20 Best Scrub For Ingrown Hairs (2023 Updated)

I was out of no where getting ingrown hairs pop up after shaving my ***** area. I tried different shaving techniques, waxing, and even let my hair grow out a bit longer than I was comfortable with. I was ready to give up and just accept this was the way my skin was now.

As a last product attempt, I tried Bushbalm! After using the Bushbalm Ingrown Hair Exfoliating Scrub my life was changed!! I used the scrub and oil combination as recommended and noticed results almost immediately.

One ingrown hair I had been trying to dig out with tweezers (eek) came out almost on its own from the oils in the exfoliating scrub softening my skin. I cannot recommend this line enough!.

Consistency is key with products. I realized you can’t use a product for a week and assume it will cure all problems. I never used sugar or salt scrubs on my bikini area before. I just didn’t think it was necessary BUT I was totally wrong.

If you are shaving or waxing, you need to exfoliate. This scrub does exactly what it’s supposed to – exfoliate. The smell is subtle, smells like tea tree oil. After scrubbing in the shower, the sugar is abrasive and then eventually turns into a thick layer of oil.

Exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time. I’m naturally tanned and my bikini area tends to look darker than any other area on my body. I think it’s helping removing the dead skin and lightening the area.

Did it get rid of all my ingrown hairs? Not yet. Do it remove all my dark spots/scars? No. I go for monthly sugaring. The waxing esthetician said the hair came out really easily (which is a first for me.

I have coarse hair) SO hopefully that means less ingrown hairs in the future. I feel like it’s more of an preventative measureX rather than a treatment or cure. I will continue to use it and see what happens! I’m going through the tub pretty quickly.

For the price, I wish there was more product. I recommend to give the container a good shake after every use, because if water gets in the container, the sugar hardens and the oil falls to the bottom.

A good shake with the lid on, will solve the problem.

So, I was a bit skeptical of ordering from this place. like you feelnwith many many others. But I went ahead and did it!. The first item got damaged thanks to our amazing carriers but CS in Bushbalm was sooo excellent and fix it for me.

I received the order and I didn’t want to leave any review until I actually saw the results. Want me to be honest? Jump ahead and order from here. The dark spot treatment worked so well (I used it on my underarms) I saw the results in 20 days.

But you must be loyal to it and keep it as a routine. Dark sport works like heaven. Love it! – Also ordered the Sweet Escape exfoliating body and I used it 2 times per week. Even though you feel it a bit oily after use, just rinse and trust me, where you use it will be sooo soft.

I cannot thank you enough for these products. I will try new ones from you because I know they work. And the best thing is we support our people and small companies as well. I am happy with these 2 items I tried and I always recommend them to friends.

Probably my favorite scalp scrub that I’ve tried, and I’ve worked my way through my fair share. From what I can tell, there are two kinds of negative review for it, both of which show a fundamental misunderstanding of how scalp scrubs work: the first says that it dries their hair and scalp out, which, yeah? It’s an exfoliant.

You should be moisturizing thoroughly after using any kind of exfoliant, but especially for your face or scalp because the skin there (and the hair follicles) are quite sensitive. Use a hair mask after using a hair scrub, please.

Ouai even has a line of masks with the same scent. The second of which is frustrated that the scrub just sits on their hair and doesn’t penetrate to the scalp, which. Again, yes? This is clearly user error, obviously you need to put the elbow grease in and work the scrub past the hair and into the scalp.

Admittedly this does take some practice to get the hang of, but you can give yourself a head start by parting your hair into sections and applying small amounts first. Then you just gotta roll up your sleeves and get your arm workout in.

That said, I’ll reiterate that this is a solid choice for a scalp scrub. The texture doesn’t immediately break down upon first rub, and it doesn’t have any of those nasty little beads in it (which are garbage for the environment).

It’s a nice thick paste, the sugar concentration is very dense, and it makes a very luxurious lather. The scent is nice, but I could see it being a little overwhelming for some people why sensitive noses (like mine).

