I used it on chicken wings in my Ninja foodie air fryer and they were bursting with flavor! Crispy on the outside juicy on the inside! My advice is whenever you see some in stock grab one or two because it took me a month to catch some in stock at Wal Mart!.
Bought this on a trip to Alabama to use on some fish. Turns out it’s also excellent on fried summer squash, chicken and other food you would normally use seasoning salt on. Not spicy hot just a good creole flavor.
Tried half a dozen rubs on my rotisserie roast chicken and none of them were quite right. Had some nice ones but nothing that was great. Until I tried Heath Riles Chicken Rub! I won’t use anything else now.
It is AWESOME just like all the other rubs I’ve tried of his. The Everyday rub, the Beef Rub, the Sweet Rub, The Cherry Rub, the Peach Rub, they’re all great!.

I used this rub on baby backs, got a kick, good flavor, but didn’t get that ‘honey’ sense from this. I ended up coating with a sweet and savory sauce. We could definitely get the kick coming through which is a positive! f you have people in the house who don’t like a good underlying kick don’t spread a solid coat on your protein, maybe half coat.
With the finishing sauce the ribs came out great. definitely recommend this particular rub.
This is a really great rub for chicken, tri-tip, short ribs, baby back ribs, beef ribs, wings, pork tender loin. I would not use it on brisket since brisket needs a different type of rub. The rub impressed me so much ordered another one plus one for a friend.
Thinking it may good on salmon also. Great blend hit all the notes for my palate.
Love, this rub. I did beer can chicken with it, and it turned out so good. My family usually does not care for chicken much, especially my kids, unless you count chicken nuggets. My kids liked it so much they request that I make chicken with this regularly.
I have tried some of Kosmos Q other rubs and sauces, and all of them have been better than anything I have ever bought or made.

Our take on a Cajun blend adds a spicy Southern punch to whole birds, chicken thighs, legs and wings, smoked turkey, quail, guinea hen, and dove. A Louisiana-inspired blend (think garlic, thyme, oregano, and cayenne), that brings a bayou flair to grilled poultry, game, gumbo, and étouffée.
This is seriously decent stuff. I smoked my first turkey after Thanksgiving. Brined, injected, and coated the bird with this Chicka. It was the most delicious turkey ever. I just grilled some boneless skinless breasts even more generously and mopped em with some Sweet Baby Ray’s.
Omg. Divine, spicy, a little heat. This is gonna be my go-to.
this brand is on fire. i think they could make just about anything good. roasting a whole bird, this bird came out with a light heat and a mouth watering tang. not usually a big fan of the store bought cajun spice but this is as good as any down south.
Fried chicken has it origins in ancient Rome (the first recorded recipe), Scotland (the first frying in hot fat), and West Africa (where chicken was first seasoned and battered). Our fried chicken seasoning is intensely savory and just a little bit spicy.
It honors all who had a hand in this beloved dish.
I am from Kentucky and we take our friend chicken seriously. I was intrigued at the name when I came across this. I am really pleased with it so far. I never know what to put in chicken salad to give it some “oomph”.
I think I’ve found it! It’s wonderful in gravy as well. I haven’t yet, but I intend to use it to season potatoes too. I think it will be a perfect fit.
Used it on chicken pieces fried in a cast iron skillet. Very tasty. Don’t usually mess with my “usual” recipe for fried chicken, but I’m glad I tried this seasoning. Especially enjoyed the bit of zip!
I actually haven’t tried it on fried chicken yet, but we love it on chicken cooked in the air fryer. I also used it on fish, Durado, and it tasted great there too. Definitely on the list to reorder.

When it comes to seasoning chicken thighs, there are a few key things to keep in mind. First, chicken thighs are generally darker and fattier than chicken breasts, so they can handle more robust flavors.
Second, because they are darker meat, they tend to benefit from longer cooking times, which allows the flavors to really penetrate the meat.
With that in mind, some great seasonings for chicken thighs include things like garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, and even coffee or chocolate. Basically, anything that adds a deep, rich flavor will work well with chicken thighs.
Just be sure to season generously, and cook the chicken until it is cooked through to ensure the best flavor.
