Best Sandals Resort For Wedding (2024 Updated)

Have never used Opentip before and just wanted to say how pleased I am with both the products and service I received. I was ordering some “just married” flip flops as part of a bridal shower gift & was concerned that I might not get them in time.

I called customer service to see if I could pay extra to insure a swift delivery. I was told no,but assured I would get them in under 3 weeks. I added a note to my order about needing to receive it as soon as possible and crossed my fingers! You can imagine my delight when approximately 3 days.

not weeks. later my well wrapped & securely boxed order was at my front door. I got both the male (black) & female (white) Weddingstar flip flops and the were exactly as pictured and just what I wanted.

The only problem I encountered was understanding the sizing. While I knew the bride wore a size 6 shoe, I wasn’t sure how this translated to small,medium,large. These adorable flip flops are so inexpensive, I ordered both the small and the medium, knowing one would surely fit and I could give the other pair to another member of the bridal party, or, just keep them for myself!.

I have not seen the sandals but my son & wife loved them. Unfortunately, the sizes I chose were too big. This was my error, not yours. Also, the sandals arrived earlier than expected which was PERFECT.

Cutest shoe ever, however, it is a very HARD shoe. I’m hoping I can soften them up so I’ll be able to wear them. I gave the seller 5 stars because shipping was so fast. But so far, not to thrilled with this shoe.

They are not very soft and run a little small (tight fit). They should be OK for me to wear one time!!

I thought these shoes would be quite nice. They were the color, heel height and fabric I was looking for. Unfortunately, they are cheaply made. The fabric that should be tucked in between the sole of the shoe and the top of the shoe looked like it was cut too short.

I could see the fabric edge with loose, short threads. The fabric on the strap across the foot was wrinkled and appeared to be improperly mounted to the foundation of the strap. The heal pockets flare out like wings then the show is on.

My husband opened the box while I was at work and was concerned about me seeing them. He recognized the poor quality. Even with his limited attention to quality and knew I would not be pleased. I liked everything about the shoes before I received them but they are going back to Nordstrom tomorrow.

I bought these shoes for my wedding day because of all the reviews raving about how comfortable they are. They are absolutely beautiful! The color stands out but not to the point where it looked out of my place with my ivory dress.

They were comfortable when I first tried them on and for the first hour or so on wedding day, but then they became pretty painful. I wish that I had broken them in prior, but I didn’t want to damage them in any way before pictures.

I kept moving around during the ceremony to try and find a comfortable position, which was annoying. We took photos after the ceremony at another location, and I couldn’t wait to get back in the limo and rest my feet.

During the reception, I was probably too excited and caught up in the moment to care until the pain became unbearable late in the night. When it got bad, it got BAD. I couldn’t walk right the rest of the night or the next day.

I’m writing this over 3 weeks later with blisters still on my toes. I always go up a size with heels because I have wide feet, but it didn’t help much with these. Maybe a wide option would’ve helped, but the issue was also the lack of sole support.

It was like walking on literal eggshells. Overall, the shoes did their job and I was able to stand them for roughly 8 hours, which is an accomplishment. I wish that I had gotten more comfortable shoes so I didn’t have to fidget during the ceremony or even think about my shoes at all when there was so much else to take in, but overall I think they looked great and served their purpose.

The Badgley Mischka Louise Ankle Strap Sandal is beautiful and very sexy! After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about the rhinestone ankle strap being too tight. To my surprise, it fits my skinny ankles perfectly and I actually have some space.

I think it could be a problem if you have a thicker ankle. Also, to my surprise it is comfortable and I think I will be able to dance the night away! I don’t think I have to worry about bringing a back up pair to the wedding.

The heel height is a little more than 3″ and again very comfortable! I can actually walk normally. Overall, my shoe search for the wedding is done! Nordstrom’s really does have the best selection of shoes!!!.

I’ve heard Sorel is on par with Birkenstocks on comfort, so I wanted to try a pair. I went a half size up due to the brand generally running smaller, and I’m so happy I did. These sandals fit like a glove and are so comfy that I didn’t want to take them off.

