20 Best Scrub For Stretch Marks (2023 Updated)

This is a great scrub. The one thing I wish it did not market was claiming it helps with veins, scars and age spots. That just seems like a gimmick and I have not seen any change. I have only used this product 4-5 times.

At first I was just going to test it on one leg. The second night I decided to use it on both legs and my hands. Now I am applying it to my arms. I have never been one that likes applying lotion after a shower unless I am so desperate and itchy from dry skin.

It never feels like I am clean after applying. This product however is crazy! It is removing dead skin and my skin feels soft until my next shower. It does not feel oily. There is no residue feeling.

This product feels so nice after your shower I am thinking of getting some as gifts for my sisters this Christmas. The instructions are not the greatest on applying this product. I still do not know how much is too much or not enough.

I don’t want to waste it as it seems I will be burning through this product pretty fast at the rate I keep adding more body coverage. I do a lot of gardening and dishes that make my hands feel rough, dry and icky looking.

This stuff is making my hands feels so much smoother then they have ever felt. The cons of this product. I get a lot of bug bites in summer. This stuff will sting on open scratches and bug bites that you have been itching.

It is after all partly salt. I have not used it on my face. Salt in my eyes does not appeal. It says be careful because you can make your shower or tub slippery. So far it has not built up and made my shower slippery.

I have little faith that it can do anything for spider veins. I have had them since I was a teenager. the only way you will ever get rid of them is see a vein doctor and they can remove them with injections.

The veins are damaged and week. No amount of product to increase circulation is going to fix this. Other then acne, eczema, dry skin and plain old skin flakes, I don’t think this product will fix much else.

The things it does help it is amazing! This is going to be my favorite winter scrub!.

I love this Himalayan salt scrub! I have used several different brands of salt, sugar, and coffee scrubS in the past, and immediately noticed a positive difference with this one. Upon opening the well-packaged tub, this scrub looked finer, smoother, and creamier than most other brands I have used thus far.

After reading the ingredients, I learned this is because, in addition to the salt, there is collagen and other skin boosting ingredients! Also, this brand is much finer than most salt scrubs I have used, which tend to be more corse and jagged.

I did not have any irritation with this brand when used before shaving, but due to the salty nature, I don’t recommend use after shaving (salt irritates fresh tiny nicks), and I have VERY sensitive skin.

After using this scrub in the shower, my skin felt so soft and smooth that I didn’t even need to use lotion after! With my dry, sensitive skin, I ALWAYS need to moisturize after a shower, but this scrub moisturized and exfoliated all in one! (Although, note the directions still say to moisturize after use).

I’d also like to comment on the please thank smell of this scrub. I absolutely love it! Sweet and fresh and not overbearing and artificial at all. Overall, this is an excellent product. I highly recommend it.

This beautiful M3 Naturals Himalayan Salt Scrub gently exfoliates and moisturizes and the same time. The texture is so soft and luxurious. It leaves your skin feeling super soft and smooth. Definitely one of my favorites!.

This might be the most aggressive body scribe I’ve ever used. To the point that you have to be careful and not go too hard or long on the scrubbing. You also can’t use this in the shower the same way as others.

You have to use it on almost dry skin, or the salt dissolves away immediately. Also, this stuff is priced a decent amount more than other products that work. But if you’re looking for something more aggressive, this is it.

I definitely don’t think you could use this back to back. This is like a once a week item.

I am no stranger to Tree Hurt body scrubs. I’ve worked my way through 8 different scrubs scents. Currently, using the Coco Colada scrub & whipped shea body butter. I agree the coconut smell is overpowered by the pineapple yet I find the combination light, refreshing and attractive.

I pair the scrub & body butter with Dove Restoring Coconut Butter & Cocoa Butter body wash &Dove Caring Coconut deodorant. I’m left with the softest, smoothest, moisturized skin. This is a great set for a Self Care Sunday Routine.

