Rattles badly on minor bumpy surfaces. Can hear me coming from a mile away. Only used it twice so far, the side of the deck on the edge separates at times, the stickers on the scooter lasted all of five minutes.

I phoned the guys at Scooter hut about the rattling they said to bring it in to be checked. Tried to use the scooter a third time before I brought it in and the shaft froze and wouldnt turn the wheel.

Get it into the shop, the guy takes it apart and says Oh theres a missing ballbearing ring Ive never seen that before. Heavily implies Ive somehow taken it apart and removed it or dropped the scooter and broken it.

No mate, its just shoddily put together. Kept saying its just an entry level scooter. $180 is still a fair whack to spend on a kick scooter that rattles and isnt put together properly and is already falling apart after two and a half uses.

Goes good on really smooth surfaces.

I was so excited to receive this as I have to park a distance away from uni and walk in. Upon opening the package the scooter was already scuffed and dinged all over the body, the grip material on the footpad was already peeling off and a piece of plastic broke off immediately (I still don’t really know what it even does).

The wheels are just plastic so even on a smooth bike path it’s very loud and rattly, I wonder how they will age. No bottle holder included. Of course I paid the full price and it’s now on sale for half the price.

I’ve only used it once, I’ll probably use it again but only when I’m late for a class. May just stick with my skateboard. Proper installation of pieces, no external scuff marks or previous signs of wear/use on arrival and better wheels would make for a 5 star review.

Otherwise I wish I didn’t buy this product. *It is easily foldable for when I arrive to class and relatively low maintenance. *.

Based on online review, thought this is a great scooter. Ordered one to give it a go. Opened the box, disappointment started to roll in. Paint finish was poor, not evenly painted. Plastic part looked cheap.

Handle is loose. Carry strap is $2 shop quality. Ride quality is horrible. It rattles bad, doesnt roll smooth. For same price, there are many other better quality scooter in the market at lower price.

If wanting a quality scooter, go elsewhere. Definitely not recommend I-glide metro scooter.

Got the grandkids scooters, so they don’t outgrow them and never have flats, like with bikes. I chose larger wheels, so they can still ride them in the gravel and grass, without ruining bearings. Got the solid tires, which are rare in larger sizes.

A tiny 5 year boy, about 45 lbs, handlebar is at nose level but he rides it like a pro. His sis is a tiny 9 yr, about 50 lbs. their cousins are tall and heavy for a 6 yr boy at 100lbs and a 9 yr girl at 150lbs.

I got the heaviest weight capacity – these show 220lbs. They have all 4 ridden them all over the property and there hasn’t been a single issue. They LOVE the bell, kickstand, rear-wheel brake, and bright colors These provide all the exercise, fun and balancing skills of a bike, with none of the drawbacks.

Best purchase since the light-up, heelie-wheelie-tennis-shoe skates.

i needed a scooter so i could go with the girls to the park and run with them and got a very good deal on this one. is very good and easy to start using it without needing instructions. im 6’1 and is perfect for me and runs smoothly and the break works with no problem.

the handle are not slippery.

This scooter has been a big hit with my kids. Sturdy and well built. I like the kickstand option, too. We own a different brand (razor) scooter as well but my kids definitely prefer this one the best.

This is a large scooter suitable for adults. It’s very well made and built to last. The super sized front wheel and large rear wheel make it safe to ride on any surface no matter how bumpy. Having pull brakes on the handle bars is so much safer and more precise than the foot brakes on small wheeled scooters.

Sort of a novelty item, sure, but the smiles I see when people use it are really great. The item came mostly pre-assembled. Only had to attach the front brakes (1 bolt) and then add the front wheel (easy), and finally, optionally, adjust the brakes a bit.

If you know anything about urban mushing you know you’ll need an extra scooter because you will crash and now that “diggler” is out of business, you will need an extra ride. I highly suggest changing out the handle bars, grips and ends to mountain bike types for better control.

If the maker’s parts site is still not offering a modern lithium plug-play battery replacement pack: Go to Aliexpress/ebay/amazon, find a scooter universal lithium batteries pack that’s: The same oem DC voltage*.

Must include internal “BMS”(Battery management system electronics). Comes with the lithium charger. Rated to handle at least our motor’s watts power demand. Largest that fits inside our battery compartment for best range padding.