It’s a little pricey, too, and I’m baffled that they would market such an expensive scrub as both scalp and body (which would use significantly different portion sizes per use).

Sometimes you can use drugstore dupes and get “a-ouay” with it, but this scrub is superior to its counterparts. The scrub is versatile, well performing, and luxurious. The moment you open the container you are flooded with the nostalgic smell of summer, Laying by the beach, drinking a piña colada, with just a hint of sunscreen and salt water.

It is truly the perfect summer scent. The dual purpose of this scrub, both the scalp scrub and body scrub, both perform extremely well. If you have been styling your hair and using tons of products on it, or have naturally greasy hair, use this scrub to completely strip away any of the excess build up of product/dirt/skin/grease on the scalp and roots of the hair.

On the body it’s just as amazing, and doesn’t leave a greasy film afterwards yet or still moisturizing. This is THE PERFECT scrub to do before self tanning, as it buffs and polishes without any residue to act as a barrier for spray tan or shaving.

You are perfectly polished and free of any excess oils and your skin glows and smells exactly how you want it to in the summer. This truly is the perfect summer purchase, a small amount goes a long way.

Just be very careful getting it in your eyes or any other sensitive area.

This is in my absolute Favorite Body that I have ever used! I use this on my body as an all over gentle exfoliating body scrub. This scrub has a slight lather to it so it also cleans your skin while gently exfoliating and does a fabulous job at moisturizing my body also.

This body scrub by #OUAI leaves me with skin so clean , moisturized , and smelling absolutely wonderful all day long and pairs very well with the body creme that I layer on straight from the bath after using this scrub they go extremely well together ! I didn’t read the ingredients before purchasing because it was under clean beauty BUT please be careful if you have acne prone skin or sensitive skin!!! It has a high amount of essential oils (lavender and lemon), menthol!, and witch hazel!! These ingredients can often be harsh so its not for everyone.

It does smell pleasant though but can be very irritating. Witch hazel is also not recommended for dry skin, but it can help people with oily skin. Since its marketed for men, I feel it should be known that essential oils and methanol should not be regularly used.

Once in a while wouldn’t hurt, but long term it might do some damage. I do have to give points because its a black-owned brand and the packaging is super sleek, sophisticated, and well made for the price.

This has been the only reliable facial scrub I have been able to find and at such an amazing price. I’ve tried so many different products from high end price tags to monthly delivered products which have not been this successful.

I have very oily skin, but also suffer from eczema with rare, but occasional dry patches on the face. This facial scrub is sensitive enough not to irritate my eczema, yet helps control breakouts which are now far and few in between, or rids them quickly when they do happen.

Directions on the bottle say to use it twice daily however I use it only once as I found using it twice a day caused minor irritation and dryness. I also love the fresh and smooth feeling it gives my face after using it.

Between this one and the Biore charcoal face wash (same line green label instead of orange) it’s a winner for me. I’ve been using them for years now and have found it hard to find anything else that works better, I recommend to anyone who suffers from oily skin and may even have some sort of sensitivity as I have with my eczema.

I bought this with their Charcoal Acne Cleanser and I have to say that it was a great investment. I am someone who suffers with hormonal acne that not even EXPENSIVE products could effectively combat.

After spending tons of money on different cleansers, I decided to try Biore’s Charcoal line and I was definitely impressed. The instructs recommend using it two to three times a week, but you CAN use it daily.

I like to use it twice a day, because it really controls my oil production. It leaves your skin smooth after using it and I have found a significant improvement in not only the clarity of my skin but also the color.

My complexion seems much more even. The ONLY reason I rated it 4/5 is because it can irritate your skin, and I know some people probably would be extremely turned off if their scrub did that. There is some minor redness after using it, and your skin can feel VERY tingly afterwards.

Besides that, I would recommend it. Considering the price in conjunction with the quality of the product, it’s definitely a steal and it’s earned its place as a permanent part of my skincare regimen.