Having received this product for free in exchange for my honest thoughts, I was eager to see how the product performed. Having not been a fan of body scrubs in the past, I can’t remember the last time I ever used one.

Using this faithfully three times a week for over two weeks, I can genuinely say I look forward when said day comes during the week in which I get to use this. Is it kind of insane that I find this to be fun and enjoyable? The smell itself is lovely, while strong enough to make an impact but, light enough to save itself from being overbearing.

The consistency is quite thick and creamy, almost reminds me of a thicker cake batter. Minimal usage with application goes a long way here. The exfoliating body polish quickly smooths over your skin, instantly cleansing while ridding itself of impurities and dry, rough skin.

My skin is in love with this formula – the instant smoothness that takes over my body with each use. Dove continues to win me over with their quality affordable products, and this is yet another one that can stand alone in the collection!.

The Vitamin C scrub is amazing! The scent of grapefruit is uplifting and invigorating, and the texture of the scrub is a perfect balance between scrubby and moisturizing. Not too harsh/dry on the skin, and not so oily that it leaves the tub slippery.

It’s definitely one of my favorite Asutra products that I’ve tried so far. It also lasts a while as you only need a small scoop to cover a large area. Highly recommend this product!.

The citrus smell is my favorite, and it’s easy to mix oil and salt with the little wooden spoon (one spoon was brittle and broke into two pieces upon mixing the product – this has not happened to me before and I have saved a few spoons, that work fine, from previous orders).

It can treat a variety of skin conditions, from flaky or dry skin, cosmetic ailments, hair and scalp problems to many more. It treats Sunburns, Acne, Acts as a moisturizer, Fights signs of aging, reduces the appearance of stretch marks and is nutrient rich for good skin health.

Jojoba is a Super food for skin. Jojoba not only moisturizes skin, which you would expect from a natural oil, but it is similar to our own skin oils, which means it absorbs readily. Of course, it’s benefits don’t end there—jojoba also provides long lasting moisture, is an anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, nutritious for the skin as it is high in vitamins and minerals our skin needs, reduces the appearance of aging and treats infections.

In the past, I would have not believed if anyone would have claimed products as this Charcoal Scrub would help clean out yours pores on your face and body but since giving this a try I can say this is absolutely true.

I have been using this for around two weeks and I have to say the results are amazing. My sister who is a die-hard for maintaining a beautiful look body and skin is jealous of how clear and amazing my face, specifically my nose looks.

Around my nose has a ton of black-heads that just refused to clear out but after a couple of days with this charcoal scrub my nose area looks clear and magnificent.

KP Duty by DERMAdoctor. It’s a body scrub like none I’ve used before and I HAVE USED ALOT. 🧖‍♀️Everytime I shower I scrub up with one. This is different. It contains 10% AHA,PHAs + BHA to soften and remove dry rough bumpy skin and botanical oils to soothe.

You apply it to DRY skin. If you have ingrown hair or acne on your chest, legs or back I recommend this product. I used KP Duty on one arm and another sugar scrub on the other. Immediately I could feel the difference in the size of the grit and texture.

KP Duty is finer, doesn’t feel oily and I needed much less of it. Both left my arms soft but KP Duty up close you can see my skin looks a little more refined. (No greasy tub to clean up) Though both scrubs contain oil, KP Duty didn’t leave me feeling greasy.

Scrub that i never find this good. I love doing scrubbing to my skin as it helps to remove all dead skin and dirt. But this @dermadoctor_skincare scrub is amazing it self. This scrub is formulated for rough, dry and bumpy skin.

Most important its curtly free product. This used this product for 2-3 days in a week and my skin comes put completely different. It also helps to even your body skin tone. Apply dry and rub it and then wet it and rub it.

It works perfectly fine and exfoliate dirt and dead skin. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants to exfoliate and remove dirt from skin. Amazing product. KP duty is allergic tested, non-drying, non-comedogenic, fragrance free, dye free, sulfate free, gluten free, soap fee, and cruelty free.