The cotton straps that criss cross on top are so nice because they don’t run your skin like the leather parts would. I’m normally an 8. 5, have a narrow foot with high arch, and a size 9 fit perfectly.

10/10 would recommend as another super comfy pair of sandals similar to birks.

these have become my go to sandals I have them in brown and just got the black sandals, they go with everything, there is no break in period or sore spots of feet after wearing these, I hope they never stop making them! I have plantar fasciitis, corns, wide toe box, high instep and high arch.

these are so perfect I think they were made just for ME! I typically wear a 9, but in these an 8 is perfect.

I wanted a simple, comfortable sandal to Disney in. It had to be versatile, soft, cute, can get wet and I had to be able to walk in them for 10+ hours. These shoes past the test with flying colors! My feet get hot in tennis shoes in the summer and when I’m on my feet for 8+ hours, they tend to swell.

Even with some swelling, these shoes were still comfortable. I give 5 starts. Adjustable straps. Fashionable. Compliments. Recommended.

I purchased this sandle in the Lilly Pink to match the dress that was purchased for me for Mother’s Day. However, where the seams come together on both sides. it looked like “scuff marks”. This was not on the black ones, but was on most of the pink and white sandals.

I returned them, and am waiting for a new pair direct from the factory hoping this error or poor design will not be on this incoming pair. Disappointed in the quality of the product.

I had a pair of much older sandals that I have probably had for close to 20 years. I liked them so much that when the sole of the sandal began to separate I asked my husband to glue them back together! Fast forward a couple of years and I finally had to say good bye to my old pair and bought new ones.

I just tried the new ones on and they feel great. I know after a bit of wear they will feel just a good as my original ones, not to mention they look great too!.

Mckim sandals are my absolute favorite sandals! I have 10 pairs in different colors and styles! They are so comfortable and cute! They can be dressed up or down and appropriate for every situation! Then do take just a little while to break them in, but the soles and leather will become way less stiff and the leather becomes so so soft! They might start out a little tight especially if you have a wide fit, but stick to your regular size because they will stretch.

Definitely a must have especially in gold!.

Eye catching for sure…very pretty! Not a shoe I would do lots of walking in…but to a party or dinner…perfect. My foot is narrow…little loose on the top part of foot. I’m just careful not a reason to return bcuz they are too precious…but knowing this I wear to dinners… they are true to size.

I have worn the sandals a couple of times and have always received compliments. The beautiful bright pink and the sparkle of the rhinestones makes them hard to mess. Very cute, comfortable and easy to wear.

I did size up 1/2 size for length.

I was hesitant about purchasing these after reading a few of the reviews but went ahead and ordered them. So glad that I did! They’re so comfortable and stylish. I bought the turquoise and I can wear these with many outfits.

Size down because the stap fits much better. I would say these are for narrow feet not wide.

This sandal is GORGEOUS! It’s ends there. The. lower band over the toes is too short or not in the right area of the shoe. Top band is OK even a little too loose. Size (footbed) seems to be right on.

However, it’s impossible to get the sandal entirely on because of the lower band. Too bad! It’s a lovely sandal. Must return and hated doing it.

Thse are the cutest, fun and seems to be a very comfortable sandal. The colorful beads are versital enough to go with most outfits. The size 9 fits perfect on for my foot. The strap across the toes didn’t seem to be rubbing the tops of my toe either.

My foot didn’t flop around inside the shoe either. I’ve only worn them around the house, due to a tendon problem, I haven’t worn them to work just yet. I can see me wearing these a lot when my foot is better.

I have several low heeled Spring Step shoes, and with my feet problems, I find them always comfortable and fashionable. The package arrived right away. Couldn’t wait to try them on. Too bad my foot is not cooperating right now!.

These were perfect! Very pretty and well made! I’m usually between size 8. 5 and 9. 5, I ordered a 9 and they fit perfect. The little elastic was just the perfect amount of give so they stayed in place and moved with me.