I like the smell of this product. I don’t use it everyday because I don’t want it to dry out my skin. Although it’s a scrub, the grain is very light and it does not cause irritation. The product is very gel like in consistency.

I would recommend this product to somebody prone to blackheads.

silk scrub is everything you could ask for in a body scrub. gentle, effective and multi-functional. the only complaint i have is the packaging. why such an ergonomically abysmal design? if anyone has limited function of their extremities, they will be beyond frustrated to use this scrub.

so slippery and you will never be able to get the last bits out because the bottle is so rigid, you have to squeeze it with both hands. be careful when you do, though! the lettering on the packaging is not waterproof and you may find the letters coming off the packaging into your hand.

it’s such an issue for me, that i’ve actually looked into other scrubs that have better packaging but their formulas don’t compare. luckily fur is extremely open to customer feedback so they’re probably already working on improving this design.

to sum it up: i repurchase because of the unparalleled formula, but i have considered other options due to the flaws in design.

I bought this thinking it’d be more of a physical exfoliant but it’s definitely more chemical; which isn’t a bad thing! I tend to use it as a mask instead of a scrub since I find that is how it works best.

I’ve actually used this as a mask on my bits and face too – after a few minutes I can tell it’s definitely exfoliating and I use the mitt for my bikini area. It leaves everything super smooth and helps with in growns (post wax).

Definitely use a good moisturizer afterwards (like the fur oil) so that nothing gets dry! However, I would say that the price is a little steep for what it does.

I wanted to love this, but this is not a very powerful scrub as others have described, even on sensitive areas it’s too weak. It’s more moisturizing than exfoliating, so it’s really not going to help any bumps on your bikini line.

The smell is EXTREMELY powerful and I am not usually sensitive about scents. It smells like the kind of annoying woman who shops at the co-op and mom shames women who use formula or don’t buy entirely organic, as she shops in her unethically sourced designer clothing.

There’s definitely cheaper more effective products out there. Of all the fur items, this is the worst.

I’ve always suffered from really bad acne on my bottom and it gets me down. It makes me feel self conscious and can also be sore when sitting on active spots. Always being a lover of the face wipes, when I heard these were being released last year I was first in line with high hopes.

These work fantastically, and over the space of a month I notice a very clear difference in the breakouts. which makes it gutting that these are so stupidly expensive. £58 for 8 wipes? Who realistically has £60 extra a month to spare just to make sure their backside isn’t as spotty, no matter how much more confidence they give me?! I understand that you should pay for things that work, but I can’t help to believe that the cost of these have been seriously inflated.

It’s like kicking a girl while she’s down; Either be broke, or deal with the spots. If you’re in the same boat as me, DDG do a head to toe glow set where you can purchase 30 face wipes and a box of the body wipes, which works out £50 cheaper combined.

Regardless, I still have to top up with buying individual boxes of these, and I wince every time I do.

Regardless, of how it looks I didn’t touch up the shots or anything so that these are pure before & after shots. It’s very hard to see any difference, but I have to say that my skin texture has been reduced & I believe that after using this box up there should be a more visible difference.

✴️ Final Conclusion: I’m loving these exfoliating pads and I believe that they are working! I can’t attest to any big results just yet, but it seems very promising with consistent use. I do have to say that these pads are quite expensive & I would probably not repurchase them based off of that, but aside from price the ingredients & effects are great.

This is the size of a flannel and the thickness of the average facial sheet mask. It’s not so wet that it drips, it’s more like a wet wipe, so it’s really easy to apply and there’s zero mess. It dries very quickly and left my skin with a slightly tacky feel – a bit like glycerine feels on the skin, but wasn’t particularly hydrating on my dry skin so I did need my usual moisturiser afterwards.

It’s done a very good job of getting rid of my extra dry elbows and shins. I have sensitive skin and had no irritation at all. I’d consider repurchasing this. However, I chose this as a free sample with purchase and when I looked it up, I couldn’t believe that the pack is £15 for only two towels.

I genuinely think you should get about 8 towels for this price! At £7. 50 per use they are just not worth it.

