Bag came and great condition. Pleasantly surprised the material is very strong. Can get a lot of exercises in with this bad boy. The fill bags are also very sturdy. For the price that it is offered at, it’s an absolute steal.

You don’t have to break the bank or wallet in order to get a quality sandbag this sandbag I would expect to be paying $75 or more for it. That’s just how good it is.

First let me say thanks to the great customer service at Synergy. I posted a review about the how my first bag had a bladder That busted during use. After my initial review I contacted Synergy and asked them to contact me.

Again top notch customer service!!! On to my product review, if your looking for a great product that will challenge you, then look no further. This sandbag concept is great. You can add or subtract different bladders to adjust the weight of the bag.

If you hate doing squats but hate the boredom of doing them even more this is the way to go. The challenge of squatting, walking and carrying this bag really makes you think and adjust your approach to your different exercises.

The surprise is how much it works your core because you have struggle to control the shifting sand. If you need more versatility in your exercise routine then this a good start that wont break the bank and keep you engaged in what your doing.

After three weeks i’m re-learning new challenges.

I’m 50+ who just started back into weight training a few weeks before COVID-19. Since the gym was off limits, I was looking for something to help at home. I did not want to fill up old milk containers.

Synergee Weighted Sandbags were recommended to me. I ordered both a 40 lb & 100 lb version. I could not be happier. They are well build yet easy to work with. The handles are perfect for the variety of exercises I work on.

I also love the inner bags for the sand. Easy to fill yet leak proof. They are also easy to add/decrease the amount of weight I need in a bag. I love the challenge these bags have added to my exercise routine so much that I may not go back to the gym after the pandemic is over.

These things are great. Ok face it dumbbells may be the best, but they have their limits. Weighted Bars, Kettlebells, Medicine balls and of course Dumbbells are all great tools and each have their own little speciality but SANDBELLS let you do things none of these other great tools will.

The various grip techniques that you can do with Sandbells can never be done with the other tools. For those of us who run a keyboard and mouse for a living hand wrist and grip are very important things, just as they are with many other professions and sports.

So Far I have the 2,4,6,8,10,12 and 15lb versions but plan to purchase the heavier ones as well. \r\n\r\nFor the record roll up the fill spout\/neck and tuck it in the cavity where it comes out. This seems to work fine and I have had no spills.

It is easy to open them back up and add or subtract more sand. I have used these as a replacement in the same moves I would do with the other tools, and found that I seem to feel more workout in my hands and wrists.

\r\n\r\nI have also used them on a rebounder and they are good, you do have to try n get em to hit flush and not on the outer seem or they seem to bounce akwardly(not necessarily a bad thing). I prefer these to medicine balls with handles because the grip variations with SandBells are better.

I haven’t had them all that long yet but they seem durable enough and they are a great addition to my workout tools. The versatility of these SandBells will surely bring a new dimesion to anyones workout routine and they don’t hurt if you drop them on your foot.

I love the flexibility and softness of these kettlebells, but they are hard to hold jnthe same manner you would a kettlebell. I can only do a portion of the exercises I want to do. I wish these had handles!.

I love doing sandbag workouts however this bag seems to leak sand even though I followed the instructions on how to set it up. Additionally, the black strap used to tighten the top part of the bag keeps coming undone so I had to use extra zip ties and duct tape to delay ithat from happening.

I would recomend a better strap and maybe the use of a double sandbag to avoid leaking. I found the Dual Ply Sandbags much better to use.

Guys I haven’t receive the product yet, happy to report when it comes and I try it out. I’m amatuer with sandbags, this is my first, so my review isn’t really valuable. Btw I would love to partner with you if the product is good.

An impulse purchase because lifting a heavy sandbag seemed like a good idea! This sandbag made it a good idea. Superb quality, variable filling, tough as nails. I do pity the poor delivery men that had to handle so many bags of sand so that I could fill it.

I am very happy with the Meister fitness sandbag with removeable kettlebells. The product is made very well and I like the handles on the outside as well as the fact that the inside of the bag has some padding which helps the bag keep it’s shape.

My 12 year old son uses the removeable kettlebells to keep in shape which is a plus! The fact that you can use the fitness bag or removeable kettlebells for a variety of workouts makes it so versatile.

The bad is very well made and I think it will last a while. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it isn’t showing any wear and tear. My husband and I can both use the fitness bag because we can adjust the weight by removing bags to what is comfortable for each person.

Great quality, sturdy, perfect size, good material, super useful, looks great as well. I am buying a fifty pound sandbag to put into the main piece so that I can have the kettlebells separate in addition to it, rather than storing them in there, but it can be stored if desired.

I’d rather have four separate items than three.