Try ordering with the same connectors so you don’t have to cut and splice. This set up can be found for $75 depending on the how long of a range/size. NOW our scooter weighs less, charges fast, long life and lasting performance batteries! – For those of us who need more acceleration/climbing power/top speed and are willing/able to tinker more into risky gray zones, do some googling/you tubing/forum research on: -The scooter limits the max juice the motor can draw off the weak oem lead batteries.

Opening the control box and bypassing this shunt circuit, allows the lithium battery maker’s BMS’s limiter to dictate the max draw, which is usually higher. -*”Over voltage-ing your scooter” which is buying a 12v higher than oem battery pack.

This may shorten the replaceable motor’s life or the motor control box, and also voids the warranty. However the improvement can be dramatic and new motors and control boxes can be affordablish/worth the risk for some.

– *FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING THIS SCOOTER: I don’t recommend this scooter and our mistake of settling for lead batteries, because for more money, there are lithium battery models as well as stronger Watt motors.

Spend time looking at all the makers/models, read reviews and spend more money for a scooter that already comes with decent sized lithium battery packs. *These upgrade designs are nice to find as well: -Modern motors that are built right into the wheel hub which has advantages, like removing the need for a chain and bulk and such.

-Regenerative braking which helps extend battery range. -Puncture resistant or proof solid tires. -Light weight aluminum frames. -Built in safety and night riding lighting, headlights. -Ability to lock the scooter motor when unattended.

-Around 20mph top speed(cities generally don’t allow faster use), why have a weak/slow scooter that’s for kids? -Higher watts motor/voltage needed: if the rider is heavy/lives around steep bridges-hills/wants more acceleration/rides on dirt roads.

We researched about ten different e-scooters before settling on this one, and we couldn’t be happier! It’s perfect for mom, dad, teenage daughter, and 8 year old son! Pneumatic tires make it perfect for cruising off road, especially for younger riders getting used to the speed.

(It does fly on pavement! Surprisingly so!) If you’re close to the weight limit, it slows down a bit up hills, but tackles them slowly without issue. The wide, extra large standing platform is a definite perk as well.

Easy assembly too. Do remember to charge for 12 hours prior, if giving as a gift. Our 8 year old son is very tall for his age and anything built for his actual age range never works. We were a bit concerned with the age rating on this scooter for him, but by day 4 of practice, he was cruising just as well as the rest of us.

This just may have been everyone’s favorite Christmas gift! Zero complaints or frustrations. Top shelf family fun purchase!.

As someone who has owned a good 4-5 scooters before this one (some propane powered, others electric), trust me when I say: get the warranty. Electric scooters, seemingly regardless of brand, are prone to problems.

I got this scooter about 4 months ago. When it came out of the box, it only went about 4 miles max per charge before it was so weak it barely went walking speed. Now it can barely make it 2. I contacted razor and thanks to my warranty, I was able to get replacement batteries from them which I’m charging for the first time as I write this.

The scooter itself is great; its comfortable, looks nice, constantly has people asking me “where did you get it?” And “how much was it?” And I do recommend getting it. I think even with what potential problems it could have, its worth the price for how long it lasts and how far it goes.

And thats coming from me when mine was working at 1/6th its supposed capacity. If the new batteries also start failing for some reason I’ll likely change this review, but for now this is what I’ve got to say about it.

Tl;dr, great scooter but DO NOT get it without a warranty. Electric scooters are ALWAYS a “better save than sorry” purchase.

I had the scooter for about 6 months. I used it in all weather as well as in New York City streets and potholes. I even jumped a few curbs with it! It stopped working after about 6 months, i brought it to a local scooter repair shop who diagnosed a short, but did not fix it.

I then contacted Glion who responded right away, and told me it was still under warranty and arranged for the best way for me to send it back. The communication was great and positive. They not only replaced the battery and electrical components, but as a bonus they replaced the T bar as well! I got my scooter back, as a good as new a week earlier than expected!.

Just purchased this scooter a few weeks ago after months of research and this one seemed to check my boxes. I think its best bang for buck. Affordable, 28lbs, dolly function nice option, headlight, simple controls, supports 260lbs, solid tires so no flats.

and I have already hit some hard potholes in nyc. 12 mile range on full charge to be determined. I lose 1 bar going two miles a day.

