Best Seal For Dragon Incantations (2024 Updated)

I love the pink sleeves, it’s my favorite color. My only issue with the sleeves is that they are not totally opaque, which I was unaware of when I bought them, and which none of my other dragon shield sleeves have had any issue with.

For the most part it’s not a problem, but if you play a game which uses double-sided cards (which I do) you can’t use these sleeves alone, you would need to double sleeve them with smoke sleeves or something, which I assume would work, but have not actually tried, yet.

Luckily, there’s only 1 character in the game I play that uses double-sided cards, so it’s not a big issue, but it does mean I need to use the sleeves with other characters which is a shame, cause I really like the character.

Ultimately, I still really like the sleeves and would buy them again, but they aren’t perfect.

These Green Sleeves have nothing to do with the medieval song, reputedly written by a young Henry VIII. Rather, they are for protecting playing card sized collectors cards such as MTG or Pokemon cards.

These are a robust product that can be combined with another inner sleeve, also by Dragon Shield, offering TOTAL PROTECTION for your cards against spills, scuffing, dog earing, and the dirty fingers of your friends.

Might look like a bit of an investment, but certainly worth it when you consider how much single cards can be worth. Highly recommended.

I know these sleeves are meant for game cards but I use them as thicker, barrier sleeves for my kpop photocards with 9-pocket Ultra Pro sleeves inside my binder. I have a few boxes of clear Dragon Shield sleeves and a box of white sleeves and they have been nothing but great for me! My cards used to get scratched and slid around in the 9-pocket sleeves when they weren’t in Dragon Shield sleeves and now they are snug and protected! They are super clear and easy to remove from the pockets.

Another added bonus is that they don’t have the opaque dot on the side like Ultra Pro card sleeves and are clear all around. I really love this brand of sleeves and I hope to get more variety in the future!.

303 rubber seal protectant appears to work well. It restored the black colour to what had become rather grey seals on my Lotus; and also gave back to the rubber its flexibility. Mind you, I gave everything three coats no great shakes, really, to get the best results.

Applying the protectant is easy and overspill does not seem affect paintwork adjoining the seals. Also, a little of the product goes a long way. i’ve still got plenty left in the bottle to use another time.

All in all, I’m a satisfied customer.

Perfect for preserving and conditioning the rubber handgrip of my Euro Security Products expandable police baton. Prevents damage caused by UV Ray’s and ozone. Easy to apply with sponge tip applicator (similar to bottle of liquid shoe polish) with little to no waste.

Dries quickly and restores new look to the rubber. Rather expensive for the quantity but worth every cent, works much better than silicone products. Contains no volatile petroleum solvents which actually harms rubber.

I am sure it would be fantastic for use on rubber seals and highly recommend the product. Wish it was available in larger size containers!.

This product is great and help me save time from replacing window seals on my almost 20 year old Jeep. Seal rejuvenated and functional again

Slightly more expensive than competing sleeves, but I’ve noticed a consistency of quality with Dragon Shield that other brands lack. I’ve only bought around 500 DS sleeves, but I’ve not noticed a single misshaped one in the lot.

A rarity when it comes to sleeves.

As the Professor has said, Dragon Shield Mattes are one of the best out there. Opaque back, fits cards perfectly single or double sleeved and tough as nails. A+ Using them in my Flesh and Blood Ninja deck and they are perfect.

These are Dragon Shield sleeves, need I say more? If you’re looking for high-quality sleeves, you can never go wrong with a pack of these sleeves. A lot of variety of colors out there, too!

This is a really good buy. We haven’t had any issues with it. Have had it for under a year, but the set up was really easy. The parts just make sense when you look at them. Also, there is a YouTube Video out there that was really helpful.

Let me tell you what, finding gaskets for used market Victor class submarines is darned difficult if you’ll pardon my language. Leaks galore when you go under 50 metres and level the bow planes if get my drift.

Don’t even get me started on the primary coolant loop on that finicky VM-4P reactor either, ever had a control rod failure because of a leaky fitting during an under water cocktail party? Awkward! Suffice to say, JB Weld has come to the rescue again and again! No other brand has the ability to hold back fluids in your used Russian sub or in the homemade hot tub you made out of a horse trough.

5 stars! Highly recommended.

Used it for a valve cover gasket replacement job (this is only for certain sections in accordance with the Ford xr4 service manual). It did the job where the permatex failed – was literally dried when the seal was first opened.

So of course recommend this over that.

Very thick and not easy to expel from tube, having said that it did do the job as a gasket seal on the tranny pan on my 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer ES. One of these tubes would do three seals easily on a transmission pan.

Seems very robust once cured.

Unless you want the costly redesigned outer seal, this OEM copycat is a perfectly fine alternative.

What more is there to say it’s a very cost effective quality seal went on great put it on a 2004 f250 with the Dana 60

Sold as a glue , it’is a basic silicone paste for motors , may be good product but not for description It’is a dangerous deception to use that as a glue for calipers

I used this Pro Seal for the first time and it worked great! It was recommended by a mechanic for my diy project, working on the valves of my motorcycle. It went on easy and it works great. I highly recommend this RED RTV PROSEAL.

I needed to replace a starter-motor on compact tractor, and this stuff worked great! No need to spend endless hours searching for OEM or cheesy generic seal kits. This was a life saver so to speak.

This is great sealant. Ordered more than I needed but I’ll find a use for what is left over. Used this on the B-type vent for my garage heater and although it is too warm to start the heater have no doubt this will take the heat.

Sealed the inside and outside of the thimble plus fire stop and although most would not like the color (it did not dry red more orangish red) on the outside of their house I thought it looked as if there is a special made rubber seal (used masking tape to get clean lines).

