I bought the large one that comes with the 2 scratchers and the smaller one fits into the bigger one. Im happy i got the biggest size and it is big my cats love it. Both pieces are super strong and sturdy, i was afraid that the biggest one that has the hole in it might be flimsy but it was so sturdy that i could put my foot on top of it and put a decent amount of pressure on it and you can feel how sturdy it is it didn’t bend in at all.

The smaller scratcher is big as well both my cats can lay on top of them both and spread out its very long and wide. It has lasted longer and didn’t start shredding for a while a lot longer than any other scratchers i have bought.

Im very happy with the product the only minor downside is the price its about double the price of other single scratchers but on the up side it does come with two pieces you can save one for later or place them in different areas of your home and for how sturdy the product is it still was worth the price even with the slightly higher price tag.

This is awesome! My 10 yo 15. 5 pound cat will not get off of it. She is very stand offish when something new comes in but this was different. She of course uses them for her scratch pads and the plus is she sleeps on them, watches TV on them, yes, she watches TV on a regular basis and she lets me know this is her Throne.

HUGE hit with all the kitties! We separated the pieces and put them in different areas of the family room. We chose areas that were out of the traffic patterns, underneath tall library tables, against walls on one side.

So they can perch and surveil their kingdom. Lounge Heaven! One can flop, roll, stretch over backward, hang off the middle, hang off the ends, scratch and claw, you name it. They all LOVE these benches to bits!.

This is a really cute idea. I wanted to get a fake ‘cat laptop’ to see if my kitten would stop bothering me when I’m working from home. The product is actually just cardboard and so she doesn’t use the scratchpad.

She does like the mouse, however, that she chewed off already. Overall, it’s flimsier than I expected for the price, and the monitor won’t stand up straight. oh well! Doja Cat enjoyed it for about a week.

I had to order this for my cat Cupcake when I saw it online, and it was the cutest Christmas gift. It has many cat puns, and even a “USB” mouse toy! It’s not one of her favorite toys, but it’s worth it just to watch her sit buy it and “work”.

This is my cat’s favorite scratcher. We got him about 2 months ago, and he is a HUGE cat, so in preparation I got him a very sturdy, very tall cat scratcher to give the lil dude some space to stretch and get scratching.

He ignored it completely. I was at Target, saw this, and was like “ehh sure why not. ” He LOVES it. It looks very silly when he uses it, because he squishes into a ball at the base so he can have as much room as possible to scratch.

Imagine a very tall man sitting in a little kids play chair, that’s basically what it’s like. Anyway, as others have noted, it does tip over easily, and my cat being rather large, well, yeah he can knock it over just by brushing against it.

What I do is put it diagonlly at an angle near or touching furniture. This mitigates a lot of the tipping. It prevents it from being knocked over by his body, and gives the scratcher something to stabalize against.

However, can hear it bumping against the furniture when he uses it. But it’s worth it. He’s stopped scratching up our carpets since we got it, so we now have one in every room.

It’s not unusual for our cats to play with the box more than the toys that come inside it! Two of our five loved this one but I have some suggestions for improvement: • If possible, glue feathers in better or at least make that piece removable so the empty plastic cap can be thrown away.

It took less than three days for the two who loved it to have all of the feathers torn out. • Create various replacement pieces for those who want to purchase them to keep their cats interested once the feathers are gone.

Offer options other than feathers as well please. • Make them heavier so they don’t tip over so easily. Our kitten weighs just a couple of pounds and tips it over all the time. My cats said they’d gladly test any updates you make.

Well, actually they said “Bring it!” but I told them that wasn’t very nice. They reminded me they’re cats and it isn’t their job to be nice! Touché!!.

I bought this same product a few months ago. I had an issue with the clear plastic tags that hold the company label in place against the sisal. It was hard to get close enough to cut it so it left two sharp pieces.

Since the other scratchers are made with cardboard, exposed staples, splintered wood, and won’t hold up as well; I decided to order this item again because I adopted a second cat who insists on clawing my carpet.

I was pleased that the plastic tags like what you have on clothing price tags seemed to cut away from the sisal easier. I didn’t feel any sharp edges left. I guess I lucked out on this particular shipment.

I will say that Chewy was kind enough to give me a credit for the first order.

This was one of Kix’s first toys when I adopted her in 2016. It’s now 2022 and she still loves it!! I can’t even bring myself to throw it away, it’s like her comfort blanket. I turned over the reversible bottom section about a year ago and it’s good as new.

Okay, for all the toys and treats I buy for my cat, Vivian, her favorite thing was the bottom package carton from an appliance I bought. She would sit in it every day, morning, noon and night and scratch the edging.

It wasn’t until I did some research that I realized she always scratched horizontal surfaces. I never knew that some cats are vertical scratchers that prefer scratching posts and cat trees (or the sides of furniture), while others are horizontal scratchers and prefer rugs and seat cushions and carpets.

It was like a lightbulb went off in my head. I just bought a new couch and wanted to change her scratching habits before it arrived, so I bought her this scratch box, figuring that she would also enjoy being able to rub her face on the sides.

