These are good but you have to prepare it correctly, which is not the way the instructions say to on the package. It’s a little inconvenient but it makes a better sandwich. Start by separating the egg, sausage, and cheese from the biscuit.

microwave the biscuit halves for 40 seconds. then take them out and microwave the egg and sausage patty for 2. 5 minutes. The sausage may cook faster so when that’s hot, take it out and place it on the biscuit and continue cooking the egg for another 30 seconds or so until it’s hot.

When the egg is done, place it on the sausage and then the cheese on top of that. Put everything in the microwave and microwave until cheese is melted. It seems complicated but once you do it a few times it takes no longer than 3 minutes to make the sandwich.

The packaging is easy to open, something you don’t always find. After trying a variety of cooking times the product never came out perfectly cooked – always ice cold in the middle. I always resorted to finally removing them from the packaging cutting into pieces and zapping for several extra seconds (yes, my microwave works properly and is the wattage recommended).

In the end the cheese melts out everywhere, the frittata portion is mushy (hey, at least it’s not dry!), and the sausage patty is finally warmed. Marketing this as a sandwich and having the expectation to eat it as one are two very different concepts.

If this were the only problem with this product it would be ok, however, let’s continue. Understanding this product is not promoted/packaged as low carb or keto friendly BUT calories and carbs are promoted on the front of the packaging prompted me to take a look at the nutritional label and ingredients.

GOOD LAWD JD! Y’all tryin’ to kill me with the amount of sodium? No wonder I was retaining water after trying these! A good chef knows you can always add salt but you can’t take it away. But to have it in each component and then added again – we’re such an over salted society.

The added sugar in each component – shame on you – unnecessary. And don’t even think of trying to replace all that added sugar with stevia unless you’re trying to send your customers racing to the facilities.

Jimmy Dean I challenge you to do better because I know you can. This is a fantastic product concept that would do great in the market but had poor execution. I believe you can make this product taste better, cook properly, and support a healthy lifestyle by cutting the sodium/sugar/fat.

I generally stay away from processed foods, even ones toted as healthy because so often they’re really not. Loaded with starches, sodium, bad preservatives or high GI fake sugars. But some mornings it’s really nice to have something quick after a workout.

I wouldn’t eat these every day as the fat is higher than usual for me and there is some starch to bind the eggs, but I do really like them on occasion. Flavors are great, texture is awesome and very quick to make.

I appreciate the protein to carb ratio. Please don’t stop making these. It feels like a cheat meal with less guilt and I really look forward to them as an after workout reward!.

These are great for a quick meal. We throw them in a cooler for quick hotel breakfasts, I take them to work for an easy breakfast or lunch. They are great! Only thing recently i noticed was nearly every sandwich has a piece of tough broccoli stem that i need to spit out.

not sure if this is a QA issue with that batch as it hasn’t happened in the previous year of consumption. As far as texture, we find if you heat and let cool in the package for 3-5 min, it helps with the grainy texture.

I loved these sandwiches, they were just the right size for on the go job snacks. I have had great experience in the past with these. Bur not I have bought 2 boxes of ten, at 2 different occasions and got the same outcome.

Once thawed they are as stale as can be. Hard and just completely nasty. I can’t see spending 10$ or more on these just to have to throw them out. This product has become a complete waste of money. It is so sad because they used to be very good.

I was so intrigued by them, that I tried making them at home. The simplest way of doing this is making some pancake batter (store-bought ones are just fine), making sure it’s not too runny. Then, you dip the Oreos in the pancake batter and deep fry them using vegetable oil.

Wait until they are golden brown, fish them out of the oil and into some paper towels, and you’ve got yourself a great snack! The Oreo turns soft, and it tastes like you’ve got cookies and cream pancakes! They work great on the mini versions and double stuffed as well!2.

I buy these every week, $8 a box!! This batch came without the egg whites on them!!? I don’t eat beef or Pork, so I found this to be the best option even though I had to perfect the cooking method and the Turkey Patty continues to get smaller COOKING TIP: take the english muffin and cheese off.

put the muffin in the toaster oven or toaster. Cook the patty and egg white (if they include it) in the microwave as instructed. I discard the cheese but if you like the cheese add it at the end and just add more time until it melts.

Might take a couple times to tweak the times but once you get it, it’s ALMOST worth the $2 a sandwich!!.

