20 Best Scrubs For Petite Women (2023 Updated)

These pants are a different green than the standard hunter green, a little lighter. I noticed it because I compared it to my other hunter green scrubs from different brands. I don’t think anyone’s going to tell me wearing them is unacceptable, but just wanted to give you an honest review just to keep in mind before ordering.

I’m guessing purchasing this specific brand’s top with these pants will be helpful in making sure your uniform matches in color. I’m 5’10 and usually a large, so I purchased the tall L based on the measurements.

But I think I should’ve gotten a tall medium as they seem a bit baggier than I would like. But that’s definitely a preference thing because these pants come with adjustable strings. Overall, pretty ok pants.

Not see-through. I’ll probably end up getting the shirt with it so i don’t drive myself crazy.

These joggers are so comfy! It’s so hard to find a petite plus size, especially if it’s anything past a 2x and I’m right on the line with sizing. I got both a P2X and P3X, and they both fit – if I want something a little snugger, I can wear the 2X and still be comfortable (I like my joggers to hug my legs a little more but still have space in the stomach and the 2X is juuuuuuuust a little snug on the tum), but the 3X fits my stomach comfortably and is just a little big on my legs.

Overall, nothing to complain about. There’s a great variety of colors, and the length is PERFECT.

The fabric is not twill or cottony but definitely a silky tissue-weight performance/athletic type fabric, but not see through. I got ceil blue and hunter green (which is lighter than true hunter green).

The biggest issue with these pants is that the waist band runs small while the leg does not so size up per the waistband. I had to send back the smalls and I used the size guide and my waist is 26″ due to the waistband material being a different way more stretchy material than the rest of the pant.

They are more of a high rise fit and the length is perfect for petites. (I am 4’11” and the small petite length is good). Once you get the sizing perfect these are very comfortable. Not too baggy in the length of the leg and the jogger cuff is not too elastic so it doesn’t pinch the ankle.

Washes and dries well no wrinkles or pilling.

I typically wear Medium or Large in regular clothing and didn’t expected Fig scrubs to be over the true size. So perhaps order 1-2 size down. Size S Top: At the shoulder/ arm doesn’t have a nice comfort give when I try to reach my arms outward.

Some restriction there. I wish they have the oversized top style available in petite or regular. That style feels more comfortable and allow comfort movement but just too wide. Size XS Pants: The waist band was quite tight when putting on the pants so I had to upgrade the size from XS to S.

It maybe a tiny big on me since the size upgrade but a little tight for the XS. The waist tie string might be a bit too long. Fabric quality is good, just need better tailoring for better comfort fit.

I am not fond of the FIG tag on the pocket the tops. It doesn’t seem to represent the company one works for. The plus sign seems more appropriate. I am getting used to wearing them and so feel professional in it.

The fit, color, material is great; I have no issues there. The only issue which makes me not want to wear this pair of pants is that there is very little control of the elasticity around the waist. About more than half of the pants’ waist is designed with elastic band.

The front had a draw strings without the elastic part for a smooth look. However the drawstrings does not go all the way around the waist, so you can only tighten the front of the pants. This give very little control on the back.

When you bend over or sit down, it’s loose in the back. I find myself retightening the draw strings throughout the day with little benefit and having to pull my pants up often due to this design flaw.

Just design the drawstring to go around the entire waist, not just 1/3 in the front, and it wouldn’t be a problem.

I’m sorry to write that I’m not happy with my purchase. I tried twice on this order. The first time they arrived I had ordered them in regular like I had in the past. But these weren’t joggers so they were too long.

You promptly sent out my new order in petite and the length was good. ✅ But unfortunately I hate the fit. On my body type, the only way I can get them to stay up is to tie them tight at knee level then shimmy them up over my thighs so they are the get enough to not slide off my waist.

I can’t tie them tight enough when they are up already. Probably be fine if we didn’t have to carry in our pockets all the necessary things we have to carry. An example is a heavy hospital cell phone.

So, this style has not worked for me. In order for them to stay up there so tight they hurt. Ugh. I didn’t think you would take them back after they have been washed and worn so here they sit. I do love the brand and have bought others in the jogger style with a different waist band and I love that fit.