I’m a 60 year old woman and I love my scooter. As you can see, I have given it a 5 star review. However, I did wonder why the documentation says that you should not ride it in the rain. So last Tuesday morning I was in a hurry and it was raining and I didn’t have time to walk or call an Uber to get to work so I decided to go on the scooter.

Now I know why you shouldn’t use it in the rain. The back wheel skid on wet leaves, my chest hit the handlebar and then my head hit the ground. Fortunately I was wearing a helmet, so all I sustained was 12 stitches in my eyebrow, 3 in my chin, cracked ribs,a badly cut knee and elbow and concussion.

It could have been a lot worse. I still love my scooter and I’ll be back on it as soon as the weather is good again but I just wanted to share this warning.

Did a lot of research before choosing this scooter and am disappointed in my purchase. My main problem is the forward and reverse toggles stick out so far that if you lean forward to far [as in opening my door] you hit them and the scooter takes off.

I also find it very noisy and jerky if you go slow. There is also no way to carry anything not even a cane. You did send a cup holder and a small bag but no instructions on how to attach them. Thank you.

I ordered my scooter from Kelly at Electric Wheelchairs USA. She was very helpful with my order I received my scooter in just a few days. I have not had the opportunity to use it much yet, but it works well, folds up easily, and is very comfortable.

I used this for the past two weeks in general use and 2 days at Disneyland. The battery life lasted over 13 hours both visit and the ease of folding and loading is the best thing about this scooter. I recommend this to anyone looking for a compact scooter for general use.

I had the old Segway Mini Lite for 2 years and rode it constantly. I even rode it to grocery shop and pulled a wagon loaded with groceries effortlessly. I also used it to push my son around in his wheelchair.

Yes, It’s that powerful that I could push him in his wheelchair with no delay. It was a good Segway. I wore it out till I ran the battery down to almost nothing to recharge anymore so bought the S+. WOW! Talk about going from great to fantastic! It’s like trading in your old Fiat for a Ferrari.

This is a magnificent Robo-Segway. She sounds like Eve from Wall-E and rides like an luxury hover board. It’s a seriously smooth ride. I highly recommend this little beauty. I’ve been riding so long I barely have to think how my body connects to the Segway like it’s an extension of me.

I’ve had my Ninebot S Plus for a few days now and I have to say it’s actually pretty easy to ride. It took maybe 5-10 minutes to get the hang of stepping on and off (the hard part at least for me) without trying to correct the scooter’s self balancing.

Once you get use to it, it’s pretty easy to steer. I have mobility issues that a scooter or wheelchair only allows me about 10min of sitting before need to get upright. But my Ninebot gives me the ability to travel farther when i’m standing before i need to sit or get horizontal.

Moving without any pain or increased discomfort is allowing me to stay out and join society for longer periods which benfits my total heath and mental wellfare It isnt a solution but it is a tremendous supporter.

I got my Okai Beetle a few days ago, and I love it! It is a great ride and gives you the versatility of an Escooter but with much more comfort!. Battery is changable so i imagine they will come out with additional battery sold separately to increase the range! While it is slightly bulkier than a regular scooter, it still folds and takes very little space.

Finally I loved how it has its own Key that locks it and unlocks it, and it can’t move again unless it is unlocked! there is also that functionality through the phone on an app.

It is impossible to contact EWHEELS. They don’t answer their phone or emails. Trying to replace my tires with zero luck. Going to have to buy another scooter because I can’t replace the front tires. This scooter is awesome and I get compliments on it every day.

It’s powerful, easy to handle, comfortable, visually impressive. When you get in it, it’s small. I take a women’s size 7 shoe and the area for my feet is tight. It’s made of plastic like material. I expected a sturdy hard thick plastic like material and this feels thin.

White glove service was excellent and well worth the money. That’s all.

Very nice scooter. It was the only reasonable priced scooter I could find for all-terrain use. My elderly wife now has freedom of movement across our 3. 6 acre property to visit neighbors and tend her raised garden and fruit trees.

Don’t buy this Scooter, Titan Hummer-XL 4 WHEEL OBS (RED), The Scooter has serious issues. The scooter will stop in center of road and will need turn off and restart again several times than it will start move again.

