I wanted to test a few things with this before I wrote a review. In total in a about 20 days I lost 8 pounds. I think thats pretty great and more than average for me. I started in a strict calorie deficit which included a low carb lifestyle and working out 5 days a week this is my normal diet and I usually lose about 2lbs a week on average.

Sticking to this I lost 5 pounds in a week. The following week I opened up my carb limitations and brought my work out days down to 3 days a week since I know not everyone sticks to the diet/lifestyle I mentioned earlier.

I lost 3lbs total that week my last test was no limitations and no work out days, the most activity I did was walking my dog at least 20 minutes 3-4 times a day. Thats regular activity for me and a constant I can’t change.

This final week I maintained by weight which is still pretty solid. I think with diet and exercise this product works very well but please don’t expect miracles without any real lifestyle changes. Next is sleep, I have an extremely hard time falling asleep it usually takes about 1.

waited a month to review this. First, this does seem to produce results, however, the instructions really don’t provide enough information to maximize results (how often? how many session?) or explain the difference between 1/2 sessions to “tone” or the full ( 1 hour).

Unfortunately, though I have been diligent about placement of the pads, I keep getting burns/bruising of about 1 inch with every use that last several weeks. It did not come with a carrying case or a lot of pads (the replacement pads are $12 a package and about 1/3 the size of a mini kleenex packet).

It’s a great product, you simply have to listen closely to what your body is telling you.

I have always heard great things about hydroxycut. I had seen them everywhere but never actually thought I should use it. I decided that now was the time. I dove in head first and followed the directions to the “T”.

The first day had no difference but that’s was only the first day. The second day of taking it I noticed a difference in my overall feeling towards everything. I was slowly feeling like I had no desire to eat what I used to eat.

I had energy and drive like I used to when I was drinking energy drinks. Now at first it feeling like a lot of product at one time but you have to take that get it all in your system. Once in your system you golden.

You take half the product and it’s even easier. I mean taking something 30 mins before a meal is easy, all you have to finish when you start making food take the product. This is the next step when you hit that weight loss wall.

This product allowed me to it just get over that wall but take off running headfirst towards my goals.

First off I’ve only been using this for two days which isn’t long I know. But I actually wanted to write on here to warn people. This may in fact be a real good weight loss supplement, but the caffeine or whatever all that is in here is pretty intense, and not in a good way.

I took one pill the first day and it felt alright I did feel like I had an energy drink, and a bit jittery. The second day which is today I took two which is what it says to take on the box on the second day.

I’m currently not liking the way I feel, in fact I felt a little sick after I took these today. I would describe the feeling as having 10 cups of coffee or way too many energy drinks like drinking 4 monsters at one time.

I’ve never drank that much but that’s how I think it would feel in comparison to how I feel. I’m no stranger to energy drinks, coffee, or caffeine. I drink some on occasions, but this just is too much.

I warn anyone that the feeling from this is very uncomfortable, I feel my heart beating more than I would like. I feel like I have jitters, and a panic attack, its just not a good feeling. So anyone wanting to try this just so you know this is a real intense feeling, not a good one in my opinion.

If you decide to try I would not recommend taking more than two a day. One when you first get up for the day, and one later in the day, two a day total. I would not recommend taking two at a time and four total daily because I’m feeling sick from it.

I have a bad stomach ache and I did eat before I took them. I don’t think I will continue using these because of how these make me feel. I just wanted to warn people especially anyone not used to a lot of caffeine.

Be careful because I do worry this could potentially be harmful to certain people. Like I said I’m very used to caffeine, and these are just way too powerful for me.

I received a couple samples from a rep at a show as I told him I loved the first Dexaprine. He told me about Thermoxyn and how I had to try it. so came the samples. I took it in the morning before breakfast.

Had energy my whole work day. No crash. I then took a pre-workout before the gym. Worked very well. No Monster for me that day. I didn’t take enough to notice any weight loss, but I got great energy and focus from it.

Will definitely be ordering a bottle.
