour without over powering. Even my 12 year old loved them. Great way to do flavour.

The Schwartz Cajun Seasoning is packed full of flavour and gives a great punch of cajun spices that elevate your dishes to the next flavour level! I used it as marinade and a rub for a few diffrent dishes, including chicken, steak and fish! It’s also great to season some corn or homemade chunky chips! This is an absolute essential for any kitchen! I received this product for free but this is an honest review.

I am not always a fab of Barbecue flavour but this seasoning didn’t have that artificial taste at all, it was really good. I had a recipe recommended for a marinade for pork loin steaks and used this seasoning.

I ordered after seeing the business owners on a QVC spotlight. I decided to go with Chain Reaction because it was described as a more general spice for all uses. We made some bacon in the air fryer and added this seasoning with cracked black pepper.

After removing the bacon from the fryer we added a little maple syrup and a bit more of the chain reaction space. WOW!! The spice is subtle and smoky and just incredible. I have it sitting on my stove so I can try it on everything.

I think this would be particularly great on eggs, in a pasta or potato salad, etc. I plan to try it on everything including chicken, turkey and pork. If you buy it, you will not be disappointed.

I first purchased three types of spice from Casa M on some type of Deals promotion on a morning show. I have cooked a lot during the pandemic, and was looking for something new to jazz up the menu. This fit the bill perfectly.

I enjoy having to shake just one or two blends on an item and then let it cook. I especially like the versatility of the spices because l use them on veggies as well as meat and fish. My one complaint would be that I wish all the spices came in a glass air tight container like the fish seasoning.

Love all the Casa Spices. They give your meat great tasting flavor without all that salt. It allows you to add as much flavor to your meat and then you can add salt to taste. The food industry adds way too much salt to food so I love that you can control the amount of salt while adding tons of flavor to your meat.

Will be purchasing more when my inventory runs low. Keep making these seasonings.

My family and I have loved this product since my wife bought me a sample pack for Father’s Day two years ago. I think the versatility of the product is the best part. We love it on pork steaks, but I’ve used it on eggs, chicken, and beef and it always makes everything taste better.

I used this on slow smoked ribs the day after arrival. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because when I opened the sealed container it seemed like it had been compromised with some humidity.

All my other items I have purchsed over time sifted out nice and light, this was kinda chunky and required some break down manipulation. The end result was great ribs from a great rub. All the products I have used from here are top notch.

Chef Paul Prudhomme was one of those people that never made an enemy !! He had a absolute love of good food and was one of the nicest people I ever met. The man really knew how to cook and was one of the first on TV making America salivate at the mouth as he knowingly blended spices and food together in anticipation for the party that surely was going to happen in your mouth !! This blend is the best I have ever tried on pork chops and I highly recommend buying more than one because you will soon learn that you will be cooking chops a lot more when you taste it !! I sprinkle both sides well — wrap each in plastic wrap and marinate in fridge for a few hours.

I sprinkle a little bit more on before coating in flour mixed with ( you guessed it ) more pork magic !! Fry in Crisco oil 4 or five minutes a side one time and dry on rack. It ain”t rocket science but your family will swear you grew up in New Orleans !! Now that I have made myself hungry–time to wrap my lips around some awesome chops !!.

We have been using Chef Pauls blackening seasoning on fish for years and its the best. For some time we searched for a new local source for this seasoning after our local source went out of business.

We tried several subsequent similar products but nome came close in taste to Chef Paul. We finally found it on line and are back inbusiness.

Love this seasoning I use it on all kinds of fish to make blackened salmon blackened red fish any type of fish. I recently had some friends over said they didn’t like salmon and tried it anyway then they said that was one of the best things they had ever tasted.

Because it is organic? Every food seems to get tasty with this seasoning! Sometimes, I toss just boiled pasta in olive oil & this “Grind to a Salt”. Simply tasty and one of the best ways to praise the quality.

My friends and I became addicted to this seasoning for several months I gained a considerable amount of belly weight and had to cut back on my steak intake but by the time I went to find this seasoning again I never found it anywhere again I wish this seasoning could still be special ordered online at least.

This is by far my favorite rub for smoking chicken. Lots of herbs and flavor with not too much salt. We usually make one big batch a week and use the chicken for various dishes through the week. The rub is versatile and we can use the chicken for almost any dish.

I really like the taste but the bottle came with a solid mass inside it. Dug it out with a fork and sprinkled it on. Next time I used it, the contents were solid again.

You can definitely taste the molasses come through on this one, and it’s great! All of the flavors go together really well. Put this on some ribs and they came out delicious.

When I got my order of the Ultimate Pork Chop and Roast Rub, I tried it on a hole chicken. I’ll tell you that it was the best roasted chicken I have had!!!!!! It is one of the BEST Rubs I have ever tried, Bar None!!!!!! ~~~ *10 STARS* ~~~.

Starting from the palm test (pouring some into my palm and tasting it), I believe it’s one of the best ribs I’ve ever tasted. This is an incredible blend of paprika, mustard, cayenne pepper salt. So simple, but oh so good! Right now we’ve got it rubbed on two slabs of my famous Georgia Peach Whiskey ribs taking a smoke bath at 250 degrees.

PPR is the Perfect Companion to the brown sugar, raw honey, and peach whiskey we add during our wrap. This is our first product we’ve used from Fire Smoke Society and we’re looking forward to trying them all.

Fantastic on pork butts, ribs, loins… the list goes on. But the way it commingles with a sweet glaze on a ham really takes it to the next level!
