I recently discovered this product and it’s delicious! It works well on many different types of meats although they specified chicken. It does contain quite a bit of salt and sodium though so be mindful of that, but overall a great buy!.

You don’t have to just make fried chicken with this spice. I use it on both beef and chicken. Cut the beef or chicken into cubes, dust with the spice then a little flour. Brown the cubes in a small amount of olive oil.

Add sliced onions, cook the onions until tender then add some beef or chicken stock and more of the spice mix. Simmer until tender. The sauce will thicken slightly from the flour. My husband loves it over mashed potatoes.

My wife made turkey loin and wow, the different flavor and heat that came from this was over the top. A perfect fit. Going to make some wings into he next few weeks and definitely adding this.

Good products. But expiration date for the spice expires in December 2021 And it was ordered in late March 2021. You have to buy 2 big jars of spice. Not everyone who buys at Sam’s club is in the food service business.

We used to be able to buy one jar at the club. Most products are only available on line now.

I have been using this seasoning for many years it is my favorite for making cornbread dressing, chicken and dumplings and Mexican soup. Everyone who has ever had my chicken and dumplings wants my recipe.

My husband uses it when he grills. We never run out of this seasoning it is a staple in my kitchen. I don’t like the fact that Sam’s doesn’t keep it in their stores so I have to order online. I buy several at a time in fear they will discontinued it.

I love this rub. It has really good flavor. You can buy it at pretty much any grocery store. I buy mine at walmart. Its definitely one I keep in my cupboard at all times. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this predominantly for me because I was scared that the wife wouldnt like a very spicy breading mix, however it worked for both of us. Very flavorful with a good spicy southern kick, but not enough of a kick to turn anyone that doesnt care for hot stuff off of it.

It also browns well and gets crispy. Great breading mix.

This has a lovely mildly spicy flavor. If you are doing fried chicken, I would suggest seasoning your chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper first and then using this according to the instructions. This stuff is so yummy! Cannot go wrong!.

I substitute this for flour when making fried chicken. Pound out the breast, coat in louisiana chicken fry, egg, then panko. Most amazing taste, crispy on the outside. Omg is all I can say. On amazon this is priced at around $10.

I have used this seasoning for years. It’s great on chicken, beef, shrimp, and pork. There is enough seasoning in the packet to season food for 7 people. It’s the best with bell pepper and onions that are caramelized.

Sometimes I only do veggies as well.

Andy’s chicken seasoning , i can not do with out it in my pantry. i use it on fish, chicken, deer meat , ground turkey patties, onions, it has just the right spice and breading. HEB does not have it any more so i ordered it from Walmart.

I have found that I am very selective about my seasoning mixes/rubs. I have tried a bunch. I got this on a whim just to try it thinking it wouldn’t be very good. I was super surprised at how much I liked it.

I’ve had some really good variations of Nashville hot chicken. This seasoning isn’t even close to the same flavor or heat. This stuff is a gimmick.

I normally use my seasoning and combine them for my meal, so this all-in-one approach made me skeptical at first. The Blackstone Chicken & Herb Seasoning is quite good and flavorful. I cooked baked chicken and broccoli and it was more spectacular than any other time I prepare this dish.

I started using it instead of the individual bottles of seasoning -herbs and spices- I normally lay out when preparing my meals. I like the flavoring so much I have begun adding it to baked potatoes, soups, and just about anything you can season.

My plan is to use it in some exotic meals such as salmon, Thai meals, even my seasoned rice dish. I now have more cupboard space for which I can use for other things. I was so skeptical and preferred adding my own that I never thought Blackstone could provide such an option.

I am from Kentucky and we take our friend chicken seriously. I was intrigued at the name when I came across this. I am really pleased with it so far. I never know what to put in chicken salad to give it some “oomph”.

They advertise bacon flavour a lot but to me the real winner is chicken flavour. I’ve tried ALL 14 of the seasonings (except veggie dust and vegan cheese, I think they’re new?) and chicken one was the first to be emptied, the others weren’t even emptied and had to be thrown away (it’s been a year since I bought it).

Then again, it’s my preference. Smoky bacon comes 2nd for me, Fries flavour 3rd. Maple bacon 4th, it has that sweet + salty taste (as intended) which is kinda weird to me. All other seasonings weren’t that bad really, also delicious.