Smell and color reminds me of sealant we used in aircraft jet engine bay panels and consistently seems the same. Develops a film after one hour and in two hours could be lightly touched without causing fingerprints.

At 24 hours was cured.

This is a high-quality sealant! Easy to apply: not too viscous, but not prone to sagging in overhead applications either. Cleans up easily — not something you can say about many silicone sealants. Bonds very well in my application (wood, steel, & ABS plastic).

Color is deep, bright red to my eyes.

Used for sealing ductwork on a drum dryer, it works well in this application. Standard silicone would probably be able to withstand the heat but a little extra won’t hurt.

I am having a problem with this wax that I haven’t solved yet. When I use a burning wooden match to hold under the wax stick to melt it, the wax that drips on the envelope has black soot mixed in and the resulting seal is not pretty.

Maybe I need a small torch to melt the wax without the soot. Haven’t solved the problem yet.

Since falling down the “rabbit hole” of fountain pens, I also discovered the whole art of writing and that a letter or note can be more than just a thought hastily jotted down. I’ve dabbled with wax seals for the past 10 years and have encountered a variety of different waxes.

Upon receiving my 4-pack of J. Herbin Red wax, I was delighted to use it to seal letters. It is a very true red, indicative of times past and looks very authentic. Also because it is flexible, one need not worry about breakage when mailing through USPS.

I have noticed that this wax melts very easily (quite faster than other flexible sealing waxes), which is great when preparing the seal. However, I took a few letters (with wax seals on them) to the post office on a recent hot Summer day (85 degrees that particular day) and noticed that on the way to the post office the wax was melting onto the other letters.

Granted, where I am located could certainly be an issue but I don’t particularly enjoy the idea of the wax seal melting without the assistance of an open flame. Perhaps this wax is best for Autumn, Winter, and the early part of Spring.

Because of the melting issue, I am giving this 4 out of 5 stars. Though I do highly recommend this!!.

It works. I use a spoon. When people visit and see spoons with burnt bottoms, they think I’m part of the opioid crisis. I’M NOT – I JUST SEAL ENVELOPES FANCILY, OK? But seriously, I prefer this style of wax because I find wicked sealing waxes leave soot on my seals.

Pro: The red color of the wax is wonderfully vibrant. It’s also pliable and easy to work with. No bad odors or aromas. Con: The wick is not big enough to melt the wax. I used a lighter instead to melt the wax, but after 3 stamps the old wick dripped, melting into the stamp causing a red and black result.

Next purchase will definitely be wickless sealing wax.

Our daughter used this on her invitations for her graduation party. We were told at the postoffice that the wax might come off in their machines. We mailed them, and have been getting confrontation that the wax held up in the postoffice machines.

We were really impressed with that. Would totally recommend them.

This was an okay product and if you cannot wait for something to ship then this is fine. However I thought it was more difficult to use than other sealing waxes. It also solidified weird. I was less than impressed with this wax.

I did like how it was more matte than others I tried.

Had an O2 sensor code P0134 (running lean). One of the possible issues is an exhaust leak. So, hooked up the shop vac (in reverse) and felt for leaks. Turns out both ends of the flex pipe were leaking.

This is before the Cat so needed high temp seal. Although difficult to reach, this stuff worked and no more P0134.

Wow! Super impressed with this product. After I had a bolt break off half way on my manifold, my car was making the most awful squealing noise (exhaust escaping through). I was told a total overhaul was needed because of how the bolt broke off, otherwise I’d have to suffer with the noise.

I was told to try some different products in hopes of finding a temporary fix to the noise and exhaust issues. I first tried a product called Quicksteel Thermosteel which failed entirely. I thought all hope was lost until I found the VersaChem Inferno metal repair.

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to apply and that it actually works. It’s almost like a putty so it’s easily molded and can fit into those small cracks or holes. It’s got a fast curing time (much faster than other products that usually require 24hours).

It says it gets stronger with heat and it does! The other product I used crumbled as it was getting baked. Inferno Metal Repairs withstands even the temperature from the manifold. I highly recommend this product if you’re working with extremely hot surfaces!.

It a great product as a sealer and repair covering, also bond welding between metals exposed to high temperature like exhaust muffler area.

Installed the PSS shaft seal in 2005 for the first time on a 40ft steel sail boat I’d just purchased. Keeping the bilges water free was a premium consideration for this purchase. Sailed/motored from Mexico north to Canada, Alaska then south to California and west across the Pacific to Australia.

Never let us down. However, in the last 2 years of cruising the Australian eastern seaboard, we’ve gone up and down many muddy rivers and think we’ve scrached the shaft somewhat as the PSS seal is now leaking slightly (no great water leaks as such, mainly salt residue around the shaft).

We plan to haul out very soon and decided to purchase another PSS shaft seal in case we had to replace it. Didn’t want to rely on fixing the problem with the old seal, in case it had got damaged somewhat.

All in all, a good, watertight shaft seal which I would recommend to other sailors.

I fit this new seal to a 1961 Chris Craft 17-ft runabout that Im restoring. I had to make a few modifications to the frame over the shaft log, but it fits!

The product was exactly what I expected. It’s easy to install. I haven’t used the boat yet as we haven’t launched for the year but I know PSS has quality products so I’m not concerned.

This is an easy-to-use spray coating that adds a little extra insurance for sealing up your head gaskets. I had a twin cylinder small engine that had some damage to the block near the cylinder head. I worked the area as flat as possible and used this spray on the head gaskets.

You could see the permatex material had squeezed out very slightly and I knew then it was filling up any imperfections.