It was a last minute idea I had to wear with my dress and I was traveling. So I ended up ordering them last minute before Xmas. Beth was honest about the turnaround time and that they may not make it to me in time.

I decided to give it a shot and Beth got them to me right on time for my trip. I also really loved the extra toe ring!.

I recently started a job that requires me to dress nice and be on my feet for hours (standing and walking). I like the simplicity of the sandal’s design, making them versatile (dress up or casual). I bought these in all 3 colors (tan, black, and white), because they would be great with many different outfits.

Well, I so far I have worn the white ones and the black ones for 2 shifts (5 hours each), and they were exactly what I was looking for. I received compliments both times. They fit true to size. I have average feet, average size, average arch, average width, meaning I do not have any unique or special needs, and these sandals were great.

For the cost, look, and wear, these sandals exceeded my expectations. I did the BOGO offer, I kept 3 for myself (one in each color), and gave my daughter the 4th pair. She loves them too. Same compliments as me.

My only complaint is I now wish they had them in more colors: like ivory and navy.

Several years ago my Mom had an adverse reaction to the anesthesia during an operation that caused her toe next to her big toe to curl over her big toe, making it difficult for her to wear sandals. The crossed toes cause a big bump and pushes her foot backwards.

But, now I have found these Solanz Plenty Sandals that actually fit her after my sister stretched the front strap with a shoe stretcher. And, the back strap keeps her feet from sliding out of the back of the sandal.

She is SO HAPPY and I was so HAPPY I bought her the white AND the black ones. She is wearing them every day! So, they get a BIG FIVE STAR rating from her, my sister, and me!.

I’m particular about the comfort of my shoes and RARELY buy online because of that. However I took a chance on these sandals during a sale. I LOVE THEM! They fit perfectly and have a good cushion and flexible sole.

Volitile Frappacino sandals have been my favorite for many years. The quality and comfort is what makes me to keep coming back to them plus they have leather upper. A real plus. I can always find them on shoe mall.

Make sure to Order the next size up unless you want your toes to stick out. Also, these sandals are not near comfortable. It feels like the top front of the sandal is cutting my skin. Do not recommend!.

I love these! So cute. I’ve gotten so many compliments. They run a little small though. I sized up a half size but I could’ve gone a full size up.

These are adorable and comfy, but after wearing them for 2 hours in Hawaii, one of the gems/studs broke off already leaving a hole in its’ place. 🙁

I so wanted to love these shoes, especially after all of the great reviews. But the fit was horrible. The straps that came up from the bottom of the shoe, around my heel, were so loose that I could fit all of my fingers in between on both sides.

That meant the shoe was held on by the ankle straps and the part across my toes, so they were very unstable. I was afraid I would fall. Personally, I think they were defective, as I have a normal width foot and these fit nothing like in the pictures.

They were beautiful, well-made shoes and I would have kept them if they had fit better. So sad.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I wore them at home for a day to try them out to decide if I want to keep or return. They seems comfortable and look nice and i kept them. I work the to a party I could barely finish the night.

Took them off as soon as I got to the car. The bottoms of my feet were ON FIRE! I never had it happen with any other shoes. The next morning I woke up with blisters on the ball of my feet and on my toes.

COuldn’t wear anything besides sleeper for few days. Very very disappointed. Unfortunately I cannot return them now since I wore them outside. I do not recommend these shoes.

LOVE any city sandals. My feet are super tricky with bunions (which seriously need a cuter name) and arthritis in my forefoot. The wide width and soft leather accomodate the width and the straps fit so nicely my feet look actually look nice.

The heel height is perfectly manageable too (tallest heels I own) with the generous forefoot padding. I have not found any shoes in the US that are this kind to my very imperfect feet. Have my eye on another color because they are cute besides being comfortable.

These are beautiful, but not as comfortable as the platform version. I also think they are overpriced. I didn’t buy them for my wedding and I’m very glad-my wedding ceremony was on grass and lots of drinks got spilled on my shoes at the reception.