SHE LOVES IT. As soon as I put it out, she immediately started using it. She scratches it to her heart’s content, rolls around in it, sleeps in it. It is totally perfect. (For reference, my cat is a small adult.

Every cat needs a good scratcher. My cat is absolutely obsessed with the. We have been through probably at least 4 if them now since we’ve discovered them. It’s an inclined ramp made up of a base and a piece of thick, reversible, honeycomb cardboard.

It also comes with a small bag of catnip that you can sprinkle on it to encourage your cat to scratch and play. In the back and on both sides of the base there are large, circular holes cut out, revealing a shiny metallic ball hanging inside that your cat can bat at and play with.

and if she ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy. But, as much as we like these, they are far more expensive than other brands, and I don’t know why. Could it be the “Kong” brand name? Maybe so. But we’re just as happy with Frisco brand.

It’s just that she has 2 Kong inclines and nothing else fits it but Kong inserts. Cheap trick, Kong. We’ll just keep shopping with Chewy and maybe before I die we’ll find insert scratchy pads that are interchangeable with all her scratchy pad boxes and inclines.

It is difficult to find this product in stores. Even finding the inserts is difficult. When they are in stock, they are much higher priced. My cat loves this scratcher so finding it online at a terriffic price is exceptional!He had demolished the insert as well as the removable insert so I need an entire set.

I was so happy to find this set at a cost that is less than just the insert that I went ahead & ordered 2. I saw no difference in your product than what I had purchased in store earlier. I’m extremely with this product & purchase & intend to check your site again when time to replace.

If your cat likes to chase things then this is not the right toy for you. I did NOT like the way the rubber base didn’t stay on and my cat did not like it so I took it off. My cat wouldn’t even scratch on it even with the catnip on it! Totally useless and waste of money.

They sure will. And the winner plays with it a while and finally falls asleep right on it. Can’t let any other kitty play with it, Not ever! I see there are a lot of other parts you can get to go with it.

I love this! It’s a great play toy for a cat who likes to hit things around, and it’s also a scratcher. What more could you ask for? It’s really easy to put together too, which is great. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a small cat toy/scratcher.

My cat loves this scratcher. He scratches his paws all the time and plays with the toy attached. It was super easy to put together you just need to screw the toy onto the base. The suctions are nice in case you want the scratcher on a hard surface.

My kitty loves this scratcher pad with a plush ball. And I am thankful that he is no more ruining my couch. He scratches on this to his heart’s content. Pad can be mounted on the wall but I like the freedom to move it anywhere I want my kitty to play.

I have two original Scratch Loungers. One for each floor of the house. I had bought this replacement Scratch floor to replace the one that I have had for a long time and it is not the same quality. The original did not shed cardboard all over like this one does.

I have never had to continually vacuum like I do when they use this replacement. The new one in the lower level does not do this. I will no longer buy the replacement anymore if this is what you get.

I bought this assuming it came with 2-3 boards, not just one. Ya, It’s my fault for assuming it would come with more than 1, but for that price can you blame me? This is an overpriced scam. I get that it’s supposed to be a replacement for a separate cat scratcher toy, but if the replacement costs that much, then it’s overpriced too.

Madison has had a scratch lounge ever since I found her at the Tri-County Rescue. It is reversible, but after two years, it was time to make the replacement. It took her all of two minutes of sniffing it to realize it was her old friend, but new.

She sometimes sleeps in the lounge, with a pickle stuffed toy as her pillow – her choice.

I would definitely recommend this over cardboard scratchers! This one is super clean and doesn’t get loose paper (or straw/threads) everywhere. And it’s flat, so it doesn’t get in the way and you can easily vacuum over it if you mind the toy.

My cat used to bite his old scratchers as well (sometimes ate the paper. ) but with this one, he bites and plays with the toy instead. He likes this mat a lot and uses it every day, often lays on it as well.

He doesn’t really use the jute side panels though, just the sisal middle panel. The main drawback is that this mat doesn’t come with anything to hold it down. The back material is mildly anti-slip but definitely not strong enough.

I used double-sided carpet tape to stick it to the floor, I recommend something similar.

I was looking for something to replace the cardboard scratchers my cats love but which I don’t love cleaning up after and constantly replacing. This seems to fit the bill, and as a bonus, all four of my cats have enjoyed laying on it as well, like a cat bed.

It looks a lot like a tatami mat, pretty classy for a cat scratcher! It’s easy to vacuum clean, and of course doesn’t leave little bits of itself around like cardboard versions do. When it arrived it was tightly folded, and it took a little while to flatten out; rolling might have been a better packaging choice.

But now that my fattest cat has laid on it constantly for nearly an entire day, that seems to have been resolved.

Not knowing which one to purchase, I ordered 2 different ones. This one is by far both my older cat & kitten’s favorite. Our older cat is 15 & kitten is 4 months. After I put catnip on it, kitten will roll on it.

Older cat lays on it & spent 45 minutes on it right after it arrived. Then they both figured out they could actually use it as a cat scratcher. Just ordered 2 more. One for our house, one for daughters.

