My scissors broke, whilst cutting material for laptop bag I was making I popped into John Lewis. These scissors are very comfortable to hold and use. Especially if you suffer with arthritis and your hands swell if you do crafts.

They cut the denim very well. Very smooth action Reasonable price. I would definitely recommend. I did try them in the shop to make sure that the blades where smooth to open and close. Will definitely buy this brand and same scissors in the future.

Before buying these I had been hacking away at fabric with regular scissors. I can’t speak to how these shears compare to other fabric scissors, but I can say that they cut like butter, and that it’s worth the money to be using the correct tools lol and now I’m not destroying my other scissors which is nice.

Would recommend, also because using the little shear sheath before and after makes me feel like sewing is even more hardcore, like there’s a bit of danger. But safe. Because of the sheath.

These are really well balanced, and comfortable in your hand. For anyone who’s only used regular handle large scissors, these are simply amazing. The person who recommended these exact same scissors has a haberdashery shop and in conversation said they last her some 6 years, she was not ‘selling’ me her scissors.

Every now and then you buy something and you realize it’s the best you’ve ever owned and they become one of your prized possessions. Never thought I’d state that about scizzors, but. These scissors are by far the best I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned a lot of scissors! They’re fantastic!.

These have been great for us! We cut thick flock velvet. I have bought 5 sets and now I’m buying more since we added more employees. They last a long time and we usually sharp and tighten them. I hope they keep supplying them as theese are a very important tool for us.

I have seen many a crafter raving about these scissors for years and it has taken me a while to find them, but I am so happy that I now own a pair. These are the only scissors I use when it comes to intricate crafting projects, especially when I decoupage. The scissors are comfortable to use -and I am left handed- and the entire blade is sharp, right up to the tip.

I give these scissors a 4 1/2 star review. I’m knocking off 1/2 a star because the blades are thicker than typical scissors and make it a little harder for me to maneuver them, and because the blades are rather tight, though I do expect them to loosen up over time.

They are sharp, cut well, and adhesives don’t stick. I like the small size but wish the blades were a bit longer while the handle was a bit shorter. The proportion is off to me, but that’s because I’m comparing them to the perfect pairs of scissors I had that were borrowed and lost.

Those super cheap scissors were the scissors of my dreams, and I compare all others to them. These Fiskar scissors are by far more durable and hefty feeling, but time will tell if they hold up as my others did.

The Fiskars® Everyday Titanium Non-Stick Softgrip® Scissors were bought to replace a pair of Fiskars Softgrip scissors that our family owned for MANY years. Fiskars is a quality brand. Softgrip is a good feature and we wanted it again when buying the replacement scissors.

We never had scissors with titanium blades, but as advertised, they cut through tape without sticking -another good feature. Cutting feels somewhat stiff (compared to prior pair we had), probably because they’re new.

At time of writing purchase, Office Depot price with discount was very close to Amazon’s price.

I like the size and sharpness of these scissors. I would like the blades to be a bit longer while the handles were a bit shorter in order to balance the proportions more. They’re comfortable to cut with and hold without causing my hand to fatigue.

The blades are tight right now, especially at the end of the cut/closing but I expect that to loosen up over time and it doesn’t interfere much with my work. Adhesives don’t stick to the blades which is a big bonus.

Heck, Alien Tape, duct tape, and packing tapes done even stick to them in the tiniest bit!.

I have bought dress makers shears over time, but i had not been satisfied with their performance. Some shears that i had purchased were quite heavy on the hand. I remembered the brand name of shears that i had bought a few years ago, and i knew that the dress making shears would be to my satisfaction.

The very name of the company who make these shears, tells me that the shears will be the best. Why i bought other makes of dress making shears, i do not know, maybe i was influenced by a cheaper price, but the ones i bought recently are the best.

I purchased these Olfa appliqué scissors online, and am thrilled with my purchase. Scissors are a personal thing for me. everyone has their own style etc. that they like best. I had never tried Olfa brand before, but after purchasing these, I will go to Olfa first.

Very disappointed with the quality of these scissors. Theyre very sharp and nice to hold and use however, the safety clip snapped the second time I used them. I emailed Friskars customer services several days ago and Im still waiting for a reply.

In the meantime, my scissors are held shut with a rubber band for safety – not ideal for someone with severe arthritis in their hands!!.

Love these as they cut all the way to the tip. They have an unusual action as they are sprung, so they always move to open unless you squeeze them closed. With normal scissors you have to open and close them yourself.

They are super sharp and definitely worth the money for crafters who work with fabric.

These snips do seem to make fussy cutting stamped images easier. It only seemed strange for the first few seconds to be holding the handles like one would hold secateurs rather than scissors – but is SO much easier on the fingers and thumb that would have been used with scissors.