I would have been really bummed if I paid that much for shoes that got ruined in a few hours.

These are the most gorgeous shoes, especially for a bride. However they are not comfortable for this wearer. Maybe if they had a small platform to decrease the angle. They did get returned

Beautiful perfect dainty dress up or down shoe. But that strap over the toe honeeeyy. I will be taking to a shoe shop for them to stretch. I have been working on it myself, wearing them around the house and using my hands to stretch and I do notice a difference but not big enough.

I couldn’t dare imagine wearing them for an evening or an event, I wouldn’t make it! I recommend sizing a whole size up as I do with all European shoes.

The other reviews are right, the strap across the toe is very tight BUT if you can find a shoe repair store they can stretch the strap out for you. I was able to have the straps stretched for $10 and now the shoes are so much more comfortable.

It’s crazy how this shoe is called the ‘stretch sandal’ but absolutely nothing on the shoe stretches. Would’ve been a perfect shoe if the toe strap was stretchy.

Adore the look of these shoes, but unlike almost all other Bottega shoes, these were very uncomfortable. The strap across the foot is not quite wide enough – it really cuts into the foot, and I don’t have particularly wide feet.

Probably okay for narrow feet, but not sure. Had the same issue with the other similar pair of Bottega sandals. Returned right away.

I wanted to give this to my bff for bday. Unfortunately it didn’t come in. I texted Cheryl with my disappointment. She replied right away with her concerns and apologies. Told me I would receive it in 2 days with an extra pair for myself for my inconvenience and having to gift a sweater instead.

I received shipment in 2 days as promised and will give to bff on her anniversary ( July). Was very happy with the way she handled everything. Unfortunately there was only the one pair in the shipment😥and the expense of a pedi that would have wow my husband on valentine’s day.

This is my first pair of Jack Flats. Was quite excited to receive them and break them in! After wearing them out the first day and looking at them often to admire, I noticed that my shoes didn’t quite look right.

The corners have been cut off from the heels on both shoes. This cut is noticeable from the side and makes them look sloppy/worn down. Also, the soles are more of a whitewashed sandy color rather than the cognac color pictured online.

While the sandy color is fine, it just is not what I was expecting or hoping for. The cut corners was a big enough deal for me to reach out to customer service about an exchange thinking it was a quality control error.

I am unable to exchange them as I had already worn them outside. Also, it seems that an exchange would not solve the corner problem due to this being the way the shoes are currently being made. From customer service: “I have looked into your order and it looks like the pair your received is correct.

At this time, some of our styles are made with the corners of the heels going down on an angle, like the ones you received. ” All in all, they are still lovely sandals and fit nicely. I am usually an 8 and that size is perfect.

I will be wearing them all summer! Just wanted to share pictures so others know what to expect and aren’t disappointed.

I ordered these sandals against my better judgement because they were expensive but the color was so gorgeous I couldn’t resist. They fit beautifully and I had to respond because of all the negative reviews I’ve been reading.

I love wearing these and I’ve never seen anyone else with these sandals in all my travels. I bought the turquoise color and they are beautiful. I just came from five days visiting down south and wore them everyday and had no problem at all.

Sure they aren’t super padded comfort sandals but the size is correct and it’s like wearing flip flops only classier. I found a nail polish that matches exactly and when I wear these sandals I feel like a million bucks.

If it weren’t for the price I would order a couple more colors.

I have the OG jacks and decided to try the Jacks II because of their claim of being more comfortable. they are 100% right! I’ve had my OG Jacks for about 6 years and if I ever go a while without wearing them there’s slight pain in getting them warmed up.

These Jacks II do not have the issue. There’s little to no break in period, the design is really nice and I love it, and the soles having grip make a huge difference! I used to slide around and be nervous to wear my Jacks in the rain but I no longer have that worry with these.

Also, these Jacks feel less heavy on my feet. The heel being cushioned makes a world of difference! I love these new Jacks!!!.