It’s a 2-in-1 cleanser and gentle exfoliator which is such a delight to use. it smells absolutelyamazing! The cleanser itself is a gel that lathers up to a nice creamy consistency that feels nourishing and not at all stripping.

The caffeine and grapefruit it contains really calms the skin. My skin is left smooth, bright and feeling really clean, but most importantly, with no tight feeling. I just use it on the shower first thing, and for increased exfoliation, you can leave it on for an extra minute without scrubbing.

I do this a couple of times a week. It is gentle enough for everyday use.

I Love this cleanser from Origins! I’ve had a very on again off again relationship with Origins over the year. They’re like that boyfriend I keep falling in love with only for him to do something to really pi** me off, leave him, and then miss him again a month later.

But this product is what will keep us long term. I love the orange scent – great way to wake up on the mornings I feel most groggy. It also does a great job leaving my skin feeling clean without over drying (my skin does lean on the oily side so that might be something to keep in mind).

The exfoliating beads are gentle enough to use daily without irritation, and I feel like they personally help smooth out my skin. It’s a 10/10 for me!.

I absolutely love this. Got it in a kit when I bought a bunch of Origins stuff. I honestly didn’t expect to like it. Yet it doesn’t have enough texture to really be a scrub so it’s safe to use with my Foreo! A tiny bit with the Foreo mini and it’s Spa Time.

It plays nicely with oils, balms, and oily scrubs. So it’s great in my two step cleansing routine. It’s highly concentrated/foamy so I use only a little bit to avoid stripping my skin biome. A very nice surprise winner.

I don’t really know how I feel about this one! I’ve been using it now for awhile after getting it on sale at ULTA. The description/instructions basically say it’s for like pre hair removal or pre wax.

It says to use it at least 24 -48 hours BEFORE hair removal. I’ve experimented with it. I’ve used it just as the instructions say, I’ve used it immediately before. The thing is. well there’s a few things 1.

The scent is terrible. in fact there’s no scent at all. It’s just a weird soapy but chemical scent, so it’s not your normal tree hut smell good scrub. Not at all. 2. There really isn’t much exfoliation in it.

When I use it I don’t feel like it’s necessarily doing much for me. I was really looking for an exfoliating scrub like as mentioned Tree hut or the Dove body scrubs, but I thought I would try this as it was called “no bumps” but I think this is more for just one specific thing and that’s using it if you are going to be waxed.

Unfortunately I can’t confirm or deny what it does if you are using it in that exact way and how the instructions advise because I’m not getting waxed so I haven’t ever tested it, but I think maybe the beads in this and the formula might be made for that sort of thing specifically.

If you are looking for a very exfoliating body scrub to remove dead skin for pre tan or anything like that then this wouldn’t be the one to choose.

Why didn’t I find this product sooner?! This works great! I exfoliate with it every 3-4 days. In between, I use a glycolic acid toner which helps as well. This is used on my underarms and bikini line.

The gel scrub is nice and cooling and the beads help to exfoliate dead skin cells away and prevent ingrowns. I am sad that I didn’t find this product sooner. A little goes a long way, just make sure to nicely scrub in circular motions when exfoliating.

I thought it was pretty good, really good micro textures to help with exfoliation for KP. However, I haven’t used it enough to see dramatic results. feels like exfoliation I could get from using a Loofah.

I love to use this on my upper arms in the shower. The micro-crystals are a great exfoliant and have really helped with the bumps on my arms. Ordered a travel size to test it out but definitely ordering a regular size next!.

Okay, I love this product. It smells great, the scrub itself is super fine (not too thick in texture like some scrubs are) and it feels amazing. I wish every Fenty product could smell like this. But the packaging needs ta GO! It’s so hard to get all the product out of the little squirt bottle and a lot of the product just ends up getting stuck in the bottle.

I also feel like they need to sell it in a larger quantity so it can last longer than like 1 week. A better design would be the shape of the Fenty body moisturizer container/tub so you could scoop out the scrub.