I just haven’t had the energy to go back and look again and figure it out again. I’m pretty sure this is a me problem not a you problem. 😊 I do love the brand and I will be back for more after I save some more money.

I just can’t afford to keep messing it up. Lol. I’m also wondering if the short instead of the petite would fit me better? I’ve just never considered myself short. Take care Melissa.

I was so glad to find these pants from Dickies. I like the elastic-waist pull-on style, rather than drawstring pants. The brand that I bought previously has a really tight waistband that is uncomfortable, even though the rest of the pants are slightly loose.

These Dickies pants have a very relaxed and comfortable waistband. I also like that these pants are made of durable fabric, not the really thin stuff that is popular right now. The only drawback is that these pants are more of a mid-rise, instead of the natural or high-rise that I was looking for.

I also wish that these pants came in straight leg, not just tapered leg. Because of the tapered leg, they’re a slimmer fit. If you prefer high-rise and roomy like I do, you might want to try a size up.

Pants are firm around the legs but loose around the waist. Tend to fall down a lot and the waistband elastic is already stretched out after only 3 wears. Will have to do some altering. Quick drying, quality is great, soft yet durable material.

Pockets are a good size. Length of leg is perfect. Overall, not quite what you’d hope to get for the price.

Happy to be able to buy Dickies in Australia, was disappointed I couldn’t get petites in the pants but the fit overall was perfect. The top however was enormous, oversized & not flattering at all. I won’t be using this set for work as it the fabric creases terribly and is too stiff to be comfy.

I’ll find another use for them. Infectious Clothing customer service was amazing, delivery was speedy and no issues with my order. All round happy customer; just didn’t do my research before selecting the best fit & fabric for me.

I always love having two cargo pockets, hand pockets, AND BACK POCKETS?! PLUS!! They’re stretchy and comfortable and I appreciate that they have a drawstring too (inside the waistband). Love them! Normally wear size 10-12 in pants and got a medium and they fit well (scrubs always run large and I have to size down).

Very comfortable. Shorter and smaller than my cherokee brand scrubs. I normally wear petite length pants but the petite in these Aly yoga were too short. I normally wear a medium in scrub pants but I had to get a large in these pants.

The pants are much thicker than I thought they would be so that made them slightly not ideal, but workable. However, the waistband is completely elastic so with anything in your pockets that will weigh it down, the pants come down.

I wore them to work once and won’t wear them again – worth trying for the lower price tag but didn’t work for me at all.

They don’t seem to be as great quality as the last pair I ordered. This pair is see-through when holding them close to light (not even directly). My previous pair aren’t. My old pair lasted me 3 years so I’m not sure how long these will last.

They aren’t as soft as the old pair. I’m pretty sure I ordered the same style as they are the ones that are part of the official uniform. I am happy to be corrected and amend review if necessary. They are still comfortable, don’t get me wrong, but I just don’t feel the quality is the same.

The colour is slightly different as well and aren’t an exact match for my top, despite both being navy (probably just slightly different dye).

I have owned MANY pieces from every scrub name and style in the nearly 20 years I have practiced medicine and I must say, the Grey’s Anatomy sets are the most comfy and flattering scrubs I have ever worn.

I am 5’2 and currently 180 (the lovely COVID weight gain grabbed hold of me) so I had to invest in new scrubs bc of weight gain and they fit in every area. At 5’2, even in my thin days, I have struggled to find the right length but honestly these scrubs aren’t terribly long so that in itself is a huge plus.

I will continue to purchase this line because I am so pleased with every piece I have purchased so far. That being said, if you have issues finding a good fitting set of scrubs, give these a shot because I assure you, they are flattering to each and every figure.

Great comfort! The material is so soft and I could wear these all day! The only issue I had is that they run larger depending on the fit you want. I prefer my scrubs to be fitted with a little room. I am a medium but the mediums were just baggy.

I needed a size small to fit the way I liked.