I’ve used this product for a few years now; I have an olive skin complexion, and very sensitive skin, and I tried using it as an exfoliator for my legs every 2-3 times a week. When I first started using this product it was winter and I didn’t expose my legs to the sun so it worked wonders, the discoloration/bumps were almost entirely gone, but in the summer if I wore shorts or anything that exposed my legs, this product made my skin even more sensitive to the sun despite applying sunscreen every 2-3hrs my skin would have more bumps and discoloration from the use of this product, then all the good it did for me.

Also if I didn’t apply a moisturizer to my legs or if I get a cut or bruise on my legs, the affects were so much more intensifying then usual, while using this product if I got a bruise it would take at least a few months for my skin to recover as appose to normal recover of 1-4 weeks for my skin.

To anyone who’s read all the great reviews and is considering getting the Kp duty microdermabrasion scrub, this product is very strong and can cause more harm then good to your skin. If you see changes like that(hypersensitivity, increased bumps/discoloration) to your skin after use, I highly recommend you stop, don’t do what I did and wait for years to change it, because it can cause a lot of skin damage.

I am now using Paula’s choice skincare products and they are much more helpful and work for the sensitivity of my skin. Since I’ve stopped this product, my skin is no longer hypersensitive, I don’t have crazy discoloration or bumps on my legs even when I’m in the sun with shorts on.

So if you know your skin isn’t really sensitive then maybe give this product a try but if you know your sensitive go for products that cater to skin sensitivity like I did with Paula’s choice products.

This right here, is worth it. It’s worth blind buying, in my opinion of course. I blind bought it myself, I never went into the store to smell it and I gotta admit, I’m not disappointed in the slightest.

It smells so good like it just makes me even more excited to take my showers😭💕. If I could describe the scent I would say it smells like the perfect hint of creamy vanilla and coconut. I personally can’t smell the coffee tooo much but it’s a good thing to have in the product because it wakes your skin up and shows your radiance.

Obviously it makes your skin soft and clean, and alsooo, it has a good, deep latherrr🤪Moral of the story, definitely try this out I’m begging you❤️ It’s now an essential in my shower routine though I do like to switch and try new body washes all the time.

I have heard a lot about this scrub so was excited to try it. It did not disappoint. I double cleanse in the shower. This is excellent fir my second cleanse. I love that this is a cream based cleanser.

It is rich. I spread it over my entire body and move the shower head away. I add water as I rub this in like a lotion. It is a very mild exfoliatant so I can use it everyday. There is minimal lather as this is a cream based wash.

After my rinse, my skin is caressed and silky smooth. The only treason I gave this 4 stars is that I wish there was more fragrance. It does smell so good with a perfect balance of coconut and coffee.

I have seen reviews saying the scent was too strong but I feel the opposite. I do not recommend this for body skin that is acne prone as this is very rich.

I love OGX shampoos and conditioners so when I found out they had body wash I was in! Then when I saw they had a coffee scent I knew I would purchase as I love all things made with the odoriferous bean! This wash is very thick and creamy even tho it’s exfoliating.

Some exfoliating products are all pieces and no wash but this is different. The pieces of coconut shell are just that, shell, so I feel like they are an all natural product and makes me feel good. Probably if you are wanting a vigorous scrub experience this won’t be for you as it is more creamy that scrubby but it worked for me! The smell is definitely a pure expresso,coffee scent straight from the cafe so if you don’t like a cup of coffee you won’t like this! My skin feels very moisturized and clean afterwards, no complaints there.

Packaging is nice and the bottle is easy to use. I sometimes have problems with packaging as I have little hands and some carpal tunnel issues so the bottle worked easily for me in distributing the wash for application.

Maybe one complaint I would have is that although you can smell it on your skin afterwards it doesn’t last long. Maybe it could be a little stronger and that would help the scent to last. Overall I would purchase again as I feel like the description is accurate and it’s true to its claims.

it’s a decent scrub but you do need to use a generous amount as the sugar dissolves rather quickly from friction. Personally, I enjoy the scent but I will advise that it’s quite potent, definitely rose with undertones of fresh linen but it doesn’t smell terribly cheap like a laundry softener or something.