The first time I used this, TLC’s No Scrubs got stuck in my head. The directions are a costly mistake to follow; you will only enjoy the delicious fragrance for a few minutes as you watch this delicate dissolve your coins straight down the drain without any softening effects.

Seriously, I almost returned this because I stayed big mad for a few days. Overreact much? Well, I ponied up and tried again. So glad I did!! Instead of using this on wet skin as directed, follow your instincts and gently rub this on dry skin before showering.

Yessss!! This granulated mixture is the perfect texture to polish without tearing the skin. Also rinses away easily without leaving a greasy mess behind. Softens you right up, moisturizes nicely, and sets the scene for a silky shave that lasts for days.

Probably only need once a week. Follow up with Buttah Drop, and you will be rubbed and/or rubbing yourself for days! My hands look and feel so much happier now, too. Bonus!! Knocked one star off because the directions cost me money, and Idk if I can mentally justify repurchasing 6oz tubes at this price.

Suggesting the price be lowered or the size enlarged. For reference, I currently enjoy scrubs by SkinFix, Herbivore, Drunk Elephant, Sol De Janeiro, Shea Moisture and Tree Hut right now. Definitely open to overspending on an effective rejuvenating exfoliation session.

Already bought 2 regular tubs of Buttah Drop and 1 refill, so Fenty is definitely worth the price for the results it brings to my body. So soft!!.

I just got into using charcoal related face wash and body products lately and I decided to grab the Everymanjack one when I was getting more the other day because I like the brand. Compared to others, the texture is smooth and slightly liquidy but not too drippy or messy.

The scent is the only downside to it, but honestly I justify it given the commitment to natural products and the organic nature. After using it a couple times you notice the effect on your face. It clears it up entirely without feeling any stinging or anything.

Was honestly impressed. Make sure you’re drinking enough water and washing after the gym and in the morning and youll see a huge difference. Pretty happy with the purchase.

This is great for anyone with combination skin or anyone whose skin responds well to salicylic acid. Biggest downside to this is the tube dispenses way too much at a time. A little can go a long way with this stuff and compared to a very similar product in a different type of container like the Yes To Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Facial Cleanser, it doesn’t end up lasting as long.

I’ve noticed this with pretty much all EMJ products. Their packaging tends to dispense way too much product per use comparitively.

Really enjoying the scrub. It’s one of the top two products I’ve ever used in terms of how it feels on my face and how it keeps my skin clear. Lots of products haven’t worked that well for me, but this one keeps my skin pretty clear.

A few comments: – Make sure you buy the scrubs vs. the washes. The scrubs have little scrubbie beads, the washes don’t. The containers are identical and they make most variations in both kinds, so it’s really easy to buy one when you want the other.

I speak from experience 😉 – The scrubs could be a bit thicker. The washes are nice and thick, but my last scrub was a little more watery than I’d like. Not a huge deal, and I feel that each container is a little different, but a note in case EMJ is reading this ;).

I was really excited to try The Inkey List Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Scalp Scrub. I’ve used several scalp scrubs and have only really loved a few. I had high hopes for this one, but it fell short in a couple of areas.

First, I was hoping it would lather. I’m a sucker for lather, and I know it doesn’t necessarily have to lather to get clean and give results. But I also end up using more product than necessary if not.

I personally didn’t notice a foul smell, I didn’t notice much smell at all. If it didn’t smell great, it wasn’t that noticeable because I’m also a sucker for smells when it comes to shampoo/conditioner/etc.

lol. While leaving the product in my hair for the recommended time, I wasn’t sure what to expect but at this point I didn’t really have high hopes. After rinsing, I was surprised to find that my hair actually felt cleaner than I thought it would (even without the suds) so that was a pleasant surprise.

I really love when scalp scrubs actually feel as if they’re exfoliating (they have some physical grit that doesn’t disappear immediately). That being said, I don’t really feel like the glycolic acid gave any noticeable benefits right away as far as chemical exfoliation goes.