This is a follow-up to a review I left on 07/16/20 for the 30/60 V2 sandbag. When I wrote my original review there was some frayed stitching on one of the handles but that actually never became a problem and it maintained it’s integrity even with heavy use.

Problem arose when I noticed some sand on my shoulder after a workout and one of the two inner bags with sand had ruptured. I reached out to Synergee’s customer service and after showing them a couple of pictures in less than a week I had a brand new bag.

Nice weighted power core sandbag. I like how this has easy to read weight numbers on it cause most do not. This is heavy and nice to exercise with. It is 15lbs and is easy to carry. So my wife seen me using it and wants one also so we can work out together so I will be getting her one as well.

I use mine to walk up and down my hill in my backyard and I can feel the burn. Ziva did well with this bad. I use it every other day and I can tell a difference when working out with this now. Great results.

Me and my wife like to work out so I will be looking at more exercise equipment from ziva.

I appreciate the sturdy construction of my power core bag. The material is durable, the stitching along the hems is flawless, and the straps are attached very well. My favorite attribute is the smoothness of the bag.

It’s nice to be able to perform my work out routine without worrying about skin irritation. The core bags I have used in the past were a little scratchy, but not this one- Ziva makes a quality bag. It has made me more productive and encouraged me to try new exercises.

I weighed the bag on my scale and it is spot on. I went online to look at videos using this bag and got some great ideas. Home workouts are my favorite way to de-stress during the pandemic and I’m thankful for this bag making it fun.

This ZIVA Weighted Power Core 15 pound weight makes it easy to exercise. It has a good weight distribution throughout. This product can be used for multiple exercises. I find this sandbag weight to be easier to exercise with than the traditional hand held weights.

There are handles in a variety of place which helps when doing any exercise.

Raspberry Ape recommended sandbag and I have to say there is nothing better than the feeling of training with a sandbag. Barbell’s looking a bit sorry for itself, neglected and gathering dust while I feels the power of the gods flow through me as I lap and squat the 60kg bag.

Try it and you won’t look back. The build design is second to none, not a grain of sand spilt!.

I knew before I bought that these were great as we have them at our gym – Commando Temple. At home 60kg is great for pressing reps, carries and TGU’s. No leakage is possible unless you actually pierced the bag.

It’s compact – re the design which makes the grip challenge harder full compared to a “standard” bag. especially on carries. It’s not going to flop and distribute the weight. Girlfriend also likes it as a nice seat.

Bought the 45kg Sandbag for use in an outdoor strongman session that I run. Very quick and easy to fill, took less than 8 minutes from start to finish. The fact no liners are needed is excellent. Filled full it is a compact and well constructed design – like a cross between a sandbag and almost altas stone like due to the shape when fully loaded.

Love it and will be buying more.

Well I definitely underestimated this thing. I bought 2 fifty pound bags of all purpose sand to fill up the 100lb bag, well I only put 50 pounds in it because WOW. I need to work my way up to another 50 pounds lol.

I use it for a variety of things, “air” squats while this is over my shoulder. Sand bag cleans and a little bit of rucking, just throw it over your shoulder and go for a jog. Also makes for a great pillow for your head when you’re done with your wod and just need to kind of rest on the floor for a alittle.

There’s really so many things you can do with this, I wish I would’ve gotten this as one of my first Rogue purchases because of the versatility.

This has been a great asset for at home exercises, 5×7 bear hug squats, 5×10 deadlifts and carries along with other exercises – push / pull days. Still working on trying to getting it up to my shoulder to toss it over one day, (100 lbs no problem).

I am going to order the 200 lb bag soon. I am loving these exercises and slowly increasing strength by gradually upping the reps and then dropping them to accommodate heavier weight when moving up. I have much more respect now for the strongmen using 250-400 lbs bags and other objects.

I feel the strongman bag creates a raw brute strength unlike typical equipment and helps mentally by increasing confidence in knowing that I can handle picking up heavy-everyday objects that average folks make a big deal about, and lend a helping hand.

I love so much of the stuff that we’ve purchased on Rogue over the years that I don’t like to post a negative review, but this was a bit disappointing. Really only use the bags a couple times a week on rubber mats, but after 6 weeks there are already some threads busted and coming loose.

I think it’s double stitched, so hopefully it holds up. However, not up to my expectations for Rogue equipment (which I’ve generally loved).

If you don’t want a whole gym and just looking to have something simple to do whole-body workouts then this is your go-to. Very well made and can handle a lot of weight you put into it. Bags can be removed to lighten the load for whatever workout you are trying to do.

I have thrown this thing around a lot and is still holding up just fine. I would defiantly recommend this product.

After one use, one of the inner bags ripped. I contacted Titan and they sent me a new one. Well, another inner bag ripped. I contacted Titan again, and they said the inner bags were backordered and they would issue a full refund.