It will actually leave a short lasting scent in your bathroom. Keep in mind that ants might gravitate towards any exposed sugar scrub (like residue) but I noticed they don’t go into the jar, perhaps bc of the fragrance.

They could infest the jar but it’s difficult for me to say bc I used this outside of ant season. Anyways, that’s just a little side note, definitely not a deal breaker. it’s a great scrub that’s great for routine exfoliating.

Don’t expect miracles. I used this almost daily after 2 rounds of foot peel masks for 2 weeks. I think it made the process a lot faster and easier. I’ve done several peels before and they usually result in tweaker picking pains (getting a little too enthusiastic about the peeling process.

it’s addictive and satisfying for a lot of people, however you can accidentally rip off fresh skin that’s connected to dead skin that’s not peeling yet). Anyways. this is a great treatment and maintenance product after using a foot peel.

it does help encourage dead skin to loosen up enough to be easily removed.

I’m not Tweeter or TicTaker, I found this just because I needed a new scrub and am so thrilled I did. I absolutely love anything natural coconut (when it doesn’t smell like suntan lotion) and lime, and this errs just more on the side of citrus than coconut for anyone wondering.

Its consistency sets it apart from any other scrub I’ve used and is almost a gel base rather than a sandy mixture you have to stir together before each use. Really unique, and I’ve found it doesn’t leave surfaces slick/oily or create a nasty tub ring – THAT is why I will purchase this forever.

Also I don’t love an aggressive scrub, and this is effective while being gentle and kind to my sensitive skin. The large tub will last me at least 6 months using 1-2x/week. The one star off is for the extensive ingredients list since I like much simpler skincare, but obviously this scrub wouldn’t be what it is without them all.

So far none of the other scents have appealed to me, but I’d love to try another if the texture is the same for all of them,.

I’ve kept a tub of Tree Hut scrub in my shower for over a decade. It’s my favorite and I don’t ever want to be without it. They’ve perfected the size of the sugar particles and the ratio of moisture to grit.

This allows for an extremely satisfying, thorough exfoliation experience and I love how it leaves my skin feeling new again. A little goes a long way. With once weekly full-body exfoliation a tub lasts 6 months or so.

It’s a fairly aggressive scrub, which I prefer. But with a less dense handful spread out over a larger area it can be quite gentle as well. You absolutely cannot beat these scrubs! They do the job too well to ever justify forking over the extra dough for higher end ones.

I like to switch up the scents, but Moroccan rose is my favorite of late. The scent is rose-y, clean and uplifting. A bit perfumey as rose tends to be, so proceed with caution if you don’t like rose.

Surprised that this doesn’t have any reviews here because it definitely needs to be talked about more. This stuff is INCREDIBLE. Very fair price point, the scrub is amazing and leaves your skin underneath feeling so soft and moisturized and the serving is generous.

I am fairly new to this product, but I LOVE IT. I was making my own body scrub for years, but this had such great reviews I thought I would give it a try. What a pleasant surprise. This scrub feels great and smells even better.

What I like the most is how it makes my skin feel after the shower. Because of this scrub, I now need a lot less skin moisturizer. The coconut oil leaves my skin feeling really soft. I live in a high altitude where the air is very dry.

Love everything about this scrub. I have quite sensitive skin that is prone to irritation and dry patches. The fragrances used in the product are noticeable but not overpowering. The consistency works for me.

I feel like I get a good level of exfoliation with water and that extra ‘scrub’ when used on dry skin. It also washes off without leaving a residue on the skin. My skin is left soft and ready for more product! Also, it doesn’t aggravate my skin.

I can’t comment on whether it has reduced the appearance of existing stretch marks or reduced the amount I’ll get. Time will tell. For the moment, I would recommend it to others based on how it makes my skin feel after I use it and it’s smell and consistency.