I used this both on my wet hair and dry hair, and definitely recommend doing it on wet hair. I think this product is going to be perfect for the right person.

I have I’ve been using the, THE INKEY LIST GLYCOLIC ACID EXFOLIATING SCALP for the past 3 months. Omg it’s been an absolute game changer for me! My hair doesn’t get greasy that often, I mean I can really get away with washing my hair once aweek and yet my hair don’t look greasy, also my scalp feels very clean and hair looks more volumised and lift from sclap.

It doesn’t dry my sclap out and it don’t create dandruff for me, in fact using this product has stopped my scalp feeling itchy and sore. This product is a must have, easy to use without getting messy and definitely good for scalps health as it gets rid of grease, dead skin and build up of products.

I section my hair and massage the product to my sclap, I’ll leave it in as directed whilst I wait I will use my OLAPLEX No0 and No3 and maybe do a facial before shampooing it off. For me this product is a 2 in 1, when massaging in to scalp you can feel the physical exfoliator and it also has chemical exfoliator, its not harsh for my scalp either.

The price is absolutely amazing for the amount of washes you will get, am almost finished with my first bottle which I had for over 3months and will order another, I just can’t be without this product.

I am a South Asian women, with natural black hair, my hair is thick and wavy, my hair ends are dry and can get very frizzy after brushing.

OK so gross as it sounds and as much as we maybe don’t want to talk about it, my scalp has always been oily. For as long as I can remember I’ve had to wash it every day because it looked like you could fry something in it after one day.

Since lockdown 2020 when my hair started falling out from stress, my scalp had gone from just being hyper oily (annoying but manageable) to being outrageously itchy and acne suddenly came around. Even grosser.

This stuff is miraculous. I saw one of the reviews complain about how watery it is – really not a problem if you’re careful and don’t just dump it on your head. I leave it on for longer than it says on the bottle, sometimes over night before wash day.

After only a few uses, I can easily go 2 days without washing (a miracle after years of every day!!) and the itchiness is reduced. I feel that a lot of the small spots are receding as well. It feels so much less irritated and sore, probably because I’m not having to scratch every 2 minutes.

I’m eventually going to start incorporating some light but moisturising oil to my scalp to keep it healthy, but frankly this stuff is the best thing I’ve ever bought for my head.

This scrub is an excellent product a foundational item for mens skin care programs and a cornerstone of Cliniques lineup. Clinique established a long time ago that exfoliation was at the heart of its programs to basic skin health.

Does anyone else remember the cellophane tape test at store counters The worldfamous 3Step includes a liquid exfoliating lotion clarifying for women and scruffing for men and all skin concerns are addressed after skin is properly cleansed, exfoliated toned, and moisturized.

After that, issues related to shaving, wrinkles, firmness, dark spots, and more can be addressed now that the world of Clinique has smartly expanded to include a full roster of efficient and targeted performers.

Face Scrub is ideal for men. Of the various scrubbing products that Clinique offers it can say its the most course it has the roughest scrubbing particles. This is extremely helpful for men, as most men have skin that is stronger than womens and also most men shave their face.

The extra grit that the product provides does an excellent job of removing dead skin cells and unclogging pores. That results in smoother, healthier, less blemished if thats your concern and youngerlooking skin.

Whats more, it perks up whiskers and frees them of any muck that accumulates on a mans face. For me, this makes shaving a breeze. And for a guy who shaves his head too, using the product as a head scrub leads to smoother sailing all around the scalp.

Use Face Scrub as often as you need, being mindful that it is removing those dead cells. Its basic and useful enough to include it with among the most basic items in your daily kit. Dont try other scrubs.

Buy this one and be done.

The mens face scrub has been my ABSOLUTE favorite Clinique product that I’ve used RELIGIOUSLY for many, many years. It’s the only cleanser/scrub that keeps my skin clear from minor, hormonal acne breakouts AND leaves my skin feeing SO soft, fresh, and tingly.