Anyone who is wise enough to calculate the diet, health and fulfillment of hunger would benefit from this product. I personally can get away with eating one for Breakfast two for lunch and two for dinner with a few side items such as green beans, corn or broccoli.

Of course you can use any of those during the day and find that for a day or two it keep those calories under 2000. For me this product is Kosher, filling and healthy. Instead of a bag of chips I will eat one of these and about 2-6 oz of my favorite soda.

The first time I looked at Jimmy Dean breakfast products I looked at the nutritional label and put it right back in the freezer. Then I found the DELIGHTS line and the nutrition is mostly much better and quite acceptable.

They are quite tasty. I recommend keeping them in the refrigerator rather than the freezer. They microwave faster and taste better that way. I have found that the taste and texture is much improved by melting a little butter on a medium hot pan and frying it about 30 seconds a side.

I recently discovered these and truly enjoyed the first – and every – one I’ve had. Unfortunately, now that I want to have these regularly, I cannot find a steady supply of them. It almost feels like someone wants to get rid of this product because I have finally discovered them.

These are a breadless frittata sandwich made with bacon, spinach, caramelized onion and Parmesan egg frittata with turkey sausage and cheese and have only 260 cal and a healthy 14 g of protein (healthier) in each sandwich.

For those people who are carb conscious and looking for ways to remove breads from their diet, the total carbs come in at only 8 g and are Atkins and Keto friendly. These could not be easier to make (peel open one corner and throw in the microwave for less than 2 minutes) and are perfect for busy active people on the go.

Once they are heated, they are easy to hold with no mess and can be eaten on the go. Another nice thing about these sandwiches is that there are no artificial flavors or colors and are fully cooked, so they are just heat and eat.

In addition, because there is no bread in this sandwich, these are slightly smaller than a drive-through sandwich. All in all, I think that Jimmy Dean has a real hit on a clever twist to the breakfast sandwich that is healthy and delicious and is quick and super easy to prepare.

My hope is that they tweak the price and maybe add an option with cheddar or American cheese.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good these were. Particularly considering it’s a frozen mass-produced product. And I was surprised the calorie count was much lower than I would have guess, although I haven’t paid attention to the calorie counts of other breakfast sandwiches.

One reviewer attacked them based on “plant-based” but having egg and cheese also. Well, the title of the product is honest and isn’t trying to mislead. The patty is meatless, and the sandwich has egg whites as clearly stated.

That makes it vegetarian and not vegan. Mentioning the cheese would be a bit much to add to the title, but once the egg is mentioned then it’s already established these are vegetarian and not vegan. To each his own for what they want, but I don’t see the company is trying to be misleading.

The company offering meatless products is very welcome. Surprising even considering the original product foundations of the company. For the company: The quality of all ingredients was surprisingly good considering mass-produced and frozen.

Of course a person can make something similar with higher quality and more expensive ingredients using more of their own time, but these don’t disappoint by any means. I’m guessing the muffin is whole grain, and thus perhaps denser and different tasting than some people might be expecting.

There is certainly logic to using a healthier whole grain muffin with this style of sandwich, though.

I don’t eat a lot of vegetarian products but have been trying more and more meatless dishes and meat substitutes in the past year or so. I was offered a sample of this JD breakfast sandwich at a warehouse club and gladly tried it, and I was surprised that I actually enjoyed it and not just tolerated it.

I bought a box for mornings that I don’t have time for breakfast before work or that I want to eat something at work a little later. Again, I like the taste and texture of this breakfast sandwich, but the heating instructions are WAY off.

I have a new 1250 watt microwave oven that heats everything else just great, and these breakfast sandwiches are nowhere near cooked using the instructions for an 1100 watt oven. I’ve eaten several now but found that I have to separate the sandwich into two parts, heat both sides open-faced at 50-60% power (as opposed to 30%), flip over the plant-based patty and the egg white patty and heat them again at reduced power, and then heat the entire sandwich at max power.

Even cooking both sides of the patties separated at higher heat, I have to heat them for longer than the instructions say. Something is way off with the cooking instructions and needs to be corrected.

Other than this, as a non-vegetarian, I think this is a great product for what it is.

As a vegetarian, I’ve been so excited to see all the plant-based food options hitting the market these past several years. There are great options for beef and chicken out there now, but I have been disappointed by the quality of the available sausage patty products – until now.