First of all I love Jens scrubs. They are a great place to order scrubs and offer really good promotions. My review is only over the greys anatomy scrubs I recently purchased. I have a pair of greys pants, size small in the 3 pocket spandex stretch that fit perfect.

So I order a pair of the 6 pocket cargo scrubs in a small and they are rather tight in the waist. The waistband is elastic just like the other pair but it’s like it won’t stretch. I had a medium pair of same pants and they were too big.

So I guess I will just stick with the 3 pocket spandex stretch in the future. I just really like the cargo pocket to be on the left side of my pants.

I’m 5’9″ and approximately 160 lbs for reference. I ordered several medium sets and the pants fit great but the tops are a bit long and baggier than I would have liked. I can’t tuck the top in because the top edge of the front pockets is visible when I do.

Nonetheless, they are very very comfortable and they stretch nicely. Good price for the quality. They’ll get the job done.

The material is stiff, even after several washes. The sizing is also a bit off for me. I purchased the large size but these pants are big on me. At 5 feet 3 inches, I will have to get them shortened a couple of inches.

A bit disappointing. Otherwise great price and good quality.

Again, the fabric, my favorite. Breathable stretchable, not cumbersome, big cargo pockets and front side slit pockets are awesome for my keys so I don’t lose them! The tapered leg and cuff are perfect to not have pants dragging on floors that have… multiple substances on them, let’s say! My new favorite!.

So soft! No ironing needed! I’m 5’4 150 pounds and I’m a petite small. I did get a petite medium to be safe, they are a big baggy, but that just makes them even more like sweatpants! I love them so I bought every color!.

I love the fit and style of these much better then the FIGS jogger. I just wish they had them in a variety/selection of colors

Quality affordable scrub cotton polyester blend but simple style. I prefer cargo pockets on pants.

These scrub pants are so comfortable. I can wear them for my 12-hour shifts at work, and they move and adapt to whatever my shift throws my way. In fact, these pants are so comfortable, I bought a pair in a different color that I sometimes wear while running errands or working around the house on my days off.

Pants are comfy. Love the yoga waist band but the legs don’t fit as tight as yoga pants which I prefer some room for bending and stretching. I have thicker thighs too. These work perfectly for my job.

My favorite scrub pants ever. Just pull them on and go. Material is breathable and comfy and the style is slimming as well. I love the waistband. Plus size friendly. I’m 5’4 and got the petite. The regular size drags the ground a little bit for me.

Love the fit! I am 5 ft 3 and 3/4” tall. I ordered an XL regular length and the pant fit perfect. The shirt I ordered also fit true to size. I highly recommend these scrubs. I ordered them because they are lightweight and these scrubs didn’t disappoint.

I’ve been a nurse for 20+ years and these are the most comfortable and best fitting scrub pants that I have owned. I plan to buy more in other colors. They are lightweight and comfortable. I love the elastic waistband.

I rarely rate products that I buy. I highly recommend this product.

This is my second pair of Melrose Ave. scrub pants. The waistband has both elastic and a drawstring. I do not elastic waistbands, so I very easily removed the elastic from the waistband. The drawstring wraps completely around the waist just like the unisex scrub pants so they still hold up fine.

These are more fit for a woman than the unisex pants in that they have a boot cut, shorter crotch and small side slits on the outer lower seam. The material is so comfortable, like wearing silk pajamas all day long.

I will never buy a different brand. We were introduced to this brand at work when the hospital I work for bought Medline scrubs for the employees. As for fit, they run 1-2 sizes large. I am a size 6 (28 inch waist, 38 inch hips) in women’s clothing and the XS pants fit perfect.

I received a free samples of this Melrose Ave Scrub Pants to review. I have never felt more comfortable in scrubs before now. The material is so soft and light weight. Other scrubs material is hard and scratchy, these are not like that.

These are the best scrubs out there. These have hidden pockets that you can put personal items in. I loves these pants. I wish I could get another pair in a different color (navy or purple 😉 ).

I have enjoyed wearing them. I’m petite and 118 lbs, so the small was a lil big but the draw strings made up for this. If you are looking for quality and comfort, I urge you to give Melrose Scrub pants a try.