The scrub particles have always been VERY FINE and DENSELY PACKED. I prefer it to the “non-mens” scrub (though I’ve heard they’re the same) and find it superior to the 7 Day Scrub. Even though it’s a “mens” product, it’s always been gentle enough for my skin.

It contained some salicylic acid for acne but not as much as products specifically for acne. Plus just the right amount of menthol makes my skin feel fresh & tingly. **UNFORTUNATELY, after unpacking and using this scrub from my recent order.

I was SO disappointed & upset to find that my fav product has been reformulated SO drastically that it’s now UNUSABLE. Honestly, I don’t know how it could be usable to any face-even men’s- not just mine.

Those very fine, densely packed scrub particles have been replaced by what feels like gravel. That fresh, tingly feeling is completely gone. And the icing on the cake: after ONE use of this new formulation.

I had little tiny red dots all over my face (like petechiae) because it was SO ROUGH. Also unfortunate is how difficult it is to reach a human at Clinique to process a refund or exchange. Emails go unanswered indefinitely, and the “open” hours for customer service are not compatible with my schedule.

Bottom line: do NOT use this new formula face scrub.

I have never heard of an exfoliating shampoo scrub in my life, but I am sold! The key ingredients are nourishing oatmeal, jojoba, and castor oil. They don’t advertise this as much as the aforementioned ingredients, but the ingredient list includes some salicylic acid, which is great for the turnover of dead skin and skin healing.

My mind was blown when I realized this could also function as an exfoliating body or facial scrub! I‘ve been known to make fun of men for relying on a 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to fulfill all their needs.

But I honestly love that this all-in-one does so much. Whereas I viewed the former as silly and lazy, this product comes across as a smart, multifunctional choice. It’s similar to how Castile soap can truly do anything.

And as someone who deals with the occasional dry scalp and once-in-a-while adult acne, being able to use this product to tackle both has been helpful. Now for the topic on everyone’s mind! The tiny, angular cap.

It was difficult and painful to open the first time I ever used it. I eventually had the realization to use a towel to get enough of a grip to pry it open. After that frustration, which many people seem to share, it was actually very easy to unscrew each time going forward.

If the product packaging was an intentional design to limit the amount of plastic for the sake of the environment or something, and not just a user-experience oversight on their end, I wish they would make that clear on the bottle.

I know Biolage’s bottles are 90% Post Consumer Resin plastic and they are striving to reduce their plastic impact, so that might be it? But it’s unclear. If customers are inconvenienced, we want to be informed as to why! Especially if it’s sustainability-related.

Lastly, I have to mention that Biolage and L’Oreal aren’t considered 100% cruelty-free, and I hope one day they stand on the right side of history.

so i am a big biolage fan and have used this brand for many years and had good results with many of their products. now with this specific product i was excited because hey its something new by one of my favorite brands.

well i finally got to try it tonight and i must say i was a little disappointed which bummed me out a bit being this is such a good brand. the shampoo did not lather like i would have thought it would have.

it took a lot of product and some good scrubbin to get a good lather. now i have long thick blonde hair down to my behind pretty much so applying this the scrub part was pointless for my hair because it literally sat on top of my hair and unfortunately didn’t scrub/exfoliate into my scalp like i was hoping it would so unfortunately i didnt get the good exfoliating properties of this product.

it took a long time to get all the granules out and after i washed out the shampoo my hair felt like very straw like. So i did have to use a really good conditioner (No°5) to get my hair feeling soft/hydrated again after i used the shampoo and then a good hair oil (No°7) after i towel dried my hair and it was perfectly fine and back to feeling the way i wanted it to.

now there is pros to this, the scent is what biolage is know for as well and my hair smells so good and it did give my hair a more clean feel/look which i think this is pretty much what this is for is to strip out all the buildup, etc out of your hair but i did feel it was a bit much.

the bottle size was nice, it was a bigger sized bottle which would last a bit. but for someone like me with thick long hair it would use that bottle up quick. overall not bad and i still love my biolage products and will continue to use this until its gone to see if maybe over time it will better improve.