It will cause accident when the scooter stuck in the middle of road. Factory does not have after service as stated even in the warrenty period. You will not pleased with the service what is it going to be if something major happens to break.

You need a car stand by for pick up the Scooter if you want to buy the Scooter since the Scooter will stop working without predict/warning signal.

I have owned nearly a dozen scooters of all ranges and none of them compare to the mantis. Super fast. Possibly too fast if your new to escooters but that can be adjusted along with many other settings in the ey3 display far more options than ive seen anywhere else without involving any hacking.

Its got pretty much all the options and the same parts you will find on the dualtrons another brand Voro has to offer. One con about the mantis is it does need to be prepped for water resistance before you take it out.

Do this right away or you will regret it. some silicon and flextape did the trick and to keep your ride stylish and safe order an extra fender to mirror the front one for a mudflap to protect your controller and battery from mud puddles you wont find a better solution and Voro has them for the cheapest price ive found @ $15 so just get it.

Tip: Drill a couple holes in the fender not your scooter and mount it with zipties through the brake cable slot. Customer service has been very good to me, Louis has been a major help getting all the tech info i couldn’t find online and a few special parts i requested without delay.

Making me feel i was a priority along with the agents answering my questions at all hours of the day/nite. whenever i open the chat someone is always there. U wont find that with any other scooter company.

Frame and suspension are solid. Motors appear solid. The battery and performance seems to be pretty much as advertised. But frankly I’m not impressed with this scooter. The throttle control is overly sensitive and the electronics feel flimsy.

The regenerative braking is useless because it is not speed sensitive, it simply gives whatever amount of regen braking you have the level set at regardless of speed (there are 5 regen braking levels, settable in the options menu).

So, if you squeeze the brakes even a little bit it gives the preset level of regen, if you’re going fast this is a lot of braking very suddenly and it’s enough to make the back wheel come off the ground, but if you’re going slow the regen brake doesn’t even slow you a little bit and you have to apply the disc brakes.

Hopefully the electronics prove to be durable. I’ll get used to the twitchy throttle, and I keep the regen braking turned off, so the scooter will work for me. But overall I expect a better designed machine for $2k.

I’ve always loved Minimotor’s and their build quality since I started riding scooters a few years ago! After today’s purchase I now am proud to say I own 2 awesome Dualtron’s…. an Ultra 2 and now a new Thunder 2.

On top of the exceptional build quality comes an exceptional ride. If I had to put Minimotor’s scooters in a category of how they perform, a good analogy would be they mimic a BMW’s ride, which is known for their extreme sporty feel and tough hard suspension making you feel as though you are always hugged to the ground.

It isn’t the smoothest ride, but it’s still definitely a great ride pending what you’re looking for in a scooter. Bar none you can’t go wrong with any Minimotor’s scooter from their very impressive long list of scoots in their lineup.

They are the crème de la crème of companies dating all the way back to 1999! I’ve got a Kaabo Wolf Warrior GT, a Rion and some lower quality Chinese built scooters along with a SurRon…. but at the end of the day I have to say I still choose one of my Dualtron’s for about 75% of my rides, as I know I can count on them through any terrain and range that I might encounter.

It is an a good scooter for those who can control it, I don’t matter if you put it a lower settings on P menu, this thing is a super beats. Pros: Good speed, bestiful Desing, Awesome break system, not matter if your stem is wobbling still solid, easy fix, you can go to YouTube and find out how to do it, loud horn, direction lights are bright enough.

Cons: Hard to control it when you push the throttler , the worst part those suspension cartridgest, cmon voro motors or minimotors put it the soft ones, iknow is a bussines, but is pretty hard when you buy a toy like this no matter refurbished or not, when you find a pothole you can fall pretty easy, there’s no stability at all with stock suspension, when you receive you’re order make sure you right all bolts, in my unit, I already lost the front tire cover in the first ride, then back home, the 2 screws on stem was almost out, and heck yeah I never go fast than 25 mph so by speed wasnt, need grease on stem I recommend white lithium.

Don’t press gas if you don’t have experience when you turn left or right pls reduce your speed to prevent an slippery accident, and ofcourse if you buy something like this, please use your safety gear.

Ah another thing, Voromotors, talk with ups about she shipping handle my box comes like it was in the garbage a lo holes everywhere. After everything the scooter looks like brand new, not scratches everything brand new.