Customer service has been great, but the quality is poor. I suggest you spend more and buy Rogue.

I haven’t had the chance to use it much yet, but I used a heavy duty plastic bag as a liner to the ones they sent and they all pack it nicely, so there isn’t too much movement. At least when they are all inside.

It going to be a great addition to my workout.

4. 5 stars – this is an excellent piece of equipment. Well made, with all the handle variations you need that still allow for complex movement like cleans and OH squats. This bag also comes with three internal fill bags that are just as durable.

You can easily load up this bag 120# if you filled every filler bag to capacity. Only reason this product gets four stars is that there is a little too much room inside the bag even with each filler bag filled allowing some movement.

This bag is also great for heavy carries and G2OS work. Really function piece of equipment at a great price point compared to Rogue. Well done AF.

I have had my bag for a few weeks now. I do squats and curls and push presses and drop it from overhead frequently. The stitching and Velcro are strong, and I can tell this thing will take anything I put it through for a long time.

I am glad I purchased this particular sandbag because of the quality. I also use the individual sandbags it came with for lighter weight exercises and they don’t leak or show any sign of wear and tear.

Love it! Love the variety of things that can be done with a sandbag. Especially the loaded carries. 30 minutes of carrying this around in different positions and I feel it everywhere! I hurt my wrist lifting weights but can hold this without any issues.

I would highly recommend this product. It’s a good, sturdy, tough bag at a reasonable price.

I have been slowly building a home gym and I’m so excited to have a sandbag as a part of it. I had been seeing online all the ways you can use them and I’m excited to work this in to my routine. This particular bag feels super solid and has multiple grip options for a variety of exercises.

I weighed the bag on my scale to see if it truly would be the claimed 25lbs and it was dead on. I think this product will become a new favorite in no time and I can’t wait to see how it holds up.

Very excited to get the sandbag. Feels very durable, i like the handles, the fill bags seem really durable and easy to fill. When i started to use it the first time, immediately noticed that the cross stitching where all the handles are, is very sharp, like it actually ripped my knuckles open when i go to grip the handles.

Everything else seems to very good, i’ve done a few workouts with it now, but i’ve had to tape over the stitching to cover it so I can use the sandbag comfortable. The tape falls off eventually so i have to figure out a long term solution for it.

I’ve compared this bag to some other brands, and it has a lot of positives, handles are way better than a lot, but no other bags has this stitching issue.

Bought 3 (50,75,100 lb). the material is good and looks very durable. I used a lighter and burned off the loose strings, thereby reinforcing the stitching. I gave 4 stars because each sandbag came with 3 inserts.

The problem i noticed is that even if i dispersed the total sand weight to these 3 – there’s still room for the inserts to shift and thereby makes the sandbag a little unstable. So on my next bag, 75 lb, I used only 2 inserts and the room inside made the sandbag very loose, so i dispersed the sand to 3 inserts.

Less room but inserts shift. In looking for a snug fit, I’m thinking of using a cloth to make up for the wiggle room. Overall, the weight makes for a great workout!!! The buttons could go and be replaced with velcro, as i noticed the button near the zipper side unbuttons every now and then.

The plastic mold handles move ever so slightly. adjust it before lifting.

The sandbags are great! Well made. Look like they’ll be plenty durable. All the right handles, yada yada. I purchased 5 sandbags for myself and friends. 2 small (50#) and 3 medium (75#). All came with 3 quality filler bags.

The problem is with the size of the filler bags for the small sandbag. Obvi to get 50# total you need to fill 1 filler to 20 and the other 2 to 15#. The 15# limit is okay. The filler still has reasonable flexibility.

But the filler is too small for 20# of sand. That fills the bag to the brim and you have a very rigid bag as a result. Luckily since I have the medium bags also, I was able to swap out one of the filler bags from medium for the too small one in the small bags and make up the weight in the larger filler bags(25# each- they’re huge! Could easily put 50# in there).

So they are all very floppy!!! Correctly! Making for a pliable filler bag and therefore pliable sandbag! Would not have been happy with rigid sandbag had I not been able to jury rig it!.

I love this bag. I put in a extra five pounds in each bag and it works fantastic! I use it mostly for load and carry’s. If I had one modification it would be to have some adjustable straps that go around the whole bag.

So that inside bags don’t move when you pick up the bag. It’s not a huge issue but I think it would one more feature to set this style of bag apart from the rest out there. Titan thank you for looking after the BLUE COLLAR WORKERS OF THE WORLD.

Great deal! Heavy duty bag. Has a great seal on the top of the bag. Stitching is good. I loaded with paver sand. It’s a little bigger granules. I’ve tossed the bag around no issues. Time will tell how it holds up to the abuse.