I truly am over the moon that i was picked for this voxbox and grateful to get to test these products.

Overall, I liked the Biolage All-In-One Shampoo Scrub. It has a fresh scent and makes a good lather. I have really sensitive skin and sometimes break out from new hair products, but this one didn’t cause any breakouts.

It seems to be sensitive-skin friendly, at least for me. I love that this product is “all-in-one” and can be used on your hair and body. I’ve actually used it a few times for that reason because I was in a hurry.

Normally, I’d have to use several products to get all the benefits that this one product gives. I used it on both my hair and my body. I have dry, sensitive skin, and this product exfoliated my skin without irritating it.

Exfoliators often bother my skin, but this one actually felt really good on my itchy, dry skin without being harsh. I don’t usually struggle with dandruff, so I can’t say how well this exfoliates the scalp, but it did feel great on my scalp.

The oatmeal, jojoba oil, and castor oil soothe and moisturize your skin and hair. My skin and hair felt clean after I used it. I did have a couple minor issues with this product, but nothing that would stop me from using it again.

One issue I had was that there were leftover exfoliating bits in my hair after I used this product. At first, I thought I’d suddenly developed dandruff, but then I realized it was just bits of the product leftover in my hair.

The next time I used it, I made sure to rinse my hair more thoroughly, so I didn’t have this problem again. The other issue I had was that my hair was super tangled and felt rough when I first got out of the shower.

I think it was probably the result of scrubbing my scalp, though, and not the actual product; once I brushed and dried my hair, it felt really smooth and soft. This product costs more than what I typically spend on hair products, but since it had so many benefits, I’d definitely consider buying it in the future.

Absolutely love this stuff. My wife also loves the way it makes my face/scruff feel and smell. This product feels so refreshing and makes my face feel super clean. I’m not sure if it’s meant to be used on anything other than facial hair but I also use it on my whole face, especially forehead and around nose (not every day of course).

I haven’t had any issues with using the product this way, only positive things to say. My only question is, will this be made into a travel size???.

I generally enjoy having a good exfoliant to use on my beard and neck. I often used the Lucky Tiger brand, which was fantastic, but seemed to run out after 3-4 uses. This Scruff product works wonderfully.

You get a lot in the bottle, so it should last you a while if you’re using it 1-2 times a week like instructed. It foams really nicely, and feels like it can ********* stubble and beard to get at the skin underneath, because it’s so fluid.

I’ve had a great result the times I’ve used it, and it does leave you with a bit of a tingly-clean feeling.

I got this scrub on sale, so I thought why not, let’s give it a shot! I don’t think of L’ange a to go brand for body care products, but for that sale price, it was too good to pass up and the reviews seemed to be pretty good overall.

I have tried many scrubs from high end to the grocery and chain store brands, but I must say that I was really impressed with the overall quality of this scrub. I love the fine grains, which are essential, if you have sensitive skin.

The consistency is great, it’s not too thick, but yet it’s not bordering on watery like some. It’s almost whip like, but yet not fluffy or mousse like. With the wetness of your skin in the shower, or if you are using it on your hands out of the shower, just add some water after you have applied it all over your hands and it will become a soft application.

Just love it!!! The only reason I took away a star is because of the smell, it really could have had a much better scent!.

Unhappy with recent purchase as I received a used container of Le Sable Renewing Body Polish. The seal was broken and pulled to the side obviously used. This is not the first time this has happened when receiving products from Lange.

Trying to reach someone in customer service is futile. Losing my trust and faith in such wonderful products if you aren’t able to provide new unused products. Returns should be carefully inspected if you are planning to restock the item.

Sorely disappointed.

I snatched one of these up as soon as I saw it! I did not realize that L’ange also had products for the body. I absolutely love this. It’s not the large grains that can make you feel dirty. It’s a smooth, gritty texture that I swear you can immediately feel working.

My skin was unbelievably soft and it’s even better to use just before shaving your legs. I will defiantly keeping this stocked along with all my hair care products.