So I’ve had this for now 3 months and haven’t noticed a difference in preventing any stretch marks during my pregnancy. Purchased due to all the great reviews, however, It didn’t work for me! I purchased the bigger tub too so wasted money on it.

Wish I got a sample size before ordering this. Also, the fragrance on this is very strong and my sense of smell has heightened because of my pregnancy. Really can’t stand strong scented products. Major Regrets!!.

During pregnancy I have significantly dryer skin to the point it feels itchy and uncomfortable, and of course I am mindful about trying to prevent stretchmarks. So far I love this cream, as it makes my skin feel supple and moisturized and eliminates any itchiness or discomfort.

Cannot say if it will prevent stretchmarks yet though as I am only in the middle of my pregnancy, the biggest stretch is yet to come. But it does seem that this cream could potentially help with that.

Texture and smell is nice as well.

I’ve been struggling with ingrown hairs and dark colored arm pits for a few years now but I always thought it was normal with shaving. I recently (past 4 months or so) noticed the hairs were just too thick and my arm pits were just too dark and I thought I should do something about it.

plus I got self conscious about it. I saw this stuff pop up on an ad somewhere online so I figured it’s time to try something and wow! This stuff made such a difference for me!! Even my husband started asking me what I did because he noticed a difference!! I’ve also been getting compliments on how soft my skin is! I have sensitive skin and I am usually cautious when I try new skin products (mostly on face and hands) because I usually break out in eczema if my skin hates it, but I figured it’s worth a shot if it’s in areas that can probably handle a bit more “roughness.

” I use this on my arm pits, back of my thighs, and back of arms. I use it only once or twice a week as it says. A little goes a long way with it too so it seems to last. I definitely feel sometimes a slight bit of irritation only in my arm pits like a day after but only on my arm pits and it’s not painful, just noticeably there.

I just moisturize it and I’m good. Considering how horrible my arm pits were before, I’m okay with it because it goes away. I recommend it to the ladies who struggle with ingrown and dark armpits! Just moisturize after using it! I haven’t had ingrowns since using it, and my arm pits look “normal” now! It’s very exciting and now I don’t mind lifting my arms in public anymore!! Will definitely repurchase once I’m done!.

My skin everywhere is incredibly soft! Disclaimer, given I knew it was a scrub but failed to read it also cleanses like a shower gel, I made the mistake of using it like I use my regular body scrubs.

Bad idea! My skin got irritated around my legs due to how forceful I was. This product in no way is like a regular scrub because you must absolutely use on very wet skin. I usually have somewhat wet/damp skin when using regular scrubs (like Treehut) and that’s never happened.

That aside. It’s an incredible scrub! I recommend it fully. That incident was on me for not reading beforehand about it. Also, I also didn’t read its fragrance profile so when my unbiased nose gave it a good whiff.

Pair this with a body conditioner and believe me when I say your skin will be sooooo supple and soft! 10/10 Someone bad complained in previous reviews saying they had to mix because of separation and it may be quite messy as well as a tad wasteful.

I got this scrub a month ago and it is great in my skin! It leaves it soft and supple and it is so much fun to use! However, I asked my friend for it after reading about it online and the smell was disappointing.

I know that people have many different tastes when it comes to smell, but I would smell this product in store before buying it online. I personally recommend the orange scrub that had a light and delightful smell.

Rub rub rub has a more pungent and (for some) off putting smell. This includes all LUSH products: You need to smell them first before you buy them! Do yourself a favor and don’t take a gamble. Be sure you like something before buying it.

I have been buying this scrub for a while now. I loved it at first from the smell and kept using it. I bought other lush lotions and masks. A few weeks into using this scrub, I woke up with a red itchy rash everywhere I exfoliated! I will NEVER be using this product again, it’s not for sensitive skin.

I don’t know if it’s the ingredient mixture, or how abrasive the salt is against skin, but I threw out my scrub and other lotions from lush. I basically had to throw over $100. 00 in products right out the window.

Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this product at all.