My larger cat loves these cat scratchers. When he isn’t using them for scratching, he sits on these particular cardboard items more than any of the many others he has to choose from. He has other cardboard cat “furniture “ he is still fond of, but he likes these simple broad flat scratchers more.

This is a good scratcher for the price. I’ve purchased better. My cat loves the catnip that comes with scratcher. I recommend if you have to buy more than one.

My cat LOVES these scratch pads. and I do too. They save my furniture. Pandora has very thick sharp nails that are fast growing and it is a struggle to clip them. When she feels the urge to scratch she goes to her special place.

My cats (3) LOVE cardboard incline scratchers, but this one is the best of them all. It’s extra large; my boys are 18 & 20 lbs and like to stand on it, lay on it, and, well, argue over who gets to own it.

So here I am, buying another one plus refills (SO GLAD I can get refills. ) They literally have been shoving each other off of the one they share. I’ve tried other inclines and “wave” shaped scratchers – this is the only one they like.

Bonus: It keeps them from scratching furniture (as much. ) 10/10 recommend and all that.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because one of my boys removed the toy within 5 minutes. Other than that, all 5 cats approve of it, one likes to roll himself up in it which in good because he’s now leaving the bedspread on the bed! I’m happy that I got 2 because they always seem to be ‘occupied’.

The kitties don’t scratch at them because they just come up with their claws, but they do like to knead and lay on them.

Bought this for my kitty who prefers to scratch low and loves carpet. My loves it; however he doesn’t scratch it. Instead he enjoys running and diving under it or hunting for toys that are hidden under it.

The day I went to adopt my cat they let her out of the cage and she jumped right onto a scratchy! Love this product but Big Lots doesn’t always have it in stock so when it’s there buy a few!! But a great product👍.

Since I adopted her she has always used this brand scratcher. She really loves it and I replace them as needed. Yes the packaging is different latley.

I bought this as an addition to my existing scratch post when my cat started scratching my stairs carpet. Using both this and spraying Febreze(!) on the stairs has proven very successful. The construction and strength of this item is very good and my cat seemed to take to it very quickly, using the robust scratch mat and playing in the ‘tunnel’.

I got this for my three cat household, to save my wood mouldings from scratch marks, but it lasted only two weeks. My larger, 15 lb cat sat on it a few times, to scratch the jute with his claws, and flattened it, as the core is just flimsy cardboard.

There was no other practical way to use it, even for my little gal. The only reason I gave it two stars (versus only one) is because, even though the entire thing is as flat as a pancake, my cats will go over to it, lay on it and occasionally exercise their claws in the jute section.

Almost like full-size wave board from the past, which is very hard to find now. Size is great. Cat likes it, but would prefer more sisal covering & and rougher carpeting on underside. It’s some sort of carpet underneath, but smoother than in past.

My cats loved these. I usually buy several because they were a great size for the cats to stand on and scratch. They were a perfect size for all of my cats. They don’t like scratchers that rock or wobble (like the cardboard scratches with legs).

I received four in the mail today and immediately took one out to give to the cats. It seemed smaller, so I set it next to a used one). It is both narrower and shorter (there’s another review with pictures).

I headed to Chewy to see if I’d somehow ordered the wrong size. Nope. The outcome: The first cat tried it and gave up. They can’t get both back legs on it comfortably. He moved to the old well used scratcher.

Unless your cat is on the small side, the scratchers are now too small. Huge disappointment. Not worth the money. CatIt products used to be my go to products, but the quality isn’t what it once was.

We are so happy with this scratching board! We have tried MANY over the years and this is by far the best one we’ve found! All three of our cats use them many times a day and enjoy them so much. They are sturdy and thick so even with daily use by three cats they have so far lasted over two months each! I will definitely keep purchasing these for my kitties and I highly recommend them to anyone else who has cats that love to scratch! I bought 4 as weve just bought a new couch and I intend to put them on the front arms of the couch to prevent risk of any cats deciding theyre good scratching posts – as theyve done with our previous couch.

Couch hasnt arrived yet so I just left the mats near their cat tree on the rug, they have used them every single day and will sit and lie on them (go figure, cats brains!). Ive bought cat scratching posts in the past but only 1 of my 4 cats will use them.

These have been much more successful at diverting their scratching.

Wonderful for my cat to tear away at instead of my soft furniture. This is my second mat however they do last for years. I did cut off the play ball because my cat is now too old to play with it but still has the strength to scratch on the mat.

Really good size scratching mat, sometimes actually used by my cats for a bit of a scratch even though they still like using the carpets (unfortunately) but they do like just sitting on the mat as well.

There’s enough room for them to stand on while scratching which holds the mat in place.

I have purchased these in the past and I love them. The only reason I have to replace is because my cat’s only scratch in 2 specific places and those spots get worn out. Not the fault of the scratcher.

I use these in spots on carpeting or rugs where the cats want to scratch the rug – and it works – they use the scratcher and don’t ruin the rug! YAY!! They are also very sturdy and stay where you place them.

The only downside is don’t accidentally bump them with your bare feet!! IT HURTS!!! LOL!!.

Our cat loves these cardboard scratchers but at 8.99 feel they are a little expensive. They are just cardboard and he is also quite happy with a cardboard box.
