Love, love, love this sea moss gel! It tastes AMMMAAHH-ZZINNG (my 4 year old begs for it every morning)!!! My whole family takes a heaping spoonful a day and we’ve experienced tremendous results (more energy and our gut health has improved drastically.

This seamoss is very delicious you can eat a spoon or two a day like apple sauce . I have the strawberry and The elderberry the strawberry is my favorite. I will definitely be trying other flavors

My dad and I started taking seamoss 2 years ago and i can say that its one of the best things. After about 3-4 weeks of consistently taking 1 heaping tablespoon a day, I noticed that i began to wake up feeling great.

I still needed my coffee, but at least I was energized and feeling great. Fast forward a few months, and both me and my dad got covid. Both of our systems were fairly light and manageable. To minimize the cost, after a couple months of starting it, I began to get the dry seams, and making the gel myself with essential water.

I even add cinnamon to it, to take away the sea taste. It really is delicious. The more cinnamon the better taste. I think its good to experiment it for yourself and see if it works. What’s the worst that can happen.

I believe it it good quality. I cant say for sure. As this is product is something new to me. I wish there was a way to know good sea moss. Anyway I am happy with the product.

I’m a smoker and I would cough so bad when I would work out. I have two inhalers that I had to use all the time. A nurse friend of mine said that sea moss is great for the lungs and recommended that I try it.

I am an Apple Cinnamon lover and this taste delicious and was delivered on time. I take 2 tablespoons each day. Will be trying other flavors soon.

I looked up the benefits of Sea Moss and it seems to be very healthy. This product says it offers immune support, skin and joint health, and detox and cleanse. Immune support and skin and joint health are subjective and need long term study to know if the product is effective in these areas.

During my two weeks of use so far, I have not gotten sick or gotten any skin problems, and my joints seem about the same. The package says to take 2 capsules with food once a day preferably with a meal and water.

Because it says detox and cleanse and I have a delicate stomach, I decided to start with one capsule with a meal. I have to say that, although it caused no serious issues, I did have some cramping and emptying several hours after taking the capsule the first time.

I waited a day then did the same thing, with the same results. I have repeated that pattern for the entire two weeks. I guess maybe that is what happens with detox and cleanse, I don’t know, but that is what happened for me.

I would recommend careful dosing at first to find out how it affects you.

Great BP support o take one pill at 12 noon and one at night before bed. Mu blood pressure is never above 120/80. I also take garlic pills as well which helps too. But great product. Want some free samples.

Update: 9/24/21 A month of taking the Seamoss and my energy levels are great! What can I say except that I love everything about this Seamoss supplement! I usually make my own Seamoss gel but I ran out and I was able to purchase this with at a discounted rate with expedited delivery.

I did notice that after about five days; I just felt different in a good way. I noticed that my achy painful joints were no longer bothering me as much and my energy levels were better than before. Also, my immune system enabled me to fight off a cold that usually lasts about a week and instead was about 4 days this time.

In have 3a-3b curls and have been using LUS kinky-coily all-in-one for years. I still get a good deal of frizz, especially after day 2, but I’ve been living with that. I tried adding gel to it and it helps a little bit.

This new Irish Sea Moss gel, however, is amazing! I definitely have less frizz and more curl definition. I have really thick coarse hair and this stuff actually makes my hair look and feel even thicker, and seriously, who doesn’t love a head of thick, beautiful, and defined curls? It also does not dry my hair out like some gels and mouses I’ve tried.

It seems to actually help moisturize my hair, which is what I need for my dry curls living in a dry place like Colorado. The best thing with this gel is I have less frizz and still more definition after sleeping on my curls a few nights.

I have been looking for a better gel to use for my hair. I have fine 2C/3A hair with nice bouncier curls and some small, tighter curls with LOTS of frizz. I live in a very humid area, so I NEED frizz control.

I wanted to love this product because of the natural ingredients and all of the other reviews. However, to my disappointment, it does not work on my hair. I’ve tried using it different ways, to no avail.

It weighs my hair down, makes my curls barely wavy, does nothing to fight the frizz, and makes my hair feel very greasy and oily (which really grosses me out when it comes to my hair). It also makes my hair very tangled to the point that I struggle to get a wife-toothed comb through it.