Does exactly what I expected. Tightly packed with sand mine is 157 lbs. Stitching, material, and closures seem good for home use. Note: Mine did not come with the filler bags mentioned in the product description however filling the bag was simple and the bag liner seems sturdy.

Bonus: This bag makes a great seat between sets.

Got the 150lbs bag. Only loaded it with 100lbs of rose sand from ace hardware and decided to throw it in the mix tonight. Buddy and I did a 1 mile run with it, 2 sets of squats, and intervals up a decline.

Reminded me of the old Marine Corps days. The misery is beautiful. If you want to feel like you have wrestled a bear inside a giant bottle of lightning and made it out alive…. then by golly this is the sandbag for you.

The design and craftsmanship of this bag is phenomenal. The closure system on the built in funnel is very robust and secure. The built in funnel system allows for easy filling and it negates the need for internal bags.

Helps keep fill secure. Handles are boxed stitched at all junction points, and comprised of a 1″ webbing over a 2″ webbing. This makes for a very comfortable, stable and secure grip while crushing a workout.

Bags are true to size in regards to fill material and weight. This is an amazing product. I highly recommend it.

The materials and construction are top notch. There is one flaw with the design however. While doing sandbag cleans, the inner funnel bag will twist after a few repititions. This creates a hard ball of sand inside the bag that takes about 10 mins of fighting with to get undone.

The inner bag needs to be sewn into the outer to pre ent this from happening.

We were excited when this item arrived in the mail. After going and buying sand to fill this item with, we struggled with get all 60 pounds of sand within. It took two of us roughly thirty minutes of playing Tetris with the sand bags to get the zipper closed.

Once we were able to fit everything in, we decided to use it in a workout. The first time we dropped the sandbag one of the fastener clips broke, luckily I had an extra laying around to replace it. Several days go by and a second fastener clip broke off.

I somehow managed to find another extra clip laying around. This wasn’t too big of a deal but the more I used this product the more I realized that the sand does not stay inside of the pouches. Any time I use it there is a trail of sand whenever I carry it to.

Came to this product from the bulgarian bag. Very reasonable price point. High quality, most bang for your buck. Would suggest this to athletes and moms at home since you can adjust the weight even children could goof around and make working out fun.

Excellent build quality with high quality fabric, straps, zipper, and stitching. The OD Green color looks great in person. The filled bag feels nice and heavy and I use it for heavy squats, cleans, deadlifts, pick up, and carries.

The handles work well for this. for With 80 lbs of sand, the bag was a little too floppy, but the filler bags were shifting around inside the shell instead of sand shifting inside the filler bags. I didn’t want to use a less dense, more expensive filler so I used an old towel to fill empty space in the bag.

The handling gets better around 100 lbs. I do think this bag would benefit from longer filler bags so that sand shifts more naturally but the existing filler bags work fine. If you’re deciding between this and the Athlete bag and you’re unsure, I’d pick the Athlete.

It’s versatile and easier to handle (the fillers fit perfectly). You’d still be able to use it even if you eventually need a heavier weight. But if you know you need something properly heavy, the Strongman will do great.

I just received my athlete sandbag kit in the mail. Was excited to bring it in and open it up right away and get the filler bags filled and start using it for my workout. Well that is not happening. I purchased the “kit” but low and behold the “kit” did not come with any filler bags as it states it does here on the website.

In the package it came with an instructions and care sheet as well stating “fill the filler bags included in your kit with sand. ” well no filler bags in this so called “kit” to fill. I will be honest though if i had the filler bags, this does seem to be a pretty rugged workout bag.

For that i gave two stars.

I have had this bag for close to a year now and it’s been worth every penny. I use it several times a week, and Im not nice to it. First, amazing training tool. I have had to reduce my weight training due to lower back problems.

No more heavy deadlifts or squats, but I still wanted a strong core and back. I put 70lbs of sand in and it’s challenging but not so heavy it strains. Great bag for reps of 8+ and I even feel it has increased strength in areas where a stable barbell or dumbbell could never hit.

Second, durability. Ive abused this bag and probably have not taken care of it as I should have. However, this has proven its toughness. I leave it in the back of my pick up a lot, and it’s been through direct sunlight, rain, snow, and even had some battery acid get on it.

No break down of the material except for the battery acid which did eat a hole this size of a quarter on top, but the fabric has held strong around the tear. Also, I drug the bag across rough concrete too many times (against warnings from manufacture) and the bottom seams tore.

No repair, I just kept on working the bag. Both sides on the bottom are torn at the seams, probably a 2-3 inch tear. With this being said, the tears have not grown any bigger with normal use, and by normal I mean slamming it on the ground, dropping it, and throwing it.

So overall, if you are in the market for a sandbag, spend the extra money for a BruteForce, don’t worry about being nice to it, and be ready to improve your body and toughness. Thanks for a great, American made product BFT!.