Jimmy Dean has absolutely nailed it (and trust me, the bar is high). First of all, the flavor of the sausage is spot on – perfectly seasoned and very tasty! Sometimes plant-based options have a tendency to be over-seasoned, like they’re trying to mask an underlying flavor, but these are delicious.

And second, the texture is great – it’s been awhile since I’ve had real sausage to compare it to, but I’m fairly certain that the texture is very, very similar. I have no idea what wattage my microwave is (seriously, why isn’t that labeled somewhere on the microwave door or something?), so I had to tweak the cook times just a bit to keep the muffin from getting too firm, but that was no big deal.

Hands down – highly recommend this product!.

I never review products, but am compelled to warn people not to attempt to feed this to anyone you care about. The ‘sub roll’ is more like a stale, low quality Coney-Island hot dog bun. The cheese is a stack of half-cracker sized strips.

They were basically merged together and quite a mess to try to lay-out on the pathetic and crumbling bread product. At least the little bottle of water was included to help wash down a bite of this horrible so-called sub.

Too much bread. I discarded some of it. Not enough meat. Plenty of cheese and mayonnaise. No mustard. It doesn’t taste bad though. The water was a good idea. The rest of the kit is okay and tolerated refrigeration well.

I used to buy the HOT version of the mini BISCUIT sausage breakfast sandwiches, but it seems that Jimmy Dean, (like many other , food manufacturers) simply does not value public opinion. It only leads me to believe that the almighty dollar is the only driving force behind their marketing.

It’s really a sad, sad thing. I used to believe that the consumer was priority, but that’s obviously no longer true. Somebody needs to WAKE UP HERE! THIS IS JACKED UP.

Here in the south, you hear the saying over and over, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. What that goes to is when something is working just fine, but you can’t resist the urge to tinker with it, possibly make it better or faster, that is when it will fail and cost you miserably.

When that happens, you fully understand. It wasn’t broke until you broke it while trying to “fix it”. Jimmy Dean’s Southern Style Chicken Biscuit Sandwiches were the best frozen breakfast sandwich on the market.

After eating Mcfast food sausage biscuits for the past week I decided to try the different store brands to try and save money. The picture on the box looks on par to what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant.

Big plump golden brown and well-rounded. This has to be the worst box display to actual picture comparison I have EVER seen. Well after seeing them I thought maybe they’re really good but just tiny. I was wrong again!! The biscuit tastes like a mediocre biscuit you can purchase from any deli brand of canned biscuits.

The sausage patty was way too thick and not good. If you’re wanting a good sausage biscuit buy one from a Mcfast food chain.

I love ice cream sandwiches but it’s hard to find really good ones until now. These not only are comparable in price to a store brand, but tastier than the super premium sandwiches! They aren’t pumped with air and the ice cream is rich and creamy but not too creamy if that makes sense.

The chocolate cookies are also delicious all by themselves! Together they will bring all those happy memories along with one spectacular delight to eat!.

Yum yum yum yum! Summer icecream in Australia is an institution. We all grew up on them. Drum sticks have been around forever. An ice cream with biscuits is The Bomb! Other than such a great flavour of the ice cream biscuits, you add them together you have perfection.

It isn’t messy to eat either. Yum yum yum yum!!😋.

By far the best frozen breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Great ingredients. I initially thought I would miss not having an actual slice of cheese, but the amount of cheese/flavor in the biscuit is perfect.

Microwave instructions are spot on, never a cold spot or overcooked piece. I can’t get enough of these!!.

Happened to originally try these because they were out of the Croissant Egg Cheese and Sausage , and was delighted when I did. They have succeeded in infusing them so they taste as though they have good maple syrup covering them.

And magically they are somehow have only about 2/3 the calories that are in the croissant sandwiches. I love them both, but this adds another great choice for added variety.

I had my doubts about these but they turned out to be absolutely delicious! Soft and mildly sweet maple pancakes with cheese-studded egg patty and sausage. It really is a great combo done right and I hope this becomes a regular offering from Jimmy Dean and Sam’s.

Everything you’d expect from Jimmy Dean! Yes, the concept is like the McGriddle. However, these are not as obnoxiously sweet, larger and less expensive. I cooked in the package for 90 seconds then left to cool for a couple minutes.

This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. I haven’t eaten a Hot Pocket in years and they have definitely changed the recipe. Everything about it! There is absolutely no butter flaky crust anymore.