The blades are sharp enough to make really crisp cuts (keep them for dedicated paper work and dont allow them to be used for cutting just any old thing) It is easy enough to see where to cut, easy enough to see where to turn and if fine, delicate cutting is required in tight spaces, able to cope with that too.

These scissors are all purpose but I think are probably best for paper or not too thick fabric. I used them on gift wrap paper and they did a good job. They come nice and sharp. Sharp enough where you can slide the scissors to cut the paper as opposed to scissoring.

They are very basic scissors the fanciest part about them would be a slight curve in the finger hole that helps give a good grip. The blades are thin so I would not recommend cutting heavy material. I also tested the scissors by cutting out an image on the wrapping paper.

These scissors probably aren’t made for that kind of fine detail but they did pretty good so could be used for cutting out images for collages etc. Good basic scissors for everyday tasks.

These are solid scissors which have worked for everything I have used them on so far. When I took them out of their cardboard and plastic wrapping, I immediately used the pair of scissors to attack the wrapping.

They worked perfectly. They can cut paper, construction paper, and light cardboard with little effort. My hands fit easily into the handles, and I had no problems manipulating the scissors in any activity I chose.

These scissors are total garbage! Dont waste your money. They looked good in the package. When I opened the package to take them out I realuzed hiw light they are. I tried cutting the package up to dispose of it and the scissors twisted and almost broke.

Tried them on cardboard, same result. What a waste, now I have 3 pairs of useless scissors. It would cost me more in gas to return them than they are worth. Into the garbage can.

I absolutely love the scent and used it on a number of surfaces; baseboards, cupboard doors, rope of fridge, inner and outer doors etc. If I am in the mood I will even do the floor. I have definately stocked up on a sale day! However the reason I say, if I am in the mood, I will use it on the floor is.

It works great on dirt and smells great while you are cleaning. However, it doesn’t have that lingering, long lasting. Signature clean smell of the regular stuff. The scent just doesn’t last. For me that is regular Mr. Clean or Lysol and Pine-Sol. , , If you like delicate, subtle but clean scent that doesn’t last long ; it may be perfect for you! I even adore the color of the stuff. I use the lavender as well.

This is the only multi purpose cleaner I use in my house, it fits all my needs. The fragrance is strong but not over powering and smells fantastic. This stuff is good for just mopping your floors or wiping down your kitchen counters.

These are excellent very sharp none stick Scissors. Super fast shipping thru Walmart at a very reasonable price. I was amazed when I received these Scissors and immediately put them to work cutting up some chicken was like cutting thru butter, and absolutely nothing stuck onto them.

Very comfortable and feel great when using them. I will now look for these Scissors in a larger size if this company makes them. Don’t waste money on high price Scissors like I always did, as for the price of these Scissors, you will not go wrong!.

These appear to have many good qualities and features: Titanium will hold an edge quite well and is used in cutting tools and drills for this quality. Non stick. Tested them with cellophane tape. Good for trimming taped things.

Adjustable blade tension : Very good feature not usually found in scissors. Two Pair very good for the price.

First of all the scissors are way too tight right out of the box, so definitely use the adjustable screw to loosen them. I like it so when you open them say 90 degrees and release one side, the blade falls and closes a bit but not all the way before friction stops it.

One of the blades had a bump bad enough that it caused a notch in the opposing blade. As-is the scissors would not close past it, but if you loosened it enough, it would close but with a click at the defect.

Almost unusable. This one got past quality control. This is a 3-pack and only one scissors had the problem, so I decided not to return it, though I probably should. Maybe I can file it out. The no-stick coating is almost too non-sticky for tape, as I am accustomed to peeling the cut piece of tape I need off the blade, but now it falls to the floor with me flailing to catch it.

I’m not sure how long the coating will last, but it’ll be nice not having to clean gunk off the blade every few cuts.

I use these Scissors to cut the fringe on my weaving’s and macrame project. Perfect cut every time!

These are really great for cutting fabric because of how sharp they are. However they are much heavier than other scissors I’ve used. If you have trouble with grip/finger extension they may be difficult to use.

These are nice sharp scissors and they have comfortable handles too. However for my usages they have a downfall, the end of the blades are not pointed. They still work perfectly of course but when you need to get into tight corners etc it’s more difficult.

That’s the only reason I took off one star.

About six years ago I bought Walmart’s black-handled, shorter bladed scissors that had a spring between the blades, making them easier to open and close. I make raggy edged quilts where the seams have to be clipped 1/2″ deep every 1/2″ on all seams and edges.

The old black ones were easier on my hand than these new larger ones. Unfortunately my black ones are packed away in storage and I can’t get to them until my house gets built sometime next year. I’ll make these do until then.

I used these scissors today on a particularly tricky piece of cutting. Perfect. No sore thumbs! Well worth the price.