It used to have a consistency of a toaster pastry. That has actually now been replaced by some really gross white colored do that does not look cooked even when it is. The inside filling is absolutely not cheese I have no idea what it is but it’s pretty terrifying.

The portion size has dropped significantly. I used to be able to eat one of these. Now it’s like a two portion. you have to get two of these nasty things to get the same fix now. I’m sure that the company planned it that way.

The entire thing is basically some uncooked pizza dough. It doesn’t even taste buttery crusty or flaky anymore. The contents are not real. And the ham doesn’t even taste like ham it’s some sort of rubbery stuff.

Just please stay away. It’s so sad after all of these years I just wanted to get a junk food fixed and this is completely disgusting. I don’t see how they could have set out to change the recipe with improving it in mind at all.

For about a year and a half, hot pockets were very quick, easy, and enjoyable snack for me. However, around late 2020, there was an issue with them. I would get a box of Hot Pockets, and over a third, sometimes half, of them would be frozen in the middle after microwaving them the instructed time.

I would read and re-read the instructions and make sure I was following them correctly, and nothing I did would be good enough to fully heat up these Hot Pockets. I would do everything, poke holes in them, literally cut them in half, or microwave them for up to 5 minutes rather than the instructed 2, and nothing would work.

When heated up properly, Hot Pockets are a quick and delicious snack, but it’s hard to give a positive rating when half of the box ends up getting thrown away. I even took a break from them to see if they would get better over a few months, but even that didn’t work.

I am disappointed by this and am amazed that a big company like Hot Pockets would let such a big mistake slide. I will not recommend this product to anyone unless this issue is fixed.

Who doesn’t love Hot Pockets? I especially love the Pepperoni Pizza kind, and it is admittedly the only kind I eat. Not that the other flavors are bad, I’m just a really picky eater and only like certain things, pepperoni pizza being one of them.

Hot Pockets are just perfect for those days when you really don’t feel like making a big dinner, or if you’re starving and need something you can eat almost immediately. And I love the garlic buttery crust because I’m obsessed with garlic.

These hot pockets are just perfect. Garlic crust, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. Who could ask for more?.

These are to die for!! I was unsure of it at first because I’m picky when it comes to ice cream! However, these were seriously AMAZINGGGG!! I’m crossing my fingers that I can find more because our local Target no longer carries them.

These are absolutely AMAZING. Had my local store continued to carry them I would buy them ALL the time. I used to get these every shopping trip. They have such a unique flavor and it is so childlike.

Bleck! Gross greasy frosting flavored nasty bar. Yuck leaves an oil slick in your mouth. It’s such a weird texture flavor. I usually like birthday cake but never again

I’ve been wearing this make-up for years. is perfect for dry skin when applied with a little added sunscreen. This is a productive foundation that gives medium coverage which gives you luminous and hydrating feel.

It’s finish is not oily but definitely not a powdery matte I would say. The coverage is simply superb. It applies evenly and covers imperfections well and gives a natural, healthy glow. it contains anti-ageing ingredients and SPF15 protection.

It’s a very good foundation for slight mature skin, as it doesn’t look or feel heavy or dry. Was really happy with the coverage. The colour was really good. Lasted a while and Its easy to blend in. And also it’s not a difficult task to dispense it from the bottle.

I wanted to like it given of how easy is to find them everywhere. But this is TERRIBLE food. I can’t imagine myself eating this everyday, or on a regular basis. In my mind this was a calzone, but no.

Not even close. When I finally gave the first bite, after the tedious process of heating it, it tasted like cardboard. I searched for the inside trying to find the colourful inside stuff, like in the picture, but what I found was grey and unappealing.

Pizza? Pepperoni? Nowhere to be found. It looked and tasted horrible. I cooked one pocket in the oven and the other in the microwave. The microwave version tasted even worse, bland and greasy. I’m not hot for this stuff anymore.

My recommendation is to keep away from it. Forget it even exists. There are better ways to grab a bite, trust me.

Is does anyone ever really rate hot pockets with 5 stars. Because come on there’s a secret shame of knowing you’re eating a hot pocket aunt pocket when literally anything else would be better. Let’s see so the ends are like fire in your mouth while the center is still frozen.

Not to mention when I try to cook them in their lake cardboard wrapping. They literally melt plates that I own and I have a low wattage microwave microwave I can’t imagine ajin have you in a higher wattage microwave might not have a plate left.
